KFC in Wigan

I've just been to KFC Leigh and I usually order at the till in order to claim my student reward as the machines don't allow you to do that (this should be fixed by the way). I always get a friendly reception from the staff, so I'm not too sure what the other reviews on here are referring to. No, I don't have any long conversations with them, but that's not their job? Their job is to take your order and give you the food at the end of the day. Regardless, I've never ever had any issues with the staff and have always found them to be lovely, as long as you're nice to them (you know, common human decency. You can't expect to be rude to someone and then they're lovely to you). Anyway. I'm ordering at the till and the manager comes over and starts to tell off the employee that is serving me (arguably the nicest and most helpful member of staff they have, in my opinion) and is just really quite rude to her and it made me feel uncomfortable as he was telling her off for me ordering at the till.. even though the till is there to be used and is operational, so what's the issue? Anyway, back to my point. The manager just walks over, berates the employee and then walks off and then the employee has to apologise to me (for doing nothing wrong) and I left feeling guilty for getting them in trouble.. even though there's no signage indicating you can't use the till. To sum up, I've no idea what the issue was, but I think the manager could have handled it better. I never have any issues with the food or the staff and I always enjoy my order. Just on this one occasion, that wasn't quite the case. No fault whatsoever on the employee servicing me! Ans I'd like to know why the tills can't be used all of a sudden?

Really poor service from someone who clearly didn’t know what she was doing I think the biggest issue at this kfc is the people service have absolutely no people skills - they seem to hire people who have no desire to help or even talk to customers, on the occasions I have been in the conversation behind the counter is always going on but as soon as they look at a customer they turn into a unfriendly robot

Hungry, so i walked over to the KFC on parsonage, it was 10.15 on sunday April 28th. The opening times online AND on the door say open till 11. Plenty of time then?.... well no??? The doors were locked and all chairs on tables etc? Staff cleaning up. I knocked... they didnt even look over? So, I walked round to the drive through window where a man was stood waiting. I waited with him for 5 minutes, a woman came, opened the hatch, handed the man his order, closed and locked the hatch without even giving me a glance and walked away never to return??? It was 10.20..(open untill 11)??? Was i invisible? Or do the staff there hate their minimum wage jobs so much that they close as early as they possibly can so they can escape the futility of it all in an effort to retain some sort of sanity? Not one crap was given to anyone like myself wanting something to eat, not one! So, up to McDonalds it was then. I love a KFC, how sad they dont give a crap. So i gave my £16 to McDonalds instead.

Around 8pm on saturday 4th November me and my family went to KFC through the drive through and was given the rudest no mannered service.. i don’t expect 100% lovely service however the rude mannered boy who was on the drive though that night whos name i slightly caught under “leon” i was shocked how rude he was and did not expect that service from anywhere!! will not be visiting KFC leigh again!

I visited Leigh for takeaway,items missing from my order,gravy missing,fries missing.The time before I visited for takeaway I got home gravy was missing.Not good enough,we need to see what is going in the bag.Our order cost £30 each time.

I ordered 2 x popcorn meals, 2 x corn on the comb and 1 x chicken fillet burger. The meals only came with one drink I called the shop and the manager Jeremy told me that isn't nothing that he could do. He was extremally arrogant and put the phone down on my face. I'm not happy with this type of customer service and I should address this to KFC home office also I would like a refund of the drink ASAP.

Ordered one order via just eat. Recieved/charged for 3 orders. Phoned kfc nothing they can do. Employee on phone wouldn't give name. Asked for manager's name refused to give. Absolutely disgusting customer service

Disgusting chicken and fries apparently they are using a new oil (obviously the cheapest of the cheap)

I like the windows, they're cool, but the sandstorm prime special is good, chips tasted like chips and chicken tasted like chips

No clean tables. The only clean tables taken up by all the just eat drivers who absolutely stunk of pot. Extremely off putting. Why do you let the delivery drivers take up a throes of your restaurant? The other two thirds every single table dirty. A member of staff came out as it was clear we was eating in and just decided to drag a table blocking entrance to the dirty section. Absolutely disgusting restaurant. Would have got a failure from the health department if they had visited.

Ordered bucket meal yesterday, with extra wings and gravy. URGH. Chicken cold, chips limp n burnt black, wings cold. Cans warm. Never again. Shame on you Leigh KFC. Delivery was to time and driver ok about all I can say. Waste of £22.00

I went through the drive thru with my son and we were greeted very kindly by the employees here, however the managers had terrible attitudes and were constantly pulling their faces. I understand times are difficult but putting your employees down and being overall rude when you work in customer service is unacceptable. Great employees though and the food was good.

Terrible! Wanted to use the 50% discount (eat out to help out) As per the advertisements online and the recommendations combining some of the discount offers to get something that you wouldn’t normally get. Only to be told impolitely by the staff I was unable to do it there! No assistance - no discussion. Long wait no food. Won’t be going again!

Some impolite staff, not helpful. They are making sure they follow procedures but they are rude with the customers. Especially and mid aged assistant, looks like she wants to make sure she is the boss. Terrible experience.

Not had KFC since Covid entered our lives, so tonight we thought we'd give it a go. Queue to be expected about 50 mins, order taken sealed bags and drinks handed over, 5 mins drive back home. Opened bags and one complete meal missing - somebody is going hungry!! Rang store and spoke to Connor, I will give him benefit of doubt and assume it is all company policy and that he isn't allowed to think for himself. Options given 1) Could we return, queue up again for 50mins and they would provide missing food 2) Return Queue up again for 50 mins and get a refund of missing food (Don't think they understood the joys of 50min queuing are not very pleasurable) So I suggested we agree to be outside the front door at a set time, they can leave food then go back inside, we could then take food and avoid queuing again - but NO company policy says cant do that - but we won't have any contact says I - COMPANY POLICY repeated. Can you credit the card back over the phone - NO, COMPANY POLICY NOT TO DO THAT you must queue again and do it at the till. Can you send food via UBER - NO UBER DEAL WITH US AND NOT VICE VERSA - WHAT!! Fantastic way to increase profits so I will give them that, don't fulfill order and make it as difficult as possible to get your food or money back - I can only assume training is done with the same people who try to scam folk for a living. ABSOLUT JOKE

I have just visited today at 3pm 14/07/2020 for the Tuesday 9piece bucket deal and asked for no drumsticks which has never been a problem before but the guy on the microphone said il do my best bud.When I got home I found the 9pieces where 5 drumsticks 3 chicken wings and 1 back bone of scrappy chicken with no meat on it,so if that’s your best I’d hate to see your worst.But what really annoyed me was when I rung up to complain and asked to speak to a manager I got a very brisk girl on the line saying she was a manager I asked for her name and all I got was Paula I asked for her surname twice and she refused saying she doesn’t have to give that well I’m sorry if your the duty manager you do.So was very rude and abrupt and insisting I bring it back i said I’d had a drink now and couldn’t drive but will happily email her pictures and my phone was also swiped on my app on my visit.If Paula is a manager of your store I suggest head office need to sort out proper management training as she was a joke and also to let the employee talk to customers by addressing them by “BUD” cmon really.No wonder this store is getting shocking reviews.

Everytime i go here they screw my order up, most recently got the dipping banquet and had no sauce in the bag (i check it twice) went inside said to a lad on reception there’s no sauce, he replied ‘they are i put them in’ i said ‘ive checked twice’ to which he replied ‘there definitely in their at the bottom’ so i Went back outside to the car got the bag brought it inside checked it a 3rd time infront of him and low and behold still no sauces in their !! He then passed me the sauces and just said ‘sorry about that mate’ Staff here are very rude and need to learn customer facing skills and also getting people’s orders correct first time every time. Soon as it gets busy they lose their heads.

You have to go through the drive through and if you forgot to order gravy they will make you drive round again ! If THEY drop your money at the window they ask you to get out your car and smash your door on the wall to retrieve it or pay again. Then the dyluty manager refuses to give you the customer service number ! I'm struggling to give it a one star. However the customer service centre in Scotland ate great.

I hate KFC to start with but treated my daughter to a Birthday treat as she likes it. She asked for something specific which she has obviously ordered in the past. I actually wrote it down and confidently requested the meal. Got home to find not a word I had said had been acknowledged and not a single thing I ask for in the bag. Rubbish services

After using the drive thru I was given the wrong order. When I got home and realised I rang the store where the manager agreed a refund however even though I had paid on card he said it would need to be in cash. The next day I went to collect the refund and this manager said I wasn’t entitled to one. Whilst I was still being served the other lady on the till decided to stop serving any other customers until (in her words) “she’s moved out the way”. I politely replied I am still being served. When this manager came out he said I could get a voucher that he had confirmed with head office however couldn’t tell me the name of who he spoke to. I contacted the customer service online however it’s a month later and I still have had no refund or voucher. It seems the store managers don’t understand the company policy and then and their staff don’t have any concept of good customer service and are simply rude. Will not be returning.

6 piece bargain bucket and a drink was very nice for two of us. Included good sizes of chicken breast. Overall a nice experience, but the ladies toilets were really dirty and disgusting.

Decided to eat in with the kids and waited in line to reach the till. A staff member quickly shunned me away to the self service machines without any explanation, so I asked why and she said no card payments are taken at the till. I put my order in self serve machine which is too close to the door so me and my kids felt in the way of people coming and going. Waited 15 minutes for food after putting my own order through. Had the tray of food shoved towards me with no eye contact or conversation. Order came wrong - missing a portion of chips and I had to go back and ask for my sauce that I bought too. It was a struggle to find a staff member who wasn’t trying to look busy/avoid customer interaction. Not the most pleasant experience.Went back for kids ice creams and again the staff were very reluctant to make any eye contact. Waited almost 5 minutes before staff member reluctantly prepared the kids ice creams.The service was absolutely dreadful. Will not be going back.

Ordered two meals , which looked as though they had been stood a while only warm , contacted kfc so called CARE SQUAD who sent me two vouchers which didn’t even meet the price of the meals , I contacted them again and they just ignored my message would not recommend this branch they just don’t care .

Omg how greasy . Never again . Chips skins on yuck . Maybe too old for this type of food. Sad for youngsters if they think this nice food

Just been on Tuesday 30/04 9.30 called in to get the bucket deal waited 30 min in drive in,seriously 30 min then I asked was it possible to get no drum sticks as I hate them and it puts me off getting KFC bucket and the lad said yea no worries mate I thought how great till I got home and counted 5 in a 9 piece bucket deal.Not so much of a deal now also £1.99 for a gravy which is tiny.Cmon guys is there anybody running that place it doesn’t deserve to have the name above the door it’s a joke.

Another excuse to come here was to drop the dogs off for there monthly cut, had the 2 For 1 burger ( for a change) 😉 Different staff on duty but still as friendly and great value for money.

Visited here yesterday on way home for tea, what a mistake that was. It took 25 mins in the que to get served, then half hour waiting for the order. Granted yes it's Friday night so I do expect you to be busy but nearly and hour in total . This place I'm sorry to say also needs to train the staff on cleanliness as I'm disgusted at the amount of tables still with rubbish and rotting food on them and all the bins being full. If your staff are to busy to do the duties that are required then I do suggest outsourcing cleaners. Really not impressed......

Visited parsonage retail park drive through Saturday 26 Jan 2019. The food was ok, however, there was so little of it that my husband ate a Chinese meal right after his. He even paid for larger fries and drink. Surely these fries aren't correct size?? And I promise you this is BEFORE we ate anything!!

Called in here through the drive through on 30/12/18 ordered a bacon and cheese box meal. Got the meal home and the burger was rock hard.

This has to be the worst kfc in terms of food. And service in the country. I’ve never got what I ordered yet ! Glad I don’t visit it often, indeed I’ll never use this one again.

Beautiful meal and service 1st class as always Would recommend to anyone and will be back to sample another meal.

I'd worked in Leigh and missed my dinner. So at about 3pm dropped in to KFC.

food was cold they had no salt the food is over priced the staff was rude to busy chatting and cant be bothered to bring your food to you

Just been here for a take away order.... staff was nice and friendly... but..

Called in,bought a meal (staff VERY friendly and fast) table/toilets very clean.Chicken pieces weren't crispy coated(slightly soggy) but nontheless very tasty (forgiveable because of the good service from staff)

Called here for a treat not had KFC for ages while the food was fine a little greasy but ok.

Read the reviews and was a bit worried about quality...what a surprise. Despite there being a limited choice due to delivery issues, no problems with order. Food cooked to absolute perfection and served be a lovely lady. Might have been because it was 14:00 on a Tuesday afternoon and quiet, who knows ?

They still have hardly any stock. There's a big list on the door of all the things that they don't have. Maybe they should just pack up and close completely.

Seriously why do u keep going well it’s local to me and I live in hope it may come up to kfc standards but it never does.Everytime I go there’s a problem or poor quality this time I ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket and got 4 drum sticks 4 wing ends and I breast and 1 thigh.Im a chef and know my food and this is a joke and wasn’t good tasting total waste of money AGAIN

We ordered mega bucket £18.99 we asked if we could exchange two portions of chips for sweet corn and were told no. The chips were cold and dry and had to be threw away so what a waste of money, why they couldn't exchange them was beyond me

quick pleasant service. restaurant always clean and tidy. food always a good standard. drive through can get busy at times

Service is always poor here but to be completely ignored at the counter and ask the person behind me for their order was the last straw. My advice is do as I did and eat elsewhere.

Went to the drive through, was greeted by a very rude, foreign speaking lady, absolutely no patience, having never been to a KFC I was unsure of what was available, she was of no help whatsoever! The menu board is not clear either!

I just agreed to a KFC from this place, as its xmas eve and got the grand kids over, i asked for a bucket of breast, what i got was something a tramp would reject, all sorts of gristle under cooked, and there wasn't 1 breast in the bucket !! why is it that every place thinks that because your from Leigh you will put up with this crap! disgusting .

Last week day before Xmas and the retail park was very busy. In kfc there was a queue to just inside the door way and no free booths. But a five minute wait to be served. Got food straight away and there were a couple of free tables. So all was good. The queue time was reasonable for how busy it was. Table was recently cleaned before we sat down as was still damp. Over all ok.

I called here on my way to an appointment. Not having much time, fast food was required. I had the boneless banquet and it was fine. This place is fine. Typical KFC fodder but fine. Nice staff too

After having our order taken by a young gentleman called ‘sion’ which was very pleasant and looked like the only one who was doing something! We waited 30 minuets for ‘a manager’ who was very rude to not just me but other customers and did not smile at all, he did not apologise to customers when a 30 minuet delay just very rude and arrogant. Maybe Sion should become the manager as he knew what he was doing and organised the place! Joke of a manager the other guy and food was cold!

Most likely the worst kfc in england i dont think ive ever been and they havmt got my order wrong.. i was supposed to have 2 bbq wraps ended up with 2 flamin hot wraps and i dont like hot food had to bin them so thanks kfc for wasting my money once again.

Quick efficient service, food was greasy but tasty. We got a smile from the girl who served us, unfortunately, the oil leaked through the cardboard bucket that the chicken was in and burnt my daughters leg who was holding it at the time.

Estar alerta si estás pidiendo bebidas calientes como ya hemos experimentado en más de una ocasión estar cubiertas anteriores orden equivocada y sirve como el orden.

The girl on the drive through was rude and even whispered to the young lad about me when I asked could I please not have any drumsticks in my 14piece bucket to which she abruptly replied il try then spoke about to me to the lad to which they both looked at me and I ended up with a almost full bucket of chicken wings and nothing else it's a terrible KFC and shouldn't have the name above the door

I will never go this place again!! Every single time i have been they mange to get the order wrong. I stayed away for a good while but thought i would give it the benefit of the doubt. Again they managed to get order wrong and it wasnt even a big order. The place itself is of a poor standard and always seems over crowded. I certainly will not be visiting again.

After shopping at DW Sports, me and my dad enjoyed a KFC break. Having been to other KFCs before, this is the first time I've been to this one. I've been to Parsonage retail park before, and I've seen the KFC. When we came in the restaurant, there was only a little queue. We ordered a pack of 3 boneless chicken breasts with 2 dips, chips and Pepsi Max. The meal tasted good. Overall, it was a great lunch and what I expected from a KFC.

I visit today Sunday 28/05/17 in drive through and wasn't happy with my food but I'm giving it 5* on how it was dealt with and the quality of food afterwards.The waitress and manager where fantastic but I'm sorry I forgot to get ur names.I returned to the restaurant in a fowl mood and left apologetic to them lol.The manager a guy with a beard guessing he was from a Caribbean origin originally was so helpful and apologetic but not in a condisending way both he and the waitress where lovely and the manager even carried my food to the car for me and shook my hand again apologetic this guy will go places so please let him know iv left a review and to keep up the good work as myself I'm a head chef and think it's important to give good feed back as well as negative.so through how he and the waitress dealt with me I couldn't be happier and the food he re cooked and supervised himself was fantastic so keep up the good work guys

Dirty floors and tables this has got to e the dirtiest KFC next to the one in Walkden food left on floors and food on tables

Food very good tonight used a voucher from the cinema so a bucket only 9.99 ordered some extras but still a saving

Just lately this KFC is rubbish.. food is slung in to your bag upside down..gravy also... chips are cold.. food missing when we got home.. won't be going back to this one

If they manage to get your order right, you will probably look forward to eating. I'll comment on the wicked zinger tower burger meal. Chips - cold and floppy. Burger looked like someone had thrown it together with their eyes closed and the amount of flour on the bottom of the bun was vile though I will say that isn't a usual occurrence for the buns. Chicken doesn't taste fresh, more like it's been cooked and kept warm for hours. Won't go again.

As a fast food place, food should be 'fast'... each time I've been there the waiting times is terrible and my order was wrong every single time. Majority of staff is rude and not interested in solving any issues. Possibly the worst fast food place I've ever been too.

Where to start. The staff are useless, the food is useless the orders aren't understood properly even though it's pretty basic. If your having a nice day then do not visit this place because I guarantee it will ruin it.

Dry chips, greasy chicken, not an enjoyable experience, no hot drink and bottled water nearly thrown in the car wont be visiting again.

Food not really good and staff even worse. Really unfriendly staff. Who ever owns this franchise should look at their staff.

Ordered a rice box from KFC and when she passed the bag over I asked nicely if there was salt and a fork in the bag and she replied yeah everything's in there. To go away and find there was neither of them, how she expected me to eat the rice box with out a fork is beyond me, I asked for a simple task!!!

Just KFC, food is as good as it gets from a brand. Sometimes is not as fast as you wanted, but is very busy most of the time.

I really like KFC but the staff seem to not be bothered and could not careless what you ask for they just give you whatever is there . I have never received the right order yet in the drive through or going in the branch and takeing it away. In my opinion it's either very poor management or they simply dnt care. My advise eat in so at least you can get it corrected when it's still warm unlike when you get home and it's to late

No matter how many times I go here I never get what I orderd always somthing missing so know I go in side and all ways check my order before leaving

Second time this has haopened they put a zinger burger on my big daddy meal instead of original chicken .. i do not like spicy food wont go again

Eat at KFC yesterday. We had chicken strips I took one bite and thought it tasted strange. My son finished the strip and agreed he took the product back and it was exchanged. However we both felt really sick that evening and have upset stomachs today. As this is all we had eaten can only assume it was KFC.

Always cold, never feels fresh.. I only live down the road so should still have some heat in it if it was actually hot to begin with! I usually order beans as a side, they used to give you cutlery for this, not any more.. why?! Would usually be 2nd in fast food outlets behind Burger King but this one lets it down.. now usually go to McDonalds round the corner!

Last time I came here it was nice, this time, place was dirty, staff are rude, bloke with the dread locks called me "Bruv". No! I am not your "bruv" I am a customer treat me like one! Food was disappointing, didn't feel fresh and the whole weird feeling of half washed rude and crude staff members gawping at you whilst you eat I found disturbing.Pretty much ruined my thought process for when I come up this way again, I will find somewhere else!

Visited this KFC numerous times and am yet to have an order that is 100% right. Tired of getting beans then parking up to no spoon. Tonight I requested a spoon, told it was in the bag...guess what...not in the bag! Along with no salt and cold fries.

Hi im andrew Been through the drive through tonight and ordered a megabox for my partner and i ordered a big daddy meal.. my partner says we will check its all there before we actually drive home as we know what they are like for forgetting items.. anyway we check the order and was missing a tub of gravy so i went back in and told them they gave me a tub and off we went home happily sat down ready to eat and i took a bite of my daddy burger and whoever had made the burger used a zinger burger instead of normal chicken witch the bad thing is i do not like spicy food i start to choke quite badly and cannot get my breath eventually after a minuite or so i was okay then my peice of chicken only had one side with skin on it the other had nothing!! And also just to top off surprise surprise my chips are cold and hard. Will NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN YOU ALL NEED SACKING!!!!!!!!!

Went to KFC Leigh tonight. Went to the drive through. Female employee, very miserable, very rude, she just basically pushed the drinks on to us. Food just chucked through the window. Asked for sugar, stirrer and some ketchup. She looked at us, as though we were asking the impossible. Gets home. FUMING! Half the food missing and the burgers lo Jed as though they had been dropped on the floor. Rang up and explained we had travelled all the way back to Ashton in Makerfield. The guy on the phone, was very apologetic. Gets back to Leigh with freezing cold food. Josh was very calm and polite to me, but the manager couldn't be bothered to come out to me, just shouted from behind a wall. No sorry! No would you like a dessert or coffee for your inconvenience. No just changed the food and said bye! Very ignorant staff, rude and NO customer service what's so ever! ZERO!

Every single time I go here they get the order wrong!Two pieces of chicken instead of two corn, a portion of chips short and most recently 8 hot wings short. Service is shocking too!Management please reply as I want an explanation. Every time I only notice once I've driven home and am not wasting more petrol to go back and complain

This is not the first time KFC have git out order incorrect ... id say 8/10 times its wrong ..... ok so you order your food and its repeated back to you ..... good so far ..... receipt say exactly what i ordered with special requests as bbq wraps no lettuce ..... plain mini fillet ...... really simple yeah?????? No gets home to 5 bbq with nit only no lettuce but no bbq sauce and no cheese ..... plain mini fillet smothered in red sauce . Phone to complain and was told there was no manager just a supervisor. This supervisor then proceeded in her apologies to call me "darling" when i requested her to please dont call me "darling" she apologised and started calling me "love" ..... im sorry but your probably young enough to be my daughter! The staff seriously need to be trained not only in providing a good customer service getting the orders correct but also in house to treat and speak to customer ..... calling customers love and darling is totally inappropriate and lack respect. I was offered a replacement of my next visit but that does not help that the youngest member of my family went without a KFC which obviously caused problems. I declined the replacement and will not be returning to Leigh KFC especially after hearing one member of staff saying "we always get it wrong, we work here but still check our order" !!!!!

Staff contradict and when food arrived yes it was fast but gravy was watery. The bins overflowing tables needed wiping had to clean ourselves. Pee on loos seat no toilet roll get your act together

Every time I go in, I think I forget how bad the last time was- never ever come in here if you are even in the slightest of rush. Was once stood for 5 minutes before my order was taken (I was the only person waiting) then another 10 minutes to get the food....to then be given the wrong food, didn't even have time to change it so just left. Always looks dirty and this is a newly refurbished branch!!

Took our children on Wednesday straight from school as a treat. Not ate KFC in four years due to cooking more at home. Was really craving a chicken fillet tower box meal. Arrived at the Leigh branch and the husband went to order. Took me several minutes to find a table that looked clean. The one we ended up on had gravy stains on it so obviously table hadn't been wiped. As i looked around the restaurant i could see food all over the floor, rubbish on most of the table. Floors looked black with dirt and two tables were out of order due to faulty booths. Husband came with the order. Food was lovely and was impressed the pepsi was actually fizzy. Husband went back to get napkins but they hadn't been filled up so by time my husband came back his food was cold. They hadnt even give us any salt of fork/spoons for our meal and the children's yoghurts so husband back up again to ask for them. The place as really put me off going with how dirty it was. Can't fault the food. The staff didn't seem happy in the work place which puts me off yet again stepping foot in there. Just hope the next time i go again which will probably be again in four years the standards have improved.

I could eat from k f c all the time because the foo lovely and its always hot when you get food from hear k f c and they do lovely box meals and you get a drink with the meal and they do bargain buckets meals for the family there's plenty to eat with a bargin bucket meals and the corn on the cob is out of this world

I go to the kfc drive quite regular it's the family treat a couple times a month, I hold hope that it will be better next time but it rarely is.Always long ques in the drive through but I wouldn't eat in as the tables are always stacked high with rubbishy and no one ever clears them. 9/10 times there is something missing off the order when I get home, beans and gravy are served long past the time stamp and consistency of food just doesn't happenI wish it was better but it isn't

we always go here but through the drive through , its good ques can be long but you dont wait long really , food always piping hot staff are friendly

Staff are rude and we're talking instead of taking orders. The toilets were clearly not cleaned regularly and the tables were left with food on from previous customers. The outside bin is usually overflowing. My order took 10 minutes and the gravy was missing. Always disappointed when I come.

I can honestly say I will never go to eat here again. Orders are always wrong especially when you go through the drive through. Inside is untidy. The toilets stink. What's put me off more was the door was open where they prep the chicken I saw buckets of chicken on the floor and I member of staff placing is hand in the bucket of chicken with no gloves on. This is definitely a NO NO.

Not enough cleaning going on, happy to take my money but need more workers, average KFC in need of improvement.

Visited today. Husband was hungry. They had only been open half an hour. The floor was dirty, bits of food etc. I went to the toilet and was quite shocked to see how dirty it was. Looked like the cleaner hadn't been since they closed the day before. Very unhygienic.

Just been for my son's birthday, purchased a simple box selection to make it easy, had to wait for ages, only to find the chips were missing along with the dips and pop-corn chicken. Just basics really, staff could have looked more apologetic when I questioned the content of the order rather than look like it didn't matter.

Came here with husband and granddaughter as a treat, first of all the place was untidy food all over tables and floor, even though place was not busy. Food was alright though, even the toilets were not clean roll paper on the floor, would probably think twice about coming back

I went inside as the drive through was out of order as they were freshly cooking the chicken. They told me to go and sit in my car and they would bring my meal to me!! they did and threw in a FREE bottle of pop too!!

I am partial to a kfc, but I do truly think the one in Leigh might just about be the worst in England. Food cold, orders more wrong than right and the staff don't care one bit!! It's just truly awful!

Called at this particular KFC as we had been visiting family and my kids absolutely love it! We have visited this one several times before but will not be going back in a hurry as we have never seen a dirtier untidy KFC...the staff were fine and our order was correct but every table was dirty (my daughter even used their cleaner and a serviette to clean our table), there was rubbish on the majority of the tables, in one of the windows and the bins were overflowing...not a pleasant experience at all on this occasion I'm afraid..

Went tonight for dinner with my three boys. When we arrived and parked up there was about 25 young kids hanging around outside. We went in got our food and sat down where was another family sat by us. Then 6 kids walked in and sat down one had a ball and started kicking it against the window the other family told them to stop and he did but none of them got a drink or any food. Ten mins later another gang of 8 kids came in and all sat about chatting swearing and messing around 20 mins on and a young employee came out and told a few of them to leave but said to the other lot as long as you behave I'm not bothered you can stay. The family that were sat by myself and my kids just got up and left there food and went. Sadly we won't be going here again and this is sad as most of the staff a great.

Dirty premises, dry cold food and incorrect orders on a daily basis from this kfc. Please avoid at all costs till something is done

Went to kfc drive through chicken strips taste burnt not just on one meal on both what a waste of £12.60 won't be going kfc again

This place is terrible . We got a takeaway from the drive through and when we got it home is was disgusting . The chicken was so greasy the bucket collapsed , the chicken pieces were dark and smelt terrible , a awful burnt smell . There was items missing from the order . We returned it to them , they weren't interested in our complaint and just offered to change it all , we did this , got it home and it was no better , still the grease and awful smell . We binned the lot. £30 wasted ...

Food hot and tasty, staff not over the top but friendly enough, and didn't really look but seemed clean and tidy. All good
