Chutney Blue in Blackpool

Phoned for an order no one could speak English after an hour phoned again to see where our order was but again couldn't speak English so cancelled the order. We own a hotel and will not be recommending them to our guests.

We’ve had kebabs tonight absolutely scrumptious, good portion sizes and piping hot, definitely come back .

Delicious! The best Indian takeaway we've ever had. Not greasy like some we've had, and packed with the best, freshest flavours. Great service and value for money too. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.

Shocking ,,, mysi orderd a chicken tikka phall and I was awful ,, no spice at all it was bland my wife ordered the jalfrezi ams that was even worse ,,,,, 100% I would not recommend this place ,,,, what a waste of money ,,,,,,I've eaten better from microwave curry's,,,,, stay,,,,,, away,,,,,,😞😞😞😞

Food disgusting to the point it went into the bin . Refused any refund point blank , undercooked naan which was miaaing a key ingredient GARLIC !!

We have used this takeaway in the past(2years ago) and the food was ample and tasty. But this time we ordered the set meal, small portions, luke warm, bombay potatoes missing, we also ordered a kebab with no salad or dressing, it arrived with salad and covered in mayonnaise and it was cold in the middle. The quality of the food as obviously gone down hill, rang them up to complain and they weren’t interested. I’ll avoid in future.

ordered three main curry meals and three naan Two popadom. The chicken tikka that is advertised as coming with a sauce and free salad. I received five bits of chicken that were not tandoori in a pool of grease with onions about a quater of an onion. £7.50 was taken for my five bits of over cooked not tandoori. When i phoned i was hung up on. It says closed at eleven, This was ten thirty i phoned. Tried to phone a second time, answer machine. The chicken was very tuff. I was planning to book a party of 20 next month. This will not be happening. I paid for goods not received. I would recommend you look somewhere else for a meal.

We ordered a pasta Ragu and all we tasted was salt did not taste like pasta Ragu and we ordered chicken tikka kabab on a naan we got just a naan nothing else so I rang up then they ment to send another chicken tikka kabab on naan but again we only got a naan nothing else then I rang up again and then they sent a Chicken tikka kabab no salad and no sauce so I got my money back the delivery driver she could not appoliges another big hugs to her it was not her fault it was the young boy a 17 year old that answered the phone he was that nasty to me when I rang up I will never order from you again

Absolutely shocking! Had better curry’s from a chip shop! Definitely avoid. Rushed, under cooked, cheap i.e tinned peas in curry, nan bread wasn’t even cooked. What a waste of money!

The flavours are just incredible. You can tell its cooked fresh. My go to is the chicken madras and green chilli rice and just wow, the garlic, corriander, tomatoes; its all in there with the chicken. Its as close to real, authentic, fresh Indian food for a takeaway.

Last minute order before the resturant closes but I must say that I am very happy with my order. 1.Food 5/5 the best biryani I have ever tasted plus free pepsi! 2. Order time 35 minutes earlier than expected 5/5 3. Delivert driver, the nicest of the delivery drivers I have ever met. Kudos to you, Sir!!! 10/10 Overall, the best experience with food delivery. Had a fantastic takeaway. The food was fresh and tasted fantastic. Best Indian food i have had in a long time.

Shoddy customer service. Lamp full of gristle and very dry. Kept putting phone down on us. When you pick up the place looks very dirty and unhygienic. Will not be going back.

It was some years since I last ordered from here. Now under new ownership, thingd have greatly improved. I cannot comment on delivery as I picked up but the meal was available spot on time and was delicious. Chicken Samber, with lovely tender quality chicken and a sauce rich with lentils with a spicy kick. Just as it should be. The Keema rice was fresh and non-greasy and very tasty. Service was friendly - even received my first Christmas card. Overall, very enjoyable and I will return.

Absolutely fabulous food delivered tonight. Order arrived on time by a lovely delivery man and they gave me a free can of Pepsi, also I'd ordered one poppadom but they sent two. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Brilliant 👏

One of the best curries we've ever had. Not greasy. Full of flavour. Perfect rice, which I'd forgotten to order and they had it at our door in 10 mins! Very polite. Good value. Will pay the extra to have it delivered out of the free delivery zone. Would highly recommend the chicken karahi, lamb rojan josh, Malayan chicken and lamb tikka massalla.

OK curry for Blackpool standard's portions were a good size

We ordered various curries from here with lots of sides and it was all delicious. Really tasty and fresh. I loved the biryani with boiled egg! Would recommend. They have an interesting menu with dishes we hadn't heard of.

Consistently good food.Only order curries and sides, never had a kebab.The curries are excellent. I always phone the shop not just eat, they give you a good time scale. Usually delivered fast and hot. We ordered New Years Eve and it was superb.Highly recommend the set meal for two. THANK YOU!

What an absolutely awful place. Not only did we have to ring due to waiting an hour and half ... when we did ring there was no apology or anything. Do not use this takeaway ... awful!

Food always brilliant from here. So tastey every time. Stars reflect food. However, reason for review is for feedback for the company. We had a lovely young girl deliver the food tonight but we had put a note on just eat explaining we were self-isolating as both me and my partner have been tested for covid-19. I requested the door bell be rang and the food left on the doorstep so we didn't come into contact with anyone for their own well well being. I don't think the girl was told this as she rang the bell and waited for the door to be answered. She was very pleasant but PLEASE read the notes customers put on their orders and tell your driver's. She wasn't wearing PPE either which puts her potentially at further risk. I had to answer the door at distance and tell her we were self-isolating. She was a lovely girl and apologies to her for that but she should have been forewarned what the note said. Foods great. Will come again 100% but I thought was important to feedback to the business.

Nice food different owner - food no oil and very tasty - woul give another try it’s good food

Just taken delivery of an order to Newhouse Road (so you know who we are). We order from here all the time and it's usually very nice. Tonight however both curries were swimming in oil which ruined the dish, the naan was tiny and the rice was only half full. I hope this isn't something that will carry on as its normally our go to indian but tonight was a disappointment.

Not so good kebab was dry as hardly any meat on spoilt it in there as used to be nice curry's since changed hands I won't be a regular any more.. Also clean your front shop up needs cleaning

Got a lousy kebab with old meat that tasted so greasy. Took it back, got a replacement which was even worse. Will never buy from this place again. I've had softer burnt crispy bacon.

Ordered king prawn Madras , cheap chewy prawns powdery taste. Will never use this place again. Should be shut down

They don’t except payment by card we excepted that asked can we make our order as I pop across road to get cash out at Tesco there reply was no cash first I was leaving my girlfriend in there shop as well as my car outside they come across very rude shame really they were recommended to us went Lee raj instead

1hour and 20 mins to travel 1 mile. Rice missing from part of order. Curry watery, very salty. This is th worst curry I have ever had. I left it. Will not be using again, awful service and food.

Very Average shop, curries very bland, not much flavour to the base gravy. I dont think they have a Tandoor oven think they cook their "Tandoori" food in a oven.

Deja vu night. First time I tried to give benefit of the doubt. 2nd time I'm furious. It is now 1 hour and 49 mins since my order. IStill waiting. Phoned twice and 'chef was still cooking our meal' tried to phone half an hour later and straight to answer phone.really poor customer service. What a shame as the food has always been lovely. Pathetic execution and poor customer expectations. Will not be fool enough to try this comedy service on a 3rd attempt. Oh. Food just arrived 2 hours late.... Told them to jog on. I complained again over the phone and was told 'well, you didn't ask how long it would be' I was assured the owner would phone me to discuss. Guess what, I'm still waiting two days later. I will vote with my feet

curry and rice were lovely. my sons burger was awful. the bark was dry and there was so much mayo on it broke apart in my sons hand. it's a shame thought we may have found somewhere we could get something suitable for whole family.

decided to pay a visit as we have not had a meal from here in a very long time and we wish we hadnt of bothered the popadoms we ordered for starters were stale i should have known what was coming my wife had chicken tikka massallawhich she said was just ok i had lamb tikka vindaloo and although the sauce was ok the meat was chewy and you could tell it was old and it had not been tikkared it was dreadfull and at a cost of over 18 pound was a total waste of money never again will i step foot in this takeaway again end of

This was the second time of ordering because it was lovely last time, however when received this time the rice was watery, wasn't drained properly, the chicken has grizzly fatty bit's on it and the naan bread needed longer to cook, it was greasy and I could taste the flour. On both the kebab and side order. Very disappointed won't be ordering again. It is almost like they get sloppy with regular customers. Such a waste of money and clearly no effort or care taken.

The worst burgers we have ever had! Stale burger buns, over done burger,no salad butter etc, stale cold chips waste of money and will not be ordering from here again.

The mixed grill is ALMOST perfect, the only problem with it is the beef or whatever meat they serving in it is far too tough and doesnt taste of lamb or beef?

I often order from here to which it's great I can't fault it at all. Really nice. But last nights order was completely wrong. They forgot my poppadom which I wouldn't be so fussed about but they were for my children who were looking forward to eating them. I rang up but bcz it would take another 20-30 mins till they got to me I gave them my address for nxt time I ordered to put them in for free. Left it at at that but didn't get an apology. Plate the rest of my remaining order & my chicken tikka korma I had ordered was Infact lamb korma which wasn't to my taste & my kids wouldn't eat it too as they like chicken. I didn't phone back to complain but thought I would put on here instead. So really disappointed in last nights order. It wasn't a big order at all it was the special offer deal & a poppadom so really shouldn't of got that wrong surely!

No 20% discount for orders over £20 as stated on JustEat, also when I collected was refused 2 free cans of drink for orders over £15 which is also stated on JustEat! Garlic Naan was absolutely disgusting. I mean the WORST I have ever tasted!! Only 4 small pieces of Lamb in the Curry, and what was there was dry and tough!! All in all I would rate this as possibly the worst Indian takeaway I've eaten in a long time.

I ordered last week and was missing a can of coke and also I ordered 2 pieces of chicken which I couldn't eat as it was just rock hard skin so was disappointed but the chicken Korma was lovely

Lovely food and fast delivery meal for one is ideal

No taste at all to the currys very bland, tasted like jar sauces, had to re heat in microwave. And for the money spent would have expected better quality. Very poor presentation, chips defiantly reheated as bad a rubber gesture. Won't be ordering again, and embarrassed to had it over to relative who we were dining with.

Fantastic, one of the best curry houses in Blackpool

Me and my partner used to order from here now and again 4 years ago and it was nice then. We ordered yesterday for 9 people and the price was reasonable at that! Food was hot also. Portion size was good and the food was blooming delicious!! Very flavoursome and seasoned perfectly. Can't wait to order from here again!!
