The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Asian food

Bold statement but best Indian food I’ve tasted. Absolutely gorgeous. Ordered a takeaway, and didn’t disappoint, both meals really nice.

Comida muy sosa en un centro comercial. Visité en un momento de locura como no había estado en un Wagamama durante años. Está “bien”, pero nada más. Yakisoba era como fideos sin condimentar sin apenas carne. Basura en comparación con los increíbles restaurantes orientales que Southampton tiene y también más caro que la mayoría.

Miré el menú de la ventana y pensé en probar algo de comida india. La hora de apertura como se muestra en la ventana es 5 pm. Sin embargo, cuando fui allí a las 10 y 5 había un señor que dijo que viniera después de 20 minutos, ya que no había personal en ese momento en el restaurante. Incluso si hubiera regresado después de 20 minutos, no podía entender cómo se podían preparar los platos de comida india para mí en poco tiempo a menos que estos se hubieran precocinado más temprano en el día, digamos la hora del almuerzo y luego se sirvieran por la noche. Al no estar garantizando preparaciones frescas decidí comer en otro lugar.

The staff here are so so so kind and helpful, they work very hard to make sure you are happy and are very polite. Even holding the door open for everyone that comes and goes! We were given some poppadoms and dips whilst we waited for our food which we highly appreciated. The food was really tasty, flavourful and super filling. All I could say is sometimes the veg felt like it had been frozen for a while but its not a major problem. I’d recommend giving this place a go, they put a lot of care into their service and food. Thank you.

OMG, not in a good way. It is my first time in cranbourne. And this restaurant will never be attended by me again. The food was absolutely appalling. It is the worst Indian food I have ever had, a couple of dishes were the OK standard for Indian food but the majority, were re heated up old food that you wouldn't have feed to a pet. 2 beers and 2 starters and nearly 100 pounds. That is preposterous. Morrisons was opposite. I'm sure if I got the indian takeaway meal deal for £25. It would have tasted much better and be more filling.. Never again.

Over an hour late with delivery. Food was lukewarm and of poor quality. Will never order from there again, the experience ever, put me off for life

awful awful awful DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, ordered a delivery from here which arrived 1hr 40 mins later, cold, runny, terrible 'food' very pathetic shreds of meat? The food wasn't even the worst part. We called for a refund as it was really not up to standard, and after multiple attempts and being palmed off to foodhub who had to manually take the refund back off them (we only got half back, the rest has to be disputed thanks!), the guy on the phone lied saying we had thrown the food away, I told them to come get it and the driver AND manager had magically gone home at 10:30pm and they said it was too far to collect back wow!! Then back and forth with foodhub, they provided more lies, and ended up ignoring my phone calls- had to call through on my partners phone only to end up with half of my money back. Just goes to show they truly value that £15 more than two customers who might have come back if they weren't gaslit and lied to by the waiting staff member.

Is a takeaway only not a dine in as stated. House special chow mien and rice were passable. Mixed balls not so good batter was too floury. If this is the best in Bude the others must be dire.

Visited in December 2024 for an evening meal on New Years Eve. We live in the West Midlands, and have many good Indian and Nepalese options nearby to where we live. The food here at the Gurkha was good and up to the Midlands standard that we are used to, and the staff were pleasant, with efficient service and tasty food. Would I visit again - yes I would.

Always excellent food and friendly service. We visit the Taste of Raj regularly, and took some friends the other day who had recently had a bad experience at a different Indian restaurant, They were very happy with the food, and look forward to coming back again soon!

Extremely great service, amazing atmosphere and perfect food. The waiter was very kind and helpful and even escorted us to a lounging area for dessert. 5 stars nothing less.

We have some good restaurants in Edinburgh serving Indian food but this establishment in the centre of Woking is right up there with the best. We were down for the Hampton Court Flower Show and needed somewhere good after a slightly damp day. We couldn’t have done better. Efficient and friendly staff, a good atmosphere with every table taken and clean fresh linen tablecloth and napkins results in something special – and that’s before you get on to the deliciously and subtly spiced dishes. The railway lamb lives up to its heritage and I would thoroughly recommend eating here.

I really don't understand why this Korean restaurant is so popular. The food was terrible, and the portions were ridiculously small. I suspect they might be treating customers differently based on their ethnicity, as the service was extremely biased. The staff seemed to only cater to white and Korean customers, while completely ignoring others. The service was beyond poor - it was practically non-existent. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making the entire dining experience unbearable. I can't fathom how this place has so many positive reviews. I will definitely never return and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
