¡La carne estaba empapada y rancia y húmeda y muy rara! ¡Fue mi peor experiencia! Tiene un sabor a limón empapado y goma. Había moho en mi comida. Absolutamente asqueroso. Estaba buscando una comida para mis vacaciones en Londres y estaba puramente disgustado.

We went for a quick lunch. First thoughts on arrival was the store looked like it had recently been refurbished.....pretty good first impression. Unfortunately the same couldn't be said for the food or the service upon having an issue with cold, undercooked bacon xl burger. We asked for the burger to be replaced as it was anaemic and cold. Got given the replacement burger, for that to be even colder and still anaemic. The attitude of the manager, Kirsty I think was her name, was unhelpful and dismissive, no attempt to rectify the complaint. Ended up getting a refund, no replacement, therefore went without lunch. On leaving the store, the same manager shouted after us smugly 'thanks guys, bye' with a grin. Not the act or attitude in fitting with management level anywhere. We will definitely not be back and recommend highly that nobody else does either. We tried to leave feedback on burger Kings own website, unfortunately, that wasn't functioning either! Burger King......King of burgers you are not!

I normally visit the drive-thru with mixed results but I do like the food when it's right and some of the king saver items are great. Staff often seem uninterested, miserable or just plain rude. And I've had whoppers with mayo or ketchup and missing most of the salad, and just lukewarm or cold burgers. This time, I wanted to use the delivery as there was an offer for two for £12.99, ordered at 5.39PM on a Thursday. Two and a half hours later, the order still wasn't on the way when I finally managed to speak with someone to cancel. I spoke with the 'restaurant' around just under 2 hours into waiting and they let me know they had no order details of mine and there was nothing they could do (despite my order changing to preparing here and there via the app). I then spoke with Uber Eats who said it wasn't on them and told me to contact Burger King instead. I eventually found another Uber Eats line to call or whatever is on the email and they said it'd only be another 5-10 minutes, despite this being the 4th or maybe 5th driving going to 'collect' my order. Barely an apology and no offer of a voucher or anything. Awful experience - it's on me for going back despite the staff and inconsistent food, but a joke, nonetheless. I'll stick to Mcdonald's and other establishments instead.

Stopped at this newly refurbed KFC Broomfield rd in the hope that it might have improved.....how wrong we were! first none of the automated card only machines for ordering were working and counter cash only. after finally managing to pay, food arrived, once home with takeaway found that one portion of chips was missing (not unusual) and that the vegan burger was completely rock solid and inedible and can only assume that it was reheated from earlier, was not worth the effort to drive back to complain but will definitely not be using this branch again. best option close it down and use the more professional and polite branch at Springfield.

Absolutely amazing customer service from gabe , who went above and beyond to help me with my order! He even helped me to carry the food to my car! He is so pleasant and kind and really a happy face to have working for the business. Really am so pleased with the service I got today from gabe! He deserves all the praise in the world truly a hard working Individual and really pleasant person to have a good conversation with. Thankyou again to gabe for giving the best customer service I have ever received!

I get delivery from this restaurant pretty regularly and despite the other reviews I never have any problems. Orders are always correct, and food always looks presentable rather than just being slapped in the box. Always really tasty, I think the restaurant has gone up in recent years to be honest. It used to be a nightmare, but over the past 12 months i've had only positive experiences.

Disappointment that the seating closes at 7pm so you have to eat in your vehicle the person who I asked at burger was just rude just said no was quite taken back by her blunt and unkind attitude will report this due to Burger King not closing till 10 pm so why can’t they close down a section of seating 30 minutes before closing?

I have never written a poor review but felt i had to on this occasion.... The whole place including the staff seems tired and dirty......filthy nails, a no care attitude and lethargic beyond belief... The trays where the food is kept seem dirty and empty.... I could go on , sadly makes me feel ill even to write about it.MY BOX OF 2 PIECES of CHICKEN went straight into the bin when i left.... AVOID

I visited here last Saturday,I had to wait about ten minutes and started to notice that the place wasn’t clean the floors were filthy,I did think about cancelling my order but the kids were in the car waiting,when we got home and I opened the bag the chips were stone cold and I had to put them in the microwave,the popcorn chicken was hot and so were the tenders so that smacks of the chips had been standing for goodness knows how long,I had also ordered a filet burger this was very overdone but my dogs enjoyed it,all in all it was awful,I must point out that I usually use the branch on the retail park but on this occasion I went to the one at Barthomely on the side of the motorway,never again in future I will always use the main one on Junction retail park where I have never had a problem
