The best restaurants serving American food in England

Beginning to think that KFC stands for Kan't F'kin Count! Staff here must be special needs, literally NEVER get an order right, always missing items. I'm done! Never again. 🤬

Saturday 26th April, I put my order in at 10.54 at the self service but was paying cash so I took my ticket up to the counter to pay. A guy acknowledged me and said yes we have your order I'll take payment in a moment. After ten minutes nothing until a girl with the biggest attitude came and said sorry we are closed. I explained I had ordered and waiting to pay. She continued to say no I haven't got it. Some good then fell on the floor which another employee then decided to kick around the floor. She walked away and left me. Another chap said we are closed But did try and see if he could do something about it. I could hear this girl in the background continuously moan about me, her attitude was as poor as her appearance, shouldn't be customer facing. I will not go back here at all, apart from customer service is appalling watching staff handle chips with bare hands was off putting enough.

Even with new management this place is disgusting and underpar. The staff still on another planet! The premises stinks to high heaven due to the know drainage problems the restraunt has (you can find details of its hygenew and structural rating on Derbyshire County councilshow website) they employ small members of staff on ZERO HOUR CONTRACTS Also still using two small batch fryers to fry both fries and chicken (vegetarian and meat in the same fryers) (and an illegal practice in the restaurant trade) Vegans and veggies don't dine here for your own safety... anyone in general.. jut don't go here. Derbyshire County council if you read this shut it down with immediate effect.

Cold food No hot drinks No milkshakes No OJ No bottles of water (even though we could see bottles in the fridge ) - so wife couldn’t have a drink as can’t drink fizzy drinks !!!!! Miserable woman (Eva) cleaning tables Floor filthy Tables dirty

I ordered a gravy mega snack box here for lunch today (Sunday 23 Mar) to eat at home. I've had issues with missed items at this store a few times but thought that this time I would just walk out without checking. I arrived home, which is 2 miles away, opened the box and found the chips were missing. The whole point of a gravy box is the chips to dip in it! I set off back to the shop with my receipt, however the manager / supervisor, didn't believe me and wanted to see the box. Well here is a picture of the box! Refusing to buy the necessary chips (twice) from KFC I went next door to McDonalds to buy them. Back home now, lunch consumed, I'm leaving the review Long Eaton KFC deserve for the level of customer service I received today.

Absolutely terrible service, filthy , rubbish everywhere, literally 10 plus people waiting for food , someone else had the same order number as me and after 45 mins we finally got our food , staff all seem to lol busy doing nothing! I know it’s kfc but still , we could’ve and should’ve gone elsewhere ,

KFC is already finished for me. I ordered food and these scammers didn't deliver it to my house and have no intention of fix their mistake.

Blue light card users stay away. Refused to let me use my card even though attached to the app stated it’s been used once today already so it’s invalid. Never had that at any KFC in the UK. Asked for the manager snd she was useless talked over me and said it’s not valid as been used already to claim a free winning reward on the app nothing to do with the blue light connected to the app.

Absolutely terrible overpriced, the portions are tiny my chicken I took two bites and it was gone none of the chicken had much meat on it and small chips, for two meals it came to nearly £24 really not worth the money anymore. The table’s were all dirty the whole restaurant just felt dirty and what I could see there was at least 8 staff but they was all to busy chatting.

This place has really gone downhill, been out with friends for dinner and the food took 30 mins to be served out. The place was pretty much empty and there were like 10 of them behind the counter doing nothing productive, just standing around chatting amongst themselves. There was no co ordination, communication or team work from the staff and we got the impression they they just don't care. When we finally got our food, most of it was cold and when we complained there was no apology or replacement, which is totally unacceptable given the 30 minute wait!! There were hardly any customers in so why would it a) take so long to get the food out bearing in mind it's supposed to be a fast food place and b) why serve out the food when it's not even piping hot! They need to seriously sort it out and get their act together!!

We went for lunch . When we collected it the server practically threw it at us . I requested sauce and this was thrust at us . I had to bring it as it cold . It must be the worst KFC in the UK

I odered 4 pieces of chicken and only got 4 drumsticks.Why not put in different pieces why drumstick for all for🤷🏻‍♀️.im not happy and this is not the first time its happening

3 pieces of chicken and 1 fillet were missing from the order. I called a couple of times, but they don't answer the phone. SUCH A RIP-OFF
