As always excellent quality and taste. Could always do with more wraps though!!! Enough meat for 6 wraps why only provide 2. Great great food though!

The fried chicken was placed at the bottom under donner kebab which meant it was wet and soggy.

My partner and I have been big fans of GBBQ for years, but honestly we’re struggling to find reasons to continue ordering from here. The food’s always enjoyable, but the prices keep going up, and they stopped stamp rewards. Our usual order has gone up £10 in the last couple of months. It cost us nearly £50 for two kebabs (which were smaller than usual) and two sides. Buyer beware, I guess. 😕

Awesome staff I’ve eaten lots of kebabs in Cardiff and they are all awful. I had a kebab wrap on a Sunday after work and it was amazing hot fresh lots of meat and salad inside I was gutted they didn’t deliver to Cardiff bay or I’d be eating it tonight for Halloween

Ten pound ‘’large ‘’ kebab has about as much meat as a small from any other kebab shop, lettuce is old and wilted and barely any sauce on it.

Decent price for high quality food

Don’t order via website. Allows you to order and say you will get an email confirmation. Email confirmation doesn’t arrive and after 8 calls to confirm order with no answer we gave up.

Friday night busy, still perfect.

Food was a little chilly when it arrived, had to heat it up to eat. Not normal for GB so I’m sure it’s a one off. Usually give 5 stars tbf

haven't had any problems with just eat delivery's and golden bbq is our favourite place to eat.

Very disappointed- 1 item missing, another item incorrect (although have spoken to the restaurant and the correct item was later delivered). Most disappointing were the chicken shish kebabs- they were on tortilla wraps, not pita breads so the thin wraps were very soggy. I assumed this was another error but was told by restaurant they don’t give pitas with shish meat so I wonder what the difference would have been if I’d ordered a wrap, besides the fact that a wrap is cheaper. Don’t recommend

Will not be ordering from here again. Over charged on the phone. Refused refund when I paid extra over phone to slightly change order but way over charged me. Argued this on the phone and they said they would give me a refund next time or tomorrow. What food company does that?? Food was greasy and dripping in oil, chips over cooked, won’t be ordering from here again. An utter shambles. 9.50 x 3 £28.50, 15 spicy wings £10.00. Delivery was -£3.50 which is £41.50. However charged extra over phone and in total paid £46.50. Over charged by —£5. Shove you refund I won’t be returning

Excellent delivery time for a Saturday night.

This place has steadily gotten worse over time. Not only is the food now disgusting, it in no way resembles the order placed. One simple kebab & that was too much to get right. Still the lamb will come in useful, even though my dog turned its nose up at it, I can use it for back fill in the pots holes outside my home.

We had an issue where our food from another place came too early and we were missing some things, ordered from here and they managed to get it ready and send out to us within like 10-15 minutes. Food was amazing and we really appreciate how quickly they got it ready for us. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

These guys are complete clowns guys stay away . We made an order on which there were items missing . Too my disbelief these rude individuals told us to come down and collect the food they did not give us . We asked for a deliver driver but refused . These people are not worth wasting your time on . They have no manners and zero people skills . If your looking for a friendly well run service , I advise the whole of cardiff not to contact this amateur run business. Better food with better people anywhere else but here. STAY AWAY

THE WORST RESTAURANT IN THE UK ! I bought 2x their regular 9.50£ Lamb shish kebab They just sold us the package 10% kebab 90% salad and the meat was 90% raw. Absolute waste of money don’t go.

Orderd a regular mixed shish. Literally hada tonne of salad, 4 pieces of chicken and 4 peices of lamb. To top it off they put it in a wrap instead of a pitta. I've been here a few times and there usually spot on. Hopeing its just a 1 off. Frustrating though especially when your starving.

Really dissapointing service from my favourite kebab house. I have order for many years and never had poor quality of food or service, however a recent order of over £30 was delivered to the wrong address after I had told them my new address when ordering. After speaking to them they seemed apologetic and shocked, however as it was a busy Saturday night and late now, I did not request this order to be re-delivered or demand a refund, as I was told that our next order would be covered as they knew I was a regular customer. When phoning to claim this order 2 weeks later, I was told the manager said to only deduct £5 from the total. I am extremely disappointed in this service, over £30 of food went to the wrong address and I trusted that this would be rectified in the future in good faith. My custom has now been lost, I should have complained and requested a refund the night of their mistake.

Absolutely awful food , chicken was barely cooked chips were undercooked and charged £8.50 for three pieces of chicken and chips Absolutely scandalous. The worst food I have ever been served.

Food is a bit pricey but of good quality. Best shish and kufteh kebab in Cardiff. Their spicy wings are also so delicious. Just avoid the fries. The rest is good.
