The best restaurants serving American food in England

Very disappointed with my visit to the Cleveleys store. First of all the new self serve machines. Awkward and somewhat difficult to use, making changes to order was impossible. Didn't show the correct menu so unable to order what was wanted. Second of all the food. As mentioned above not all food was shown on the self serve so wasn't able to order what was wanted. What we did order had BLACK COLOURED HUMAN HAIR on it. After looking through to the back, not a single person was wearing any sort of hair protection be it hair net or beard net. Thirdly staff. Not enough members of staff around. Noone was keeping the seating area clean and tidy. The 2 members of staff behind the till area were too busy chatting away and looked put out when asked a question. Finally reward scheme. I have always been able to use my reward app at this location but since going self serve you no longer accept it. Why have an app you can't use? All in all an extremely disappointing visit to KFC. Get rid of self serve or atleast give the option to order at a till. Implement proper hygiene standards and make sure they are always used. Make sure staff are customer focused and not just chatting away. Sort out your rewards app or just get rid of it. I have previously been a 'mystery shopper' and believe me this would not have come close to passing anything. Im not looking for a voucher or a bog standard apology from a template, I want actual action and things doing. As it stands I'm not thinking of going back to Cleveleys KFC for the foreseeable and will be informing others of my experience aswell.

order was missing all 4 signature fries and 1 of 2 beans turned out to be gravy that wasn't ordered. these people are clearly imbeciles as when I phoned they said they could not deliver my fries, I was tempted to drive down and spread my order all over the counter and the gravy over the order intercom. steer clear.

Lovely service place was very clean James was so helpful when I ordered will deffo return my children were very happy we had the sharing boneless bucket and it did not disappoint

Firstly, could only order at the machines. Placed order and it came very quickly. Chips were bland, chicken had been there a while and gravy was more like beef water. I wouldn’t recommend unless in a rush.

I use to live in Frome and we all need how terri ke the service was in KFC, on visiting my parents they said they wanted a KFC and they said it had got better! Well it absolutely hasn't . You CANNOT call this fast food! We went through the drive through and ordered a party bucket, we were told to drive and sit at the front. 20 mins later we have watched people go in and out and still no food! we ended up going in, it's absolutely ridiculous. Get your act together it's been 6 years of being rubbish!!! no wonder Mc Ds has a queue and you dont!

My granddaughter and I visited kfc at Teesside park today. We went to order at the counter as my granddaughter doesn’t like the sauce on her burger and wanted to ask them not to put it on. The young woman behind the counter refused to take out order saying we had to use the machines. She was pretty rude! I explained why we wanted her take my order but she was adamant she couldn’t help. We left and went to the one in Darlington where they were only too happy to help. Really shoddy customer service, we won’t be back.

Had a tower burger and was like a dogs toy, very rubbery and made me feel ill, never again this kfc, please don't waste your money

Made the mistake of parking here for 13 minutes and got a £60 fine. Very poor signage and parked here as McDonalds Car park was full. Further as I parked before 10am the restaurant was closed and everyone using the car park before 10am would have been fined. Disgraceful! Walkden KFC you can go Cluck Yourself!!!

Absolutely dismal food, got both orders wrong, no sauce on the burgers, no hash brown on the tower burger. the mix for the drinks is that low you can't taste the flavour of the drinks. £10 for the box meal, I actually feel violated.

Not my choice but the children wanted chicken Southern fried chicken has meant to have crispy skin this was just oozing fat tried to dry it out with kitchen towel just disgusting took the kitchen towel off and it was so greasy it took all the skin off the chicken Absolutely horrible

Avoid this place absolutely filfy so clean tables and staff just stood about not doing anything has it wasn't busy. The toilets is another story pure filth this is the 3rd time now never again. Nearly broke my neck in the toilet floor wet through and no wet floor sign in one of them where the floor is worst. Please avoid.

Visited the location as part of a family trip, and visited the venue on a Monday evening around 1900hrs. The tables were clean and there was no fighting for a group of 5 of us to sit at. However there were limited large tables at the venue. Whilst the partner ordered the food, the children used the toilets which sadly required cleaning & were not the cleanest at the time of the visit. After a 10 minute wait all the food was ready to collect, as hot as lava. All looking amazingly fresh however the hot wings looked a little on the dry side. Sadly at the venue the car park is restricted to 60 minutes parking, so felt a little rushed when as a family of 5 eating could easily do with an extra 30 minutes just to save the rush.

Never again!! Did a drive through for a treat for my 83 year old mother and her sister. Ordered a boneless banquet, which was OK. However, the two pieces of chicken that made up my mother's Colonel's Meal were both drumsticks. One drumstick could be expected... TWO was just a let down. Never again!! I will not be returning to this KFC.

Really delicious food, fresh and flavoursome. The chips were a little bit bland so we used salt from home to spice it up. Everyone enjoyed it and we will order again.
