Yet again, I order a meal from here, and they always miss something out, customer service terrible, it clearly states what you get, and having called them, for them to say it doesn't come with chicken, is a joke, LOOK at your menu.

Went through the drive through and ordered a popcorn chicken snack box and it wasn't the usual box it was just a tiny small portion and almost cold. I had a small beans which was cold. This happened twice. I would recommend when ordering ASK FOR THE HOT CHIPS. I will be taking this further.

Ordered a deal on the app. Walked to the store picked up the order and went home. Then found out they made a mistake on one of the burgers. Went back to the store with the burger to get the correct burger. They then explained to me that it wasn't their fault but I entered incorrectly on the app. After showing them on my phone there was no other way to enter the order they still said it wasn't their fault as it was showing incorrectly on their screen. They gave me the correct burger and sent me on my way without an apology of compensation. Free fries or free hot wings goes a long way. Anything they consider "cheap". Not even "Sorry, I'll let the tech team know of this." Usually they are very good but this one poor experience left me in a bad mood.

Not had a KFC in years so thought would give it a try. Without doubt one of the worst takeaways I've ever had. Everything was cold, chips were soggy, the spices on the chicken were not right and certainly not like they used to be. Bucket lid was pushed in and crushed, beans were so called regular but literally a mouth full. And the price was ridiculous. Honestly had better from budget supermarket.

Ordered through Just Eat. Requested a 10-piece bucket, it came with only six pieces. In addition, the fries were soggy and cold. We don’t expect a quality meal as it is KFC but this place has to rate amongst the worst In the KFC franchise.

We visited this KFC today and ordered a 10 piece family feast and 3 extra sweet corn. We asked if we could actually have 10 pieces of chicken this time as on our last visit we only had 9 and decided to leave it as a genuine mistake. When at the window we asked if there were definitely 10 pieces and were assured there was. On arriving at home and opening our food yet again only 9 pieces. We tried to call the store and there was no answer. In all we tried 6 times. Very disappointed and yet again one of us had to go short.

They use just eat and my food never came. After and hour and 20 minutes waiting i phoned the restaurant and was told it was delivered at 5.11pm. They weren't helpful or apologetic. Didn't tell me where it was delivered and it certainly was not delivered to my address. A simple sorry or can i help you by buying another one would have been nice. Upset kids with no tea and had to cook them a boring dinner now instead of a treat. £30 out of pocket. I know it's just eats fault but they really shouldn't be using them as they can't seem to treat their drivers or customers well. I just want a refund.

After having occasionally eaten KFC for over 40 years, tonight’s experience has brought us to new lows. What kind of chicken do you use when 4 out of 6 pieces are legs? How do you manage to burn 4 portions of chips in an automatic fryer? How do baked beans turn into a watery baked bean soup? The answer is obviously that you couldn’t give a toss if the customer returns or not. If you’re going to serve food, do it properly or bugger off and drive a cab. Having said that, the front of house guy was polite and efficient. Shame….

My wife and I decided to have a Kentucky recently as we hadn't had one in years. Cold chips, lukewarm chicken with not much flavour, and not very cheap. It will be a long time before we bother again.

Missing some of our order, but to far to go back, plus our two meals were just put in to one small paper bag, not good when driving to a place to stop to eat it., wouldn’t of minded if it was burgers, but seeing that it was chicken piece meals, made it harder to sort out....grease from food went onto clothes and have not washed out. Not happy

Helpful staff found me a meal not listed as an option on the ordering machine. Three piece Variety Meal with an extra small gravy came to a little over £8. The product was fresh,and of average consistency, Service was very efficient and very fast.

Had a 10 piece & 4 fries deal? The pieces consisted of 2 breast, 3 wings, 4 drumsticks & a not sure what part of the chicken it was!!! Also ordered a Zinger Tower Meal, NO EXTRA piece of chicken as advertised, chips unceremoniously thrown in to the the bottom of the bag with 3 of the chip bags thrown in on top? There is no way these could become loose in transit, as only less than 5 minute drive away!!!! So was also 2 chips light, as ZInger Meal should also have had chips. Not worth the £21.00 odd paid, will not be visiting KFC Broadstairs anytime soon, very dissatisfied with the lack of care staff take while packing food. Training need I think as the drive thru wasn’t even busy so a bit of care could have been taken, even though, having said that, it shouldn’t take any more time to put chips into their container & then put them into a bag 🤔And also, when paying for chicken would rather have breast than leg or wing as not much meat on leg or wing & those pieces were very greasy and seemed just like fried skin. Would have returned it but wasn’t confident staff would have appreciated the criticism. The dog was happy though, as his belly was full!!!!

Had a £30 delivery only to find a fly in the chicken. I took the whole lot back and was told that “Just Eat” would need to refund me. She wouldn’t write write me a signed not as proof and then told me the fly came from my house. She told me to take the food home. WILL NEVER eat the again.

The food is always hot when having it delivered. KFC Broadstairs is much better than the Margate one, because there no food missing.

Staff are very understanding. Gives us a refund or free 3 meals if food is not cooked. Normally food is Great but that all depends on how busy it is.

The last 5 drive thru visits from this KFC I have been missing items from my order, I asked for them to be double checked and told everything is there, once I get home items have been missing. It’s an absolute joke!!!I have called them after and they say “ don’t know how it happened” I have also sent emails complaining to KFC headquarters and just get a voucher for £5, I’m not interested in that I’m interested in getting competent staff to work there!!!!We haven’t used it since as it’s so bad, reading other reviews I’m seeing they have had the same service. KFC Broadstairs - You need to retrain your staff!!!!

Shopping next door at Asda,with a storm blowing in. To save time I bought a 2 piece chicken meal,with extra wings for £5+,included a drink of Ice Tea,fries and 2 large chicken pieces,along with 2 hot wings. Good helpful service,tasty hot food.

We were eating chips and I could smell a stench as I pulled one towards my mouth. I sniffed the chip and gagged. It smelt like poo. I got my friend to smell it and he agreed so complained. The staff we spoke to turned their nose up at us in disgust and walked away. Very disappointed. Will never go there again.

Probably use this takeaway a couple of times a month... but never again. In the last four vista, we have had items missing on two occasions and this has happened variations times in the past year or so...very frustrating!!! At least it will help with my diet!

Attended the venue again to be met with dirty tables and chaos. Ordered 2 buckets for a rather hungry brood.Whilst waiting for food I request some wipes to clean the table and was politely informed some one would come over to do it. Food arrived and across we strolled. Member of staff with a piece of kitchen roll swipped the table top and walked away!!! Into the food. Cold chips, wilting and awful. Chicken awful.Didn't finish food but did tidy up our table which had to help the staff as all the tables around us were filthy

the service is always very good and fast, i think they still have the best fried chicken around, and i love the wings they are so tasty.

Really good food in this KFC 10/10 all day long and served with a smile chicken is cooked perfect the chips were not up to scratch but not really the shops fault its the potatoes are rubbish all over Kent at the moment

Not just a kfc drive through by Asda which google says it is. It seats around 40. Boneless banquet and all very good, crispy chips and chicken too. Nice to see proactive staff keeping tables clean and all areas tidy. Well done that man that was helpful to everyone and the nice smiley lady who took the order. Plenty of parking too.

Purchased 3pc boneless chicken meal. It was extremely salty and the chips were soggy. I won't be returning soon.

Used this KFC on several occasions and enjoyed the food...however this time it was absolutely awful , the chicken did not taste anything like the original recipe it was totally bland. The fries were over cooked so much so we asked for a fresher portion but they weren’t t much better. It was more like visiting one of those fake KFC chicken take away places ........not good

Recently called in for a quick snack. I has the Lunch Box and my husband had the Megga Box. Both were beautifully cooked and excellent value. Will definitely go again.

This seems to happen WAYYYY too often now,Went in the drive thru as i was in a hurry,Got home opened the bucket,And yet again was 4 pieces of chicken short.Did order 10 pieces of chicken a beans and 4 chicken strips,And brought on a tuesdays,And also said they cannot give me a receipt,why do i fall this,So from now on i will be check it b4 i pull away, been short changed there way to often, starting to think its on purpose,I could understand maybe short by one piece, But i think most people cannot miss count 4 pieces, but hay ho dont spos it will be the last time.. Normally they forget a complete dish, which i get.But not count to six and stop counting then straight away charge me £19.00

We have not visited a kfc for a lot of years and thought we would give this local venue a try. Our mistake. We placed our order for chicken and chips and drove to the pay counter. We were told to go to the car park and our order would be bought out to us. We parked and waited and waited. After 20 minutes we drove around again and asked for our food order. There seemed to be just 2 members of staff on duty. They apologised and gave us our food with a bit extra.

Chicken was alright but the straws were plastic and it’s soo harmful for the environment. McDonald’s have started using paper straws and so have a lot of other fast food businesses so I suggest that you take a leaf out of there books.

Great service, cleanliness and well prepared tasty food. Still the best KFC in East Kent, and streets ahead of some.

Easy disabled parking right outside the entrance. Very clean and well kept toilets. Service good, they even took my meal to a table for me. The food was hot and very tasty. I liked the French fries, not the bigger chips they now do. Maybe it is just me !.

We used it on our way home.We ate in,I had a Variety Box,a mix of different pieces of chicken,chips and a drink.At just over £5 it represents a filling meal,at a cheap price.

As a fan of the Colonels recipe fast food and particularly fried chicken for around 50 years! I and my wife use the Broadstairs outlet regularly (once every week or two) mainly eating in. It's consistently good, the only hiccups caused by head office & marketing people as well as confusing menu changes.

So apparently this is what you call a mayo wrap. Clearly someone wasn't capable of making a decent wrap or to do what there actually suppose to do! Visited on 16\10\18 11pm

they do not sell chicken meat they sell horse meat as I saw a horse be transported to the KFC kitchen. they threw the horse on my table and made me eat it while it was alive. it was amazing.

Used the drive-through to order our food. It wasn't that busy but when we got home we found items missing including the bottle of Pepsi. On informing the staff next visit at the window I was fobbed of and there was no manager to complain to so I just forgot about it and checked the order we were handed only to find items missing again. I wasn't happy and wondered if some sort of con was taking place there. The items were handed to me on getting out and going indoors but it took a while for the lady to understand what was wrong as her English wasn't good.. There really needs to be a manager present that speaks good English at all times. My experience at this restaurant has been marred by these incidents.

I come here whenever I'm in Broadstairs absolutely love it. Staff are always polite and the cleanest of all the restraunts I've ever been to. Smiling happy faces good morale and customer service skills. Food is always excellent and alot of places to park, many seating places too. Highly recommended.

We thought we would try the Broadstairs KFC as it was such a let down with the Ramsgate Branch and what a difference. We had a 10 minute drive home and still every think was hot and plenty of it yes we would use this one in the future as we all enjoyed our meals

No Chicken, really disappointing as this is a chicken restaurant in the end I had to go to McDonald's

I'm not fussed with these venues normally but it is located just down the road from my children's school and on occasions where I have picked them up and needed them to eat before their next venture it has proven invaluable. My daughter recently became a vegetarian and when I asked for something vegie for her there was only a rice box to chose from. The person that served me then said he could do a hash brown in a bun with the trimmings which I knew she would love so we had that and sure enough it was a winner. Clean throughout and fast service. Well done guys and gals.

This is no lie, I could literally wring the grease out of my chicken skin and it dripped everywhere. Instantly regretted eating it. My kiddies enjoyed the boneless chicken which wasn’t quite so bad however!

Had a chicken in a bun and chips, very hot and very tasty. Staff here are excellent could not do enough for us. Restaurant very clean and easy to park your car. This has become our favourite for a quick meal

Cuando abrió, el pollo estaba frío y duro y cã! . De igual modo las patatas! La comida había estado merodeando por demasiado tiempo y se había convertido en rancios y frío. . . No regresaré. . . una decepción enorme.

Yo conducimos hoy para la comida, cuando llegué a casa la comida estaba medio mal y no fue lo que pedí, y frío y sólo viven 2 minutos. No me impresionó mucho.

Esperamos en coche por 25 minutos, me senté en el interfono para cinco minutos sin respuesta, conduciendo a la ventana para el trabajador kfc para pedir 3 libras. 99. Dijo que aún no hemos pedido como interfono no estaba funcionando y pidió a la orden y luego, él mantuvo silbidos y dijo no muy groseramente y señaló a vuelta alrededor y esperar otra vez! ! Ahora tenemos sin cenar después de sentarse en su drive thru por media hora. Absolutamente indignado y alteradísimos!

Maggie east KFC twice a week on average (shame their is nothing on the menu for non-meat eaters. The staff are friendly and fast and the food cheap.

Got taken by a friend for a meal before the cinema. Parking and access is good. It was busy but staff were very good and they were working hard to keep it clean and tidy. I have had chicken burger before which has been good and KFC many years ago. Our friend ordered a bucket for 3 of us to eat in. It was edible and that is the best I can say. I certainly would not choose it

While eating our meal was shocked to see a large rat running about outside the window we were sat by when I told manager was told they were aware of this and we're sorting it out.

I went to my local KFC it is a drive through but due to previous BAD experience where they get my order wrong I now get out the car and go in. So I went in and ordered a Box Meal with a Fillet Burger with NO lettuce. I know they employ lots of non English people but on this particular occasion I felt that the lady actually understood me cos she shouted FILLET BURGER NO LETTUCE but No it came with lettuce and instead of using a fillet burger portion as they usually do they used 2 small chicken strips. If I wanted chicken strips I would have ordered them. And as I cant bare the taste of lettuce I just binned that as soon as I saw it. The chips were barely warm and it is sad to say the best part of the meal was the side order of baked beans. I know I was there at 11pm and they had shut most of the seating area so eating in wasn't really an option but try and do what the customer asks. I will think carefully next time before going there.

KFC at Broadstairs has always been a mission to get your food! As you don't always get what you have order! Missing chips, missing side orders and I've also have a time when my main meal wasn't in the bag! It's hit and miss if what you order is what you get!

This busy outlet is great for takeaway or sitting in. The chicken here is fresher than some as it is very busy.

We called in for a quick bite as we have not been to KFC for a long time. It was not particularly clean nor were the staff particularly friendly.I know this is fast food but it doesn't have to be this bad. KFC get a grip, take a look around at the competition and up your game.The food was OK but that about all I can say in it's favour. I do not think we will be returning here to eat again with so many other places to choose from in this area.A great shame because this company used to be quite good a few years ago.

I have never been to a fast food restaurant and had to put up with rolling eyes, huffing and puffing and being rushed off. Staff are miserable, they don't want to be there. They have never given me salt which I'm sure they are supposed to. They rush you off so fast you don't have time to check then ask for it.

I always use kfc but after tonight I will not be returning I spent a great amount of money 1 a month for my family and was not happy when I returned home to find my children's meals had no buns! There's was no coleslaw with 2 of the meals and the krushems had hardly anything in them! Phoned up and was not happy with the customer service over the phone neither!

One of the signs of a great restaurant is not spending the night being sick after eating there. I will never go to KFC again.

The secret blend of 'erbs and spices will always have me coming back. Right next to a school which is bad as it's often full of fat spotty children but nothing beats a the original recipe.

Don't normally do fast food, but it's nice and not salty. The drive-through could be laid out better but when do you expect.

This is actually the best KFC in Thanet. The ones in Margate and Ramsgate are greasy and dirty. It probably helps that this is the newest build, but you'd hope they were pretty clean throughout the life of the building of these franchises.

I used to love KFC but now it is becoming a joke to find anyone that works there that speaks a good English, the chicken I was served was over cooked dry and tasteless, the fries were luke warm and overall I regretted stopping there, and to make matters worse the staff told me that all the chicken was Halal, to which I said I am Christian and cant eat Halal meats as I am not a Muslim can they give me another chicken, to which I was told I will have to go to Margate.I paid for what they served me but threw it straight in the bin walking out completely disgusted. I will never use a KFC again and well over priced.

Haven't been to a Kentucky Fried chicken for ages (maybe even years) but decide to pop in after walking out of a very dissapointing Nandos and very pleasantly surprised.Had some sort of family bucket for £14.99 that was just right for the 2 of us with an amazing selection of all sorts of chicken pieces.Great value and nice food - will definitely use again.

The food was good and very quick. I did have to guess what I was getting as could not understand what they was saying. When I asked what dips they hace she said it so quickly that I didn't catch any of it.

This is my favourite KFC in the UK, the food is always fresh which means that you sometimes wait for the chicken because it would seem that they don't like to hold it too long. The restaurant is always spotless and now they employ more English speaking staff there's no problems ordering.

As with any fast food franchise you know what to expect here - I love the Towered Up Fillet Burger and rarely stray away from this in fear that it won't be as good as my usual. This particular one has a decent ammount of seating but VERY limited parking unless you move over in the adjoining car parks. Even though KFC service is rarely fast in comparisson to say McDonalds, this one always feels particularly slow. Usually nice and clean though and the food is consistantly good.

I have not visited KFC for years. 2 small pieces of chicken and the smallest portion of chips I have ever seen!! £3.99. OK for a snack I guess but NOT for a meal. The venue was clean and tidy. Given I visited at prime lunch time it was not very busy. I soon found out why.

Dear Visitors to Thanet, This is the first Place you should eat at!I am specificity talking about the Broadstairs one as I haven't eaten at theRamsgate one *fingers crossed it will be as nice*_____________________________________________________________________________The Food I would say it is under priced It is a very cheap but Exquisite Restaurant.All of the Workers are friendly to all cultures and the meals are very devine.The Milkshakes are overpriced as far as I'm aware, They are very Pricey and Very Thick.I feel this is a place for everything from Couples to Business and School trips.

KFC is my guilty pleasure and on Sunday evening we decide to have try again, we'd stopped using the Ramsgate branch as when we get home often found items missing, guess what, it happened again and I really can't be bothered to empty the bags and boxes at the counter so I won't bother wit this branch ever again, can't help thinking its some kind of profit increase scam

It's exactly what you would expect. Good quality chicken, served quickly, hygenically and efficiently. It represents good value for money, and is ideal for a meal when you don't have much time. No milkshakes, though.
