Food? Wouldn't know. Says they are open but order cancelled. Why be on JustEat if you won't fulfill orders? Never again. Hard pass.

Food has always been good, we've had takeaway and sat in too. Their duck Penang curry (specials) is 👌🏽👌🏽. Cash only though and no sign of this anywhere until they mention it after presenting the bill; annoying.

Has a fantastic meal early evening. One of the tastiest Thai we have been to in Cardiff. Staff are delightful and wine and beers not too shabby! We will be back!

We had a terrible takeaway from here. It was nothing like advertised and cold when it arrived an hour late. We thought several months later we would give it another go and visit restaurant. How a restaurant is allowed to run on cash only and customers not informed until they are paying bill is beyond me. Frog marched to machine. Inland revenue needs to be informed as its places like this make it harder for the rest of us. They need to pay their way! The chilli Thai a few doors up is smaller but better food, smaller restaurant and family run. Cash or card!

Had takeaway, food was absolutely delicious, driver was running late, but they made up for that and he was very sweet. Most delicious food I’ve had in a long time!

Ordered food online on Uber eats ...I thought I was ordering starters n mains all I ate was dessert . Everything was sweet as if they poured sugar syrup in all dishes. Even the Thai people must be turning in thier graves they pride themselves on the spice in the food. Love Thai food but never had anything worse than this place. Please do not go.

What a horrific experience! Flys everywhere, terrible service and to be told cash only at the end of the mediocre meal. Then made to go to the cash point accompanied by a staff member. Degrading, rude and we’ve never ever experienced anything like it before.We will never go anywhere near the place again.

I always, always order the Pad Kee Mao from here. So so delicious with large portions. I think it's really great value for how large the portions are and how delicious the food is. I went in to collect today and the service was absolutely lovely. The decor in the restaurant is also very cute and not in your face at all, which I really love. Can't wait to be back :)

I’ve been hearing about this place for a while and finally visited for the first time today. It did not disappoint! The staff are so lovely and welcoming. They were very accommodating. There was a great selection of dishes. The food was prepared in good time and served well. The portion sizes were perfect. Everything tasted absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be going back and would 100% recommend!

Great family run restaurant, we are always greeted with a smile and excellent service. The food is fresh, cooked quickly and above all tastes amazing! Prices are also pretty reasonable. I highly recommend as we are always retuning customers :-)

Food was really lovely, nice and tasty and served very hot and fresh. No issues at all with it, we had some great meals. Service tended to be on the slow side but this was because the restaurant only has one server to cover everyone. So as it became more busy, service levels went down and down. Didn’t really impact us though but I would say another server is needed on busy nights. Still cash only for payment which is a let down. Overall would probably go back but wouldn’t make a massive effort to.

Fast service and friendly staff. Interesting dishes, some underlying herbs and spices you'd expect from Thai cuisine but completely devoid of any heat youneex from chilli and galangal. Also, every dish is far too sweet

The food was tasty, and we liked both the starters and mains. However, the service was not up to par, and it's inconvenient that they only accept cash. Upon leaving, there was no thank you or goodbye, which was disappointing we were just ignored. We noticed they greeted and spoke more warmly to white customers. It's important to treat all customers equally :)

I hate writing bad reviews but this was the worst meal I have ever had in Cardiff. The food was quite simply gross - really did not enjoy anything. Everything was sweet and sickly. The service was fine but not to be rude our waiter forgot one of the tables drinks & we were given no cutlery to eat with until 5 mins after receiving food. Jasmine tea even tasted stale - not a nice place to eat at all. Won’t be returning.

Small but excellent Thai restaurant. Walked in on a whim with family and received excellent service despite it being an hour away from close. Food was delicious and some of the best Thai I've ever had. Cash only so be sure to go to a cashpoint before.

Tried for first time. Great fresh food full of flavours. I had salt and pepper squid, beef massaman curry with rice and my friend had chicken pieces coated in black sesame then lamb massaman. Green tea and jasmine tea. Delicious!

Very poor, Pad Thai was completely tasteless, neither of us could finish ours without feeling queasy from the amount of grease. Noodles were also all tiny 2 inch long pieces for some reason Tofu was incredibly dry and hard to swallow. Definitely don't recommend, there are much nicer Thai places in Cardiff

Ordered a delivery at 5:35 for 7:15pm. Food hadn't arrived at 7:50 so I called the restaurant who said they'd speak to the driver and call me back. 20 minutes later I called the restaurant again after not hearing from them and got told the roads were busy and he driver was 5-10mins away. The food then arrived 35 mins later than the call - an hour and 40 minutes after it was scheduled and over 3 hours after it was ordered. If the restaurant has been honest when I first contacted I appreciate mistakes happen but they clearly lied about the food being out for order or, they were happy to deliver food which left the restaurant over an hour ago. Turned the food away and won't order again. Real shame as we've had some lovely meals from here previously.

Food took over an hour to arrive and was cold when it did. Everything was massively sweet. Way over the top. Don't think I'll be ordering from there again.

CASH only but the waiter keep asking whether customers want the change back.... EVERY single time. Poor service. When it was my turn to pay, noticed service charge already added to the bill and yet the waiter asked me whether I wanted my change back. He should have given the change back to the customers and it is up to the customer to leave some money back for the tips. Especially the service charge is already added to the bill.

Went to it in June 2023- horrible they give you stir fry with no noodles and lots of useless veg, Ordered a meat dish and hardly any meat or stew. Portions were so small they didn't even tell us it will be like this when we asked. Only accepted cash and waitress and owner was so rude and impolite. rice is literally the size of your palm and your paying 3 quid. Never again.. DO NOT GO!!! save your money!

I had got terrible experience when I visited this place. The food wasn’t delicious like I expected, Pad Thai was too sweet and not good taste and very expensive, poor service, small place with no decor. I visited there by myself and they seems didn’t care me even that time only my table and another one but I had to go to till to order my food and then I had to go to till to pay.I ordered 1 Pad Thai and 1 bottle water but I paid 19 pounds which was very expensive with the restaurant like this, even expensive more than central London. They only accept cash. They didn’t show any hospitality with me, I never back this place and no recommend to my friends as well.

People only notice a good restaurant owner, but not a good worker, so you should notice how the restaurant owner treats the workers, not how he treats the visitors, because a good owner values ​​the work of his workers, and this is a restaurant that doesn't know how to appreciate and treats their employees they treat them like a trash, don't you think that when a woman who co-owns a restaurant smiles at you, that she is a respectable person, no one see what is happening inside the restaurant kitchen like how the woman is shouting and other members of her family treat their employees how they treat the garbage this is the real face of this restaurant owner who smile at the customers are only there for money they don't care about customer if you gonna be there as a worker you gonna see a real face of this people from completly different persoective, they treat the employees like trash and treat them like slaves. I will never come there again because I'm not looking for a fake smiling owner, but a respectful owner who treats the staff professionally and I like to put another coment about how poor quality food they serve that been in fridge iced for god know how long customers should know what they get serve but this is another story if I not putting anithing in my mouth from what I see coming out from the kitchen everithing they serve is bland and looks like the meat been frozen for ages.

Food was absolutely incredible, particularly the penang duck curry. Only criticism would be the atmosphere, there was no music and the kitchen was very loud.

Went for lunch and had green curry, pad ka pow, pad kee mao, and spring rolls jay all very tasty vegan dishes.

It was my first time to this place. The staff seemed polite and courteous. The restaurant was clean and well lit. Toilet was clean and overall cleanliness was superb. Food was delicious but very spicy. I think it’s the typical and real Thai food with real Thai taste. However, watch the spicy level before ordering as it will challenge your mouth on the level you don’t want to imagine so yeah, be careful or it’s better to ask the staff before ordering. Prices were good and affordable. A nice place to experience Thai taste. Overall experience was good and yes, 5 stars and highly recommended.

Probably the best Thai I’ve had! We moved back from London recently and have thankfully just found our new Thai. Had my usual Massaman beef curry and can confirm it was amazing.

Visited here for the first time with a friend as we both love Thai food. Unfortunately, was not impressed. Although the dim sums and prawn tempura were okay, my beef pad Thai lacked depth in flavour and I’ve had much nicer before, I expected it to come with lime and chilli but it did not. My friend ordered a main which had a chunky piece of styrofoam in it and did not realise until half way through eating. She ended up with food poisoning the next day and was sent home from work. Also, they added on service charge, and I don’t really understand why as it is a standard corner food place with no extra service. But that was taken off anyways when we told them about the styrofoam. Chilli basil is definitely much better in taste and better for price in comparison to here.

Order never received after waiting over 2 hours, had to get refund from Uber eats. Called the restaurant twice who told us it was on its way. If they were honest and told us they couldn't fulfil the order on the first call we could have made alternative arrangements but they assured us on both phone calls it was with the driver for delivery.

Order placed at 19:00 and still waiting at 21:00.

Really good thai food served in a casual setting. The red curry was delicious. Staff are friendly. Always fairly busy, which is a giid sign.

Not up to standard tonight. Takeaway took 2.5 hours to arrive. I would have collected but was promised 30 to 45 mins. When food arrived it was lukewarm and the red curry was very thin and watery. Previous orders have always been good

Food tasted nice but little poritions only side oder available on menu is rice. They only take cash which is fair enough but should leave a notice for customers saying cash only.

Went in on a Saturday night, nice little place. Wasn’t that busy but it started to pick up whilst there Waiter was great and they made it extra spicy. Excellent pad see ew and red curry both really flavourful. It took me back to Thailand lol 1 star less as a bit of a pain to get cash when it’s raining. Card machine would definitely help!

Chose delivery and they took over 80 minutes to deliver to me even though we live within 1km radius

The starters were decent hence the two starts. I ordered main dishes with chicken which tasted as though it been boiled three days ago and served. The service was appauling, sat after finishing food for at least half an hour, i put the dishes away myself as a hint that we are done in case they didnt know. Still no joy. Asked for bill twice, still no joy. Eventually got up and paid. Shame as i was waiting for a bday cake to be brought out, which i asked for back and mentioned the reason behind this (they took too long with the bill) i got no apology and the cake which had been left on the front counter was given to me.

Just had a meal delivered from Moo Moo's City road and was terrible Prawns were rubbery the the sauce was non existent, very watery and way over cooked vegetables, couldn't eat it and i still have the taste in my mouth. Food is usually very good but tonight it really was terrible- why? Have had quite a few meals from here but no more.

The food experience was great. Was unsure before visiting about the menu but there's lots on offer. Food was fresh and really tasty. Staff really friendly!

This place is not good. Ordered pad gai krapao (Chicken with chilli and vegetables), pad pak (fried mixed veg, mostly beansprout and carrot), rice and 1 diet coke. Both dishes were overcooked, dry chicken and limp soggy vegetables. To add insult to injury they charged me £10.95 for the veg dish. £30.47 for the meal. What a waste of money!

I've been to this restaurant 3 times now. Whenever I'm in Cardiff, it's a must. They have one of the best King prawn Pad Thai I've had. It's a good sized portion, the prawns are juicy, the sauce is generous and packed with flavour. Recently I tried the Thai green curry and it was amazing. Had a nice kick to it. Would definitely recommend this place. They do a lot of gluten free options as well. Oh and the biggest thing for me, it's Halal! I saw one review complaining about lack of pork. Lol. Read the room, it's a heavily Muslim area with a lot of Muslim / Arab restaurants catering to the demographic. And a lot of Thai people are Muslims so there's that. Anyway, highly recommended this restaurant.

The customer service advisor needs to understand a complaint about food, its not a personal attack. Improve your srvice by taking criticism on board. L

Amazing food. We tried a lot of the menu between 10 of us and everything was fresh and really tasty. We were well looked after and had a great time. I would definitely recommend and will be going back as soon as possible

Food brilliant. Had it both take away and eat in. It is phenomenal. But I have to say I think the wait time is far too long. We waited over 60mins between starter and mains when eating in restaurant. I think the issue is they way over subscribe to justeat, deliveroo, and ubereats. Kitchen very busy but focus is on takeaway not eating in.

Absolutely excellent Thai food, the best I’ve had in years. I can see there are some negative reviews regarding takeaway delivery times, however we ordered via Uber Eats and had no problems at all. The order turned up exactly on time.

22.05 update. A polite gentlemen turned up at the door with the food and was very apologetic. I explained that it was two hours late and I did no longer want it and he was very understating. Such a shame that they can't get the delivery right. I have eaten from here before and the food was great but just so annoying. Not delivered an hour after the delivery time. Still no delivery. Called for an update told they would contact me and nothing. Contact them again still no update. Should of been with me between 19.40 and 20.00 it's now 21.14 and still nothing or no update. SHOCKING SERVICE.

Food not arrived. Was meant to be with me between 19.40 and 20.00. Its now 21.19 and hasn't turned up. If tou try and cancel on just eat they want to take the fee works out about £5. Why would I pay £5 for something that hasn't arrived. Stay well clear !!!

Needed to leave a review as ordered through ubereats and then read Google reviews… I had reservations, especially as the delivered by time had passed! 45 mins after ordering the food was here, it was hot and it was delicious!!! We had chicken spring rolls, veg Thai green curry and beef massaman. Highly recommend!!

Took an hour to deliver which I’m okay with but can be annoying to others, really good only problem is there was a hair in the breading of the shrimp tempura

Their gaeng phed and panang are both excellent, and the spring rolls (duck in particular) are some of the best I’ve had - thin and crispy pastry, well filled and amazing dipping sauce. Best Thai in Cardiff

Yesterday evening we placed an order (B21AF) with Moo Moo Thai Tapas, in Cardiff, value £37.75. This order was placed at 5.30 pm for delivery between 7.1.5 and 7.45 pm. The order was finally received after 9.00 pm. This is totally unacceptable and by then we had made other arrangements in order to prevent a family meal being totally spoilt. You were very unhelpful in resolving this issue, and kept telling us that ‘it’s on the way’ which was clearly false! We gave you 2 hours notice for you to prepare our meal for the correct delivery time and you failed us! We are very disappointed and expect a full and immediate refund. Thank you!

We have visited this restaurant, on several occasions and the food is always fantastic with helpful, friendly staff. We cannot complain about the food, it is delicious. However, the restaurant is extremely busy with their delivery service and I feel this has a knock on effect, on those customers who have booked a table in the restaurant. The delivery service seems to take priority over customers who have booked tables. We waited 30 minutes for our starters and then over an hour for our main courses.

Just moved to Cardiff and a friend of mine recommended this place, and was unreal. Food was incredible as was the service. I will be going back very soon!

Ordered at 5.30 for a 7-7.30 and By 8.20 it still hasn't arrived. Tried calling 3 different phone numbers with no answer. Finally got through on alternative number 4 and was told it would be 10mins...still waiting 30mins later. When it arrived, cold. Was laughed at down the phone. Absolutely appalling!

Stumbled on this Thai place on here last minute ideal. I have been to Thailand many times and love Thai food but it very hard to find the taste in the uk. Ong found it possibly the best Thai food I have ever eaten in the uk. Thankyou for such a fantastic experience and food. See you soon
