KFC in Ashford

So I ordered a party bucket from Eureka park Ashford, as we was eating through the bucket we found that a couple off piece off chicken weren’t even cooked proper disgusting. When I phoned the restaurant they were dismissive about the situation and then hung up the phone poor customer service and bad food will never go again.

Big shout out to Paul, who’s the greatest person as well as being an excellent server. Wishing him the best of luck in the future!! Also food was great 😊

When you order they give you what they want you to eat. Not what you want, order or pay for….. Every time I Oder a bucket I check it because there’s missing food or the wrong food. they just fill it with soggy wings and thighs and when you say something they go mad and start arguing you telling you it what you ordered. The lady that does the buckets needs to be sacked. She touch’s the chicken with her hands. No gloves, hair net. When I was complaining she was behind the managers back laughing and making faces for a reaction. Instead of sorting the issue she said I’m not changing it. Was willing to Chuck it in the bin…. Well when I chucked the bag back up on the window she said now we can’t put it back so meaning after the food being in my car for five minutes they was gonna give it to someone else. As I was about to pull off she said bitch. I said to the manager I will see her one day out side of kfc one day and he said yer she will see you too don’t worry. Just looking at the reviews shows I’m not the only person that has made the complaint. There seems to be an issue with management and staff. I would recommend that their unprofessional rude staff giving training on how to treat and respect others. Food handling. To the manger… you no who you are… the threat you made about ripping me out of my car when you see me you are an idiot /child and I would love to see the day.

Sadly not great. Chicken is good but fairly salty. The gravy which looks appetising on the tv was so salty that it had no flavour, I couldn’t eat it. Fast food is what it is - but this wasn’t edible with the gravy.

Parking was good, the food was hot. We ate in and the tables were clean. Could have done with space aground the tables but that is being picky

2nd time they didn't have it and haven't told us its not there until we get to a speaker . Then we're already stuck in a queue of cars now where to go and wasting my petrol. So crap service. Did enjoy watching a rat running around out side.

For the second time in a row my order was incomplete when I got home. Note to self: CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Very frustrating.

Ordered 2 x trilogy box meals. There was so much background noise that i could not hear what the teller was saying clearly. Just hoped he could hear me! Paid for and collected order. Oh dear... There was no salt, so chips were tasteless and no dip. This isnt the first time this has happened, but thought they'd have sorted the issue by now. If you're gonna order, my suggestion is to check the order prior to driving off, even if it means holding everyone else up.

Messed up our order went in to sort out took all food back and had to borrow money to pay for new order and have to wait 5 days to put money back in bank. Being disabled and on benefits money is very tight and after this experience I won't be using kfc again. To top it off 3 more customers went in while we there all with same issue. Totally unacceptable.

We stopped using this KFC because there was always something from the order, its been a while so we thought give it another try and yet again we were missing an item. Would strongly suggest checking your order before driving off from the drive thru window, by the time you've parked and actually got served inside the rest of your food will be cold.

I preordered a KFC meal on the IPad app at 17:17 for delivery between 19:15 - 19:45. We watched the driver on the tracker. He picked up the order at 19:17 and didn’t get to us until 20:07 — we are 0.7 miles from the restaurant! The food was cold. The driver said he only had one delivery before us. Manager blamed Deliveroo for the problem and would not replace the order. He said our contract was with Deliveroo not KFC. Needless to say, we won’t be using KFC or Deliveroo ever again! Beware.

Making me mad. So in February they got my order wrong when we popped in to pick up a treat. They missed our £3.99 sweet chili wrap told me to hold onto the recipe and pop in another day. Well we have been shielding so yes it 2 months later I called in today and they would not give me my £3.99 sweet chili wrap because I needed a Number? I was not given a Number I was tolled to hold on to the recipe. Then they realized the order was 2 months old. I didn't want the original a fresh would have done. NOT GOING BACK TO ANY KFC IN ASHFORD

Keep getting the orders wrong or won't give you a KFC offer. I always check the till receipt and the order. Ashford was soo busy last Friday took me 30 min to do a 5min drive. I was now in a rush so checked the receipt but not the food in the bag. WHY WHY WHY do they always miss my wife's meal even when I point it out on the receipt. As they have DELIVEROO in every 5mins slip one of them a couple of quid cash and they will deliver it for them. In stead wanted me to do a £20 Taxi round trip to collect the £3.99 sweet chili wrap. As if it's my fault they got the order wrong

Yet again they have missed items off our online order. I normally check it before I leave there and pull them up on it but my daughter picked this order up and didn't discover it until she was home. Thats it now I'm done with this place. Theives.

RUDE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I WAS MAKING MY COMPLAINT!! At the drive through, I ordered a family bucket of 10 pieces £16.99. At the time of ordering I specifically asked if I could have 6 pieces of 'THIGHS" as most of my 5 family do not eat white meat. The person taking the order said yes I could. Before I moved to the payment window, I checked that he had got the order for 6 thighs and he said definitely. I moved to the payment window, and again asked the guy serving if he was sure the bag had 6 thighs, and he said yes. When I got home, imagine my surprise that there was only 1 thigh....so 3 members of my family did not have any chicken to eat. I rang up to speak to the manager, who, instead of being courteous, decided that he would tell me that I am in the wrong and that the mixed bucket was random mix. I said that in that case the guy taking the order should have explained this so that I would have the choice to change my order. The manager continued to say that in a bucket you get mixed. I again explained, very calmly, that I had no way of knowing that, and that I had made a REQUEST for thighs...a REQUEST that was acknowledged and AGREED to by the server. Notwithstanding this, if the box was mixed....WHERE WERE THE DRUMSTICKS??? At least they could have eaten them. Knowing that we do not eat breast meat we ended up with nothing but! The RUDE manager then put the phone down on me and blocked the number so that it goes to engaged. SHOCKING RUDE RUDE RUDE behaviour by a MANAGER...DISCOURTEOUS, ANTAGONISTIC, UNSYMPATHETIC, IGNORANT RUDE MAN!!! I was sold 9 dry pieces of overcooked breast, half of which were hardly coated and so had dried out even more and 5 of which were thrown away....£16.99 for a bucket of RUBBISH....4 just about edible small dry pieces of wing/breast. I could have bought those in an individual box for a fraction of the cost. I will say that this has been the worst experience of a Kentucky takeaway. The response by the manager, and the putting the phone down on a customer, is a disgrace to the name of Kentucky Fried Chicken - definitely brought the brand in to disrepute. I will not be recommending this branch, and in fact will be writing a formal complaint to the Head Office regarding this Manager's lack of courtesy and customer care.
