The delivery would have been earlier had Google Maps not taken the delivery driver to the promenade instead of the apartment block.

Quiet when we went in for lunch but this was ideal for our group. The proprietor was friendly and attentive. The food was cooked to order so very fresh. Delicious food! Generous portions.

Hands down the best place in Bournemouth!!! The chef is so sweet, whenever we order pick up he makes sure we have everything and when we were late he went outside to wait for us!!

Discreetly located but worth the effort if you like Asian cuisine. Frequented by the Asian community who all know it as one of the best places to eat in the area - bar none!! Tranquil and peaceful atmosphere.

Loved their food, especially their honey glazed roast pork and fried rice. Can taste the wok hei, which is a big thumbs up. I ordered a salted lemon 7up, and they really made their own salted lemon. Will definitely come back again.

My son and I visited the cosy Bournemouth Noodle Bar on Friday 29.12.23 (opposite Lidl and not to be confused with the similarly named one on Lansdowne Road ). We know this place well as we used to live round the corner for many years. We chose a set menu (from a large selection of over 20) consisting of a pork tonkotsu noodle, 2 pieces of sushi and 2 tempura prawns. We added a cold chilli sauce chicken dish on the side from the a la carte menu. The noodle soup was tasty with tender pork and oozy soy sauce egg. The sushi was freshly made, the tempura prawns crispy and juicy inside. A nice touch was that the wasabi came in a dinky pressed leaf shape. The cold chicken dish was also tasty and spicy enough for us. Our cravings were satisfied and the bill came to just under £20. Would recommend this place as it deserves more customers as it is not in a high footfall area.

Great little noodle bar serving authentic Asian cuisine including sushi. With over 20 set menus, there's plenty of choice and great value for money. For my first visit I ordered the set menu 18 with pork noodle soup and chicken gyoza (pictured, minus 2 gyoza because I was hungry) for £13.50 (WAY cheaper than Nuudle Bar!) and was the perfect size for dinner. Will definitely be back to try the sushi!

The food was good, we ordered a set menu and its a 'more than decent' amount. I have got a 5pcs platter of mix sushi and beef noodles for 14£.. exceeds my expectations for serving portions.. taste was good, not the best i had but good. Service was excellent. Ambiance can be improved.. Will come back.

Piping hot and super delicious! Pork belly was the perfect amount of spicy, the udon noodles were thick, chewy and beautiful and the chicken gyoza are massive so a very big starter portion for one or perfect for 2 people to share. Loved it all - thanks so much and I'll definitely be ordering again :)

Food was generally nice. We have enjoyed gyozas and katsu chicken. The only complaint I would have is that the sushi seasoning contained too much vinegar

The cold chicken with ginger and spring onion is great value, if you know you know. Always quiet when I come but deserves to be busier. Has a nice mix of Chinese and Japanese dishes. Flavours are good.

Seems like other reviews usually mix this up with the other noodle bar down the street. Its very different from that as this is actually a quiet, small, Chinese owned restaurant opposite Lidl. Its perfect for people missing good Asian food - Japanese, Korean and chinese. They have affordable set meals with great mix of rice/noodles paired with sashimi/sushi. Their food never disappoints and literally lifts up my mood because of how great it tastes, so much that it reminds me of home. The person serving is always polite and friendly. It's indeed a great hidden gem, and at such an affordable price, it's easy to revisit and keep ordering their food. It's a lovely find 🍲💗

Was the best-fried pork I have ever eaten in my life the same goes for the chicken the flavours of the food were stunning there is only one thing that I would have changed and that would have been the sushi I would have said that if the fish was smoked if would have made the sushi so much better I will definitely be ordering from here again and would love to be able to have smoked sushi the next time but overall amazing Unfortunately I can't rate how the restaurant was as had it as a take away

Hidden gem! Not to be confused with the other noodle bar on Landsdowne road … We had a lovely dinner here, fabulous service and genuinely fabulous food. All the classics, savoury and sweet Chinese buns , dumplings , katsu…. Glorious wanton and noodle soup- one of the best I’ve ever had. It doesn’t have any bells and whistles interiors so don’t go if that’s what you’re after. Good authentic food and a genuinely pleasing service is what’s on offer. You won’t be disappointed, will definitely go back.

Ordered collection. Came from Ringwood so 20 mins away. Got home to see they left out egg fried rice so had to drive out again to get some from another takeaway. Was a small order so shame they messed the order up.

Very tasty food, nice atmosphere. Noodles are two dishes for one on Mondays but this was not reflected in our bill until we pointed it out to the waitress, who went away and came back with two dishes discounted (we ordered five) instead of one. That reduced our bill from £63 to £55.

Microwaved noodles drenched in oil with a katsu pork steak which must have been fried in oil that's at least a week old as it was so dark brown. Disgusting food, never again.

As a couple of pensioners, we decided to try something different to eat out on our stay in Bournemouth. Looking friendly from the outside looking in, we studied the mouth watering menu.and on entry we were welcomed immediately by a member of staff, who quickly found a table for us although they were very busy. We had a starter each and were amazed by the size and beautiful flavour of it. The service was very good and always with a smile. Our mains arrived and once again they were huge but so so tasty. The atmosphere was terrific and at no time did we feel out of place amongst the youngsters eating there. Such a exciting visit, definitely be back again the next time we come to Bournemouth.

Just ordered here from just eat and i have to say its the worst noodle bar i ever had. Chicken dryer ghandis flip flop and as bland as anything noodles swimming in sauce, had about 4 mouthfuls and that was enough. Wont be ordering from here again thats for sure.

Nice place, simple and quiet, with polite and attentive staff. We had really good sushi and duck noodles, and recommend the place for anyone looking for good food without hassle.

First visit was great. Second visit lacked the first visit experience, food tasted microwaved sadly, I liked the spicy soup the first time but second time it was sandy...

The Chicken skewers were undercooked, meat was pink underneath the sauce. The Chicken teriyaki was in fact Pork and again undercooked. Pink Meat not great.

Busy restaurant with a cafe feel. Food good and prices okay. Basic seating and not the most comfortable or relaxing place to eat. Open plan, great for large groups of youngsters/ students. A sort of down-market Wagamama. Overall fairly enjoyable.

The good here is supreme,I never would have guessed that this place was such a hidden gem if you go here I recommend the dumplings as well as the roast duck in noodle soup the service is great and the chef is very kind and helpful

Best sushi in Bournemouth, always so delicious.

For real one of the greatest places to eat to get a feel for the food of Asia, the steamed buns and ramen there are top notch thinking of them make me reminiscence, and the tea was drunk with pure happiness. Felt like it was a rainy day in Tokyo loved it I truly recommend, can't wait for my next visit.

Went here last minute whilst staying nearby. Wow! So glad we did - portions are huge (as most reviews say) food is fresh, tasty and superbly cooked and presented . Best chicken satay and squid I've had for ages! Each starter is enough for 2 and any huge noodle dish you can't finish they offer you to take home . Can't give this place 6 'stars' or I would . Friendly professional and helpful staff. Crisp cold draught lager - husband was chuffed Will definitely be returning - loved it here. Well done noodle bar you've got it sussed . I wish there was a place like this near where I live.

We visited this restaurant for the first time. The food is really amazing and the portions are very big.When we came back to the hotel I was already thinking about my next choice. You can pick Staff very nice, friendly and professional( big thank you especially to waitress Moly who explained everything about the food) . Missing this restaurant so much! Having ordered from a few different sushi places in Bournemouth, this is by far the best. Wished I’d found it earlier. Always the freshest fish and good portion sizes.

This food here is awesome. Huge portions and at 10/12 pounds a main, you can take home what you can't eat.

Delicious food! Such a nice peaceful contrast to somewhere like Wagamama, plus you can park for free across the road. Good selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes as well. Also great service.

California roll was the best Shrimp gyoza was ok but bit bland Vegan salmon maki was nice Cucumber maki was nice with sesame seeds on it

The food is simply amazing!! I tried various restaurants and each time there was something I didn't like, food was too oily or too sour, but this one is perfectly cooked and the balance of spices and flavours is perfection! I was so impressed, I can't praise it enough! Highly recommended x

I love it. It came like 10-15 mins early. The food was amazing, the bbq chicken skewers were amazing, and rice bowls with pork belly and teriyaki are amazing. I’m from Hong Kong and it’s hard to find places like this here. 10/10. Portions were just right as well.

We were big fans of noodles until we ordered a mean I get lost for an hour. The food arrived very cold. We did complaint they took the details and never heard again. Yesterday we ordered again and food arrived on time but glad I didn’t give this dish to my child as here is what we found. So please be careful if you are sharing the food with any one more vulnerable

Great place to enjoy noodles with good selection of toppings

Ordered food and waits for hours, the delivery person said he could not find the button to open the gate, and claims he tried to ring us. But we live in the Chines and hence a mobile black spot, so his texts only reached us after he has returned the premise. The girl on the phone only offered to deliver cold food, and they took payment for products no delivered.
