Great food good price quick delivery 👌🏼

We holiday in this area every year, the food is Excellent, we had the set meal for 3, very adequate portions and very tasty. We will visit again next year 👍

The food from here is so good but the service means we won’t be ordering again. On the website we ordered from it said it would be 55 minutes when we ordered. We called after an hour had passed to be told it would be 10 minutes. Another 40 minutes passed as we still didn’t have our food. We were then told the manger would be delivering so we can complain to him, only to be told by the driver that he isn’t the manager just the delivery man. Customer service is appalling, lying to customers is appalling sadly both times we have used it’s been exactly the same. Shame because as I said before the food is great when it arrives!!

The estimated delivery time is between 20:10 to 20:30, but I waited until 21:10 for the delivery to arrive and the restaurant phone line couldn't get through at all!

Was passing by from a family trip from london, thought let’s give this place a try. Was Amazed. Food was Really Great, Specially Curries, Lamb was top notch, soft and juicy, melt in your mouth. and the flavours. Unlike other places, we tried many places, almost every Indian dish has that strong garlic smell and taste to it. We are fussy eaters. Here was different, Every dish has a unique kick of it’s own. not overpowering by garlic, or oil. We Really Enjoyed the Flavour. Tikka Masala starts with a sweet kick, ends with a tangy. 😍 love it. Breads ware much sweeter then other places, little doughy on the edges. Mint Sauce very tangy though, not sure if that’s how that’s done here. there was too much tang. Other than that - Fantastic Chef 🎩 8/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got a take away , forgot the Nan bread , pakora was shocking , overall food was terrible

I ordered a takeaway for delivery from Balti Spice this evening. Even though I am out of their delivery area they were very helpful and the food arrived an hour later. Possibly the best takeaway I have had in years. The food was hot and tasty, the staff very friendly and helpful and there is nothing else I could hope for! Thank you very much one and all!!

First time ordering here and I'm delighted. Delicious meal with very generous portions and beautifully succulent meat dishes. I asked for plenty of fresh green chilli's in my Jalfrezi and my request was no problem at all. We'll definitely be back. 😋

We use this local takeaway quite often. Really wonderful food, very tasty. Sometimes delivery sometimes collect and always very pleasant. Portion size is good. Highly recommended!

Delicious meal, as always. Beautifully fresh cooked food, fabulous range of starters, mains & sides. The food is always piping hot on delivery, & on time. Good packaging and great presentation, too.. A real treat- every dish is really lovely. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Banquet meals for 2 people for less then £25 you can’t go wrong with. Easily feed 3 of us . Full of flavours. Starters mains side’s open plan clean kitchen. See your food cooking amazing experience 5stars for everything

Food was 30 minutes late, curry was luke warm and tasted like it was from a jar, chicken was dry. Sides were fine, but naan was small. Wouldn't recommend or order again

Long long long waiting times for food.... Ordered first time, nice food but over hour and quarter waiting time. Was missing part of order, but gave benifit of doubt... Second time we ordered because food was nice, but again waiting time was over 1 and half hours after web site said 40 mins..... I live less than 5 mins from them.... If you don't mind waiting ages, foods nice, but so so long..... Don't think will be third time with these guys...

Worst food we have ever tasted for an INDIAN. tikka massala!? Or did you mean tomato soup??? Food was cold and took longer than estimated, had to order Naz after. AVOID!

Average-please don’t moan I am just giving an honest account of my food delivery and how the food was Came when they said -55 minutes so that was fair enough Everything was plastered with loads/massive onions and currents NaN breads Burt underneath and weren’t very tasty Plenty of food The rest were ok not brilliant but not bad either , I would eat from them again but would say no onions or currents and ask them to make sure they didn’t burn the nans

Ordered food on their own website And after one hour I rang to ask how long it would be. I was told I had not received the order even though I had email confirmation and the money had left my bank account. They didn’t know what to do to compensate me apart from reorder another curry. I will not be using this restaurant again which is a shame as we have used it now for five years and this is the second time this has happened

Ordered a takeaway from them and they were so quick! We collected from store as it's not far from us and it was really quick and easy, the staff were really lovely at the door. Food was great, had lovely flavours and nice portion sizes. Loved the naan bread, will order from them again!

have previously ordered from here and didn’t find it the greatest but a friend told me it had been taken over and had new chefs so I thought I’d give it another go. I’m so glad I did as the food was absolutely delicious it had so much flavour and would highly recommend this place. The delivery was also very fast and the food was still fresh and hot when it got to us. 5 stars from me.

The food was reasonably priced, but it was a far cry from an authentic Indian and I couldn’t stomach some of the dishes. It wasn’t fresh, and seemed as though the curry came from a jar.

Superb tasty food especially the prawn phall and tandoori king prawn. Excellent polite service and delivery.. A must try for serious curry lovers or beginners without a doubt

Long story short we've been charged for a takeaway we never received and both Balti Spice and just eat refuse to admit they were in the wrong. If I were you I wouldn't take the risk and order from Balti Spice. I'd order from one of the many other Indian takeaways available in the area of which I'm sure you'd receive much better service from. It's extremely dissapointing after ringing Balti Spice twice and ringing just eat. What a waste of time and money

So after an issue last august i gave them another chance in january though justeat. Got my delivery and also an apology from the son of the owner. Was fabulous food I'll give them that. Roll on to tonight. Ordered again through justeat. Waited 44 mintues then got a call demanding extra money for delivery this was not stated on justeat and when i refused and tryed to talk about the issue was hung up on. That apology seems hollow. If im.out of delivery area dont put my adress within it or at least advertise you 1 an extra charge!!

Thought I would give this one a try, was recommended a naga chicken and I have to say was one of the best curries I've had... Went well with the onion rive and even threw in some poppadoms and onion salad. Highly recommended!!! Very friendly :)

Always excellent service & great tasty food. Food is always delivered hot unlike a lot of takeaways that need warming up by the time they get to you. Free pops with meal (and not soggy ones either). Never had an incorrect order from them either. Had the Tandoori mixed grill for a change the other day rather than a curry, YUM would def recommend it.

Just had to write and say how much I enjoyed the Butter Chicken, Bombay Potatoes, and Saag Bhaji after my first visit yesterday! Friendly staff, pleasant waiting area, and parking available outside. Excellent!

Avoid at all costs. Curry was inedible as it had a thick layer of oil sitting on top. The food that was edible (naan bread) tasted bland. "People normally like my currys" was the managers response when i told him i cant eat the curry due to the sheer amount of oil. And followed up by saying next time he'd "probably" give me a discount. There wont be a next time

1st time visit to this restaurant with family on recommendation from friends - Probably the best curry I have ever had which was shared by us all - The staff were great Food charged at reasonable rates and take your own alcohol - What's not to like !!! - I will 100% be returning and having set the bar so high just hope will be as good next time - On this visit would highly recommend.

ordenado desde aquí nuevamente en nuestra visita más reciente a bournemouth - se le recomendó que tienen un nuevo chef y pueden confirmar que su comida es mejor que la anterior, así que mucho sabor, sin sabor graso, mucha comida por lo que pagamos muy bien valor - agradable y limpio para llevar y la ventana a la cocina significa que podemos verlos cocinar la comida (que estaba recién hecha ante nuestros ojos) así que la corta espera no fue aburrida.

Ordered from Balti Spice for the first time having no reply when call my usual curry house....glad I did as we were very impressed with the quality and taste. We will most certainly be using Balti Spice as our new Indian takeaway from now on!!!

Nos dieron una comida desde ayer por primera vez y fue una de las mejores comidas indias que hemos probado en mi vida. El tamaño de la porción era bastante grande y el precio era muy razonable. Las salsas en ambos platos tenían una profundidad real de sabor y los poppadoms eran agradables y crujientes. Definitivamente ordenaremos desde aquí nuevamente.
