Food was rushed out hardly any pork on the noodles the ribs had hardly any sauce it was more just in the bottom of the tub then on the ribs

Fab food, but the restaurant was cold, in February. The decor was lovely and the staff are just amazing.

Most amazing noodles!!! I’m now obsessed with the noodle bar. Highly recommend. Portions are huggeee, ended up only eating half and taking the other half home. You could share a bowl between two. Furthermore, as someone who has gone years unable to have most noodles due to a soy intolerance, the staff were so accommodating and explained how they could make my noodles soy free and showed me the allergens menu. This made me very happy to finally find somewhere I can have noodles. The meal deals they do during the week are also an insanely good deal.

Never a bad experience at Noodlebar. Honestly, the food is amazing, the staff are always attentive, and not only do they do great deals, but very decent portions sizes. A few friends regularly request a takeaway box at the end, haha.

Ribs fatty and tough, undercooked for ribs,, satay chicken skewers much too salty, squid in seafood curry rubbery and unpleasant, prawns in curry nice and vegetable spring rolls nice, but overall wouldn't order from here again

Ribs were amazing food looks great and tastes great. Will be ordering again for sure. Usually choose out normal chinese this was a random pick and we were not dissapointed. Discount on offer whats not to love ?

Absolutely love noodle bar, food is always amazing the value for money is incredible. I might even go as far to say it's too much for 1 person! Definitely recommend sharing a noodle bowl and get a few sides instead.

Order took 2hrs 10mins to arrive, restaurant did not answer their phone. Offers £7 refund.. Not good enough or enough. Food cold on arrival

I tried to contact the restaurant to check delivery time as the app had said it was delivered. There was no answer and the food was not as hot as usual as it had clearly been in tbe car for a while.

The chicken satay was in a snotty sauce this time which was inedible. Threw it away.

Nice large portions. And tailor your food to your taste in 3 steps. Fast service and great food if you want a change from Waga's but not too much of a shift - if you know what I mean

What an amazing place to go for some noodles , the food was incredible. The staff are so friendly and kind. The interior design made it even better , you can also take your food home- the service is incredibly quick! Went here again, and it's still amazing -10.02.24

Went there for lunch a few weeks ago and was advised by staff on what I could and couldn't have, as I'm gluten free (coeliac). Portions are huge and whilst I wasn't mind-blown by the food, it was okay and I didn't have any reactions to it!

Awful, food never arrived. Each time i called it was 10 minutes away, 2 and a half hours later i cancelled and there was never amy explination. This happened to my partner a few months ago too. Its a shame as usually their food is brilliant.

On a recent work trip to Bournemouth we stumbled upon this amazing place. The katsu curry is one of the best I've ever had and apart from dining here have ordered takeaway from here most of the times that I am in Bournemouth. Highly recommended.

We ordered a Katsu chicken curry, it arrived without the Katsu sauce, the spring rolls we received were cold and undercooked, having tried to call the restaurant over 20 times with no answer, by the time we ate the dry chicken curry, it was cold. Never ordering again!

The portion sizes were huuge and the waiter was very sweet. The price was stellar for the amount especially as a student. Highly recommend

No notification of being late , curry sauce missing from Chinese curry, fatty gristly inedible chicken- all went in the bin- a very expensive dish of boiled rice! Now I have to wait to see if I'm eligible for a refund, disgraceful

Nice greeting by the waitress… However the food was terrible Ordered chicken satays which were just cooked but definitely looked a little pink and tasted under cooked so left them. The Thai green curry was terrible it was like spicy flavoured water… However we found not one not two but 3 hairs in!! I called waitress who took it away didn’t apologise simply just removed the dish and walked away The other waitress then came back and advised it would not be charged.. I’d never eat here again to be honest as I’ve had a bad stomache this morning 100 % from the small amount I ate.

We chose this restaurant due to its gluten free menu options online but sadly these were not accurate and we were disappointed by this and our daughter had to change her choice of meal due to this. However the portion sizes were extremely generous and the staff attentive and friendly.

Had to wait slightly longer for takeaway than usual but it was super busy. It's clearly busy for a reason! The waitresses were very sweet and the food most importantly was 10/10. Hands down best Katsu red Thai curry around!

What can I say, the service was excellent! Came here first time with my boyfriend and sister. The noodle meal was like a party in my mouth!

Portions were massive and the food was sooo delicious - we came here on holiday for 4 days and ended up eating here for dinner twice!

We went here a few years ago and the food did not really impress. Gave it another go two weeks ago.... OMG it was amazing food and we went back again on Wednesday. Big portions, great flavours , friendly staff and great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

We loved this place! The staff is really friendly and the atmosphere is chill.😎 On top of that you get 30% off if you‘re a student. The noodles were really good but unfortunately the peanut sauce was a bit too sweet.

Huge, almost sink basin sized bowls of food. I had to get a doggie bag to take home my left overs! It's very easy to choose your dish, select the type of noodle you want, then a sauce, then either a soup or a stir fry and lastly what meat or fish or tofu topping you want. Lovely friendly waitress.

Really nice place, delicious noodles and friendly service. This place is a must visit for me on my yearly holiday to Bournemouth. Still just as great as I've remembered, and the service as well as food are top notch! It's good to see people who work there all smiling as it adds to the lovely atmosphere 😊

Went here for an evening meal, whilst we were visiting Bournemouth. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We went with a two year old and they were able to accommodate for him. The restaurant itself was atmosphere and a nice informal setting. The food tasted lovely and fresh. The portion sizes are generous and great value for money. Would highly recommend a visit, and will be returning again when we return.

I had a pleasure to visit Noodle Bar Restaurant twice in my short Bournemouth city break last week. Why twice? As first was unforgettable . The dish of mixed see food in lime and chilli sauce with Japanese noodle was one of my Best Dish Ever and The Best of Asian cuisine!!! Rich of flavour, spice enough and portion like for two. Amazing experience!!! Thank you Chef!!! Very nice and polite stuff makes nice atmosphere. Totally recommend !!!

Visited for my Birthday on Monday. Initially was impressed by the food and atmosphere . However, the service wasn’t amazing. The waitress brought out the wrong starter and messed up a drinks order. But overall was enjoying the night. However shortly after leaving the restaurant my husband was experiencing horrible symptoms of food positioning . I called straight away the next day after his symptoms were for more than 24 hours, to warn the restaurant of possible food poisoning. I spoke to a waitress over the phone who had no experience of the protocol for food poisoning. She asked me to send the manager an email which I did straight away and I gave her my number for the restaurant to give me a call. She said it may take 24hrs- I’ve heard nothing. You’d think a busy restaurant would have some kind of urgency over possible food poisoning from their food. But nothing, so disappointing. Will not be visiting again, completely spoilt my Birthday

***NOW 10% SERVICE 6 PEOPLE*** Coming here regularly for the last 7 years and alway happy but our last visit we were 5 people and 2 friends joined the table for a quick drink when we were almost finished with our lunch. Surprisingly we were charge 10% of service for being a group of 6. Told the waiter that never being charged for that but she refused to be helpful. I bit unfair knowing that 90% of the time we were 5 people and 2 joined 10 minutes before leaving. They swapped the Diet Coke for an off brand and it tastes awful. Toilets are on need of improvement.

What used to be a hands-down 5 star on all levels has progressively lowered its quality and now (imo); hit a new low... I've enjoyed Noodle Bar over the last few years as a great go-to with my partner from time to time and it was always amazing! Sadly, this is no longer the case. Some bits have slowly gotten worse/lesser quality, like swapping out Coca-Cola for an off brand offering at the same charge to customers. Which is fine in itself, businesses don't run on the goodwill of their own hearts of course and the cost of living has risen, these cuts are understandable and not a complaint. The food however has never been bad until tonight. Under fried katsu chicken with a soggy bottom (the coating basically slid off and wasn't a pleasant texture to eat) and overcooked thin-egg & ramen noodles for both dishes was a step too far - for the record, I love my ramen and have never left anything behind in the past visits here. I couldn't physically eat more than half and my partner barely a third before we called it quits feeling quite sorry for ourselves. Waited 35-minutes to be checked on after they served our food (it was busy, but never felt ignored with past service, even when busier) at which point we'd already given up with the food. Asked if everything was okay, to which I kindly replied it wasn't anywhere near as good as we have had many times before, the server disappeared, served a further two tables food & drinks (10 minutes approximately) to eventually return with our bill for £33.90 (no goodwill applied for bad quality food). Asked to speak with the supervisor that was already aware of our unsatisfactory meal, who then blamed us for not alerting the staff sooner to rectify the problem (why is it acceptable for you to serve poor-quality food) and that because we already had free starters (everyone gets this deal on a Thursday), they couldn't do anything more off the bill. So you get a free starter (on Thursday) per main regardless of a good or poor quality main - deal with it 😂 Clearly some form of hospitality training is required for staff on issues like these. Existing offers DO NOT excuse poorly cooked food and should be dealt with as a separate matter in itself. Service goes a long stretch for repeat and happy custom. Sadly, after a few good years, we'll never be returning to Noodle Bar for what was a fairly easy mistake to rectify... Businesses don't lose customers for a mistake, we're all human and mistakes happen sometimes; however, they do lose customers for their lack of willingness to fix it. I wasn't expecting (nor gave the inference of) a free meal (that would be ludicrous), I did expect our complaint to be handled better with the hopes of finding a mutually agreeable solution instead of the finger being pointed at us. If I'd served my own food both over & under cooked, I'd accept responsibility for it and own my mistake. Please don't blame your customers in the future 😞

I love this restaurant because it’s student-friendly offering us very fair deals and they haven’t different offers for each weekday. The service is fast and friendly and the portion size is just as good as it’s quality in taste. I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years and will continue to do so, so long as nothing changes! 🔥🙌

excellent service and food quality was top notch like last time....defo the only place I'm going back to for oriental takeaways after trying many different ones in Bournemouth since I moved here 2 and a half years ago.

I have been going to this restaurant for years but now the food is greasy and the portion less i ordered tofu and mushroom glassnoodlle and only got 3 small pieces of tofu and very small amount mushroom which is a joke this never used to be case the food was lukewarm. I complained to justeat who seemed to feel amount included even though less then ever given prior were restaurant issue and all I can do was leave a review

The soup is 'extremely' hot. Like the centre of the sun hot. And the ribs are extremely hot, but this time spicy. I ended up mixing the onion with the broth to keep things manageable. Very nice katsu, and side salad.

It's now the 2nd time I've ordered a delivery from this restaurant. I couldn't be happier. When I got the 2nd order from them - and it was just as good as the first , and I would recommend them to everyone.

I love this place, the food is fantastic and fabulous value for money. When eating here you get quantity and quality, I love big portions BUT have never finished a meal here, thank goodness for doggie bags.
