. After coming down here from an action packed night i was very dissapointed to experience the poor customer service . I got told i couldnt even crouch down . I was extremley tired and was not even touching the floor. Furthermore - we were not allowed to eat while standing-being told to not eat in a restaurant is definitely a new experience . Very let down by my go to fast food. I think staff should do behaviour training as this is unacceptable

Although the automated service was pretty swift I was disappointed with what I discovered in my bag. My Big Mac would have been less of a mess if it had been thrown into the box. I also had nuggets, and anyone who has nuggets knows they are infinitely better with a dip. A dip which I ordered but did not appear in the bag. Whilst trying to be generous, I can’t help but think this is only assembling products to a set company formula and putting said certain ordered items into a bag. And yet, even though this seems so simple, not achievable by this crew. WTF

Absolutely appalling. This is now the THIRD time I have left the building without the food I have paid for. Staff slow and unfriendly. Unfortunately now Burger King has gone this is the only place to get food, when you don’t have to wait over fifteen minutes! Once again asked for a manager to get a refund and the team member just looked at me and then disappeared. This place should be closed down-McDonalds should be ashamed of this outlet. Never again.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. Waited for 12 minutes. After asking about my order, I was given a cold half burned burger, with freezing bread. I could not complain as I rushed to get my train. The only fresh ingredients was the tomato sauce.

Constantly broken printer. You place an order, pay and you are given an order number. You,ve got 2 seconds to memorise it or take a picture. Otherwise you will need to join the already bad experience described by the previous customer (see below, credits to Mike M) but without even knowing your order number !!! Imagine that! “Truly awful experience. Self order only, you're given a number and you wait in a chaotic scrum. Two employees stand at a counter and shout inaudible numbers out. If you are lucky enough to understand you're order is thrown at you in a paper bag. You may not get what you ordered. Staff are not helpful, rude and patronising.” I didn’t get my order at all. I didn’t know my order number. I waited 20minuted. Could have spent another 30 to deal with staff and investigate my issue. But I walked away. Avoid.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Awful service, incredibly rude staff and not one but two wrong orders. After being assured by the miserable and patronizing staff that the order was complete, the incompetence of the staff meant that all we received were bags of medium fries and a tonne of sauces. FIVE burgers short. I'm pretty sure the fries were cooked 3 weeks ago. The set up where you stand outside and have to order and leave, no where to sit inside or outside also baffles me. This is definitely a McDonald's that needs looking into. Just plain awful.

I work in the area sometimes but never really come here. Spending loads on coffee when apparently McD charge way less, I thought to give it a go. This branch is super busy always given location. Open 24 hours and chaotic whenever I walk past. They removed the seating so mainly take away and some seats outside which are always full and filthy. Automated ordering system and then collect at the counter. I ordered via the app but not sure why I bothered. All I wanted was a coffee. Massive line when I got there. Loads of people waiting. The issue is that their not short staffed but just don't work together. Loads of them but they all appear to be working separately and not communicating. My coffee was not showing on the order so I asked one girl who was nice and as it was only a coffee, she just quickly made it for me or I could see me being there for ages. Very sweet. Reasonably clean. Coffee was not too bad. Not sure if it is worth the hassle to save some money!

Not this one. The service is slow and surly, they are so busy you will have to wait and it’s not Fast Food. Worst of all they pre pour drinks and ice cream so save time meaning you get Luke warm lattes, melted ice and worst of all McFlurry becomes McSlurry. Avoid unless you are starving!

I don’t know who’s working there or the management but WTF. I did not complain the first time something was missing, second time I ordered a sweet chili wrap meal + a bacon cheeseburger, and the whole burger was missing, THIRD TIME (today), same order, the burguer was there but WITH NO BEEF PATTYS. I work some sundays on a bar close to Liverpool street, and there’s no much open around really. This McDonalds is really close but it always takes +40 mins to arrive and the order is always wrong . I really tried and gave opportunities to this place but they are really joking .

McDonald's is McDonald's! Location wise this is always a busy branch. Main line station. Bars and pubs near by, junk food binge! They made it take away only now. I am guessing because of all the drunks that would come in and mess the place. So use the easy automated screens, order, cashless payment, get your order at the counter and go! Photographs of the food, calories and meal deals. I just had a hamburger and small fries. McDonald's is McDonald's. We all need a junk food night! We know what we will get. Fast service, food was fine. Clean branch. Craving satisfied!

Very limited space inside can lead to long queues outside. There is no cover so many will be put off on rainy days. Once inside, the automated service screens work well and delivery is normally within 10 minutes of completion of your order. But on busy days social distancing is virtually impossible inside whilst waiting. Didn’t make for a good experience.

The atmosphere here is chaotic and menacing with big security staff glaring at you. The calibration on the clamshell grills was obviously wrong as the burgers in my Big Mac Grand were as thin as a pancake and the edges burned. OK this was 10:30 on a Saturday night but still no reason to serve absolutely s--t food. LETS NOT GIVE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A FAST FOOD OUTLET ANYMORE OF OUR HARD EARNED CASH.......YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF WITH C--P "FOOD"

Mi hija y yo acabamos de salir del hospital de Guy y teníamos hambre. Tenía una ficha para McDonald's y le pregunté si quería usar eso. Cuando entramos en la tienda estaba ocupada y tomaron todas sus órdenes electrónicamente, no había "humano" hasta. Eran las 10:45 am y el menú todavía estaba en el desayuno. Traté de pedir Hash browns pero me dijeron que no estaban encendidos. Luego escaneé el token y salió bien. Habiendo pensado que, como había sido aceptada, mi hija podía comer la hamburguesa de pollo, procedí a terminar el pedido. La caja electrónica no imprimió un recibo.Estuvimos de pie durante unos 5 minutos cuando nos llamaron. Me di cuenta de que estaban cocinando unos hash browns pero no dije nada. Luego me dijeron que la hamburguesa de pollo no estaría lista por al menos otros 5 minutos y que las papas fritas aún no estaban listas. Luego me pidió mi boleto (la ficha que tenía) ya que quería ver por qué la caja lo había autorizado. Se fue caminando. Entonces alguien más salió y preguntó si queríamos fruta en lugar de las papas fritas. Mi hija acababa de hacerse cosas en los dientes y realmente no quería fruta. Así que no había croquetas de patata, ni fuegos, ni hamburguesas de pollo en este momento que tuve, ya tuve suficiente. Cancelé mi pedido para molestia del gerente. Se suponía que era comida rápida y mi hija necesitaba llegar a casa, no estaba dispuesta a quedarme parada por al menos otros 15 minutos porque querían cambiar sus menús. No fue mi culpa que la caja aceptara el cupón. El gerente no hizo ningún intento de disculparse, sino que decidió mostrar su evidente molestia.No visito lugares de comida rápida muy a menudo y no volveré a este en particular.

Recibí un pedido incorrecto, así que volví a la tienda para cambiarlo. El gerente luego cambió de mala gana el orden sin ninguna disculpa. Luego le pregunté si podía arrojar algunas fichas gratis para mi amigo por las molestias causadas ya que ahora habíamos perdido nuestro tren. Se negó a dar chips gratis u ofrecer ningún tipo de disculpa / compensación, me dijo que estaba mintiendo y que no había perdido mi tren y luego se fue cuando todavía estaba hablando. Tuve un mejor servicio al cliente fuera del baño en las Wetherspoons.

I was trying to use the McDonald's app to use their free veggie wrap promotion and was having difficulties and 2 staff members came over and helped and were really friendly and cheery. The male staff was rooting for me to get the app to work and kept asking if it was working yet and when it did he was pleased for me. Very happy worker and made me smile. Despite it being in a really busy location at peak time, some of the workers went above and beyond to help.

After a full on family day out, the family decided to pop in here for a quick bite to eat on the train home. It was ridiculously rammed which I expected @ 8.30pm on a sat eve. However the staff had no organisation going whatsoever & when I got my order (a hot drink, nuggets & dip) not exactly hard to work out-there was no dip. I politely pointed out I had ordered a bbq dip, to which it was thrown at me! I then walked off & went to take a sip of my flat white to find it was coffee-really! When I took it back & said I’d ordered a flat white, there was no apology, they just took it away. They then came back with another & I asked “Is this a flat white?” & they replied “tea yeah?” Well duh!! I then later sip it to find there was no milk at all in it!! Terrible!!

Had misfortune to fall foul of Eurostar delayed by a Brexiteering twit on the roof of St Pancras. Ditched by Eurostar at Ebbsfleet at 1.00 in the morning, after 5 hours on a stationary train, and moved on to Stratford International at 2.30am, we fell desperately upon McDonalds at 3.00am. Despite it being very busy with late night revellers (so one would assume hot food could be assured) they managed to serve us cold burgers, cold chips, and muddle the drinks order so that a much needed hot chocolate (to ward off the chill of the night) was actually a cold coffee. Wouldn’t be tolerated on the other side of the channel and absolutely no excuse for it here. Sharpen up your act guys.

As soon as I went to inform the girl whose name was “Fatou” of her mistake, she didn’t believe me at all. She started attacking me, humiliating me and when I showed her my receipt she just ignored me and didn’t give me my Big Mac and my fries. A man called “Mahadi”, or something like that, then came to me telling me I had been very rude. This is not the way you treat customers, never gonna suggest this place to ANYONE at ALL.

Purchased a meal. Absolutely surprised considering this is McDonalds. Was given a drink which smelt like detergent or bleach and had an absolutely foul taste. Took it back and complained. They manager said it was the syrup. Really? In my entire time purchasing from a McDonalds I've never tasted something that stung my lips and tasted like chemicals. A member of staff admitted to me it didn't smell right and apologised. Apparently this was the syrup the Manager said and shrugged it off... Really...Doubt it.

Al principio era bastante sorprendido y un poco sintieron desalentados ante este panorama del nuevo diseño, donde se les anima a hacer el trabajo de la orden teniendo personal usted mismo. Sin embargo las pantallas enormes eran fáciles de usar y pueden ser meras coincidencias, pero sentí que salía más de lo que solía sin problemas. Yo estaba allí la hora punta de la mañana, así que era bueno. El gran inconveniente es la pérdida de asientos internos - tuve poca variedad pero para comer mi desayuno rápidamente rodeado de fumadores de enfermería una taza de café y lleno su corazón, sobre sus ciggies bonita (no). Calificación hubiera sido un 4 si no fuera por esto.

Words can’t describe how bad this place is. There Argos style order and collect leaves people waiting ages and then giving up and running for their trains before they collect their food. Or they are so desperate to get something they grab any food they can and run. Absolute shambles. Then whatever you have grabbed in the panic is cold and tastes rubbish anyway. Well done McDonalds how to over complicate a very simple process, if people weren’t drunk no one would eat there.

Pero la visita resultó ser muy decepcionante. Me desalojadas desde fuera de la estación Liverpool Street MacDonalds consumiendo comida tenía legítimamente adquirido en el establecimiento. Había de estar afuera, que de alguna manera retirará cuando mi pareja y yo nos sentamos a comer - 2 minutos habría negado cualquier problema, sin embargo, por alguna razón se convirtió en la prioridad de 4 personal de seguridad para detener a 1 45 años mujer mientras la hamburguesa que ella había comprado en el interior. Realmente? Este es su seguridad prioriry? Estoy impresionada y impresionados en este comportamiento y se estaba informando a los medios de comunicación. I went to your so-called restaurant and could not find anywhere to order and pay cash I tried to ask people behind the counter But I was ignored by counter staff, Two {2} people in white shirts behind the counter seemingly having a heated discussion would not answer me with a response. There was a reasonably big Queue, of which was not moving, and what i seemed to has missed was customer care statement, a very lack of customer care policy,, I Travel all over the UK to see family and friends, but this must be your worst restrauant that I have encounterd, And will think very carefully about using McDonlds restraurants againThe ignorance of staff and management alike, Needs great improvement, more so for the travelling public and passing trade, I will in future NOT be useing any of you facilities in the present or near future . Firstly, I like Macdonalds food, particularly big macs. But I'm scarred. At Liverpool Street Station you now order from an order point, and then get served at a counter, much like at Argos. This is a terrible way of providing service. It's no doubt an attempt at cost cutting. Here's my experience. After walking out the first time I noticed the change to order points, I thought I would give it a go. Went to an order point, and was confused, nowhere to put my cash in? A very helpful member of staff said I had to go to a different place if I was paying cash. There was no one there, so she called someone over, who arrived very quickly. I paid, then waited for my order. Bearing in mind this was 9pm on a quiet Monday night, the indicator board showed around 15 orders to be fulfilled, and just one to collect. The staff were busy and I have no problems with the staff, they are doing their best, and no doubt have to deal with some awkward customers. An order was ready, the server called out the number, but it wasn't even on the indicator board? and no one came forward to collect it. This happened again to a cup of coffee? Eventually got served after about 5 minutes, much slower than the old delivery method even on a busy Friday night. My big mac was cold, but the fries were excellent. I really resent this type of order system for so called 'fast' food. In future I shall get a hot cornish pasty instead from elsewhere on the station. I can see how long I will have to wait by the length of the queue, and it will be piping hot. Such a shame that such great food (5*), and great staff (5*) doing their best are let down by a terrible delivery system (0*). It's put me off ever going to Maceedees ever again. Visité el referb 'dpara comer y hoy McDonalds no podía creer que han eliminado todos los asientos interiores, así que su única opción es sentarse fuera en el frío, la lluvia, la nieve, el aguanieve o lo que sea. La última vez que me registré Liverpool Street no estaba para nada cerca de Barcelona, que es el clima que se necesita para realmente disfrutar de comer fuera.

Sé que McDonald's han sido reformas en sus sucursales de todo el país y cambiar la manera que pides y recoger alimentos, y tengo que decir que creo que es mucho peor. Veces mucho más larga la espera y el caos general mientras la gente espera alrededor de no saber qué está pasando, pero la estación de Liverpool Street han tomado las cosas un paso más allá y garantizado no usarla de nuevo.

Popped into the MacDonald's before boarding a train. THE layout is still very old style so you have to wait in a line not sure who will serve you. The girl who serve Sophie...definitely not happy to be there. No please thanks smile anything. I know it was ten pm but nothing of human emotion in her service. While leaving the store a man enter pull my daughter through the door in front of two security guards. I SHOUTED AT THE GUY. THE SECURITY DID NOTHING TO INTERVENE. I FRONTED THE GUY AND HE BACKED OFF. I AM A WOMAN DEFENDING MY DAUGHTEE THESE GUYS DID NOTHING NO REACTION. NOT SURE what use they are

This used to be ok. Then they removed the seating. Then you shared a table with a complete stranger. In the late evening they don't want you there - seating is completely removed. Then for some reason less staff manned the tills. Then the queue got longer. Then the service got worse and worse. Avoid if you are near this place. Or find another McDonalds elsewhere. Or go and get a sandwich at nearby shops or something else in the station. Also don't bother asking for the secret menu.

Arrived here Saturday evening, queues were fairly long, once served I ate outside, pigeons were everywhere and attempting to eat left over food.The meal itself was decent, wasn't expecting fireworks, it's just a McDonald's.Staff seemed ok, efficient enough.

Ordering food was a chore as every item had to be repeated several times. Yes, we live in a multi-cultural society, but when dealing with the public your staff should have at leasy a basic grasp of english. As well as this, it appeared that a lot of the staff were standing around staring into space, except for the girl who spent most of the time it took us to eat our meal chatting to her friend who was sat next to us (in polish I think).

The worst "fast food" restaurant in London run by plodding staff who often don't seem to know what they're doing.The managers are the worst offenders. For a busy store they open the minimal amount of tills as possible, serve food slowly often taking time to chat to each other and dawdle about with unnecessary tasks.A simple threat to write to head office will get you free food however to silence you but it really isn't worth the effort.This poorly ran mess will make you waste thirty minutes, miss your train and you'll only end up with the wrong order anyway.Avoid.

I work in London and travel in via Liverpool Street station. Regardless whether it's 0630am or 8pm at night the service is atrocious and extremely slow, and but not because of people attending rather the completely disorganized staff. Whoever the area manager is that is responsible should have some serious questions to answer as the managers don't seem to manage anything. They have 16 tills but it's rare to see more than 4or 5 ever used. Who'd imagine that any customers would want a coffee at 0630 in the morning, and instead it appears to be a complete shock that somebody would order such a drink first thing in the morning, and which is the only reason I could imagine why it would take 3 or 4 minutes for the person serving to walk to the machine, and push one button and then handing the drink over. Manager- here is a suggestion, have a couple of people at the two coffee machines who's only job is to supply the various confess as the orders come in. And why your at it have a look at Macdonalds on the strand to see how a fast foot restaurant should be run, it's far busier with customers but the service is always quick and friendly. Something that I certainly can't say I've had over the past four or five years of using the Liverpool Street one.....

Not open 24 hours, and when it is open be in morning noon or night, expect the place to be packed. The food is good, but the situation there isn't. And it's not often I don't like a McDonald's!! If you sit outside by one of their tables expect a handful of beggers every few minutes. Not that I mind the homeless, I do work to help them, but you should always stay in if you are like me and feel the need to hand money to every one of them.

The breakfast was well received waiting for a train after an 8 hour flight and a tube journey from Heathrow The location is at the station entrance and there is obviously an issue with the homeless men that meet on the area outside I spoke to whom I thought was the manager about one man who was bothering two women sitting outside He was asking for money and was not taking no for an answer The apparent manager noted my comments looked outside and said that he had gone He was actually in the restaurant begging from tourists eating their meal She saw this and sent a junior waitress over to speak with him Not a good place to go shame as the food is good Pity the management cannot sort out the problem

We popped in while waiting for train thinking food would be served quickly!! Old fashioned queuing system which I would have thought this particular venue would have got rid of as so busy. Place was old and tired and definitely needs a refurb. Young boy who served me was just plain rude and disinterested. Burgers were overcooked too. Dreadful experience.

I had a train waiting to depart at 10.18 today and arrived in McDonald's at 10.15 I asked the lady if possible could she please make it fast as I have to run to catch my train otherwise I'd be late for work. Straight away she smiled, give me my change and said I'll be as quick as I can. It took her less than 30 seconds for herself to grab my Breakfast meal (double Sausage/egg mcmuffin meal with a Tropicana and another hash brown. Very well done and great customer service. I'll be recommending this store to all my friends, family and colleagues. Many thanks and very grateful.

Tuesday the 24th, around 11/11.30 I've been with my colleague to grab something quick at Liverpool St. McDonald's. I've ordered a chicken wrap and she gave me another one - which I couldn't eat because of food allergy.I kindly said that I wanted the other one and asked for the difference in money - again, the wrong order was her fault -. This girl start laughing, with her colleague and said ''suuure''.Few pence don't make the difference; But ethic, and being professional do. If the personnel in this fast food chain act this way, there's something wrong with the hiring criteria.I firmly believe that I'll never go again in a McDonald's.

Arriving into London, with our 4 year old, we wanted somewhere quick and easy to eat before starting sightseeing. McDonalds was handy and we could sit it, so ideal. Food was good and hot. But my issue with this branch was the seating. Lots of seats. Lots of people sitting at them. Were the people eating or drinking? No!Lots of staff cleaning round the people using the tables to red newspapers. We had to sit outside in the cold as we watched the tables being used by people clearly not eating!!Come on McDonalds, ask these sort of 'customers' to move on, or you want get returning proper customers!

I sometimes pop in here when I need something quick and easy when passing through Liverpool Street, it has the advantage of being open 24 hours (although no seating overnight - not that you can often get a seat in the day) and generally you know what you are going to get. I don't think I've ever been here and there's not been a queue, often back out the door. Generally they have decent number of tills open to deal with this. They premake and stack drinks as well as the burgers and fries. Staff often make you stand to one side to wait for an item and then seemingly forget about you and seem surprised you're there when you ask them for said item.If not fast food, then reasonably quick and generally very fresh due to the throughput.

As all food in these outlets is fairly much the same, I rate them more on service and cleanliness. Staff were busy keeping tables clear, both inside and out. Tables outside were a little dirty. But toilets were ok and so nothing great but nothing bad either.

Worst McD's I've ever been to. Only 8pm in the evening, though less than half the tills open, and of those that were, with a couple of notable exceptions, the serving staff seemed to be on a go slow. Drifting around, giving the wrong orders to the wrong customers and larking about with their co-workers. When I went in, I had 20 minutes before my train left but in the end I had to give up and leave empty handed and starve for the 90 minute journey home.There are plenty of other eating places in and around Liverpool St, choose any one of them other than McD's.
