First time ordering from Lime but actually the food was delicious! I’m guessing the takeaway was very busy as it was at least half an hour later than they said and that was already an hour after ordering. All that said, we would definitely order from here again and try something else just to see!

The chicken was dry and you could tell that it was cooked previously and the sauce was added after. I don't understand how it got 4.5 stars…

Chicken in the curry was pink not cooked and my mrs is pregnant this is not acceptable if I had not of notice could of been a bad situation for her

Seems like food was prepared with preprepared old gravy/sauces. Food was warm but taste stale. Same taste for different items. Most of the food thrown to bin. Inappropriately high price for low quality food.

Lovely Lamb Masala, also had Tandoori chicken however was a little dry and tough but everything else was great!

Normally I love Lime, but today was time first occasion I couldn’t eat it. I started to, but the naan must have been dropped in the coals, because it had black chunks and ash all over it, which subsequently fell in my korma. Also, there was a random red thing in my saag paneer. I was so put off I couldn’t eat it. They did extra cook the chips like I requested, and the pakoras and bhajis were great as usual.

Food was excellent, and on time, but was asked to pay additional £2.50 delivery charge by the driver which we knew nothing about. We refused as delivery was on receipt.

Following a day watching the Six Nations we decided to order an Indian for the family dinner. As we haven't ordered from Lime for sometime we thought lets give it a try. Although my wife's Chicken Biryani was OK, my daughters Chicken Korma and my Lamb Jalfrezi was awful, swimming in a watery slop (see picture). Note to myself......should have went to Voujon!!

Didn't schedule a timeslot but was estimated for an hour, delivered in half the time which was great. Tasted amazing and was exactly what we asked for. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. However the delivery driver still wanted to charge us for delivery even though the app states it’s free delivery over £45. They said we had to pay as the offer doesn’t apply to villages but that is not stated anywhere. We have ordered many times before and never had this issue!

Great food but watch out for hidden delivery charges. The restaurant added a cash tip on the receipt for the delivery driver. Note that delivery charge was included in the bill

I have ordered chicken korma in the past, delicious with plenty of chicken and added sauce. I recently ordered the butter chicken tikka masala. Very delicious, my new favourite. 😋

Some of the better Indian food I’ve had in Bury. We ordered the lamb vindaloo, butter tikka masala, Bombay aloo, a garlic naan, and vegetable samosas. The vindaloo had excellent heat and the Bombay potatoes absolutely slapped. The butter tikka was much sweeter than I would have imagined, but still quite good. Good value for price overall - will be ordering again.

Absolutely delicious, I would definitely order again. Chicken was a bit overcooked and tough. But I guess that's better than undercooked. I had the set meal for 1 with added poppadoms. Lots of food and very filling, I only needed to eat half. I will enjoy the rest tomorrow. I ordered home delivery so I can't comment on atmosphere or service.

Food was lovely but could have been a little hotter (temperature wise)

Food was very tasty and full of flavour however very limited on meat in the tub. Mostly just sauce. Food was still warm. Delivery did arrive in the allocated time but it was a long wait time. The delivery driver did not drive safely around a populated area with children and when asked about this was poorly mannered, aggressive and overly defensive particularly when asked to slow down and take more care.

Onion Barges inedible burnt. Curry sauce like water in Tikka Vindaloo. Popperdoms old foisty taste. Small portions of food and rice .. last time

We don't often get Indian food but had a real craving for it last night, wasn't really sure what to get so we went for the set menu for two, it was absolutely perfect, three main dishes and lots of sides, portion sizes spot on, would highly recommend.
