I have ordered from Kathmandu zone for the third time but this time was disappointed with the lamb meat dish consisting of more of the marrow bones than meat. Also was disappointed with the chicken choila which is definitely not the choila but some other chicken dish. This was my go to Nepalese dish nearby but I won’t be ordering from here again.

Selten soviel hilfreiches und freundliches Personal erlebt wie in diesem Restaurant. Wer Tapas auf chinesisch liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Und man kann sich richtig satt essen. Die beiden Vorspeisen können beliebig oft bestellt werden. Lokal ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet mitten in der lebendigen Soho-Szene.

We came on their second day of their breakfast trial. Breakfast was fantastic. Service was amazing. Amazing staff.

Lovely place, great food. The ONLY problem was they do not sell non alcoholic beer or wine. I was not allowed to buy my own to bring in (happy to pay corkage btw) That would have made the night a beer with my curry!

Both me & my partner have raved about this place in the past especially as an eat In restaurant. However the last 2x takeaways have lacked in quality. Both recent curries we’re very watery, lacking in meat & arrived cold (we live less than 10 mins away) Food wise the food as always been of an higher standard, it’s just the last two curries didn’t hit the standard bar already set by this place. Hopefully it’s been down to Covid & possibly a stand in chef? Maybe who knows. Shall review again in 2022.

Unfortunately received someone else’s order. Missing the chicken with spring onion and ginger and banana fritters, was given beef with veg and chow mein.

Shocking food, shocking customer service from the manager. Do not know how he has a job is the least professional manager I have ever spoken with. To respond to your reply, no I am not living in fairyland but it seems you’re living in cuckoo land. My order was £40 and the prawn curry was my partners meal. Of course I will accept the replacement when it’s not arrived and I have payed for it😂 the refund request was after you had taken 40 minutes to deliver the correct food and all our other food was cold. I would have much rather had the refund then your awful replacement microwave meal. The way you speak to some of your customers is diabolical Mabye instead of spending all your time responding rudely to reviews focus on actually getting orders correct and Mabye take a course in customer service :)

Food was good - well cooked and flavoured. However, it was quite cold when delivered and needed to be microwaved.

12.50 for the special kebab, was small and nothing special. Naan/wrap was chewy dough. Sauce was nothing special

Excellent service and amazing food. I have never had anything but excellent food from Abida. Due to unforeseen circumstances with the delivery driver my last delivery was late and I mentioned that in my order and was more than fairly compensated. Amazing customer service!
