Great burger but that’s where the good story ends…. Had to wait about 10 mins after an online order on a very slow responding screen. Place looked tired and dirty, topped off by a fat/waste container with a disgusting waste pipe attachment on the counter. Food arrived in a bag despite ticking eat in - no big issue here. Self service coke machine broken , second one out of coke. Third no ice and a very warm non fizzy drink was dispensed. Finally found the ice in the second machine worked. Back to meal, whopper was actually very good. The loaded fries were terrible and literally grease was pouring out the bottom of the box. Whopper was £4.99 total bill was over £10 so the fries and drink raised the price and I felt totally conned. Wasn’t worth complaining as by looking at the staff they couldn’t give a monkeys about the place.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!! Me and my sister visited kaspa’s in Bury St Edmunds for a waffle dessert and two teas. My sister asked if she could also have a tap water with some ice, shockingly she was told “no, as we can’t charge you for ice.” I’m sorry but you are a multi million pound company who, let’s be honest, should allow your customers to have ice in a tap water if requested. This was my first visit to your dessert restaurant and will most certainly be my last. We asked to speak to a manager who then proceeded to give my sister a whole glass of ice (begrudgingly) but not before telling us, it’s not company policy 🤦🏻‍♀️ I think based on the reviews I have read, the staff need to be up skilled in the term customer service. I would like to add that the bucket the cutlery came in was utterly disgusting 🤢 perhaps rather than having 5 staff standing behind the bar chatting you should take some care in keeping the restaurant up to scratch.

My wife is a big KFC fan, whilst I am very much indifferent to it, whilst being largely scathing about the sort of people that go to KFC. However, my wife convinced me that we should have KFC in our hotel room once our daughter was asleep, and as she agreed to run across Eureka Way to go and collect it, I reluctantly acquiesced. We had the larger pieces of chicken and some popcorn chicken, plus some creamy mash (we got two portions instead of the one that we paid for, so that was a bonus) and gravy. To my eternal surprise, it was actually really nice! Maybe my tiredness and hunger blurred my judgement, or maybe I have been wrong about KFC for all this time. The chicken was really good, the coating was tasty, the mash was very good, and the gravy was an inspired addition. It was so enjoyable that I might even be convinced to have it again - though it will be a cold day in Hell before I step foot in one of their actual stores.

Arrived to the restaurant it was really quiet so was seated quickly. Waiter was not very friendly just told us to go to the desk & order when ready. When ordered the food took ages to arrive around 45minutes to arrive & the restaurant was fairly quiet. Food was ok nothing great reminded me of frozen food also not hot enough. Ordered waffles after that took around an hour to arrive & definitely not worth the wait was bland dry & not enough toppings was really not worth the wait or the cost. Definitely needs improvement with customer service, wait times & quality of food

He tenido la intención de probar este lugar durante siglos, habiendo aparecido para batidos hace mucho tiempo.El servicio es muy amigable. Hay un buen menú de restaurante pseudo estadounidense.La comida y los batidos son sabrosos pero un poco caros.Si planea pedir algo en su salsa BBQ, asegúrese de pedir servilletas adicionales. Son muy pegajosos.

McDonald’s desayuno es la mejor opción - para un comienzo rápido y satisfactorio del día! El emblemático Egg McMuffin, con su panecillo inglés perfectamente tostado, queso fundido y tocino canadiense salado, es un clásico atemporal. Combínalo con sus marrones de hachís dorados crujientes y tendrás un combo que nunca decepcionará. También me encanta la variedad, desde esponjosos McGriddles hasta abundantes burritos de salchichas, todo servido con un servicio rápido y amigable. ¿Su café? Consistentemente suave y fresco, perfecto para alimentar su prisa de la mañana. Asequible, conveniente y siempre sabroso — el desayuno McDonald’s es una multitud — placer que convierte las mañanas ordinarias en algo especial.  Muy recomendable!

Quick and easy. The staff were pretty good, nothing to complain about during the 2 visits I've had over this month. Food was standard and basic, just your usual KFC, no Michelin star quality food and nothing to rave about, but was good and as expected.

Totally unedable dryer up chicken order completely wrong.this would have gone back but we were already home.kfc years ago great never again will I eat there again

I waited 25 minutes for my food which came upside down in the bag!! none left in the box and they were as cold as ice 🧊 definitely would not recommend coming here save your money !!!!!!!

Regular visitors food was lovely but having to sit in coats and hats and hands absolutely frozen is enough to not want to return, was the same when we visited a couple of weeks ago too so not a recent issue… may return in the summer

We ordered 1 hamburger (no pickles), 1 mayo chicken (2 mayonnaise & no lettuce), 4 chicken nuggets, 1 ketchup, 1 large double cheeseburger saver meal, 1 medium fries & 1 large fries. Our meal was served cold, the fries had no salt on and were stone cold. The hamburger came with no mustard/ no onion/ no ketchup. The large double cheeseburger came with no mustard & no onions. I would understand if the restaurant had no pickles/ no onions or no mustard but it doesn’t take a genius to get a staff member to make customers aware that there isn’t any of this incase they may want to change their mind and want something else.

La comida era realmente buena, buenas porciones por buenos precios, y lo mejor de todo muy buena cantidad de salsa que se siente raro en estos días. El servicio de Mónica fue muy bueno, muy atento.

This place is ok , clean , service is ok, however there is litrually no security in the sense of the staff making sure costumers dont act in a anti social way for example one costumer brought out side food, the most disgusting is costumers not flushing the toilet , this is due to the staff not labeling wherever button flush is however its not differcult to find it ,however one costumer kick football at lest once in the resturant and again staff didnt do anything , fairly its upstairs however they should hire someone to keep an eye on cctv perhsps
