I get delivery from this restaurant pretty regularly and despite the other reviews I never have any problems. Orders are always correct, and food always looks presentable rather than just being slapped in the box. Always really tasty, I think the restaurant has gone up in recent years to be honest. It used to be a nightmare, but over the past 12 months i've had only positive experiences.

Dont bother... Worst KFC I've ever visited, thought we would give it a try after just supposedly had a refurbishment but hasn't improved in the slightest, the staff or the availability of options... no sides available no burgers buns, no drinks other than 1.5 ltr bottle of pop. Then after waiting nearly 20 minutes for the food (no clue what fast food is these people) the chips were sloppy, no covers on the chicken and the wings were dry. Why is it so difficult to keep a stock of food in, never have this problem at macdonalds... Managment need sacking.

Just had a delivery at 6pm from sandyford as a treat because we had been too busy to cook. Absolutely appalling! Ordered 10 mini fillet bucket and order was delivered extremely quickly BUT chicken was dry and hard and very very salty. Almost completely inedible. Was obviously not freshly cooked and must have been kept warm for hours. Corn on the cob was soggy and watery again kept warm for hours. Disgusting. Will not use again

Took my girls in for a treat ended up with wrong order came out sorted that to starting eating and be asked to leave as he had to close the shop no explanation just asked everyone to leave. Then me and kids next day all been sick and bad stomachs won’t be going anywhere near that place again

Ordered an eight piece bucket. Received 6 drumsticks and two thighs. I don’t expect a bucket of breast pieces. I suppose we should be grateful for the two thighs.

Utterly appalling quality of food delivered from kfc sandyford. Parts of the order missing, chips chucked in a bag, un edible garbage. If I could leave zero stars I would have .

Went to the drive through, tried to pay with a £10 note had a bout a couple of millimetres rip in it tiny ,he took the note off me came back and said they don't accept torn notes ,someone had torn it nearly half way ,he said that's how I gave it to them ,I called them liars fuming I should of told them to stick it where the sun don't shine ,won't be going back ,they lied ,lost a good customer.

Save your money and go elsewhere or give them some customer service training, so many issues. One branch which needs to go in special measures.

Order was taken at the drive through. Waited for fifteen minutes to get to the window to be told by an unapologetic member!of staff they they had completely run out of chicken for the night!!!! If that was truly the case then a) why did they not send someone out to go down the queue and let people know so we weren’t sitting there wasting time and petrol and b) why did the car behind us stay at the window if there was no chicken. Don’t waste your time or money going to this KFC PS if I could leave a minus score I would.

Visited various times in last couple of months and each time the orders have been wrong the chicken is cold and had a chicken burger and tasted off and all gristle couldn't eat ended up in the bin chips soggy cold had a wrap same all gristle couldn't eat again in bin. Complained to staff advised due to new suppliers and problems. Very obliging had a full refund on August visit but again gristle cold ended up in bin soggy chips cold food. Will not be visiting a kfc again anytime in the future also we felt ill afterwards couple of times upset stomach needs major improvements in all areas advised manager of this do not recommend will not be visiting a kfc again!!!

Absolutely terrible KFC! Called today, a catalog of mistakes. Firstly we were overcharged for our meal. We ate in our car, there was gravy missing from the order my son went back to complain and the staff member was rude to him. The chips were cold. The chicken was greasy and soggy. I wouldn't advise anyone to call here.

In the times we are living in I find it difficult to find open toilets let alone clean ones. KFC not only had their toilets open for customers but they also were nice and clean. I know it doesn’t sound like much, but I live to travel. This year has been hard it’s even harder when no bathrooms are open for travellers. I am also so thankful for the vegan burger. It’s delicious and I love it. Again I know this sounds like a nothing review but this stop meant a lot to me today - that I could eat and use the restroom. Thank you KFC.

Decided to have a KFC treat for the first time in years & looked forward to it. It started badly & got worse. Due to COVID we used the drive through which took an age to get served. Once home we unpacked our meals & discovered how disappointingly KFC had gone downhill since our last experience. Only a small handful of fries each & the chicken wasn’t crispy & had never seen a breadcrumb it was just soggy chicken. We will not be rushing back to KFC any time soon. Total rubbish. The local takeaway so far better quality southern fried chicken and chips.

I am not sure why this is, but every time i have gone to this KFC, i have got home and now at the till. I have found that the order has been wrong. The KFC chips are terrible, and now I don't go there much anymore.

Ordered Saturday tea time they took payment from card and we waited 20 minutes to then be told we have no chicken and had to refund the card , then telling us it would take up to 3 days to clear. Wow is just a understatement the staff are rude not the cleanest place the toilet was in a shocking state so I dread to think what the kitchen is like.

We placed order on self service machines then stood waiting...and waiting...and waiting. At least 7 delivery firms came and went and the drive through was on 3 sides of the building. Still we waited as orders came back wrong, or missing items. Eventually one of the staff said they had no mash so I picked a different side. Then waited a bit more. At least 3 different team members sauntered round discussing orders, apologising and correcting incorrect orders. No one seemed to be organising or speeding them up (manageress who DOES seem to keep things moving had just gone off duty) no one seemed very motivated. Eventually we were called and then told drink we had ordered wasnt available but at least food was there....at least so we thought! 20 minute journey home to find part of the order missing and the chips were thrown in main bag and not in little bags and it was already going cold.Good grief.If you can't cope with a busy spell then DON'T then get someone who can. Organise, delegate and keep things moving.

If your using a just eat app to sell ur product you need to get the drivers sorted.Having returned from holiday myself and wife beimg shattered said shall we order a take away as the jet lag was kicking in. When i ordered it said 40 minutes then it turned up 45 minutes after that.Shocking. Had better take aways from local curry houses etc.Will defo not order again. Shocking service.Surely the management should look at trip advisor as 1 excellent review out of 110 reviews.

A polite, helpful welcome and the same staff member was trying to do everything, as well as ‘support’ someone on the till.

If I could give the goldenhill branch 0 stars I would , took over half an hour waiting on the carpark for my partner to enter the branch to see where our drive through order was only to find out it hadn't even been started !!!!!! The kids ice creams had melted and ended up with new ones which then had to be refreshed as they melted , finally after 45 mins our food was done , and management apologised a lot and I was given a full refund due to the wait but the reason for the massive delay ........ We've got a trainee chef/cook on !!!!!!!!!! Seriously !!!!!!!!!!! Told management they shouldn't be hiding in the back they should be delegating and keeping their customers informed of delays etc wether its face to face or through the drive through and also there should be a fully trained chef/cook in the back showing the trainee what to do until they were competent to do the job on their own , I was only asked to park up after I'd paid , if they would've informed me of the delay before hand then I would've just gone somewhere else who would've served me food in atleast 10-15mins at the most .And when we get home we were missing part of our order and the food was literally like it was thrown in the bag , chips not in their bags etc just in the bottom of the main bag !!!!!!!!!!!!Steer clear of this branch !!!!!!!!!!!!

We loved weather food and views at KFC and its surroundings. We really enjoyed chicken meals. Everything was perfect here

Second visit as I was in the area and although the car park could do with a bit of tidying up, the restaurant was very clean and looked a lot better, Service was excellent and the food hot and delicious. Will return and give it another try,

I was totally dissapointed there was rubbish all over the floor and dirty tables. I had forgotten why I don’t like this KFC but on a plus side the chicken was nice chips not so nice.

Every single time I go to KFC they manage to mess up the order. I order a zinger tower burger and I get a normal chicken fillet... Famous for it and nothing is ever done to prevent this happening. McDonald’s never do this and that’s why they are a bigger and better company.

We waited for over half an hour trapped in the drive through queue on Friday night at 6pm.The reason given was that they were out of boneless chicken and chicken on the bone.So. No chicken then.The cars in front weren't sent to a grill order parking slot so we had no escape.Then when we got our order my zinger burger had turned into 2 mini filler wraps, (both cold and smothered in way too much barbecue sauce) 1 of which just seemed to have piece of chicken skin in instead of a mini fillet.Lesson learnt shall not return.

Have visited this KFC a number of times and it’s always been a disappointing experience.

We called into this KFC and seriously wished that we hadn't, it appears to be being operated by a bunch of teenagers who are more interested in chatting to each other and friends at the counter and texting whoever instead of serving customers. along with our food i ordered gravy which looked like dirty dishwater and when i complain i was told that is how it comes and the next one they tried to give me was the same,our chicken was cold and came with just a few cold chips, absolutely disgusting, the toilets were also filthy with water all over the floor and toilet paper, avoid this place at all costs.

Me and my partner have rice boxes from varied kfc An for some reason everytime we come here to this particular outlet, the staff are so ignorant, stand there after taking ur order massaging one another and as I was in the drive thru I could clearly see them organising people’s food no pride given what so ever an we asked for a little more sauce than the regular sauce given An this is what was given, what a joke ! What a complete mess An freezing food an see what I mean about the common sense look at the picture it says it all, avoid at all costs, every other kfc seems fine, wasn’t happy what a waste of food

Shockingly bad service. There was a group of us here. Ordered in stages at the electronic order point. As the last of us came up and placed our order. Just putting my card in to pay the staff member closed it taking my car out literally as I was entering my pin.

Dirty restaurant, overflowing bins both inside and outside. The food (if it’s even available) is cold and dry. The service is shocking. The staff are disinterested, the orders are frequently wrong and the atmosphere is tense. Wait times are ludicrous. Complained several times about this restaurant (and believe me I rarely ever complain about a place) and nothing has improved. Avoid at all costs. If you’re in the area, there’s a McDonald’s down the road that knows how to do this sort of thing properly.

There is a sign in the Gents saying they are checked and cleaned regularly???

Great good but service is really slow cleanliness could be improved and waiting time needs to be improved also as it's rather long plus staff seem to not communicate with each other

What as happens to KFC ? The Goldenhill High Street is terrible !! No fresh orange , no ice cream drive through after queuing up to put order in only to be told there is a 6 minute wait fo chicken!! Fast food !!! Simple NO !!

Just vile. Raw chicken. Burger didn’t have any form of sauce on. Tasted like grease the part I could eat.

Each time we've been I knew it wasn't good and seems to be getting steadily worse however after just visiting the one in West Auckland we have realised how shockingly dire our local one is. What a contrast.

I’m more than willing to give a place a second chance and at a push a third. But not a fourth so won’t be going back again. Got in the drive in queue, 3 cars in front. Took over 15 mins to place an order. Then the same amount of time to get food. So 30 mins in total for fast food. I specifically asked what I would be getting as on previous 2 visits the food delivered wasn’t what the menu said. While waiting at the food/payment window I asked for dips. No problem I was told. When staff handing over the food I asked if the dips were in the bag. Of course was the reply. On getting home, no dips enclosed. In summary, wait time far too long. Certain sides that I wanted not available. Order not complete. Short on fries and dips. This the third visit in a row when the order was wrong. Dissapointing. These orders cost £15.99 each. Not good enough. Service needs improvement now.

Ordered a £15.99 family feast and the only thing that was nice was the bottle of pop. The chicken was absolutely disgusting, there bigger in the local kebab shop for cheaper. they should advertise this as a meal for 1 if you scrape the bones.. The staff are untrained, unwilling to clean, possibly the worst meal i've every had.. Will never use this (or any) KFC again as this is a shocking example there willing to allow, Been here before and they ran out of sides, then bags then actually chicken, I only visit cause it's by where I live... If your after a nice meal then please just cross the road and use the MCDonalds, always has stock and is very clean and fast..

Absolutely filthy place. Smell of urine coming from toilets, tables were filthy, kitchen looked filthy, order was wrong and food was dry and cold. Never go here again!!!

Both my wife & I decided to eat in KFC Goldenhill. Upon entering another customer in front of us was complaining to staff about how dirty the restaurant was & the fact that staff were standing about chatting instead of clearing up the mess. We ordered bargain bucket & can say it was tasteless & seemed to be lacking the spices that KFC is supposed to be famous for.

We arrived to see "full menu back " we waited at least 40 minutes to order. When we were ordering we asked for certain meals but were told we havent got , beans, gravy , sweetcorn but we have got coleslaw. Wow. When we eventually got to the window to pay i asked "i thought your full menu was back on" it is she said. But then she said we have got beans but our tin opener is broken "lol" we took our food home at the most 2 mins away and when we got there most of the food was stone cold. WILL NEVER BE USING THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Dirtiest food place I have ever visited. I wouldn't let my dog use them. No one on the place looks clean and the staff are at best miserable. I would be to if I had to work in this crap hole.

Called in for lunch. Only a handful of customers inside so was served quickly. Difficult to find a clean table and seating. The car park was also littered with rubbish despite there being bins available. Shame really as the restaurant is nicely furnished and in a good location.

As the name suggests. Does exactly what I says on the tin. We arrived to a busy drive through on a Saturday afternoon. We first waited 17 minutes to get to the order screen. Then when we arrived. It wasn't a nice welcome, the girl over the headset said "we've got no mini fillets". I asked how long they would be and she said 20 minutes to which I said I was happy to wait seen as though we had already queued for 20 minutes. We then waited 35 minutes for our food to be brought out to us. Chicken piping hot, beans, gravy and chips all luke warm. Unfriendly staff and overall very poor service and will definitely not be visiting this store again. To run out of your main product on a busy Saturday afternoon is nothing but bad management and a phone call to head office will also be made!

I have put my comments onto the KFC website probably won't get a response. The service was shocking, the food was cold and far too salty and the fries were dark and soggy. The gravy tasted terrible. Will not go there again....the only positive thing I have to say is the food was served fast to us

We’ve been to this KFC a small handful of times in the last 12 Months as we live nearby. NOT ONCE have they got our order right and by the looks of reviews on here and on social media everyone has the same problem. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a fast food chain or a 5* restaurant, if the staff are not able to do their job properly then they should be replaced with someone that can. We won’t be returning that’s for sure!!

Terrible service by staff who generally get the order wrong. Always check before leaving if you order to go. Toilets...

Never have I been to a worse KFC. They never have everything you want, they don't give dips with the dipping feast unless you ask for them and even then they only ever seem to have BBQ! Don't bother with the drive thru because the card machine is always broke, not that you know that until you have queued 10 minutes behind other cars to get to the order window because putting a 'cash only' sign at the start of the drive thru is preposterous. Food often sub par and service usually shocking

The tables were left dirty and some area's of the floor. Although they were busy it is not very inviting to leave tables dirty. The food we ordered was hot and fresh, the toilets were clean and smelled fresh to.

No matter how many times we visit this place or what times we visit, they never have enough chicken. Whether it's 10am 2pm or 8pm they always seem to have 'run out of' items.

Every single time I have been here there is always something they do not have. I think the worst thing they didn't have was chicken on the bone...but tonight they told us they had no lettuce, no 7up and we could only pay via cash. We get home to discover they've even forgotten to put half of our order in the box. This has happened on every visit we have made here. The staff aren't very welcoming.

If you go here for a take away you will never come away with what you have ordered or paid for. Been ripped off every time we have been there. Today was the last straw - decided to write a review of the experience! Ordered a 12 piece boneless sharing bucket - got home and we had a 10 piece mixed bucket. In addition the chips were like cardboard. All in all a disaster. We even checked the number of boxes that we had because we've previously drove home and had whole portions missing. So staff are not to be trusted. If you do go here, check that you are given what you have ordered and paid for before you leave. Won't change the taste of the food and your chips will still taste like cardboard.

Bad food dirty tables a list of what's not available as long as your arm there are better KFCs in Stoke on Trent avoid at all costs.

This is the worst KFC I have been to. Waited about 15 minutes to get served. The young lad who served me was in inaudible. Although there was only about half a dozen people eating in there we had no clean tables, there were no napkins. The floors were also dirty. Out side where people have eaten there are discarded food and boxes everywhere. Message to management.......

Not very helpful staff. The order received was incorrect and cold. Wouldn't recommend, I'd travel further to find another KFC.

You go there and most of the time they tell you there's either a 30 min wait for chicken or they haven't got any.

We only live a 2 min drive away from here but we choose to go the kfc at festival park because this kfc is so unreliable hardly ever have what you actually want and more then often is dried up and gross.

Walked in n should of walked out.. the place was filthy..... in fact most of the kfc's you go in now are scummy they need shutting down... we went one in Birmingham, I asked for it plain . When it came and I opened it is found it wasn't plain so went back to ask for a plane one, the woman put it back on the rack then before I could say anything another woman picked it up and served it to someone else.....I went up to the lady who had had my old wrap and explained to her I had opened it and had touched it.... we wont be back eating at kcf again... need closing down all of them do ... scummy dirty holes.....

I go to this branch as it is minutes from my home, each time I go I hope it is better than the previous visit but it is consistently bad!How can a chicken specialist have no chicken breast on many occasions, why is the food always just warm to the point that each time I have to heat it up in the microwave when I get home as I hate cold chips, I had a 3 piece meal tonight and I think the chicken must of had anorexia, hardly and meat on it and the skin literally slid off the meat as it was so slimy and wet, with all the bad reports of this branch I would of thought that KFC would send in the trouble shooters to sort the branch out, part of the problem I think is employing young kids, paying them a pittance of a pay and that is why they dont care and dont even want to be there, it shows! this branch could do with some Mcdonalds management to sort the store out.

Sometimes this KFC is hit and miss.....for example its had its problems when the grills go down and they cannot toast the buns etc.... on its good day tho food is very nice.

Never have any chicken ... really?? Just seems like food is thrown in the box. No care taken into in. Coffee like dish water. We go on several occasions and they always disappoint, I always give the benefit of the doubt but done so on too many occasions now! Macdonalds in future for me.

To my disheartenment, I will never be returning here again. As we arrived, we found a table to find crumbs,dirt & Pepsi all over the table and chairs. We asked a member of staff ( Kieran M ) if he would clean the table & he rolled his eyes! He suggested we move to another table & I replied ' they're all dirty!' After Kieran M finally cleaned the table we went to order something! The cashier Jason then got my order wrong & rolled his eyes as I corrected him. Later when we finally got the good, my friend actually found a long white hair in her food! Which the staff never apologised for when we asked for a replacement All the staff seemed as if they had no energy & were nearly as unhygienic as the actual place itself.

Went in on way home from Xmas shopping, ordered a family feast bucket, after ordering they then told us its a 10 min wait, when we got it home they hadn't give us our bottle of pop, the sides were ridiculous, the tub of gravy was that thick when you tipped it upside down it didn't move, one of the tubs of beans wasn't even a quarter full. The chicken skin was that hard, it could have broke your teeth. Very disappointed.

Wanted to grab a quick KFC on my way past so joined the drive through queue only to be told to use a card I'd need to go into the store! What's the point? 1 till working, queue forming from the disgruntled drive through guests. Staff swearing at each other in front of my children. Should have gone to McDonalds!

On two occasions now I've attempted to purchase chicken with no luck ., how can a kfc run out of chicken it's a joke .Third attempted nothing could be cooked due too some sort of brake down . Forth attempted after ordering and waiting for ten mins a pleasant young lad informed me that there would be a 12 min wait for chicken on the bone ( ok I've waited longer ) in the mean time the cue is to the door....".half hour later ......I have chicken !To find a ten piece bucket has shrunk by a third . Not in how many but the size of the chicken Why is everything shrinking ? The restaurant its self is filthy , you wouldn't want to eat in. Floor is sticky tables and chairs covered with food all over them and general decor very sad. This place is bring the kfc name to shame.

First off we visited the toilet OMG! I called into kfc in goldenhill Stoke on Trent this afternoon to get my daughter some food. Disgusting wasn't the word. A skip had been pulled onto the drive through , the floor at the counter had fries all over the floor. Bins were over flowing , tables were full of empty food containers. Flies buzzing around and a queue of people. When I asked the assistant why it was so filthy she didn't answer, I asked again and she said 'not enough staff to clean ' ! The food was rank ! A filthy dirty kfc , I would avoid this one at all costs #kfcfilth

I Really Love Eating At KFC mainly because of the popcorn chicken meal which I always order. And the service here was amazing. That's all i can say but kids are no longer aloud in their on their own

Dirty restaurant. Slow service. Waiting 15 mins to be served. No where to sit as all the dining area is dirty. Staff stand area giggling.

Where to start? This KFC is the worst one ive ever visited. Problems include:Machines Broken (Meaning certain food on the typical KFC menu is unavailable and any burger you have won't be toasted and will be cold. The store also doesn't do krushems),Understaffed, as well as a general bad attitude from the staff,All tables are usually dirty, even when the restaurant is empty with staff doing nothing,The carpark is covered in KFC wrappers, with bins overflowing,My parner describes the food as 'tasting of cleaning products' after he binned his food after one mouthful,I can honestly say until this KFC receives new management I won't be returning, such a shame considering its the most local one.

We usually drive past this one and go to Burslem after we came and this one had run out of chicken gor the 3rd time on the run. Tried again and its still awful. Long wait, cold food, all legs no choice of pieces in the bucket and I hate the legs. Order was wrong when we got home. Even car park was covered in litter. Unimpressed.

Ordered a couple of family buckets. Told that they had no chicken ready, no staff.. over 30 mins wait.. then the order was wrong.. Not so fast food, from one of the worst run places I have ever been to.. needs serious help!

We had to wait 15 minutes to place an order, only one staff member serving. Then when I complained about the length of service... He said he'd been told to take no more orders! With no reason given as to why. The food order was wrong too, they forgot our drinks and the chicken wasn't even hot.

I'd forgotten my lunch so there was a KFC nearby. Went in and ordered a boneless banquet for one.The food arrived instantly, when I returned to the office it was obvious why. Over cooked and dry. Not the best I've eaten.

i visited the Sandyford store on 30/4/2016 at around 8:40pm to purchase a boneless banquet. upon arrival there were three members of staff behind the counter engaging in conversation whilst i waited to be served. one staff member looked at me, saw that i was waiting continued her conversation then shouted another member of staff to serve me. upon placing my order i was a little disappointed there was no gravy available i was even more disappointed that there was no beans or corn on the cob available i was basically told coleslaw was the only option. i continued with my order and was quite frustrated at the fact that i was waiting ten minutes for my order while the staff continued their conversation as you can imagine i am very disappointed in my visit tonight i'm hoping that my next visit will not be my last i enjoy KFC very much but the service and lack of options of the menu has knocked my confidence in your chain

What is it with most KFC - The Staff seriously need a lesson in customer service and seem to employ children? Food was cold and a missing item from my order (did not complain as really wasnt feeling too great) extensive ques as per usual with only one taking orders and delivering. Tables and floors need to be kept on top of if you require an experienced cleaning supervisor i would be happy to lend my services? The glass in the WHOLE of the place was filthy. You need to take pride in the place you work at not let it go downhill

There is a sign on wall in the gents toilets saying [these toilets are checked regularly].I have been to this kfc 4 times in the last month.Every time i have been the toilets have been in a mess.The hand drier broke around 3 weeks ago.No other means to dry your hands was provided.People were getting wads of serviettes from the restaurant to dry their hands then dropping them on the floor as there is no bin .on 11/march/2016 the drier is still broken..The place is also freezing cold ,is the heating also broken ?

Slow service, even though I was the only 1 in the queue and just wanted the 1 meal.Said it was to take away and got it served to be eaten in.Got back home to find the fires just about warm enough, but the fillet tower meal to be inedible due to the over zealous nature of whoever put it together (there is only so much mayo 1 man can eat). But worst of all was the roll as the bread was dry 9even with all the mayo) and tasted as though it had been left out for a few days.Still trying to get back in touch with them, but nobody seems to be answering the phone.

Always a queue due to not having food available. ALWAYS a 20- 30 min wait for chicken on the bone.Staff very rude & the back area where the food is prepared& cooked is disgusting, not very hygienic.

Every time we go they get the order wrong or eliments of it.Wife's zinger tower meal missing cheese and hash brown.My pulled chicken burger box meal came like it had been ran over no cheese no mini fillet or dip but replaced with two tubs of beans and extra cold chips. No ketchup on site o and both drinks no ice so tastes really strong.

This place should be ashamed of being called KFC fast food, they never have what you ask for or you get home without your full order, this has happened o me several times, and now is the last time as will not be calling again, staff are rude and look like they just come from school without washing, the restaurant is always dirty, the food is not hot, I stated that I the fries I was going to be given had been sat for 10mins in the tray and she said well its only 10 mins, disgraceful disgraceful!!!!!!'

Quite possibly the worst KFC in the world. Difficult staff. Lack of choice. 20 min Drive Through Queues...they have it all. And likely as not they will mess up your order. Don't bother complaining...its not their fault they are busy...that was my experience. Awful. Truly awful. If you could rate places in minus figures, this deserves it.

Maybe I'm gullible but I've spend the last year going back to the kfc in golden hill/Tunstall expecting it to get better...probably because it seems impossible that a big, well known chain can allow such awful things to happen. Somehow they do. It hasn't improved. It is actually the worst fast food venue I have ever been to. Every time I get home to find my order is wrong. Not once or twice, but every single time. Last night, no coleslaw. Month before, wrong chicken style. Week before, wrong burger. Month before not enough chips. Seriously, do they do it deliberately? Is it some sort of social experiment to see how people deal with the ridiculous? The food you get is disgusting; badly made, cold, greasy, gravey is either like water or dried out n like mud, Mayo gets everywhere, chicken is just weird, hot wings have no taste, bread is either soggy or rock hard. Employees look like they need a good wash and feels like the patients have taken over the asylum. Even the sound system is offensive to the ears.Have complained but they clearly don't care, have written to kfc but they don't seem to understand. Social experiment...I'm convinced, only possible explanation.

KFC was shocking as there drive through was at a standstill for around 10/15 minutes. As I finally got to the window I was informed that I couldn't pay for my meal as the card reader was broke. The staff asked me to pay in store but I refused as the hygiene standards were not met food was everywhere and the floors were filthy.I would not recommend KFC for a place to grab any food at all.

Oh my god just been to eat at the kfc in golden hill s-o-t , well it was horrible the chicken was extremely greasy it was dripping on my lap the skin was falling of you could not pick it up !!!!.the portions were very very small ! i asked for chicken think i got budgie wings !!!!!! will never go again totally disgusting .RIP KFC .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a busy day out my friends and I wanted a quick and easy meal before going our seperate ways, it was about a 1/2 hour out of everyone's way but we were hungry and weren't going to complain as we were all looking forward to a hot meal. When we got there at around 5.30 it was fairly quiet so we thought "great quick meals then off home" when we were served we were told there wouks be a 10 minute wait - fair enough. 10 minutes late we are called over to be told that there were no prepared mini fillets and it would take at least 45 minutes to prepare them, now we didn't really want to wait that long so were offered the chance of refund or an order change. I wish we would have taken the refund. My choice of the original recipe wrap was alright but not great. It cost about four pound odd. fair enough, wrap chips and popcorn chicken. However after the 5.99 i paid for my original choicei had to ASK for my change, yes it was only 91p but that's MY 91p and i'd like it back! Once we eventually got our meals they were dripping in grease, not pleasant and my boyfriend felt rather unwell all the way home after having eaten there, I myself do not feel particularly well either. My advice to people - STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. What chicken based company runs out of chicken? Most of the staff were useless, one was neither use nor ornament and only seemed to get in the way. KFC - TRAIN YOUR STAFF. CHECK YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS. THIS WAS A DISGRACE!

Don't go here if you are in a rush or expect great service, only go to expect waiting and no service at all.......

Ive been to this KFC this evening only to find neither of the two meals that I ordered were correct AGAIN and the fries were stone cold AS USUAL. This happens almost every time. I've visited many, many times and I have to say 9 times out of 10 they have got it wrong. The fries are ALWAYS cold wether we eat in or out. Most of the time we take away and that's where the problems lie. We get all the way home to find out something or some things are missing so we have to go all the way back again WASTING MY TIME. oh and if you try to call to complain? No chance of anyone answering the phone. It's a disgrace and I would love to know WHY THE MANAGER ALLOWS THIS KIND OF SERVICE? most of your staff are not trained properly, the restaurant often looks dirty and untidy and there's a distinct lack of good customer service. Not to mention a distinct lack of chicken on occasions too. THE ONLY CHICKEN TAKE AWAY THAT I KNOW WHO RUNS OUT OF CHICKEN??????? THE MANAGER CLEARLY IGNORS ANY COMPLAINTS AND THESE REVIEWS so I definitely can assure you ME, MY FAMILY AND ANYONE I KNOW WILL BE BOYCOTTING IT FROM NOW ON. I've had enough.
