tikka massalla was really nice as was the keema rice and keema nan,prawn puree was hard to tell if it was nice because there was approximately 4 prawns in it ? kebab tasted as if it had been microwaved

My Madras was cold and rice .... the meat was full of fat very hard , after biting into the third lump of grizzle i gave up . most disappointing

Food was extremely greasy and most lacked any flavour. I had the garlic naan bread and you could see the grease on it. Wasn't that warm when if arrived either. The lamb chops were nice. Has definitely left me disappointed with my choice. First and last time of ordering with them

wrong items received and missing sag paneer restaurant were insistent it was in bag not impressed for my first and only order. Food was only Luke warm not impressed at all

Everything was great. Lamb naga was fiery hot (as it should be) and the lamb was tender. The chicken in the Bhuna was equally good and the flavours were spot on. The naan, chicken biryani, chana and sag aloo were also all good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lambshank was not available and I was told that i would get some extras to make up the difference in the price. That did not happen

A very spiced madras with generous amount of chicken was let down by a rather undercooked peshwari naan. Not up to their usual standard this time. .

A large group of us ate here earlier this evening. I had no complaints with my food but a couple of the others were a little shocked as to the size of the lamb chops (compared to other local places we have eaten at). With one person serving, the starters and main courses did appear to take a while to come out. But they coped well with our group along with dealing with a few other tables. It was relatively quiet but you don’t expect anything very different for a Tuesday evening. I would return again.

Slightly late but delicious. Dansak not as hot as some but very good.

Vegetarian tiffin: the veg samosa very good the vegetarian curry was super tasty, a little on the small size for me , chips was a bit greasy , salad & mint dip was great, nann was yummy, poppadum good, there was a chickpea dish was sooo good a little too spicy for me , overall will defo order again probably from the main so I get bigger dish 😊

My go to curry house for delivery. The naga dishes are bang on the money, with plenty of spice.

Delivered on time which was great! Shame the food was poor, the mains arrived cold, but oddly enough the chapati was steaming hot. Chicken in the korma was dry but appeared pink. The sauce was okay. The mixed grill was oily and cold. Overall really disappointed with the meal and requested a refund from just eat. First time we’ve ordered from here, and sadly wouldn’t order again.

Raz provided the catering for a party at last minute. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed all round. Everyone at the party was well travelled so knew their Indian cuisine well and commented how this was very similar to 'home cooking' which I completely agree with being Indian myself. I've just turned 60 so I've had a lot of curry's over the years and today i ordered my favourite chicken jalfrezi and it was the best that I've ever had, the heat was spot on and the chicken was very tender, I had there mushroom rice and for the first time ever there was mushrooms that were perfectly cooked being meaty with a bit of bite, I'm really looking forward to ordering again soon as this is definitely my favourite place to go.

Disappointing meal. Both mains were bland and not very warm. Saag aloo was cold, very small portion and very little spinach. Keema naan didn't have much filling.

I asked for no coriander online and by phone but when delivered, there was coriander sprinkled on the rice so it went straight in the bin! This is the 2nd time that this has happened.

Great little Indian restaurant, went by myself and seem a bit quiet but service was top notch. Poppadoms comes with a nice selection of sauces and over food of my biryni was nice.

After a few disappointing meals from our local Indian restaurant we decided to try Tiffin Wala. Ordered a takeaway using the restaurants own website. Which was very easy to use. The food arrived extremely quickly presented beautifully and lovely and hot. Wow the food was incredibly, definitely 5 stars ! Will be repeating this order and paying a visit to the restaurant in the very near future. Thank you 🙏

Our first time for an indian Takeaway, we do like curry dishes but have only been home made, thought we would have a treat but was worried it could be too hot as we like the flavours but not keen on too spicy, so as such asked when ordering if we could have the meal for 2 to be mild, the responce was he would ask the chef and that could be done,i can appreciate what is mild to one may not be the same to another but should there be whole chilli in a mild dish? as such it was too spicy for us, not only as there were chillies in it, which i removed but the sauce was as well, i even rinsed that off but the chicken had been marinated in a sauce that i wouldn't say was mild which spoiled it for me. Having said that the quality of the food was good and the portions were decent as well, would have been better to have a rating on the dishes for novices on the menu, maybe a section for mild dishes, or mild alternatives,again we love the flavours but can't taste those with too much spice.

I ordered a lamb shank at £13. I was really looking forward to it but what I received was a collection of bones with small scraps of meat on them. This was not a lamb shank, which should sit around one large bone and simply fall off when you touch it with your fork. It looked like I received chop scraps. Absolutely horrendous. The onion bharji turned out to be 3 flat bhaji's stuck together, which were too hard to eat. Awful meal

Despite the horrendous weather conditions, nine members of the CCC ventured across to Blackwater to this compact venue which we have visited before. After making the booking a week or so earlier, the numbers changed at the last minute, but this was no problem to the attentive and welcoming staff. The waiters took time to discuss some of the restaurant signature options, and after placing the order, the meals arrived promptly, and whilst one was slightly later than the rest, all were piping hot and delicious. It’s worth noting that there was a steady stream of take away orders leaving the premises, showing the restaurant’s popularity, but without detracting from the excellent service for those seated within. Decent food at a reasonable price; worth a look if you can find it in a small parade of shops near to the Rail Station. Words by GW - attendance IC.

We ordered a lunchtime box which we paid for delivery to then receive a phone call asking us to cancel from our side as they “don’t have delivery drivers”. We then said we can collect to which they responded “we don’t have anyone in to cook our food so cancel it”. Why would you be on JustEat for LUNCHTIME then?! Not only did they force us to cancel it our end as they had issues their end, we were then unable to receive our refund as JustEat have a 5 minute cancellation lee-way, meaning 100% cancellation fee after this time. Tiffin Wala must have known this which is why the man who called was so forceful to get me to cancel, telling me loads of people do it and I need to figure it out myself. After contacting Tiffin Wala and JustEat I am yet to receive a response even acknowledging that they have received my messages. Not only did we not receive the food, but they took the full amount of money. I also have a voicemail to prove this. Absolutely ridiculous, avoid!!!

Delivery order was probably the worst Indian food that has ever been delivered to my door, No idea why it's gone downhill as this is my normal go to Indian but today has definitely made my mind up that when your paying for a service it shouldn't be of such a low quality that It had to be put in the Wheely bin because the smell of I'd like to say smokey charcoal but that wouldn't be right as that can be an enjoyable smell when with food but it's more smokey burnt oil which isn't the taste that goes well with a madras, pilau rice, garlic naan or even the stale poppadoms. I can highly recommend cooking at home or if not avoid this restaurant like it has the plague, I know it's a bit strong sounding but if the food is as bad as they believe is good enough to deliver then your own health should be your top concern. Failing that go to Camberley and sit down where the competition should guarantee a reasonable quality So disappointed but I'll not be wasting another penny in Tiffin Wala, Blackwater I would like to update my review to express my appreciation for the sincere apology offered by Tiffin Wala, it goes a long way to show they are serious about making sure customers' concerns are dealt with so a big thank you. Sadly I will not be redeeming the £40 voucher but offer thanks for the offer but my mind was made up, I can only hope the chef gets further training and possibly made to eat the food he serves up, so your other loyal customers aren't expected to suffer in the future
