Come here after a long journey. Welcome me is a warm environment and a super cute grey fat cat called Penny. Ordered fried rice, super big portion. It taste good . Boss lady is friendly

Possibly the worst Chinese I’ve ever been too . Cat on the table next to us , seriously this is one bad eating ( loosely ) eating establishment . I we had to pay by bank transfer because we never seen the small cash only sign . Will never never go back .

Just OK.. nothing special. Decided to try this restaurant and dined in. Small restaurant, a bit ran down. Staff were polite, food severed fast. The food was mediocre, portions were generous, a bit over priced considering the area. Fizzy drinks were from a can, curry sauce tasted like it was out of a packet. Definitely had better Chineses but it was “OK” I wouldn’t really recommend anyone to go there for the food, much better Chineses in Blackpool. It’s a convenient place to go to if you want somewhere that’s quiet, your food fast and no thrills (worries about dressing up etc)

The waiter was really nice and helpful. Food was abysmal and served on plastic plates. Overpriced, weird tasting and the fact they charge £3.50 for half a pint of orange squash is a joke! Especially when they charge £2.50 for a can of pop. The curry sauce tastes like it comes out of a packet too.

Fantastic little restaurant. Visited on a Tuesday night, no probs getting a table. Seated, ordered and served food within about 10 minutes. Food was delicious and the lady serving was excellent. Portions were large, spice level was superb. Son was very happy with size of kids meal. 2 adults and a kids meal- about £30 was amazing for the amount of quality food we had. Totally recommended if you are in the area. Only thing to remember is its cash only, other than that, loved it.

This place needs closing down asap. Absolutely revolting food and a service that matches. The Chinese woman who takes your money in the filthy cafe is the most obnoxious rudest woman I've ever met. She's absolutely vile in every way. She should be ashamed of herself having that little boy sitting at a table all night in the filthy cafe playing on his tablet. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great local Chinese, good value food , no complaints.

Plenty of food, staff to me just didn't seem very happy, the food was also hot apart from the prawn crackers, the we're cold and mot very crispy

I've been reviewing restraunts for 6 years this is by far the worse 1 I have ever been in avoid at all costs 5 king prawns don't start me on the beef disgusting tough vegetables that were raw if your going tonight please avoid

Reasonably priced good food with great service

Food very bland had roast pork fried rice hardly any meat in.and what there was is full of fat.bbq ribs aswell.thats what they were bones very little meat.and sauce watery £13.50 wasted never again

This is the second time visiting the Lucky House during our visit to Blackpool and I wasn't disappointed. The staff were very polite and friendly and the food was very good and very fairly priced. It's well worth seeking out this small and friendly establishment when you visit Blackpool.

We went for a takeaway and the service was great, so friendly. The sweet and sour chicken was amazing!

The food arrived on time and was piping hot. The issue is the taste. Bland and tasteless. I ordered from here as the choices on Uber eats aren’t great but the hygiene rating was one of the better ones. The food does seem fresh I just have found it to be tasteless. I wouldn’t order again unfortunately based on the flavours.

I gave it 5 stars instead of 4 because I thought it needed a boost to its average. Finally you have to judge a place according to the price and the price was cheap, so I don't think you are going to get better quality for such a low price.

Went into the restaurant to order take away. The staff receiving the order didn't seem to care and looked super miserable. I ordered fried rice with veg springroles and asked if it was possible to get more springroles on the side, whereas no answer only rolling eyes and sights was the answer. The fried rice was fried rice ... but the springroles were small and overcooked, and the sweet and sour sauce tasted more like jam. I am not coming back here again. They only receive cash.

My husband and l went here on Friday 2nd Dec it was lovely , l had roast pork chow mein and he had beef curry fried rice and chips, one can of carling and a bottle of Chinese lager just over £30 and all served by a lovely little waitress. It was so good we ended up back on the Sunday night , just as good if not better. I have a problem with my stomach and both times l never had any problems which is amazing. Will definately be back next time in blackpool

My husband went into this takeaway to order our meal. Unfortunately the person taking the order didn't speak good English and as a result the main dish of our order was not supllied, Will not use this place again

Thought I would give this place a try . It was very good value for money and the portions were very generous but the food was lacking taste and flavour . I could tell the chips were frozen and just a poor quality the meat in the rice was small and burnt . It was ok but I've had alot better from other Chinese takeaways but can't complain for the price .

Called in over the fireworks evening with my wife and daughter, thoroughly enjoyed the Singapore vermicelli and would recommend the starter platter.

Went and ordered from here on Thursday night all I have done since then is been to the toilet and my friend has been sick all night Friday we are both not very well at all

Terrible. Never seen a Thai curry tasted of nothing at all was awful . Won't ever go this place again food was so disappointing.

A minute after ordering the waitress brought our bill which was the first time ever. Food was good but she wanted us out which was obvious and this was at 6pm and we were the only customers.

Why Chinesee elsewhere? Small, fun, excellent food, cosy fun atmosphere. We love it here!! Sad not to be in BP next week for Rebellion as going to this chineesee at midnight with all the punks is an optimum experience!!

Found this restaurant round corner from our hotel the food was super tasty and very good prices, this staff were lovely too definitely be back when we visit Blackpool again 🤤

We found this wee restaurant/ take away / delivery Chinese 4 years ago. We had stayed in The Brema Hotel opposite it. We looked at the reviews and thought that some were very harsh, so thought we'll give it a try. It was as good as we had remembered and the delivery was good timing. Salt & Chilli Wings were lovely, Chicken Fried Rice was tasty, as was Sslt & Chilli Chicken and Chicken chow mein. Staff were lovely on the phone too. THANKS.

A lovely step into China at extremely reasonable prices. Walking inside you are greated by very friendly owners and wonderful Chinese décor, this is a hidden gem in all sense of the word, not in the most ideal location but easily accessible to find, quick food to table after you order and extremely tasty, full plates! (Side note they was playing really nice music all the time we was there)

Called for a take away best I've tasted in a long time will call again next time am in the area

By far the best place to eat in the whole of Blackpool. Eat in or takeaway, this place never disappoints. The staff are always so lovely, delivery is super quick, especially considering we are near South Shore. We’ve never had a bad meal, quite often they will include extras. The kids meals are also absolutely spot on. We recommend Lucky House to everyone that asks, absolutely our go to takeaway and we can’t wait to have it again!

Ordered a family takeaway we use these quite often but this will be the last time absolutely disgusting food this place is going down hill a little Chinese boy sat on a iPad I take it it’s the owners son he is a very cheeky little boy while I was waiting for my order he asked me what I was looking at and continusely looking with a nasty face plus the women that was serving is very miserable and not very polite

Maybe they have had an off day but this was a wast of £50. Where to start, the starters where straight out of Iceland! Chicken wings dry and flavourless. The fried rice was slimy and had chicken that tasted like it was 3 days old and made of rubber. Basically if the food wasn’t frozen it’s over over cooked. Nothing from this takeaway was fresh.

Orderd for delivery chips where hard, salt and pepper chicken had no flavour to it as did the rest of my order, made me question if id lost my sence of taste but my friend also daid the exact same. Wouldnt order again awful

Walk in without booking, made very welcome, dining room very clean and tidy, service very quick and polite , we ordered to set meals for one person each, chicken curry, sweet and sour chicken balls, fried rice and spring rolls, very large portions could of ordered just one set meal and shared, Would recommend to friends and family if staying in Blackpool in the future NE HOW

A lovely restaurant located on Coronation Road away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. This is a small but friendly restaurant with a great ambiance fast and efficient service and fantastic authentic food. Very reasonably priced and well worth a visit if you are in the area.

I wondered wether to order from here after the watered down curry and sweet and sour sauce we got last year when we were looking after a friends hotel (even though I have a hotel up the road). I walked in got "asked" if I was takeaway, and I said I was. The answer was wait at the counter she will take your order she has gone to the toilet. I have manners but I should not have bothered. It was like I was doing them a big injustice just by ordering. Be ready in 5 mins. PRECOOKED. Literally 5 mins later my order come out. Will not do it again. Cold from 1 min away. Hoteliers send business your way. Won't happen again and I will pass it on to everyone I know

Great food ,great prices ,ok service they do seem a little unwelcoming when you walk in as a Paying customer, the way the place is decorated is awesome I love it .would recommend to anyone who loves Oriental food

The service was disgraceful gave me chicken sweet corn soup when I asked fo just sweet corn and the worker is very very rude

I have eaten here a couple of years ago and had no problems. I have sent numerous guests to the restaurant this week and had some great feedback..so tonight we ordered our tea. We couldnt fault it. Tender meat..curry sauce just spicy enough..food piping hot. Thumbs up from us all.

Food was ok.. the staff are awful.. no customer service skills whatsoever.. If you are looking for a restaurant standard book near. They service drinks in cans.. the waitress son say behind my chair kicking my chair and screaming the whole time. Go somewhere else. Staff need training on how to speak to customers .. and smile!!!

Highly recommended. Cozy small place to dine in. First time to visit this chinese restaurant and we were not sure if it is a sit-in or just take away. We were welcomed straight away and were given a table right by the window area. Service was quick and food is tasty. Rice portion is relatively small but very contented with the king prawns in the fried rice. Salt and pepper beef was very tasty and the fried prAwn in salt and pepper sauce. Will definitely visit this place again. Price wise? relatively average price of a chinese take away around £7.50 per order - &8.50. For group of 4 we paid £51.90- not bad. Customer service is excellent!

Called in on a Saturday night,lucky it was not that busy,went straight in and sat,we looked at menu and ordered ,food and drink came in good time,enjoyed food And drink,would call again.

this is easily the worst chinese restaurant ive ever been to. I regularly stay at the bayswater hotel which is next door and is amazingly good. After the 1st time at this restaurant i decided to never go again but circumstances forced me to. We ordered 2 totally different meals but were exactly the same when they came which wouldnt have been so bad if they had been OK. they werent even acceptable. We pad £18 for a bottle of wine which turned out to be 5%!!!! Absolutely terrible, you must not go there and waste your money, please

Ribs with cantanese sauce a little fatty and tasted of brown sauce seaweed ok and spring rolls okay.

Is this the greatest Chinese restaurant in Blackpool? I dunno... But I love this place it's tiny... You might miss it if you walked past thinking it was just a take away. We visited on a Wednesday and we were the only the customers in there so our customer service may not be yours but what we got was beyond excellent and the money we paid we got VIP service along with excellent food. We had 4 tsingtao beers with two starters: Cantonese ribs along with salt and pepper chicken wings. For our main course we shared szechuan chicken with Singapore chow mein and it's was less than £40. The only thing that was missing was free prawn crackers. I really can't believe that they still want you to pay for something that costs less than pennies.

That was my first order from Lucky House , and I've been really disappointed, I would expect a bit more from people making Chinese cuisine simply because it's one of the greatest and tastiest if it's cooked properly . I am really sorry but that was not chicken chow mein, or spring rolls 😔

I ordered food from the restaurant via Uber Eat. We placed a big family order for £50 at 5pm and at 7pm we still haven't recieved it. It was delivered to someine else. No chance to resolve it for 2 hours. I contacted the restaurant multiple times and they advised me I have to contact Uber Eat directly. Uber Eat isn't picking any calls from customers, isn't responding to my messages. No contact with a driver. Dissatisfied. I won't order again.

Little gem asked for extra spicy salt and pepper chicken it was Spot on been here 6 times can't fault it

Ordered the chicken with ginger and spring onions with egg fried rice. I wasn't expecting much to be honest after reading some of these reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I am actually chinese in background so I'm used to eating chinese food. The food was quite tasty, not oily at all and portions were a good size. Ordered via an app, and the food came quickly within 20 mins. Probably going to order from here again and try something else.

Really unhappy we ordered with just eat. We didn't like the food. The spring rolls was under cooked. The chips was cold the chicken char main was cold. We spend alot of money in your take away don't think we will be coming again.

We ordered food from this place, it was 10:50 and once we got got back to our hotel we had the complete wrong order, looked like what they could scrape up to get our money, next day I confronted the owner who done nothing but curse and swear at me, i stated they gave me the wrong order and she told me to go away or she was calling the police! Good job I'm a guy and it was a women! Vile mouthed chinese women who likes stealing peoples food and likes to serve flavourless watery curry sauce! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered for take away, was inedible which is a shame as we have ordered from here before and been fine. Rice tasted like it had come from a ready made microwave bag. Pancake roll had no filling except gunky gooey stuff and prices of ham.. and chicken very dry and bbq sauce literally like water. Maybe a bad night who knows but this occasion has put me off ordering again.

Bland, soggy and inedible. The only saving factor was the egg fried rice. The beef vermicelli tasted like rubber and oil. Chicken wings had zero flavour other than the vat of oil hidden in the skin and the crispy chicken in chilli sauce...was entirely chilli. No other flavour. Don't bother, waste of money, time and your stomach lining.

We ordered for delivery. The tofu in black bean sauce which is a usual of mine was incredibly oily which wasn’t very pleasant and the sauces were not to my liking but I am fussy, I felt the fried rice could have had more flavour but it was what it said, fried rice. My issue is with the spring rolls we ordered,I ordered vegetarian sori g rolls and they contained what looked like little pellets of minced pork! The seaweed was fine but a little salty. Unfortunately not the best Chinese we have tried.

My friend and I got food delivered, 2 mains,chicken balls and salt and pepper chicken. The 2 mains both went in the bin ,bland and tasteless. Delivery was fine.

Went with 5 other people for a meal the food was excellent and great service and a great price. I have never had a Chinese meal as nice would certainly reccomend and go again next time in Blackpool

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!My boyfriend is allergic to MSG, we got a takeaway from Lucky House 3 days ago he told them about his allergy and asked them not to use MSG in his food. They ignored him and used MSG in his food, and needless to say he was really ill after it.Food was horrible Black Bean Sauce was like gravy Beef was bland. Would never eat here again.

Fancied a Chinese whilst in Blackpool came here food really nice had set menu for two everything cooked to perfection good portion sizes and great value for money too recommend to anyone .

My son and I love this Chinese ,,how on earth can some peopke really underate it ,are we all eating at the same place,I read a lot of the comments and honestly,get a grip,! Such a lot of Tosh ! Our food always piping hot NOT CHEWY,GREASEY AND CERTAINLY SERVED WITH A SMILE!!

What a great little place. Hidden away just off the beaten track. Great choice of dishes on the menu as this is a takeaway as well as a small restaurant. Prices are a little more to eat in but worth it.Service was quick and food hot and tasty.It was quiet but was a Sunday night. Although the takeaway seemed busy which is a good sign.Highly recommended if you are looking for something off the beaten track.

We found this on a sunday, after looking for a restaurant away from the main promenade. The 2 courses i had chicken & sweetcorn soup was a small portion size, a little tasteless and under seasoned and the singapore vermicelli was not spicy enough (I has to add chilli sauce).Nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly
