Ordered a boneless banquet it arrived quick but it were terrible. Chips undercooked and soggy, Portion sizes were misleading- Small popcorn chicken was made out to be decently sized in pictures but turned out to be tiny, and although I quite clearly ordered a drink it didn’t arrive with my order. Waste of £10

It tells you something when you get there and no one is in the restaurant the staff looked bored stiff. I wouldn’t normally visit but my Grandson wanted to visit for his tea. We ordered 3 pieces of Chicken and a mini milkshake, it was £7.98! When it turned up, the 3 farty pieces looked pretty sad and the milkshake was like just milk with a few spoonfuls of chocolate powder mixed in. What a Rip Off! I won’t be back!

Went for a family eat out had the fillet tower box meal it came out burnt the hash on top wasn't cooked the only thing that was ok was the drink was brought out another 1 but that wasn't the best not returning again

Dry,dry dry. The chicken was dry,chips were dry,gravy was thick and almost congealed as I suspect it was left to just sit whilst getting the rest of the order ready. The saving grace really was the pepsi.

Terrible food. Chips cold and chicken dry and cold. Won’t be going again as this has happened quite a few times now. Called to complain and all they said was bring in the receipt and we will give you a discount next time! Not going again!

Ordered online through the app, tracked the order until it said delivered! It wasn’t delivered , went to kFC who tried to tell me to contact deliveroo, nope not doing that I’m missing football, gimme my food!! Refused to move me car, eventually got my food.

My wife has just got home and noticed some of the order wasn't in it. OK our fault for not checking but not only the missing stuff but the chicken is more like bad pigeon. Simply disgusting.

Franchised fast food chain so outlets may vary in quality of food and service, but generally overpriced unhealthy food served by underpaid untrained and uninterested staff. Bottom of the fast food chain. Cheap sh*t food for cheap sh*t people.

Just started to get tucked in pull a chip out of mega box meal and find a dead bug stuck too one of my chips really not good and definitely will not be coming again

Decided to go to KFC to pick up a bucket, not had one for awhile... ordered at the drive in... we ordered a bucket meal which I included a bottle of Pepsi or Pepsi max. Total confusion.. we were told if having normal pepsi we would charged 50p sugar tax... so ordered the no sugar one. When we went to pick our order up from the next window our order included the 50p....we asked for it to be refunded but were totally ignored. The guy at the window had no manners and my husband did not appreciate the "yes boss" retort everytime the guy spoke. The chips were cold when we got home... only 10 minutes away. Won't be bothering again.

Never ever have ice cream everytime I go, asked a worker why and he said "I don't know, it hasn't worked since I started here!" At least if they put a sign up before the drive thru it would save time wasted in the queue and not being able to get out of the queue....at least Macdonalds is opening directly across the road...so lots of business will be lost to them!! Nothing less than they deserve cos a lot of the staff are rude and abrupt anyway and its over priced!!

We went to kfc via drive through to get the promotional 80 price popcorn chicken. To be honest I got there and I was surprised they still had it in stock. We got through fairly quickly and the girl who served us was fairly friendly but she didn't look like she wanted to be there.

Not the cleanest of places gents in a terrible mess blocked up with tissue once had to ask to go in disabled let me in there no problem. Some stuff not on the menu as they ran out of rice for rice box.Actually quite expensive for what you get.

My son and 5 friends often eat at this kfc but yesterday when they went they ordered and recieved there food they was then told they was not allowed to eat inside and had to leave the premises the reason they was given is that they are under 21 is this company policy??? will be speaking to the manager about this

We visited the drive thru around 9.30pm for a quick dinner as just finished work, Hollie who served us advised there would be a short delay as they were making fresh food and she was so lovely and apologetic for us waiting an extra 2 minutes which we did not mind! She gave us an extra corn on the cob brilliant customer service and a credit to the team!

absolutely disgusting! Been here a few times,hoping the next time would be better than the last. Dirty tables,food on the floors,sticky tables,and this is when its quiet. Why is management not controlling these issues? Everytime I've took my family the place looks dirty, I dread to think what it's like behind the counter,wont be returning.

Ordered meal for the family, drove home and found items missing. I wouldn't be as bothered but this happens all the time! When I returned the replaced the items and couldn't understand why I was still upset. Can't wait for the McDonald's to open across the street. Very poor!

When we complained about the pink, squidgy hotwing the shift manager argued with my wife, who is 6 months pregnant. Clearly pulled out early the hotwings were not cooked. Shocking that they'd argue over a few pence. Manager was extremely rude.Always dirty.My last visit to this branch.

Came here with my partner for two meals and 2 snack wraps which came to £16.36 girl on the drive thru was rude and clearly hating her job the food was cold and incorrect and only what I can describe as a child's portion when we asked for large ! Contacted head office for a refund and received £7 ??! Never going again it's disgusting and they should really take note of the reviews and realise the place is a dump !

Good luck when McDonalds opens across the road. I do love the colonel’s chicken but not from this franchise. They always get your order wrong as something will be missing. Check before you drive off! Never going there again as sick of cold food

We were busy during the day but didn't want to miss out on the free New Style Fries offered to us on my Colonels Club Card. We looked on line for the closing time and it said midnight for Fridays, so we set off. We arrived just before 10pm to see it said on the door it closed at ten. We ordered the free fries and two lattes but we couldn't sit to eat them as it was now closing time. We took them out and looked for a bench. Well, the fries are not crispy and thin like the usual ones. They're softer outside and thicker and soft inside. Certainly not an improvement as far as I was concerned.When we tried the coffees they were strong and black - not lattes at all. We chucked them away and called it a night! Not a success at all.

When it's good it's good, but it's also hit and miss . I've had my last order so over cooked I couldn't even bite it.

Another quick snack cooked and served perfectly well. Friendly staff and clean restaurant, no complaints.

Not my usual type of eatery, however was out with hungry kids. The whole place was filthy - dirty tables, food on the seats and the floor. How this place has not been shut down by environmental health is beyond me.

That rating was too high ...a Saturday night and hardly anything on the menu available ...no corn on the cob ...no gravy ...why open when you can't supply a menu ...will never be going again ...

My closest KFC, a few complaints to start with, today they had nowhere to sit as the whole shop was being cleaned with the excuse of "we didn't think anyone would come in after 8 pm" even though the store is open until at least 10 pm every day and we were not the only ones in the shop forcing everyone to get a takeaway. On other occasions, key parts of the order have been missed out such as the gravy from a mega box and some staff don't even know the rules about claiming your points such as when one server thought you couldn't claim your £5 off if you order something for £4.99 which you can as I have done it at least 10 times previously. At this particular KFC, they have stopped giving out napkins, salt and whipes with your order even though they have not at over KFC's, this is an inconvenience as I have waited up to 5 minutes to get salt before after my order was complete. No one will forget the great chicken and gravy shortage of 2018 either which hit this restaurant hard.

There's a lot of negative reviews about here but our visit went OK. Bought a bucket with a discount due to colonels club offer. Was hot and all good.

Very poor! No coleslaw or corn on cob. What is going to be next? Buns? ............... Need to sort your orders to suppliers out!

Hi all, I would advise that you give this KFC a miss due to the food being disappointed disappointing that when they have the food in. They seem to run out of chicken a lot of the time which they will only complement you with a extra side or drink.

Popped in with 3 hungry kidsat 5pm on a Saturday as needed something quick...waited 10 mins to be served and 25 mins for food in the meantime people who had waited and got their good asked for a refund because it was cold and undercooked and another was complaining as a simple order was wrong twice.

Used just eat app and ordered our takeaway took about 40 mins and tasted better than the greasy chicken we have had in the place when we have taken the kids so I would recommend the takeaway service

Called in to get a takeaway for our grandson's birthday tea. We chose one of the festive bucket mixtures. It was good value and tasty. Service was friendly and efficient.

I normally go to KFC if I need a quick cheap bit of food and I love crispy chicken so KFC normally is alright for me.

waited to be served ,tables not cleared floor was full of rubbish, staff stood around one poor girl on the front doing all the work , staff out back didn't help with the massive que of people . had no idea what they were doing , ticket system didn't work, food sat going cold in hatch , one make staff really only had one pace ! and looked drugged up! freezing cold took ages for food so much so massive group of people waiting even after ordering. food was cold and instantly felt ill after eating it, place needs to be closed down!

Visited the place today, and had by far the worst experience of fast food service. On entering the premises, there was a long que and on observation there was only one serving, whilst I witnessed around five in the background. It took ages to get served, and many people just gave up and left. When I did get served the guy serving, just obviously didn’t want to be there. His customer service was so negative - I felt, asking him for food was chore. Once order was taken, again I waited ages before the food arrived. The chap again didn’t even call the order number out and I was presented with food, but no drinks - I had to wait another five minutes and food was cold when I got to the table to eat. Finally, to add insult to injury the chicken was fried to death and there was hardly any salad in the Zinger burger meal. I witnessed another chap (with children) having to take his food back as chicken was cooked. Overall a discusting service. Note: there seemed no one in charge and therefore the was an apathy of the blind, leading the blind. Place needs shutting down or boycotting - simple as.

I can always count on KFC, always the same great taste and quality. Never had a problem, staff always cheerful. Plenty of parking although be aware of the 1.5 hour restriction.

The service and cleanliness of this KFC has been terrible for some time, tables filthy, staff were rude and often got the orders wrong. it is our local and a favourite for one in the family so we do keep going back (I'm not always sure why), last time we visited it took 20 minutes for our order to be ready, no apology and it was wrong when we got it.

The girl taking orders was the rudest person I've ever spoken to in a restaurant anywhere in the world. She sighed when asked what dips were available and then suddenly the whole meal was unavailable.

I went through the drive through and ordered a mini fillet, med fries.. was told to go to window 2 and as I arrived there wasn't even any staff at the window to take my money. When a young lad finally appeared he handed me my order which looked like it had been thrown In the paper bag that was all scrunched up. To top it off I checked inside and found not only was there a tiny portion of fries they were cold!.. I questioned the size and asked for them to be changed. The assistant looked bewildered and went away to change them. On returning he almost threw the bag of food at me and slammed the serving windows shut. I assumed this was toStop any further complaints. This is my second visit and I will not be returning, I am surprised this branch is still in business with that kind of TERRIBLE SERVICE!...WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON KFC... go elsewhere !!

Popped in when in the area and wanting something quick. It was late afternoon and reasonably busy but it was filthy!! Some tables were wet implying they'd been wiped but the floor, seats and other tables were dreadful.. and I mean dreadful. We pointed out a large spillage over the area approaching the tills and towards the toilet as there was a high risk of someone slipping. A member of staff came out with a dustpan which he half heartedly swept near the bin by the door. Another member of staff walked through the doorway where the spill was twice, looking at the spill both times, but did not do anything either. Then the manager came out, saw the puddle and spill down the aisle and said " I thought I'd told you to do this floor" and proceeded to sweep up some of the debris under some seats, then returned to the counter ... still no one cleaned up the spill! Even a wet floor sign would have been better than doing nothing!! My chips were cold, there were no serviettes -though I was given wet wipes but as I wanted them to put on the table that didn't really help ... just not somewhere I enjoyed - and I have and do enjoy KFC, just not here.

First thing we noticed was how strange it was to visit a well known fast food chain at 7.30pm and find it almost empty. That would never happen at McDonald's. Especially as it was the first day of the school holidays. We ordered a child's meal but were told there was no yoghurt or ice cream available. We could choose a crushum or muffin. Opted for an Oreo crushum which we didn't like. Bashed up cookies in a drink did not work for us. Service was a little slow. The food was ok but the lack of customers left us wondering what everyone else knew that we didn't....

Total crap chicken mcdonalds is better. I prefer if anything the strawberry sundae which I like but the god damn machine breaks every other day

Awful experience. Came around 9pm to get a family feast, and not only was there no chicken available. We were then told to wait 15 minutes for it to be down, 40 mins later and it still wasn't ready however there had been several people through the drive-thru who seemingly had received their chicken. I then had to go into the store and complain to which the man behind the counter said he didn't have my order however the lady for the drive-thru knew I'd been waiting. She was very rude and shrugged my complaint off, the man behind the counter however tried his best and even put in more pieces of chicken to apologise on the women's behalf.

Basic KFC fare, this time it was a bit greasy but still OK and tasty. Don't know if staffed OK but tables often not cleared from those not 'self cleared'.Counter staff friendly and helpful.

I'm certainly not a KFC regular but saying that if I've ever fancied one I've long avoided this particular branch due to poor food and cleanliness. Passing by today I noticed there appeared to have been a refurb and it was extremely busy so I decided to pop in. I have to say the seating area was clean, the service was good and the food was pretty good too.It was cheap, fresh, hot and not swimming in grease so all round pretty good.Bums on seats don't lie.

Clean environment, toilet facilities. Location town center. Friendly helpful staff. Menu to suit all ages. I have taken my two grand-daughters here for lunch or tea and both toddlers thoroughly enjoy it. What about a free balloon for the young ones. This is what draws the toddlers to Mcdonalds. No cheap toys though.

Tables always left dirty, staff have no clue, and last time we went in they had no food! Sadly it's badly in and the staff don't care and to be honest I don't blame them

KFC is what it is and this KFC produces nice tasting chicken products at good value for money. the resatuatant is pleasant and the service is good.

All ways had good food thete I've got no reason to complain whatsoever It is what it is KFC and macdonald all ways get bad press on fb ect but it all waste seems busy

Really not impressed with the food at this branch. I asked for a wicked zinger wrap and the lady said it was a 7 min wait for the wicked chicken but they can offer the standard chicken fillets instead with a drop of hot sauce - I said this is ok as I was in a rush and had to hurry through the drive thru. Next thing I open my wrap to find it is literally drenched in the hot sauce making it unbearable to eat and it was a right mess. Chips were stone cold too! Worst £5 I've ever spent.

Haven't been to a KFC for a couple of years and first visit to long eaton. Service was very slow although there were hardly any diners in there. Setting was drab, uninviting, cold and near enough empty. Not somewhere you want to eat in. This was 1pm on a Sunday so maybe a slow time anyway. Meal was tasty though and we all enjoyed the food. Kids liked the ice cream which was an option with the kids meal

We only wanted to pop-in and have a quick bite to eat, but this was a filthy hole. I asked if I could have a cloth to clean a table it was so bad. I was told that they don't clean the tables in busy periods as its a waste of time because they get dirty again!!!! Clearly run on cheap staffing, needs of the customer ignored for profits sake.

Staff are always busy chatting amongst them selves. Tables and floor areas are always in need of a clean. Not a pleasant environment .You ask for anything your frowned upon. Wouldn't recommend. Let's the brand down

This food it total treat for one member of our family, so birthday's he gets to go there for a take away. It's what you expect, fast food with that special coating. There is nothing fancy or wonderful, but they do good family selections (if you like that sort of thing) not great as the rest of us are veggie and there are no good options, having said that the corn on the cob is really delicious! The staff are as friendly and helpful as underpaid people working with the general public can muster.

the food was delivered quick , the staff were friendly , it was average type food and the restaurant itself was clean but there is no ambiance it didnt inspire us to stay and relax, it was straight in and out.

I'm not convinced that KFC care about Customer feedback. I wrote a letter to their Milton Keynes Complaints address in March 2015 and never had a response, despite their illegal behaviour.My family went to the LONG EATON KFC last week, and it was DISGUSTING. The tables and floor were covered in food, crushed chips, empty food packets......whilst we there I watched the cleaner appear once, spray one table top, and then go again; completely ignoring the mess and the dirt.My entire family of 4 contracted a sickness virus from here, as 2 hours later we all started being sick.....it is that dirty.Whilst we were there, one member of staff was carrying shrink wrapped crates of fizzy drink out to her mates car, presumably for black market sales.Another member of staff had their family in (mum and sister), shouting and swearing throughout at everyone there.The staff are what you would expect, but clearly given NO TRAINING OR SUPERVISION. They have a queue 10 people deep even though no one is seated (i.e. not truly busy), because they take an order, wait for the kitchen to cook it (literally waiting on their phone doing nothing), then box it and serve it. There are no brains or training to take multiple orders......the kitchen only ever cooks one order at a time.If you want ice cream, forget it....the machine hasnt worked for 3 months apparently.If you want allergy free food....forget it, they havent had the legally mandated FIC training and have no clue.This is a vile facility thats dirty and full of disease, and it employs people who are unpleasant to deal with........not that anyone in KFC will care.

Absolutely rank service.waited 20 minutes to get served. French fries were lukewarm.chicken popcorn tepid. Tables were dirty.no one came into restarant during the hour we were there to clear or clean tables. Unruly teenagers were not reprimanded by staff. Will not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The chips were cold and the main meal was only just edible The chicken was dry and hard. I complained about the chips and was given a hot pack but of course it meant that I had to eat the chips later than the meal

Went here yesterday at lunch with a friend and my grandson. Wasn't very busy at all, not sure if the female on the till was new but the service wasn't good. The chips were just warm and not many of them. This is only the third time been here and nit will be the last. Mcdonalds is a lot better

Me and my friend went into KFC for some lunch. We arrived at 11:20 and got served shortly after. We waited and waited and waited and still no order. 2o minutes had passed and loads of people in front of us were all waiting as well. After half an hour we were finally given our food. We had 2 popcorn chicken snack boxes-not hard to make! When we did receive our food it was lukewarm. The food was atrocious and the service was unbearable. I wish that I could leave no stars!

Long Eaton KFC sometimes is ok and others not so good. They do need new positive happy staff that do the job good and quickly. Place could be cleaner. Food hasn't been that bad lovely chicken. Although orders are often wrong

We've gone through the drive through countless times and in the restaurant itself twice. I don't know why we keep giving it another chance. It's so understaffed its ridiculous. Staff are rude and we never even get a receipt. The photo taken just now shows the chicken burger served in a fries bag!

Went for a quick dinner in the evening. Dirty place, food crumbs, ketchup wrappings. No one seems bothered in running this KFC outlet. Gloomy staff. Dirty tables. Oily dipped chicken pieces with worst-of-my-life fries.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Service was so slow I left before I reached the order point till, and there was only 4 people in front of me!During my over extended and enforced hang around the place I couldn't help but notice the place was a tip - food al over the floor and most if not all the tables that were not occupied hadn't been cleared or cleaned.The staff didn't seem to be bothered or care! - who is supposed to be running this place?If this place is franchised then I would suggest the franchisee calls in once in a while (you're loosing money big time!), if it's operated by KFC then you need to appoint a manager (you're loosing money big time!).I don't like being this negative but to see a place being so badly managed and falling so far below anyone's standard then it's really annoying, and it's not even my money being thrown away, why should I care? - I don't know but I do!

The server keeps taking orders so that somebody else completes the meal.. I had chicken pieces and chips. The chips was cold. even the parts of the floor that was not damp with the weather were slippy.

Went in to pick up a couple of snack boxes, you have to go in or they get your order wrong! 7.5mins from taking my order I was handed them, I was asked at point of order to leave a positive review, not a blooming chance.

Have read a lot of negative reviews but really fancied a KFC so popped in for a variety meal - chicken pieces, fillets, hot wings, fries and a coke. The coke was a bit watery but the fries were hot and crispy and the chicken was all very nice and I'd be happy to return for more.

This store is placed in a car park on the edge of town , easy to get to , great for drive through when you have finished your shopping, have to wait a while as service a little slow and disorganised, the food is mostly hot and tasty, .

We went to the drive through and placed our order, we were asked what side we wanted and ordered coleslaw, drove round to pay and we were asked to park up and the order would be brought out to us, The order arrived shortly afterward and we drove off, parked up and went to eat our food only to find that there was no sauces but even worse there was no fork for the coleslaw. Grrrr

This has to be the worst KFC in the UK, the girl that served us, Amy, was by her own admission was embarrassed at the place. We stood at the counter for 15-20 mins as the only person serving was packaging up orders, doing drinks but then kept vanishing to the drive thru window. The TV show really paints a different picture to the reality of KFC, hope HQ check these reviews

I know KFC is all deep fried but I didn't expect the fat to ooze out of my chicken fillets. Certainly will never go back to this KFC again.

The worst KFC I have ever experienced, Staff arguing between themselves in front of customers.Managers telling staff to "do as their told" in front of customers.Every time I've visited this KFC they get the order incorrect, so much I have found myself driving 9 miles to the derby branch just to get what I need.If the head office ever think to read this feedback then you need to sack the managers or close this branch as its an insult to what KFC stand for. Looking at all the other feedback I can see nothing has changed in the last 5 years so seems they don't seem that bothered.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

When my men and I are out working I regularly treat them and myself to a KFC. I mean how can you resist fried chicken, Fries and a cold drink, and the price is reasonable too. on Thursday 29th January 2015' I went in to this place on my own, the place was empty, I had a brief chat with a member of staff and recal commenting about avoiding KFC in Beeston because of previous bad meals, I ordered straight forward three piece, fries and a drink.I sat down to enjoy my meal and was totally disappointed.The fries were all but cold and had clearly be left out too long, the three pieces of chicken were well and truly over cooked to the point where they were almost blackened, needless to say as I tried to eat the chicken I found it clearly over cooked to the point where the white meat inside was brown and crispy. credit where credit is due they managed to serve the coke cold.I was that disappointed I really was not in the mood to make any complaint, so I just up and left. The staff must have known the fries were tired the chicken over cooked, yet they still served it up to a paying customer. Come on people take some pride in what you do.I have to add that I have been numerous times to the KFC on Daleside Road,Nottingham, I have never been given cause to complain about the staff or the food. They are always busy but pleasant and the meal is always piping hot and well cooked.

This place needs shutting down the staff are unbelievably stupid and every time we've been the get the order wrong even though you tell them then they repeat it back to you off of the screen which stays on the screen till the order is complete! How hard can it be?? I complained to them on Twitter where I had to fill an official complaint form out and was told they would get back to me in ten days I heard nothing for a month until in Twitted them again which they told me to fill in an official complaint form which I replied go f¥#k yourself and vowed never to step foot in there again

Without doubt the worst KFC I have ever been to - and lets face it, KFC is generally crap. But this one in Long Eaton takes the biscuit. The service is appalling, I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru while 8 other drivers were served ( I was asked to move my car and wait). If I hadn't paid I'd have walked away. Apology? That's a laugh. Needless to say my second visit here ( the first was not much better but my grandson wanted CFK) will be my last. Better still pop across to Tesco and get something to microwave. It will be cheaper and a good deal quicker. John Betjeman ( the poet laureate) wrote " Come friendly bombs and fall on Slough, it isn't fit for humans now." While in these times of terror I would not advocate such but oh well it makes you think!

After having an operation on my foot and being unable to drive I decided to get a taxi to KFC and order a takeaway. We ordered the 16 piece bucket of food as there was 4 of us eating. But getting home we discovered that not only did we not have a missing large gravy which we had paid for but the chicken was chewy and dry. I contacted KFC via email to explain the problems and was told that I would recieve a voucher through the post. I assumed this might be a voucher for at least half of our meal back so we might be able to put it towards another meal at a later date but instead it was a voucher for 3 wings!!! I felt really frustrated by this so I contacted KFC via private message on Facebook. I was basically told that I should have returned the food to which I replied that there was no way I could do that due to the fact of being unable to drive. I do not live that close to the establishment and could not afford another taxi to get there to return it either. I was then told that I should have sent it back via post which they could have sent me through some containers to do this with. My argument is that doing this would take at least 24 hours so therefore the food would not be fresh enough anyway for them to determine how bad and dry it was. I have been going round in circles for the past few days when I should be resting but instead I am being made to feel that they do not take customers seriously enough. The pure fact that I have a mobility problem at the moment and they find it acceptable to treat me this way and continue to state it should have been returned is not an acceptable answer to me. They took my money, did not provide me with all the items I paid for and the food I did recieve was not edible enough to enjoy because it was dry and disgusting................... Will not be returning to that establishment ever.

Staff can't get order right even though it's on a screen in front of them..food was just about edible

I have now banned myself from this place, before I commit murder. Where do I startI think the staff have been hired from Middle Earth A chicken establishment that has no chicken ready for "about 15 mins" (this is at tea time) I could handle this if it was a one off. ice cream machine is off more often than its on. They put someone on the drive-thru that speaks, at best, broken English.You have to check recheck and check again. But they WILL still try to forget something. Steer clear of this place! It is by far the worse KFC in the area, maybe even the planet.

Nothing outstanding its the same quality as any other kfc food outlet the food is good the premises are clean and staff are helpful

i have waiting for me 4 chips. bottle of pop and 2 large sides after one time they gave me nothing to eat my sides with. the beans well there was no beans it as just juice and that was scolding hot. the chips were all cold. and no cups for the pop for us to share for the take away. the next time I ordered 2 meals in the drive through, and was bombarded with would you like that large... no... would you like hot wings... no. would you like to upgrade for 30p ....... no. the the same questions for the other meal. when I said I don't want any extras. no upgrades just 2 regular meals that's all. I was then asked if that was all!! and you sure you don't want extra wings!!!! when I got my super charger meal. it was in a regular bun so squashed all inside to make it fit. sauce everywhere and again cold chips. last week exactly the same expcept they told me they had ran out of buns. so again. squashed up and sauce dripping out of it.. chips were hot this time thought. but again a thousand questions at the drive through. yesterday went to get a quick coffee and there was two staff (why two I don't know) just come from Aldi across the road with milk. Ran out of stuff again!!I don't eat in there because it use to be filthy. and never cleaned up after customers left. in experienced staff who don't know what they are doing

KFC don't care as the reviews about this branch and any other branch are just as bad! Today was the last day I ever visit KFC again!Their motto has changed to "F***the customer, just take their money!"The food ain't great at MacDonald's, which is to be expected for "Fast food", but at least it is considered fast, within reason!

Waited 45 mts for an order ..only to see my order being given to some one else who came after me..painfully slow service..obviously due to short stffing ir lack of organisation..was compensated by extra peices..but not really what u want when u have a hungry family waiting. .and 45 mts wait..def not acceptable!

I went in one day with my partner and the girl behind the counter seemed like she didn't have a clue as to what she was doing and the food was inedible. The only good thing about KFC is the krush ems

Can't comment on the inside as we went via the drive through...service was ok...very obviously short staffed and badly managed poor staff were run off their feet...ran out of food not good for 7pm on a Friday evening...but give staff their due they compensated as best they could...beans were half full and mainly liquid...half the order missing...returned to complain and were very apologetic....pity...maybe the management needs a bit of a reshuffle.

Shocked at how dirty this restaurant was!!! Food had not been cleared from previous customers. It was all over the floor, the tables everywhere. Shocking!!!!!!!!'

Unhappy staff, unhelpful, miserable, incredibly slow - funniest thing is that I went to the KFC website to offer them some feedback and they only respond by post which could take up to 20 days - what planet are they living on? I will be interested to see if I actually receive a response.Anyway - avoid this place. As the previous reviewer wrote - it needs to close!!
