The best restaurants serving American food in England

Mi esposa y yo fuimos a este BK esperando un tren de vuelta a casa. Este BK es como uno esperaría de una estación de tren BK. Uso de los servicios electrónicos y "relativamente" comida rápida. La comida parecía cocinada y no estábamos enfermos después, así que una buena señal. Nada excepcional pero tampoco nada desagradable. ¡Es lo que es! Un par de opciones en la estación, y este era el que parecía tener una oferta decente!

Ordered via the app for delivery. Wrong food came along with leaking cup of coffee!! Tried calling, but they just never answer!! Always need to check food here, even when using the drive thru. Usually something missing. Won't be using again

Ordered two meals, complete wrong order has just been delivered from here with cold drinks that have arrived warm. I called Burger King to politely explain and was told very abruptly there was nothing they could do and unable to send the correct meal out again. That I need to go through app for a refund!!! No apologies, disgusting customer service !!! Didn’t want to even give any rating !

This has got to be the worst fast food I have ever had. Whopper. Dry crumbling bread, lukewarm hard moisture-less burger. One small slice of tomato, wilting lettuce, few strips of onion, clumped together. Truly appalling. I would give it a zero if that was an option.

Dishonest staff. These guys can't even get a happy meal right. Firstly they said that they didn't have any books - ok, no problem. But then they tried to convince us that the "toy" could be balloon - the kind that you get just for asking at any McD's. Tip: If you've run out of toys and books be honest about it - don't lie.

Very kind staff Particularly Marlene was super helpful especially because I was with my children. Very helpful and kind, patient too!

Utter crap. Shame on KFC for allowing this standard of chicken to be served. Coating greasy and falling off. It seems KFC hq have just given up.

Pulled in the filling station as was desperate for the loo, only to find this was blocked off by food trolleys. I didn't want to faff again by going into the main building, when facillities are here !

We got our food but my mum was told she was lying when the order came out wrong, manager wasn’t very helpful we did get the food but not the version we ordered we where missing a large shake, a meal and two fries, we got a small fry and a small shake, not to mention we had to repay for the meal

Phoned for delivery late at night, lady on phone was ace!!! Got our delivery and we live in ferndown, it took about 45 mins so acceptable for the distance 😀

We went through the drive through. Numerous times we had to confirm the server had got the waters. When we collected, no waters. We had to order and pay again. We were told to pull into the hold bay for the frappe. 15 minutes later we thought we should go inside. The lady then making the drinks had no idea what I was talking about. Then a voice behind said “that’s my bad” the person that served us was on her break in the seating area. I asked if she’d forgotten, she said “it wasn’t printing tickets” and her attitude clearly said she couldn’t care less. Her name was Vanja. The lady making the drinks was apologetic but the whole experience was about 25 mins. It was absolutely dead inside.

I go to KFC Wincanton atleast twice a month. I noticed a huge difference of the customer service and food quality in last 1 year. They have improved a lot.👏👏 The lobby is warm and clean. The staff are really friendly and active😇. The food tastes way better and fresh now🍔🍗. The service really quick as well🚘 They are doing a fantastic job.👌🏼

Pedí el nuevo Rice Bowl a KFC (Orden # 5194 ) , que viene con una ensalada, pero me decepcionó mucho la calidad. La ensalada parecía hecha de sobras, marchita, poco apetitosa y apenas comestible. Parecía que no se tenía cuidado en su preparación. Espero una mejor calidad de KFC, especialmente al pagar por una comida completa. ¡Esto no valía el dinero!

Really awful. It was as if all the staff had never worked there a day in their life. Staff on the window were very clueless and didn’t care to ask our preferences when it came to sides and drinks and was overall very rude and dismissive. At the second window we were again talked to with no general manners and once again staff member was absolutely clueless. We were told to park and wait for our food and it took over 20minutes for the food to arrive, they forgot our drinks and we then had to ask to get them and then had to wait a further 10minutes to receive them. The food was very soggy, chips had little to no seasoning and overall customer service was very poor. Wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely awful food, Soggy limp chips and Soggy non crispy battered chicken Very nasty taste to the chicken tasted like poor quality old broiler chicken Pourly potioned 14 pieces mostly drumsticks and bits of wings Total waste of over £20 will not be returning, we are local Beware !!!
