Went to order from screen a double cheeseburger meal with a cappuccino, it wouldn’t let me only cold drinks . So went to counter . After 10 mins someone finally came to me a young girl . I asked for a cheeseburger meal with a cappuccino and said I’d pay extra . She said no only comes with a cold drink . I said I don’t want a cold drink I want a hot drink a cappuccino. She said no . Iv got to have a medium coke then purchase a cappuccino separate . I said I don’t want a cold drink only a hot drink . She said no you are only allowed to have a cold drink . I said il pay extra I only want a hot drink . She did No it only comes with a cold drink ! I said forget it your customer service skills are Nil !!!!!

Only ordered 2 meals, delivered, thats 6 items. Only 4 turned up. Bags were sealed so not taken by the driver. Refused to replace the order.

Shocking and wont b returning 22 minutes waiting on a cheeseburger and a kid cheeseburger meal And i didnt understand as there was plenty staff just stood around doing nothing I asked for a refund ,but then all of a sudden he was doing it .

Ordered food to be delivered, waited an hour and 20 minutes for it to be delivered. When it arrived it was cold and my coffee was spilt all over it. When I rang to complain the manager wasn't interested and blamed the driver. Avoid this branch like the plague, they have no customer service skills and its. Total waste of money. Use one of the other branches there are plenty in Stafford.

Food just shocking and looks like its been thrown into the boxes, icing on the cake is it appears someone stole all the monopoly stickers off the food prior to us receiving items, at least the store is consistent in their approach, consistently awful

This was supposed to be a salad meal but all lettuce 1piece of tomato 2pieces of cucumber 1small piece of spicy chicken it just looked a mess and grossly overpriced for what you get

The fish was undercooked, absolutely terrible. Extremely unprofessional and not good experience. Extremely dissatisfied

Firstly why hire cyclists to deliver......its always going to be cold!! Secondly how hard is it to read an order? If it is checked then how do you miss a burger from a meal and sauces that have to be ordered with nuggets? Too many times this has happened but the kids wanted one last treat before going back to school! Not happy at all!

The venue offers a reduced menu at the moment, but standards have been maintained on the main items available.

Visited for breakfast between trains. The food was fast but cold. There was plenty of signage for test and trace and covid guidelines however not informed at all. Where the law states you must show you have completed test and trace if earing in the staff simply ask if you "can complete test and trace at some point". Could do with some cleaning especially tables also

Today my husband, our 8 year old and I visited this branch for the first time. The food was fine,the pop I asked for no ice but still got ice. I also asked if they had different toys to the Mr Tickle I was given to be told no they only had that one but later I saw someone with a Mr Bump one . Lucy changed the Mr Tickle one straight away after we had asked she also asked my son if he wanted a balloon she also answered a couple of questions we had about the area. I would give Lucy 5 stars it's only the ice situation that let it down.

I think this is a wonderful Place to eat it is a bit expensive for the radars but that’s ok I really recommend this restaurant it’s really good

My favourate meal deal is a quarter pounder with cheese, visited Stafford Greengate Street, quarter pounder was undiscribable ! one slice of cheese and a very very slight skittering of something on it,the top bun had a trace of ketchup on it, It was a take away so was not worth returnig 3 miles to complain. To say I have never ever done this before and never complained, It was so disgusting I photographed it and kept the receipt 073. If this is how Mcdonalds are prepared to turn there products out these days it is the end of the road for me. How do you review a maccyD! This one is just like all the others. Service was pretty good even though they were busy, so one of the better ones.

Not yet busy, we luckily called in to this popular branch in time to get our order sorted and found seating easily. Gary served us and brought food out to us - this restaurant does not appear to offer table service as others do, so we were confused. But the Chicken Legend, Big Mac and chocolate milkshakes were available today. All good and all lovely too - thank you for a timely lunch today. This venue does get very busy and is clearly popular with locals and visitors alike. Do try visit outside usual meal times to avoid crowds and queues.

Since when did 10+ minute waits become the norm for McDonald’s. Ordering takes so long and then now you have to wait for you food to be prepared. It’s not freshly cooked. It’s sat in a draw waiting to be assembled. If it wasn’t for my kids I’d never see this place again.

Drive through service terrible. Invariably you have to wait 10-15 minutes parked up until food arrives. The last 2 Saturdays we had incorrect orders, too late to do anything when we get home.

I couldn’t believe the burgers we were given as take away from here. It was cold, tomato sauce slipped on drilling all over it and the burger may Adele of been flat! Absolutely disgusting

Sadly today , i experienced the worst McDonald's breakfast I've ever had. Egg undercooked Sausage burgers overcooked Buns burnt. So much for precise cooking times & uniformity of product.

Same ol' same o'l. Isn't that what people want from Mc Donalds the world over. As clean as one would hope. As quick, and all the usual taste.

My burger meal was better than average, and the staff I encountered were friendly and efficient. Whilst service times are not as quick as under the previous system, the food is undoubtedly fresher.

Overall best Mcdonalds I have ever visited. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Food service good. Any help that I needed always been dealt with in a professional manner. Manager tip top.

Popped in for a frozen strawberry lemonade. At first they are really bitter but they mellow out when they melt a little. Perfect for a hot day. Used the bathroom and it was really clean. The customer service was excellent as well.

Central to Stafford in the main pedestrian area. Looks tiny at first but there’s a nice upstairs area. Modern self service points and nice chairs/tables. Service was a little slow as they were busy talking to each other.

Went for breakfast at around 8am. Walked in to see 2 scruffy blokes sitting either side of a table for 4 with their feet up and their dirty boots on the seats. Judging from the mess of tobacco etc on the table it looked like they'd been there a while nursing the one drink. They were staring at everyone who came in and particular the women. There weren't many places to sit and not everyone can go stairs so people were having to sit on tables with strangers whilst these had their feet up. They shut their eyes and it was only then a staff member went over to say they weren't to fall asleep. I totally understand it was cold day etc but if you want to allow people to just use the place as a doss house and make other people feel very uncomfortable with the staring then don't expect too many return visits.

The staff have no interest in customer service,spending all their time talking amongst themselves. The site is untidy and needs cleaning. The food is typical McDonald’s tasteless pap. The toilets are very good

Travelled to Stafford to get the mega big Mac. Ordered and the young lady was so helpful, waited and a lady customer nearby helped with napkins straw etc as couldn't get to anything in my wheelchair. Felt sorry for the young lady giving orders out, if it wasn't customers asking and demanding she had a senior member of staff keep having a go at her infront of customers (don't do that it's awful to watch) she tried to help but she was handed my items and told it was all there. In the end I got home to find that my mega big Mac wasn't there, just because I am disabled on my own I now have to go back another time to get what I should of had today.

I ordered my standard burger at the counter, as the new machine order points do not accept notes or coins. This is a pity; surely the company could use similar machines to those at a supermarket which accept notes and coins? the burger was supplied promptly by a friendly staff member. The venue was clean and tidy, with a staff member clearing tables efficiently.

I would just like to say I took my son for a quick bite to eat and a coffee, service was quick and good x but would just like to say what a great job of keeping the place clean and tidy your lady does despite some of the appalling behaviour of some customers.

What can you really say. It's a McDonalds. It's Cheap and Cheerful. The Staff are Friendly and Helpful. The store is usually clean.

as soon as I got in there were gerkins on the floor, and mayo all over my shoes it was disgusting. As I am poor and on minimum wage and sell flashlights in Siberia I was expecting better service, my mcflurry had nails In it.

I made the mistake of visiting at around 12 noon when the place was besieged by students from the local college. Whilst the food was of the standard expected, the service was slow and by the time I left at around 1230 the restaurant was packed to capacity.

Visitamos muchos McD pero había un tiempo cuando me sentía lonely y cayó en aquí. Soledad desaparecido y pedimos la comida que tienen el mismo gusto como en Londres y otros lugares. Parada agradable aquí.

Fuimos para un café temprano en la mañana y gachas estaba lleno pero fácil sirve. Muy limpio y muy agradable. el personal era agradable y educado

No es un problema con el servicio. Bacon bap muy bonito, aunque otro trozo de tocino hubieran hecho mejor, ya que había más bap bacon!

This is your very typical McDonalds, not very much to say but if you've been to a Mcdonalds before you know what it's like. The good part about this McDonalds is the ample seating (both upstairs and downstairs). Usually there is a lot of young teenagers hanging around side of here though, not sure if it is any different as I have not been in quite a few months.As with any McDonalds the waiting times vary.

Just been for meal ate inside. Noticed that one member of staff fetched a table in from outside and placed it behind the counter but in front of a fire extinguisher, did mention it to another member of staff which the reply was there is another fire extinguisher in another place. I assuming something was passed on because the said extinguisher was placed on the floor but still behind the table. Fire safety standards are not being upheld. Very bad practice's.

Consistently slow service and Luke warm food. The seating area is just to small for the town, you have to wait for a table.

Probably the only place I know you can buy food/drink from other takeaways etc and sit and eat it taking seat up where ad customers sometimes have to stand around waiting for tables at busy times. Also more like a youth club no one buys anything but still take up the seats in large numbers.

I used the self service screen and it was a revelation you can get a vag of melon instead of fries and you can customise your drink to oj if you prefer. This is useful if you are taking food to go on a train!Collection was slow some 7 minutes due to a massive order in front of me. Very popular throughout the day and queues form at busy periods.

The new system in McDonald's is supposed to be fairer to everyone , yep it is , we all now get the same painfully slow , impersonal service. They've managed to make what's supposed to be a pleasurable food experience into an Argos style DIY purchase collection zone. Yep , you feel more like you're waiting to pick up a drill & bits from an impersonal Argos style store than actually partaking in the most ancient and fundamental social experiences of having a meal in company. It's more likely designed to make serving customers more efficient for McDonald's , resulting in less staff & more profit.What a truly awful idea to make customers move to one side & wait like disgarded sheep , corralled into a small holding area but only after you've taken the money off us.It really seems to me as if the only speeded up process is getting the money in the till. The recent refurb is already looking cheap & tired. Cleanliness is of a lower standard than other McDonald's sites & needs addressing. Obviously eating at McDonald's is never going to be like afternoon tea at the Savoy , but this now, is really an awful experience . Please treat your customers like human beings not just numbers . I honestly felt like I a farm animal being ushered along , I almost thought of stapling my collection number to my ear aka a farmyard cow. Sort yourselves out McDonald's before you lose market share to your competitors.

Ordered for myself and my family, but every single table was full of rubbish or smeared with sauce. There were plenty of staff on, but no one cleaning. The restaurant was very quiet, as it was mid-morning on a Tuesday, so I would have expected it spotless.

Very busy, sticky floor and tables! felt like I was a herd of cattle moving us alone into new lines! Fake smile staff with attitude! Bigmac was cold and strawberry milkshake instead of banana!

Most of the seating is upstairs with very little room between tables on the ground floor.On a recent visit, the highchair used by my granddaughter was absolutely filthy dirty. The tray was black with grime when wiped, it obviously hadn't been cleaned for a long time as the dirt wasn't recent.

Its not often I would put pen to paper about a fast food restaurant but this time I had to. This one has just had a refit. And it has done them no favors. There seems to be half the staff there was. The ones that are there seemed decidedly down in the dumps. Machines at which you can order as long as you pay by credit or debit card are available by the door. But to be honest this seemed to have no advantage. There was one girl on a till off which there are now three when I am sure there were at least 5 before and when I asked for something on the menu she said I don't think we do that she has been there for some time and has served me before. So whilst she dithered about my order and what I wanted I noticed there was a lad on the next section "The Collection point" yes if you have been in Argos you will know all about these ! It even has a screen so you can see where your order is in the line. The area for serviettes, tomato sauce and straws fills part of this gap so don't plan on having too much space when you are waiting for your order. There were four waiting when I went in at 11.45 and when I left the line was back to the door and there was rather a lot of people waiting for their orders. This refit occurred during the school holiday how they will cope with real crowds I do not know. The new seating is as cheap as they could make it. Brightly covered benches upstairs so close to the ones behind that the woman who sat behind me kept fidgeting and getting up and down and each time I felt like I had been pushed. There appeared to be one member of staff cooking burgers and another doing the fries etc. In the time I waited and watched I could have cooked and served ten people. The food was not even hot when it finally got given to me luke warm. I had fries and cheeseburger and cola. One person took theirs back and asked for it to be done again as it was cold. There is no more food ready on the hob going on it appears to be cooked as the orders are taken. Slow time consuming no longer a fast food experience. No longer a happy experience. If you are going in here before an appointment or a movie allow plenty of waiting and your own patience you will really need it. Indeed there are other better value for money places in Stafford to eat I would give this one a miss altogether.

i was welcomed on arrival at the new counter, and the Meal Deal that I was considering was explained to me, a Bacon Club. I selected this item, and it was served in a reasonable time. The food was tasty and hot. Another staff member who spoke to me was also friendly and helpful; obviously a busy town centre venue like this has many staff, and I conclude that those who served other recent reviewers were not of this standard.

The new way they have done this place is so wrong and it makes people seem like we are just a number in a machine will not be eating here again as iv found somewhere else when they were closed

On the 28th of December I visited stafford McDonald's I was rudely shocked by the negativity of the staff considering it had just been a jolly Christmas on the upside I had come in for the best burger in town the one and only festive feast which as always did not disappoint, I wouldn't like to know if this burger is freeze able as I would like to eat it all year round.

i have mcdonalds often and i have never ever been put off my food in a way i have today! biting into my burger to find small brown/black hair in my burger i spat it out in horror and went onto eating my chips to where i found more hair! my hair is ginger and long so i know it was not mine! i will never be eating here again!

Awful food, why do you peasants eat here! The burgers themselves are thin and tasteless, the salad is soggy the bread and sauce is sickly tasting. I'll probably come again though because my peasant friends like it!

Normal McDonalds food and plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs. When we were there we were served quickly, the staff were cheerful and helpful and the inside of the restaurant was clean and tidy. We were given a money off voucher in the main shopping street which we used inside the restaurant.

Always quick service staff do their best within the boundaries of their jobs! Food always hot, never had any problems with this food place and its always been clean and tidy..

Staff are rude. Service is mega slow. Orders generally wrong. But it's McDonald's so for whatever reason we keep going back.

I live in Stafford & the service here is shocking! Fast food thats a joke, Breakfast one members of staff waited 10 minutes & queue behind massive, Order was wrong how you get a bacon & egg mcmuffin wrong i dont know. did not query as did not have time to wait another 20 mins. Never again!

I called at about 2100hrs for a simple burger; this was served promptly after it was cooked and was of a satisfactory standard. The staff member who served me was very friendly and efficient, and was well informed when we discussed other McDonald restaurants in Staffordshire that I had visited. Other reviewers have commented on how busy the place gets at certain times; a meal or snack at a quieter time will certainly be more enjoyable.

McDonalds in Stafford is plagued. Either it's over run with college students in term time, or children during the school holidays. Don't expect to get in or out quickly. The standard of food compared to other McDonalds restaurants leaves something to be desired. My suspicion is that they have a burger bazooka with which they load all the ingredients for a big mac and then fire from about 100 yards, the hope being that everything gets in the box and in the right order. Cheap yes, that's about all that I can say for McDonalds.

I tried this only once, and will never do so again. Typical McDonald's fare, nothing at all to praise.

Last visited this mcdonalds in march 2014, it was extremely busy and parents with young kids were trying to find tables while teenagers were sitting and not eating!

This is really is not the best mcdonalds. The service is ok, as long as you dont get served by a new starter , who must have been the slowest person going. The stairs in the building are very steep, and not suitable for children or young families.

The McDonalds at Stafford is jsut like all the rest, although I have to say the people in Stafford are very freindly. As always, very clean throughout.

General fayre is the same as any other I have visited, altho for some reason the cappuccino is far better than any other MacDonald's I have visited. Gets very busy around lunchtime as it is close to the college. Access for wheelchair users is good.

I only vist about once or twice a month. To be honest all I can say is great breakfast and good meals, just a typical Mcdonalds
