Shocking food, shocking customer service from the manager. Do not know how he has a job is the least professional manager I have ever spoken with. To respond to your reply, no I am not living in fairyland but it seems you’re living in cuckoo land. My order was £40 and the prawn curry was my partners meal. Of course I will accept the replacement when it’s not arrived and I have payed for it😂 the refund request was after you had taken 40 minutes to deliver the correct food and all our other food was cold. I would have much rather had the refund then your awful replacement microwave meal. The way you speak to some of your customers is diabolical Mabye instead of spending all your time responding rudely to reviews focus on actually getting orders correct and Mabye take a course in customer service :)

Absolutely shocking service, if you want an attitude when they forget the other half of your order on delivery then come here! The manager is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to, the lack of responsibility and professionalism is beyond me. When contacted to tell them half the food is missing and they have then said they would send it out 40 mins has gone by and no food. I’ve then contacted then to say I wanted a refund but was shouted at by the manager, luckily I recorded his phone call and will be sending it to the owner. If I had the option of 0 stars i would. Food tasted shocking anyway. Go to zest of India instead, also a little reply to your reply, I think you’ll be abit shocked in the next few days mate, showing even more now the lack of respect for customers. How this business is still open I do not know but I’ll be telling every person I know to stay away. Also the replacement meal was agreed upon but not to take for over 40 minutes, that’s taking the absolute mik. I think a refund wasn’t a bad request for the way you speak to people and how bad this restaurants service is 🤣 Also take a look at your other reviews. I think it’s fair to say this place isn’t worth anyone’s time or money, and that they are clearly the common denominator. Also the refund wasn’t requested untill after it took nearly over a hour to correct my order so I think we really know who is lying, like I said guys don’t waste your money on this shop, had better curry’s out of a microwave.

ordered at 19:00 decided to order from here for a change. Initial delivery time was 20:00. called at 20:00 to see where it was, was given a new delivery time of 20:35. Finally arrived at 21:00. The quality was good we had panner tikka masala, Sri lankan chicken and onion bhaji but an hour late is unforgivable on a Thursday evening.

If you’re white, you would enjoy this. White washed food. Veggie Samosas are ones u can buy from supermarkets frozen section. No spice and lack of salt in curries. Very disappointed. ☹️

Waited like 2 hours tonight, was 20 mins over the time frame. I order her regularly and it’s the only Indian place I order from and never have issues. Today’s food was lukewarm when arrived, and very bland, wasn’t amazing like it normally is. Don’t know if it’s busy due to delivery times being so long or what. Although not great tonight I know what they’re normally like so will still order again.

Este es posiblemente el mejor restaurante indio en Blackpool. Llevamos unos años yendo a este restaurante al menos una vez al mes. El restaurante está limpio, la comida está en el lugar cada vez , el personal es educado y bien hablado.

Gone down hill this place. Guys looked annoyed when we asked for the banquet menu (table of 8) after them not being on the table with normal menu. Service was pretty average with him rolling his eyes whilst we were ordering. Granted it wasn't easy with a big table but show some professionalism. Food was okay but nothing special

Food was good with good range and choice. No alcohol licence so needed to nip to the pub across the road. We weren't told what time they closed when we booked so found it very rude to be given the bill half way through our main course and then 5mins later, still not having finished our main course had a waiter with a card machine stood at the table. We were the only ones in there on a Friday night and with service like that, no great surprise.

These new rules have ruined it...you have upset so many of your regulars, expect to see a decrease in customers

I ordered a pure vegetarian dish for takeaway, and upon reaching home and starting my meal, I found pieces of chicken in it. This is not just a mistake—it’s outright negligence, especially for someone like me who has been a lifelong vegetarian and has never consumed meat or eggs. When I called the owner, Ajay, to report this issue, his response was shockingly casual. He mentioned that his cook had already left for the day (at 5:30 pm, no less!) and said he would check the CCTV cameras the following day. He asked me to take pictures of the dish and send them to him for “investigation,” which I did promptly. Despite following up with him three days later, Ajay never got back to me. It has now been over nine days, and there has been no response, no apology, and no resolution to this gross error. This level of indifference is unacceptable and downright shameful. It clearly shows that the owner does not care about his customers or their values. For someone who adheres strictly to a vegetarian lifestyle, this incident was nothing short of traumatic. It is appalling to see such a lack of accountability for such a serious mistake. Ajay and his team clearly have no regard for their customers’ dietary restrictions, beliefs, or preferences. To anyone who values their dietary preferences being respected, stay away from this place. This restaurant is a glaring example of negligence, incompetence, and a complete lack of customer care. I sincerely hope this review makes them rethink their approach and compels them to take their responsibilities seriously. Such a shame for careless attitude and for failing to respond to such a significant mistake.

Llamé y hablé con el gerente que me dijo que me reembolsaría, que no tenía que pedir de nuevo desde aquí y luego soltar el teléfono. He pedido cargas desde aquí en el pasado, pero después de la forma repugnante en que el gerente me habló, nunca volveré a ordenar desde aquí. Deberían avergonzarse de hablar con un cliente así.

This is my favourite takeaway by far & have ordered a lot over the past few months, however today was the worst tasting meal I have ordered. I get the same thing every time so I know what it should taste like. There was no flavour at all, tasting very odd. I smelt the chicken and we’ll the only way I could describe the smell is a soiled nappy. Is this under new ownership?

Ordered takeaway. 3 small curries korma, balti and tikka masalla. Normal size chicken mango sensation. Peshwari naan breads. Absolutely lovely and tasty and delivered hot. Ordered 2 starters onion bahji which were lovely but the meat samosa only got 2 tiny ones and were a bit dry

Came across this place at last minute on a night away to Blackpool. Best curry we've had in a long while! Service was lovely, greeted with a smile and shown to our table. Food was served promptly and was piping hot. Really tasty and thoroughly enjoyable. We left very happy and with full tummy's 😊

Absolutely amazing food. Dropped on this restaurant whilst on holiday in Blackpool. The service and knowledge from the waiter was faultless advising on which curries would suit our tastes. The food was stunning. Tender lamb, fabulous king prawns and great chicken. Would definitely come again if In Blackpool.

Find it difficult to even give this place a 1 star, we went here on our last night of our holiday, my husband, granddaughter and myself, from the moment we stepped inside no greeting or welcome, when ordering the waiter was basically debating with me because I requested two chutney trays, apparently it’s against company policy to ask for more than one 😂 he basically refused to accommodate my 6 year old granddaughter by making a dish extra mild, after finishing our starter it was taken away, within minutes our main appeared didn’t ask if we’re ready for it, but the best of the night I took my granddaughter to the toilet and I’m quite short sighted I asked the waiter where the toilet was he looked at me like scum pointed an said the signs there, didn’t even touch my food I was so annoyed by the sexist attitude, down right rudeness and discrimination.Then had the cheek to charge us £70 for very little. Zero customer service here and very discriminatory. We gave them £60 and they are lucky they got that !!!

The best Indian ive had since I have been in Blackpool. Great potion sizes, plenty of chicken in both the Korma and Massala. Chips were spot on as well as the rice and naan.

Got the munchy box, i literally stay around the corner from the place and my chips were literally soggy and mush. The donner meat was tasteless, onion thing falling to pieces as you pick it up, bottom of box full of grease so didnt even attempt the naan bread, for the price, i would say awful

Fantastic service amazing authentic food

Our son loves Indian food and for a 13 Yr old this is his go-to. He likes the curry dishes in here so we get his take-away treats from here.

We went to Indian Orchard last night for the first time, we normally go to a different Indian restaurant in town but we had so many people tell us that Indian Orchard was good we decided to try it. It was very very good in fact the quality of the food was far better than the Indian restaurant that we normally go to, to the point that if we want India food Indian Orchard will be our choice from now on. On week days they do a set menu (Lots of choice) for £17.50 it is fantastic value for money. The restaurant is not licensed but you can take your drinks (Wine,Beer etc) with you and they only charge £1 per person corkage. This is a great find, you must try it if you want first class Indian Food.

Had Korma here, always used to be nice .Have noticed lately that they don't seem to be using the best ingredients anymore.The Korma sauce was no where near as creamy as it should be and seemed to be replaced by sugar, the overriding taste , add to this the sauce had actually separated, feel like I've wasted my money and won't be ordering from here again . Partner loved his bhuna masala and the salt and chilli chips amazing but the naan and my chicken madras not great chicken chewy and flavourless also the starters yes the prawns were cooked ok but no flavour decent but not great 👍🏻

Food arrived 2 hours after the order was placed. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, I phoned the take away and they then actioned the delivery.

I haven't been to the Indian Orchard for a couple of years so decided to go with my brother on a Friday night. There wasn't many diner's so the atmosphere felt a bit flat and to my surprise they don't serve alcoholic drinks anymore but we were told that you can bring your own, but beware they will charge you £3.00 each for the privilege. The food is still excellent albeit a bit pricey but I won't be going back again I would rather go somewhere where you can order a pint of lager and stick it on the bill rather than being charged for bringing your own so they have shot themselves in the foot.

Best Indian food in Blackpool. Absolutely no contest.
