Disgusting poor food and half of the items in our order was missing! They do not give a toss and the manager was the most rude person ever who dismissed our complaints. Drinks also had a funny taste as if the syrup had gone off or gone sour.

Lakeside- first impression dirty, went to the men’s toilets, stale urine overflowing that had been there a long while!!! walked me and the family out what a disgusting place,

The restaurant was tidy and clean even though staff were busy, the customer service was excellent and food was delicious.

Not the highest quality of instagram posts on my part, but don’t we all love a bit of AI-irony on a Sunday? For me, the Sunday scaries looks like a DALL-E 3 generated image prompted by a list of my uncomfortable fears. And honestly, there is nothing scarier than “Off kay music” and “Soogger Tranr”. I quivered in my spinning chair as I snapped a photo of my laptop screen and uploaded it to my instagram. If I had to see this, so do you. I would rate it a post ironic 7.5/10, and an unironic 2/10 mainly because it’s the sort of post your mum would ask you to delete. She then asks why you don’t post that nice photo of you with your dinner when you went out for that Thai meal last weekend. But at least 30 of your mates though it was a laugh, and that’s all that counts. Nothing like an off centre image to show how nonchalant I am. Remember when influencers told us casual instagram is in? Perhaps I took it the wrong way. Enough to get unfollowed by the "photo dump" wannabe influencer girlies from back home, and just about enough to get some clout from my UAL student friends. Bring casual instagram back! AI is gonna steal my job! I haven’t got time to curate lovely photos of my oat lattes and OOTDs in this economy!

KFC Scunthorpe, Glandford Park, ordered a large meal and large Pepsi Max with no ice, received meal ok but drink was in a large cup only 2/3 full, questioned it told that's because I don't want ice!! Said I have never ever been given a medium coke in a large cup. She said not allowed to top up... Explained again and would not top up. Come on @kfc.uk get your act together, regular customer and never been fed much rubbish plus I suspect you are breaking Sale of Goods Act as ordered Large Pepsi and not Large Pepsi with ICE! Email sent to Head Office 😣

Don’t bother going to this kfc the staff are rude and they don’t ever have any food that you want in and can’t cook properly also don’t bother going through drive through because they will take absolutely forever 😐

No ice cream for my grandson so they gave him a cookie. A hair in it 😡🤮 Absolutely disgraceful. Definitely will not be returning.

3rd time of calling in here. Food is fine but the loos are smelly, dirty, little or no loo roll locks broken or not working as they should be. One goes in and comes out feeling dirtier.

I went to KFC Glanford park for a meal this week and it was dreadful took over half an hour to get the food and when we got it the fry's were cold and mushy the chicken was warm just and was mainly small drumsticks oh and the item that should of been cold the drinks had no ice in them and were tepid we had to clean our table before we could eat the floor looked a state bins were overflowing and as for the toilets they stank of old urine that badly I nearly vomited So I complained to KFC and I get a half baked sorry and a voucher for a third of what the meal am now waiting for a reply from them after i have told them what I think of there voucher

My partner and I got a delivery from KFC Gallagher retail Park, when the food arrived it was like warm, and when we tried to eat it, it was undercooked. Also half of the order was missing, as usual, Normally KFC isn't that bad but this time, both my partner and I are never going to order from any KFC again. I love fried chicken but not going to have KFC ever again

The drive through was busy so we decided to go into the venue. First problem upon entering was that the hand sanitizer station was empty. The second issue was that it was freezing cold inside the restaurant, to get specific it was around 8-10oC which was too cold to eat inside, not only was it extremely cold for the food it was uncomfortable for us adults never mind kids! Approach the counter not even to be greeted as all the staff are doing is having their back to the counter and focusing on the drive through / food production. Understandable but who is the manger of this place and why haven’t they got any front of house staff focused on customer “walk ins”. The biggest disappointment was that there were 10 tables that were full of expired food / packaging that customers had left as well as food all over half of the restaurants floor! Hygiene was 1/10 and myself or my family will not be visiting a KFC again if this is the customer service that’s “normal” . There are 2 KFCs in Scunthorpe, the one at lakeside retail park is a shambles as we had a terrible experience their a year ago so purposely drove further to go to the Gallagher retail park KFC only to get another terrible experience. P.s we actually ate the food in the car in KFC car park as it was the only alternate option to eat somewhere warm enough! Terrible service from a big branded company! Mangers should be ashamed of their team and service , the company should be doing mystery visits to get a real customer experience !

As soon as we walked past the windows on the way in you could see tables were left with food all over them. One table had a drink spilt dripping onto the floor which is a huge safety hazard! Struggled to find a seat due to this. Ordered table service but had to go to the counter to collect from rude staff. Left a very bad impression and had to wipe our own table when we sat down. Only thing that got it a 2 star instead of 1 is because we can’t complain about the food quality

Called to place a £40+ order. Paid and asked for a receipt to be told receipt machine not working. It was a work expense so I needed ref. to payment. Was advised sorry no can do. Gave me the approach that its tough mate, not our problem. I had to then decline the food and ask for a refund. To tuts and disgruntlement from the covering manager. Card payment scanned and refunded, with no acknowledgement from machine. Manager just advised trust me its been refunded. I was away from home so would be difficult to dispute if hadn't gone through so wanted so clarity of this. I was also on a deadline and it took ages to get meal together in first place. Was just shocked by the really poor service in general but then by to rudeness and poor response from the manager. Would not return.

Gravy watered down to save money, daughter to her gravy back to complain.. she was told "its a new way they are doing it" when I took mine back , I was told" yes we have had complaints all day its the batch, 2 different stories, Pepsi was flat chicken was greasy , my zinger was not spicy , from our fave takeaway its gone down hill fast

Awful service! Watched people request table service and input their table number which they then verified, I also did this then we waited only to hear our numbers shouted at the collection point! Don't offer table service if you can't deliver on it!!!

Food was warm at best. Server was miserable and got my order wrong. Will never use this KFC again. Customer service was seriously lacking.

Rating is poor due to attitude of the duty supervisor and bad set up. Prior to lockdown we visited quite regularly, as it's one of the few fast food places we like. This was out first eat in visit since February. Much less inclined to visit this particular outlet again. Apparently only one person at a time can stand at the counter to place an order. The young lady serving was lovely but the lady I assume was her supervisor was rude. Her manner suggested that despite no signage, we should somehow know only one of us could be at the counter. There were no menus other than on the self service ordering or behind the counter. The only way to register for track and trace is online - not everyone has the facility. The signage to get out sends you back to the potentially congested entrance

I’m not able to give it one zero stars. Rude staff, food was warm at best and chicken was a bit purple. I asked for no leg meat in a bucket and got four drumsticks..... when I spoke to the girl on the til she just shrugged her shoulders and said What. I don’t know how this place stays open. Avoid avoid avoid.

In our take away meal it was my turn to get the wrong order, ordered 4 meals where mine was a large box meal. The bit of chicken was very small but after biting it I found out it was a hot spicy chicken wing, (I can't have spicy food makes me ill) so ended up not eating it . The amount of chips in for a large was about 10 chips.For the price it was rubbish for 10 chips, a burger and corn

Been here a few times, and usually i feel sick afterwards. I don't know what it is, but the food is greasy. I've not really gone to any other KFC, but this one isn't great. There's better places to eat.

Once again we get our order home to find, chips, gravy and chicken wings missing, a shocking place that gets worse every time we go. Staff obviously want to be brain surgeons as they don't have the capacity to put the correct goods in a paper bag, but they can put in 20 straws, 50 paper towels, 80 fanny wipes, and 300 spoons. WHAT USE ARE SPOONS WITHOUT GRAVY YOU IDIOTS ? Chicken was drier than a camels backside. Avoid this place like the plague.

To sum it up... RUDE STAFF ARROGANT STAFF GET EVERY ORDER WRONG STAFF OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE When they get the order wrong there is always something missing.... strange how you never get more than you order... it’s always at your detriment.

No words can really describe the complete lack of service and absolute ineptitude if staff and management who are conspicuously absent. Suggest do yourself a favour and go to McDonalds instead.

Despite probably a 20% success rate on orders we went here mainly due to the fact I love the gravy and at the drive through was told there was a 20 minute wait for chicken on the bone, this wasn't a rush hour time this was 8.30pm!!! Anyway I drove around and said to the mrs you know what I will get a boneless banquet so went back through to be told we are waiting on fillets so I double checked that they had no chicken on the bone and no fillets and was told that's correct!!! So I'm really not sure what chicken they had however on driving back through the drive through I could see why they had none because the restaurant was rammed full of 6 people!!!! Needless to say this is the last time we will be going to KFC scunthorpe after already bad reviews in the local rag about green chicken, sort itbout kfc

My son and daughter like KFC as a treat. The chips are horrible and the amount of times they get the order wrong is unbelievable. We check our food before leaving. We have started just getting food without chips ans go to Mcdonalds for theirs. Come on get a grip and stop messing about. They are always messing about and that is why the orders come out wrong. Drive through is no better so think the manager needs to get a grip. Mcdonalds manage to be polite and happy but I have not seen any staff touching each other or flicking each other.

Went to kfc to get some tea. Staff were absolutely terrible more interested in messing around with each other having a laugh then serving customers. Customer service was disgusting. Got home to find our boneless dipping feast was missing the dips!! More like kindergarten then a fast food restaurant.

In London on a Friday evening I get used to messy kfc’s That are busy with dirty toilets and leftovers on tables, orders done wrong and a long wait to order then to get food, with things wrong or missing! Not so here and the exact opposite! Great service, fresh cooked and in a clean restaurant, ok so the bin got full while we were there, staff came over and emptied it!

The food was delicious and lovely place to eat and very clean and tidy friendly atmosphere and the staff and management are very friendly and welcoming too nothing to much trouble and comfortable and lovely atmosphere too

What a complete disaster this place is, called in at late lunch today with my son, place was nearly empty.... empty, in yet I was waiting over 15 minutes to have my order taken, one person in front being served, another just before me, when she had served the two in front she just turned her back on me and started serving food, no apologies or will be right with you..... son I stood waiting in the meantime several people were behind me and I witnessed 11 people walk out tired of waiting, eventually I was served, another 10 minutes for the food so now been in 25 minutes not eaten a thing yet, then order wrong, drinks machine down !!!!! So was given 2 drinks wrong size so my son took them back up to then have another 2 slammed yes slammed on the counter by a member of staff (badgeless) she slammed so hard they both then we're knocked over by this staff member all over the counter and my sins trainers and a guys shorts who was also waiting for his food, i went over to challenge the staff member concerned who then started giving attitude supported ably by another counter colleague yes you guessed it the one who turned her back on us so i very ably shut them both up very quickly ......Yes indeedy they had picked on the wrong person with me so i had the manager out who was next to useless, moaning about her bosses had made her send staff home to get the Labour costs sorted .... wtf? I shut her down and said stop blaming your bosses and manage the stuff you can manage ie rude staff, incompetence, lack of common sense and how yoir running the shift that is Your Job Dear if ya not up for it take ya badge off and serve cos that's what ya missing as your loosening custom people walking out and people like me who wont be back either she wasn't effective she failed miserably to manage the situation or me complete and utter disgrace and if the owner of this franchise want to have the gory details message me and if he wants his business managing I will work for him for a month and show him and his manager's how its done, your business gentlemen is in efficient and your looseing massive potential message me happy to give yoir team the kick they deserve

Took my two children today . Still not a full menu available ! Every thing we tried to order was unavailable would of been easier for the girl on the till to tell us what they did have . My food came out cold and my zinger burger was not cooked properly and totally put me off everything else . Always have nothing but trouble with orders form this kfc . Defiantly the last of my hard earned money been spent in this dive today !

Again not all chicken available and young girl rude at the till. Why did I come back here, it never changes. I recommend McDonald's across the road!! . .

Not had a kfc for ages and I remember them being the best chicken a man could buy. But oh boy that’s changed. No complaints about the restaurant itself but the measly portion of dry chicken (used to be so juicy) in my burger and the tiny bag of fries is so disappointing. Couldn’t even taste the secret herbs and spices that used to have you licking your fingers.

Messy tables and loads of staff standing around talking when front of house needs attention. This I think reflects a very young workforce that needs stronger leadership.

THE BEST KFC in the north of England.Its fast food Scunthorpe stylee,check out the hot wings (I had to get an extra Pepsi) Wicked !!! Tables are cleaned periodically,so all good.

Bought 6 piece family feast .when opening found to be very very small pieces off chicken. Had a few green fries also. Started to eat and the chicken was cold and dry.fries luke warm I only live 1 mins drive away. Wish i had not bothered waste off 12.99.

We hadn't had KFC in over a decade. The food was hot and tasty. The service was poor though. I understand it's meant to be fast food service, but a little politeness goes a long way. Or is that an age thing now? The girl serving us was rude and seemed more interested in talking to her friend. When it came time to pay there was no "please", we had a hand thrust out to us and a demand. Very poor service indeed. That girl has a serious chip on her shoulder. Wish we could remember her name.

Called in for lunch about 2.30pm this afternoon. There were approx 6 people that had already paid that were waiting with me for orders to be completed, which took about 10 minutes for a Variety Meal, no drink.

Porque vivimos en el país no volver es una opción, así que terminan sonando y conseguir una "código" para recoger la próxima vez (que nunca acaban haciendo). Nunca este asunto con McD, BKing, etc. . . He tenido suficiente y no hacer de nuevo - lo siento pero KFC que son basura!

Una familia de Winterton, llegamos a la casa sin maíz con fiesta familiar, comida con bebida berrito ordenados, sin alubias o patatas. La recargada fue enviado como una comida filete, filete de ir una comida odered grande que no era grande. Este no es el tiempo de la calle 1 y no están contentos. No hay sal, desinfectantes o cubiertos. Les llamamos si no hay respuesta, no hay manera de volver. Personal estúpido que no saben lo que hacen.

Excelente comida y servicio goos ayudaron a elegir la mejor comida para mí 😊 bonito lugar para comer muy bien y ordenado

The food was amazing would definitely recommend the service was a 9/10 but I have had worse food well cooked seating was very nice I will always stick with KFC I think they are under staffed and need more resources it would make it easier for them to work with

Driving north one morning on the M181 towards Scunthorpe. To the east the sun is rising. The first rays of this majestic star are hitting the golden fields to my right. I feel like Hannibal leading the elephants through the Alps. Scunthorpe Mcdonalds is my Rome and I am almost there! I feel great, then shock horror! My world collapses in! There are workmen in the Mcdonalds....Nooooo. It's being refurbished for 6 weeks. I panic. What do I do? The other Mcdonalds is on the other side of town and I simply cant get there before the start of my working day. Then it hits me. KFC. Could I? Hell yes I could! I drive in, they don't do breakfast but what the hell, I order a latte at the drive thru. At window one I pay and then drive to window two, but wait there is no window two! Years of the Mcdonalds system gets the better of me and I look to put the car into reverse, its to late, an agressive builder in a white van is already at the window. I panic! What to do? Shall i drive off? I slowly drive around the building then decide to swallow my pride and re-enter the drive thru to pick up my latte. I feel like an idiot and can hardly make eye contact with the girl at the window, who to be fair didn't even mention it and looked like she had been awake for a week. She clearly had bigger problems to worry about.As I drive off sipping from this strange new style cardboard cup I am impressed at the taste. Not as good as the Mcdonald (what is) but not bad either.

I know what to expect from a fast food restaurant and what this offers falls far short opf realistic expectations.Eating in - over 20 mites waiting for our food from ordering, staff don't care and have no concept of good customer service. The girl in charge leads by example but unfortunately it is a very bad example. Would recommend euither subway or McD's as better alternatives nearby

I am a fan of KFC so I will always continue to visit them. My food last night wasn't very warm you could tell some of it had been sat quite a while. My gravy was very watered down compared to normal. However we did pick a quiet time to come so staff were very attentive. Can never moan about the price of KFC either always value for money.

Came in today asked the girl who was wiping tables if she could switch the air con off as it was very cold (no response) just gave us dirty looks. So went to the counter asked there .they did switch it off for about 5mins then got dirty looks off them as well. Thought air con was for customers not staff. The food was needless to say cold quicker lost our custom now poor show

i visited kfc on saturday about 10:54pm, i ordered 3x pieces of chicken, 3x fries, popcorn chicken, a crushem and coke and 2x sweetcorn. me and my partner were disgusted at the service, how we were waiting 5 minutes to even order and then another 5 minutes of waiting to even pay and recieve our food. the crushem wasnt even full, 2 portions of fries were missing 1 portion that we got wasnt even hot, they were stone cold, the chicken was dry and lukewarm. about an hour later the partner was then forcefully throwing up and the food he had ate.

Visited here last month & upon parking in the car park we saw a rat running away from the building so we drove away. A friend who works in the restaurant told me they had had a small rat problem. I will NOT be coming back here at all!!

Visited the Scunthorpe KFC around 7.30 in the evening. Ate in and the restaurant itself was exceptionally clean and tidy. Counter service very polite and helpful but although the chicken was piping hot at the table it can only be described as average fayre at best.Where as years ago the KFC or Kentucky Fried Chicken as it was then, would be a must go to place, it is certainly a destination of last resort now, sad really.

Its a Kentucky so I don't expect the ritz. I do expect to receive what I ordered, passed to me by a person with manners then it be edible. If you want to go somewhere that fails on all of these then this is the place to go. I cant imagine what this place does to chicken but mine was almost watery like on the verge of rotten. This was of course after I had to go back and get what I actually ordered. I should have probably kept the slop I was first given, it couldn't have been worse. This dump also has its own unique stance on chicken gravy which seems to be based on a local recipe not the Kentucky one. That or the place is so bad (which is my bet) it cant even warm up gravy properly. Also, someone needs to remind those youths serving the drive through they are at work, not there for a catch up and people (those being customers) need serving (correctly) first, not second when they have finished chatting and giggling with each other. Consistently Poor. Never to be used again.

Can't get better tastier chicken anywhere else. Lots to choose from, very quick service, friendly young staff whom can get your orders wrong, but not always. Kept clean and tidy and tables cleaned regularly.

Terrible service. The staff here are incapable of getting a single order correct, i didn't realise it was so hard to read items off a list and put them in a bag. Will not be returning to this joke of an establishment.

Just thought i would spend some time to explain how the Glanord park scunthorpe branch excels yet again at very poor customer service . third visit in a month , every visit wrong order picked . Rude staff calling my wife mate when amending the order . this branch needs to re name its menu to mystery meal . very reluctant to use kfc again

I visited here 14:42, the restaurant was empty, I visited the restroom still empty restaurant. I ordered a fillet meal with a side of beans, the chips were cold the chicken was hard and dry.

Love kfc never had any complaints or issues, Food always nice and hot and when driving through or eating in always served fast and staff polite

Food always hot and we prefer to come here rather than our home town Gainsborough. Staff very pleasant and proactive. Pity the place wasn't clean. There were staff hanging around doing norhing and they could have emptied bins, wiped tables and picked the litter from the car park.

We tend to use the drive through and then park up to eat, our choice as there is plenty of seating inside.The food is good, only had to complain once when something was missing and they gave us our full order again.If you're in the Gallagher Retail Park area, call in, you'll not be disappointed.

Food is usually cold or very old. They never get the order correct. It is always missing something. Gets annoying calling up to do plain as we have drive thru if we go. We now check everything before we leave the site. Don't seem to have these problems at other KFC outlets.

First visit to the newly opened Kfc Waterside at Ashby Ville . Briefly, the service was poor, staff not interested and the food was awful. Will not be going again.

Great tasty chicken and consistently good. Had a couple issues with the drive thru - getting home and something missed off the orders - but issues resolved quickly with a phone call and they gave me a code to collect a free meal at a later date.

Saw a girl drop chicken on floor and pick it up and put it on a tray with salad tongs from the drive through window. When telling the girl who took our payment she called us liars. We dumped our meal in the bin at tesco. !!

Food was horrible. Chips were cold. We went as a treat for my daughter and she ended up getting food poisening. Will never be eating there again.

Called today with partner and my two sons. Easy enough order I thought - 2 pulled chicken burger meals, one mini fillet burger meal and 3 pieces of chicken. Longish wait but it was busy. Got back to table to find they had given me a chicken burger tower which I proceeded to take back. Received apologies and they said they would change it. As I was waiting, my son brought his own and his brother's boxed meals back as they were wrong also. So we waited and waited and I eventually when back to the table whilst my son waited for the replacement order. He eventually came back to the table but minus my mini chicken fillet. So back I went to the counter and was given my mini chicken fillet. Got back to the table. It was cold. Okay, it was busy but there certainly were lots of staff. To get three out of four meals wrong is just so not good. I would not grace their doors again.

Quick drive through visit whilst visiting dad at scunny general. -Too busy laughing on drive through to hear my order so repeated it 3 times.-Girl that took our order at the speaker said hi at the window. A guy then gave us our food, asked for cash and short changed us. As we looked at him he apologised out of nowhere and gave us 2£ from the side of his till. He then vanished and girl came back, gave us food and asked for payment!-Fries were dry and cold, and was obvious they were old.-Chicken was warm and full of liquidDO NOT GO!!!

We ordered food on the drive through, not only getting the food mixed up, they missed off a chicken fillet burger meal and fully loaded off the order and the food that was not ours We took back. I thought I would phone them up looked on receipt no phone number listed and trying to find the number online was So difficult. We ended up throwing the sides in the bin and after getting home heating it up and sharing out what was ediable, because of missing food we didn't get a lot to eat.

Went with my teenage daughter for a quick lunch whilst we were doing some Christmas shopping. I wasn't too sure about going as we have not had the best service in the past. Things were much better this visit. Although there were 2 trainees they were well supported. Service was speedy and efficient and the order was correct and tasty especially the gravy which was lovely and thick.

I went in for a meal after Christmas shopping, the chips were cold, the chicken tasteless. I asked for a Sprite without ice, it came with ice.I went the counter to speak to the manager who was about 18, he said the chips were thrown away after 5 minuets if they were not sold, in the 30 minuets I was there, 2 other people came in but the chips never got thrown away.

Things have changed but in my opinion not for the better My wife had chicken burger, when she was half way through it she asked me to taste it as she said it tasted 'funny' , I didn't think it tasted funny, it didn't taste of anything ! The texture was fiberous and not at all pleasant.I had 3 pieces of chicken which again was tasteless, while the coating has seemed to changed it looked very different. After ordering out food we had to move to a waiting area where we had quite a wait. We approached a staff member to tell her about our disappointment with our meals but it was like talking to a brick wall.

Don't go to kfc Scunthorpe often as everytime we do we are disappointed with it... But on this evening we have just left a fire works display needing something quick & warm, hoping seems as it been awhile since we had last been, things might have changed..... But no far from it. Scunthorpe branch is a joke. Cold food, part of the order missing, drinks leaking from cups are just a few things. Needless to say we made a very bad choice in thinking the standards could of changed!

The children had been wanting a KFC for a while and we thought for a birthday treat for my son we would treat them to one. Well I wish we hadn't bothered! We ordered a boneless bucket, 2 chicken bites,wings and a mini burger and everything except the chicken strips were very cold. We had to wait for them to cook the strips but instead of waiting to get everything ready they must have done it straight away. This is the worst meal I have had for a long time. Next time I will be sure to go somewhere else on the complex to eat!

Scunthorpe kfc is one of the worst kfc's we've ever had the displeasure of eating in!Firstly we ordered the new pulled chicken burrito as a meal it was so small my 9 year old would still have been hungry. It looked nothing like the advert nor the poster. It was square no bigger than the palm of my hand if that and flat and completely tastless!It was thrown in the bin! We then ordered 2 zinger tower meals that took a century to come. When they did the chips were stale and the burgers where stone cold they werent even zinger burgers just plain chicken fillet burgers. We took them back and they were replaced this time with the right type of burger but agaib cold and sloppy. It seems they dont know how to control the temperature at this kfc it happened on several occasions now getting cold food or food thats been sat for a long time.The staff need better training on how to prepare the the food advertised your supposed to receive not what they think it should look like.

I had returned home after a trip away an needed a quick tea, called in and ordered, to be then told, we only have 2 chicken legs left...... No other chicken at all? Nope just them 2 bits. It was 8pm. They were meant to be open till 11:30pm. Please tell me what good kfc is with no bloody chicken?

We will often visit the Scunthorpe kfc rather than the Gainsborough one as that one is diabolical! Scunthorpe kfc food seems to be much fresher and hot upon receiving. The refurbishment doesn't work and there are often crowds of people just standing around and upon receiving our order, much of it is often missing. The only other downfall is the staff will repeatedly say 'and does that finish your order' which is rather annoying especially when there is seven/eight of us that I am ordering for. We still choose to visit Scunthorpe kfc though over all the others and I can't wait to leave a review for the Gainsborough kfc when they eventually come on trip advisor.

Obviously we visit this a lot because the kids love the popcorn chicken but as adults you know the KFC quality and this franchise has non! The beans&gravy are absolute rubbish compared to others you get from busy city restaurants. The chicken filet burgers are like they have been thrown together in 2seconds no care whatsoever taken to build any kind of burger be it filet or zinger! The chicken bucket coatings are just not the same whether you eat there or at home.... The smell as you drive past does not replicate the food you are served! I suggest you travel 20mins to a Doncaster or 40mins to a Sheffield franchise for the real deal! Not good@all!

Long queues, mixed up orders & cold food.....Not much more to say really.....the place was starting to look scruffy before the recent refurbishment, but then customer service took a nose dive along with the food.It is a nicer looking place to eat now but the food orders are all too often messed up with drinks or other items simply missed off the tray you are given even though you have paid for them

It's a Kentucky! It has been newly done up. The tables could be cleaner and cleaned more often! But, at the end of the day, it does what it says on the tin. It does seem to be getting pricey these days.

had a mighty bucket for 1. I live 5 mins from KFC & when i got home the chips were cold, not luke warm they were cold. The chicken strips were overcooked & dry & the chicken drumstick bone was blood red & the chicken did taste undercooked. The whole meal went into the dustbin. The staff want to stop messing about in the kitchen & pay attention to the food.

sometimes you can go and get a cracking meal, freshly cooked, hot and tasty and other days (more often than not) it ends up being very poor! same with the gravy, sometimes it's thick & tasty and other times it's like dishwater!

No acknowledgment that I existed when I drove to counter except to ask for my money. Two staff members giggling and gossiping about another. Not interested in me as a customer. No customer service. Asked if they had included a fork for coleslaw. Staff said 'they should have' and couldn't be bothered to look. I didn't need to worry though as I didn't need a fork as they hadn't given me any coleslaw. Contacted head office to make complaint. No follow up. Do they think we are that desperate for a kfc that we will keep going even though we don't get what we pay for and are treated like poop? I don't think so!

Food is acceptable. Prices are what you would expect. Customer service is lacking and the counter staff need training in smiling and enthusiasm. When we go to eat we would like to enjoy the experience rather than feeling like herded cattle and then spend the next 10 minutes talking about the lousy service. Pity realy as this could be a real alternative to the burger bars.

Reasonable.. Never hit enough, and every time we go through the drive through they always miss something... By the time you realise it's too late. Definitely check your orders before driving off!!! Gravy is the worst of any kfc, one week like water the next like a congealed lump

This day kfc was really busy . I ripped a piece of chicken open where you could clearly see blood so I took it back and showed it,where I was apologised to and offered a new piece of chicken or refund! But the lady serving made it clear it "wasn't there fault" as "kfc's policy is that they cook the chicken until the bone marrow is brown and it was" I have complained to head office told I'd be contacted within 28 days and haven't heard a thing think this is a case of 'brushing it under the carpet' make your own mind up if you want to visit this particular store!!!

good product but never been served a takeaway hot yet, usually dangerously lukewarm, BEWARE food at this temperature can be dangerous!

The meals are very good and prices for them are ok, the queue can be quite long but the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is good, the kids meals are nice and get choice of ice cream or sweet
