KFC in Salford

Driver wouldnt food over, couldnt find a pin but i swed him the order on my mob. Could hardly speak English. Put my order down on garde path while he messed on his phone. He shown me his mob but it was in chinese! Ruined my meal and threw half away

food was abismal staffs attitude was herendous walked out in the end would not rcomend this place all staff are thick as and food was rotten avoid this dirty hoval at all costs the car park was cleaner than inside dirty nasty place thick arrogant staff .

Parked on the car park for 17 minutes. The signs say 1 hour parking limit. Got a parking ticket through the post today. What makes it even worse is that there was a staff member emptying bins outside, I was the only car on the car park, and I wasn’t advised to move my car. I wasn’t surprised when I was the only car as the store hadn’t opened yet and I was just waiting to pick someone up nearby. Now I know why I was the only car and I’ll certainly never park there again or risk eating there because I’ll just get another ticket.

Like so many others, I managed to get a £100 fine for a seven minute accidental stay in the KFC car park, I honestly thought it was a joke! I definitely will be avoiding this KFC and all others in future

I had 3 chicken strips and chips and gravy My husband had 3 pieces of chicken on the bone , chips and gravy, the next day we both had a bad stomach and stomach cramps , the chicken wasn’t crispy but we was hungry so ate it , the chips were terrible so didn’t eat many of them , it cost £18 , we don’t normally use fast food places and we wouldn’t have food from here again if it was free …… I would advise anyone do not to go here even if you are starving…. You will end up with a bad stomach!!!!

Can’t open the door to get in ? Absolutely disgusting - pink chicken in oil soaked rancid crust. Couldn't finish it. Also charged me 60 for parking for less than 5 mins the next day at 7.30 in the morning when eating a beautiful McDonald's breakfast (which is next door and doesn't have a private car park that's managed by Parking Eye with 0 parking time before 11 AM)

After Parking outside here to order food I was Fined for parking in one of the Parking bays £100 for 12 minutes. Never returning here, unbelievable getting a parking fine for purchasing food from here, will not be back

The food was delivered cold, and with no drink, when phoned to complain I was told to come down to the store for a refund, making the whole process laughable as what was the point in getting it delivered. The customer service was as good as the food, fit for the bin. Really not impressed in the slightest.

Was not busy at all on Saturday night inside the store. Staff not busy and was not interested in the 4 customers in the store. They were to busy getting the online orders ready fir the Uber eat drivers coming to collect. Waited for our order which was about £60 for family and grand children a good couple of minutes. We did not check our order after we received it. When we got home we were 2 regular cold slaw short, the sharing chicken bucket was all legs and 2 breasts and the chips were very dry and tasted bad. It was late children were tired, I was disgusted for what we got for what I paid. Never again will I buy at KFC Walden. Will rather drive out the area to another KFC where maybe will get better service and some decent quality food.

Not only is this the worst kfc I’ve eaten at, they may fine you £100 for car parking, say they’ll remove the charge but then go back on their word? I suppose they’ve got to make their money somehow. Absolutely disgraceful, put me off for life.

Absolute joke. Visited today we ordered 3 meals and all was wrong. When received the wrong drink the girl at the window decided to argue with me about what was put on system telling me I asked for a different one I don’t even like. Eventually she changed the drink to the one I originally ordered but took a lot of effort and arguing. Avoid at all costs. Will not be coming back ever again. Horrible staff, horrible experience.

Full of queues inside. I’ve seen one of the female staff members on the phone. They don’t acknowledge you at all, not even to tell you they’ll be a couple of minutes. Full of complete idiots. I decided against getting something as it was taking so long. Now I sit and watch my friend eat.

I know places like this are good for development of a town but I won't mind if KFC Walkden evaporates never to be seen again. Rude staff, manager even has an attitude which explains why staff are the way they are. They are abrupt, unfriendly and worse off not very good at their job (not that it is a great deal of a difficult job just to put correct food that's ordered in a pack). 7 times out of 10 they would have something omitted from the order and because it's a drive through we often find out only when we get home. I am fuming right now, because I paid extra for fries only to get home and realise it was not included but they've taken payment. I can't drive back all the way just for fries money but you can see how this frustrates us. They need an overhaul of staff or they might as well get replaced by Freddies.
