My recent visit sums why I haven't been for so long. Thought I would give it a go once again after being disappointed last time. No change unfortunately. 100% worst takeaway value for money. Food disgusting, cold , soggy chips , tasteless. Truly utterly awful!!!! Very expensive for the rubbish you recieve. Honestly. NEVER AGAIN

Went only to get chicken selects with sweet chilli dip and a large banana milkshake. Everything was great and both people at the windows were very positive and polite which isn't normal at Mcdonalds but was very much preferred.

No wonder this Restaurant is rated 21 out of 21 in Bexhill. No customers when we arrived, cold food, overcooked touch chicken. The worst KFC we have ever had. Very disappoint, with disinterested staff.

As I work not far from this branch, my children asked if I could get them a meal on the way home, so I ordered the party bucket meal. I had to wait about 10 minutes for it, and once I received my order, I went home. I opened the bucket and was presented with 14 pieces of overcooked chicken that were soft, not even crispy, and swimming in oil, they were so hot. We ate the smaller pieces, but the larger ones were uneditable to eat as I hate oil like that on my food. It's like the chicken had been refried it was the most degusting chicken I have every see. So took the bucket back the next day and was only give 6 pieces back. I'm never getting food from here again. PLEASE CHECK FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Should have taken a pic when I opened it, but the chicken was over cooked and full of oil.

Very disappointed ordered from there for them to miss things and hair found within the food sky the team leader on shift had very bad attitude. Went up to complain for andy the cook to come out and have ago no apology no hair nets which is a requirement staff needs to be re trained

I odered 4 pieces of chicken and only got 4 drumsticks.Why not put in different pieces why drumstick for all for🤷🏻‍♀️.im not happy and this is not the first time its happening

This place needs to change the management ASAP. The oil they fry in is so overly used that everything tastes horrible and bitter. I've told them before but to no avail. They just don't give af whenever runs this place. I am next going to email the KFC headquarters cause this quality is not acceptable for a KFC restaurant.

When through the drive thru asked for a wrap with just cheese on it, come all the way home and its got everything on it, i had to come all the way back with the receipt and a picture of the incorrect wrap, explained that its wrong and the reason im back is because it was for a autistic person who has sensory issues and is fussy with foods, the shift runners then proceeded to go to the other shift runner on shift (Shannon Duffy) and try hide her face with a bag so i couldn't hear or see what got said and she said 'apparently they are autistic' Shannon then said 'bulls***' an started laughing, other shift runners started to become rude over the fact that i didnt bring the wrap back. i asked for my full meal back due to the fries now being cold and i was refused because i didnt bring my food back. This is absolutely not acceptable customer service from a shift runner - not once was a approached with a polite manner, the manager on duty was rude from the beginning. I am a team leader in another restaurant and i am aware of health and food safety standards which were clearly not being followed - Shannon was there chewing gum with an open mouth (this could clearly fall into yje food that she was working with and become a physical contaminant), she then proceeds into go kitchen and fails to folloe handwashing procedure as she does not wash her hands at all when entering the kitchen and put buns in the toaster. She also failed to don a hairnet and cap - which is procedure for kitchen even for shift runners. I am so disappointed in the service I have received. I have been a regular customer at this branch for years and even working at those branch previously.

Called with young family on way home from holiday. Took over half an hour to be given our order despite the restaurant being empty. We were eating our food when the manager (we assume) started shouting at us that they were closed and we needed to leave. Disgusting way to talk to customers who had only been given their food 10 mins ago after waiting for so long. Children became upset and we just upped and left despite spending over £30. Lady member of staff apologised as we left (she was lovely) but we shall never ever return. BE WARNED!!

Date 27 Aug 24 Order no 7065 Thanks the putting 7 pieces of chicken when ordered 10 pieces!!! Things must the tough out there. Called your restaurant more than 5 times but nobody bothered to pick the phone.

Honest experience today, shocking. Ordered 50 pounds worth of food, 4 meals. Got home and a burger was missing. 20 mins home,my partner, disabled didn't have her meal, so I went back. I'm not gonna sit there and eat when she hasn't Another 40 ish min journey, to replace a burger which was their mistake. I would come home to a cold meal. When I explained 'accidents happen' I'm OK, but please replace 2 meals now, I'm told 'can't do that it's classed as theft'. . Why I had to pay petrol to rectify their mistake, is that not classed as theft too???? Kfc and mcdonalds, name dropping now, have rectified their mistakes suitably, seems bk don't follow suit

Often come here with my family as it's right on my door step. But I do wonder why I bother. Often we have to wait 20 plus minutes for food with it usually wrong or something missing. Never have milkshakes/ice cream either!! Today the food was fine and came relatively quick for a change. On leaving though i was appalled on how disgusting it was outside! Every litter bin was full to bursting and over flowing with litter. There were milkshakes splattered all on the outside tables and on floor with more litter just left. What a filthy dump. Wish I'd of taken some photos. One of the worst macdonalds in the area along with the one in York city centre.
