Disgusting! Smaller portions for HIGHER prices. Killed the taste. No flavour! A sweet Brioche bun on savory beefburgers? Really ?? REALLY!! Less onions , less pickle, less of everything making meals tasteless. Might as well eat cardboard. But that Brioche bun is the worst thing they ever added. Why? Because it's shiny? Who knows but just does not go with the beefburger. They had a winner for over 50 years ! Why change it when you've had a good thing! Senseless. And so expensive now and for what!! Save your money!

Nada de gluten free en McDonald's de Londres...una parece mentira que una empresa multinacional no disponga de menús para personas con intolerancias o alergias, aunque solo fuera uno, con la de niños que pasan por sus locales. Que me digan ellos como le dices a un niño después de entrar a comer en su local en Londres que no puede tomar nada porque no tienen ni una sola hamburguesa o cualquier otro plato que él pueda comer? Realmente es muy triste, me fui con una pena tremenda y el hambre con el que salimos aún mayor.

WOW !!! this fine establishment will knock your socks off!! i came to the uk to visit from america and boy oh boy do those british chicken mcnuggets explode with flavour upon the first bite. i would say in my experience that my taste buds were positively tingling - it was OVERWHELMING ! their wrap of the day packed an unforgettable punch that even brought a tear to my eye, and honestly i have never been so impressed . i have since returned to the states and the taste still lingers on my tongue to this day , truly an unforgettable experience that made me consider a permanent uk residence due to their extraordinary, crispy, golden, mouth watering, tender chicken nuggets. thank you london, it has been a treat

The girl who attended us was very rude with us, not very good service, I asked for some sauces which never gave to me, and got angry and desperate very fast’ I think if they don’t want to treat with clients should work in something else! Very very rude girl

Mcdonalds has always got disgusting food. I went to tell the waiter about my order and he says its fine when it doesn't appear like it. There's been dead cockroaches in my food and lots of raw ingridients in my milkshake. You don't need to go to Mcdonalds for your meal out. This place needs to close. Everything is so overpriced. A staff member went to shout in my ear when I told him about my horrible experience.

i was hungry after working for a few hours ! i was on my break when i hear some LOVELY voices turns these voices were from the orangtans of female teen (chavs) !! THEN their boyfriends came in playing doja !! how do i know ? they kept saying play doja !! not happy !! big mac was lovely though !! 🎉🦧🦧

Date of experience: 13.47 pm order placed and paid through the McDonalds App on 25 Sept 2023. Order Number 023, Neasden F branch, London. Click and collect. Collected at Neasden branch click and collect- in the car. Noticed items missing- no ketchup, no extra Big Mac Sauce, no extra cheese ( contrary to the written label on the box with the extras/and no patty) Got out of my car & Took the big mac to the counter. Met with ?manageress (I think she was, because no one wants to come forward and be assertive and say who they are). Showed her the missing items (and showed her the special order printed label on the box which stated the way the order was supposed to be made with extras) & she agreed. She took the big mac in the box to show staff at the back/kitchen, had a discussion with them- I could see her from the counter. A new big mac was prepared & given to me at the counter. I opened the box and had another look. This time i could see the ketchup in the big mac and there was extra Big Mac sauce as ordered! Pointed out there was no extra cheese in the new order (contrary to what it said on the printed label on the box of that special order) At the counter, i asked for extra tomatoes- they said they have to charge me but the till has no option to charge so cannot give me/add to the new order. That was that. I asked about the extra cheese which was again missing. Two staff members said they made the order with extra cheese. I tried to point them to the new Big Mac (now in my hands) had one slice- i took it apart to show them there was only one slice. This time they did not want to come close and take a look. The actual staff member that prepared my order insisted (WITHOUT looking closely at big mac at the counter) that there were two slices as she had prepared it! This was ridiculous and I was frustrated and told them to keep the big Mac and I started to walk out. Did not ask for refund as I felt embarrassed and intimidated and left the restaurant. Immediately, Contacted McDonalds HQ and spoke with a friendly Callum and told him the above - all of which he took note and apologised. I know a few of the multi-franchise owners in NW London and they all said this was very badly handled by Neasden branch. Emailed the McDonalds digital assistant. I have left the matter in the hands of customer services to resolve. All I will say is that at age 60, this is the first time in 30 years I have had to make a complaint about mcdonalds. And my point is that as i have always requested a big mac special order and I have always paid and prepared to pay for a Big Mac (minus the patty) for the full menu big mac price AND extra payment for additional items offered and yet they make a hash! Twice in a row & still did not get it right & wouldnt listen! Previously when they get the order wrong, it's usually sorted when I walk into the restaurant and kindly ask to correct the order. This time was different. It occurred on: 2023-09-25 -This meant that I felt I was not being listened to -I felt that their attitude and posture was defensive -I felt I was being ignored -Felt that they did not want to hear the customer who took the time and trouble ( to walk into the restaurant) to explain exactly what was missing and twice failed to make the order exactly the way it was ordered -In the end, when I could see the staff did not want to re check that one cheese slice is missing, they did not want to see for themselves AND at that point, without presenting any further solution for me, I had no choice but to simply leave the restaurant and hand back the Big Mac. -Felt Embarrassed and insulted. -Felt angry but I am a mature adult & was not going to resolve this by dealing with the staff any further as they simply stood their ground. So I had no choice but to leave. THEY DID NOT EVEN STOP ME FROM LEAVING AND DID NOT EVEN OFFER A REFUND! I look forward to the response of McDonalds UK HQ on this matter. There were many points here that they need to take up. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this complaint. I visted the Waterloo Station McDonalds on the way back from Oxford Street the other day to pick up a bite to eat, I ordered Quarter Pounder and Fries with Ketchup. I got home and found the fries to be raw and to white and soggy, Not Cooked properly. The Sauce was not Ketchup It was a Curry Sauce which I never asked for, I only noticed it when I got home.. I do remember this Waterloo station McDonalds to be a very busy place in the past. I walked in there Peak Time and only handfull of customers waiting for their order, and the place is Overstaffed with young workers running up to serve you fast like they are crying out for customers!

Wow they rush you to order and then make you queue. Got my order allegedly and found it was wrong on the train. No care about the patrons, just want speed and get everyone moving. Appalling.

I went to the McDonald's ( colindale) and ordered my food on the machine when it came time for my receipt the machine ran out of paper, I called over a staff member and politely explained he then asked me if I remembered my number I thought I had so I joined the que to wait to receive my order. After around 45 min I still hadn't received my order so I told the lady manager who I think was European. firstly she ignored me then when she finally responded she rudely stated that she could not find my order and then proceeded to embarrass me by loudly stating to her colleague also another manager that this is how black girls were and I probably wanted free food as she did not believe I had ordered anything as she could not find my order and I did not have a receipt this was heard by not only other customers but other staff. I then went and found the staff member who had assisted me at the machine to explain to her, she ignored him and me while mocking me to her staff and loudly telling everyone that I was there to get free food. She left me in tears it took another manager who I want to thank to take his time and look through the system to find my order by this time I had been there for well over and hour, at least 20 min of her mocking me and telling everyone I was a theif. I'm writing this because I'm shocked that she was able to get away with treating a customer this way. Not only did she mock me the food she gave me in the end was disgusting over salted and not what I ordered, she also left out items I had ordered she made fun of me and laughed at me making her staff join her. I feel sad because I really did love McDonald's and now I have to much anxiety to ever go back to this restaurant. Please if anyone has ever experienced anything like this post it or things will never change.

Was served by Adam in southend high street, not the one near southend central station but at the top of the high street near odeon. Adam was extremely helpful and accommodating and made my experience in this particular restaurant a pleasure. Nothing was any trouble and was happy to help. To top it off my food came quickly and was perfect. It really is a pleasure sometimes to get great service. Thanks Adam for all your help.

I was excited about the return of the McSpicy. I thought it would be just like a school lunch style chicken sandwich. You, know - mild on the spice. I was dead wrong. One bite and my ears were ringing. I couldn't take any more. Do not recommend unless you like things SUPER spicy like Carolina Reaper.

There were many tills to operate and enough staffs on duty. But they don't know how to manage que system. Last time when I visited there, I saw one que and of course I joined the que. As the que moving forward, I saw few others came and made their own que and the operator start serving them. I saw people who came long time after me, getting service. People in my que questioned them and they told us that one of the staff members told them to create another que. When I jump ahead of the newly formed que one lady among them was shouting and screaming as if I did a big mistake. This is unfair and can't believe in this century, people don't have the tactics to control a que system. They can easily erect a que bar in front of the counter to maintain the que system and can easily serve first in first serve.

Waited almost 45 mins in a drive through. 25 hrs but at 12.10am they only open one lane. Got food took out to eat..the food was cold!!! Yet waited a further 18 mins for food...Lakeside thurrock retail sort this out its ridicious

we entered McDonald's at 10 and the place was due to close at 11 however as we sat down and ordered they tried to kick us out even though there were people beside us that still remained there.the person that kicked us out was Romanian and was islamaphobic but avoiding trouble and making a scene we left knowing not to come back.

An Stratford McDonald's all day serving food with no napkins or tissues for customers. Not very hygienic for customers, they don't care.

Went to Colindale branch drive through. This is the nearest branch in my area. I ordered 2x mac meals and 2x double quarter pounder with cheese meals. Both were supposed to be medium. They def weren't this apon opening at home. Extremely poor. First we ordered milkshakes, to be told the machine is broken again. Which wasn't really a problem. On opening the bags at home. There were 4x small fries. Meaning they were only half full. The double quarters with cheese were only single patties. Poor service, under staffed and poor quallity food for the price McDonald's charge I don't think this is acceptable. I've had a few bad experiences with this branch. Thats why I stopped going to this branch. There's obviously no improvement since my last visit some time ago. I've learnt my lesson the hard way.......

Came here with my terminally ill friend with cancer and the manager point blank refused to let her (with BOWEL cancer) into the building to the toilet - even after lockdown was lifted as of three weeks ago.The floor staff, this blonde girl (on the 28th April) was incredible and argued her way so that my friend could go to the bathroom. McDonald’s is still class though and the food is great.

Every time I've used this McDonald's, it's busy. The staff get through the customers quickly, but there is never anywhere to sit. Today was no exception. Served within 3 minutes. Stood up to eat and drink. Hot chocolate was very watery. Cheeseburger was average.

Restaurante conveniente para los visitantes de la estación de Waterloo, aunque está abajo a nivel de la calle, cerca de la entrada a la estación de metro, y no en el vestíbulo principal.Hacer cola para ser atendido podría ser mejor ya que es un poco caótico.Tenía una comida de valor que era buena relación calidad-precio a menos de 6. Hamburguesa estaba bien. Los chips eran promedio y necesitaban el ketchup gratis para animarlos. Quería un batido para beber, ¡pero la máquina estaba fuera de servicio! Gran decepción y esta no fue la primera vez que esto sucedió. Podría ir a Burger King la próxima vez.Todos los asientos fueron ocupados. Hemos acudido a cenar al Mcdonald's de Paddinghton Station. Nos ha atendido una de las dependientas (Sylvia nos ha parecido ver en su cartel), hemos recibido una pésima atención. A pesar de ser españoles, mi nivel de inglés es más que suficiente para pedir comida en un Mcdonald's. Esta persona, Sylvia, no ha hecho ningún esfuerzo en que le entenderíamos, hablaba muy bajo y sin vocalizar ni un ápice, a pesar de haberle dicho en varias ocasiones que no le entendía, no ha cambiado nada y para más inri, nos ha puesto malas caras, incluso de desprecio podría decirse. En el resto de los días que pasaremos aquí en Londres, no volveremos.

Este lugar es un caos absoluto! Fuimos a comer por la tarde alrededor de las 8. ¡30 y no pude superar el caos en este McDonalds! A diferencia de la mayoría de los otros McDonalds, no se ha movido al método de "pagar ahora, espere en una sección separada para su pedido", por lo que permaneció en el mostrador hasta que le entregaron su comida, dejando largas colas en un lugar sin suficientes espacio para colas. Así que pedimos café con leche en su lugar. El cliente a mi lado pidió chocolate caliente. Mangaress tiene uno. Le dije a Mangaress lo que me habían dicho y ella me preguntó quién lo había dicho. Le dije a la chica que me sirvió. Mangaress entonces se negó a comunicarse. Punto en blanco me ignoró. Los cafés estaban fríos también. Rudeness ha sido reportado a Mcds a través de FB y Twitter, y Mcds no se impresionó con lo que les dije, se disculpó e investigará. ¡No volveré a toda prisa! ! !

I was looking after my three granddaughters (5,6,8) for the afternoon. MacDonalds had been requested, so MacDonalds it had to be. I chose this one. I regret the decision.

Este McDonald's tiene la ubicación, pero definitivamente es una de las sucursales más deterioradas. This McDonald's branch is in a convenient location and is a constantly busy pitstop for train/ tube commuters.

Never deliver through Uber Eats, if they are messing the order up, they are not even sending you a replacement or maybe a voucher for a next order. They gave me the 40pi back (the extra charge for a milkshake instead of a regular drink), however they did nothing regarding the drink itself!

Who doesn't love a guilty double cheeseburger 6 nuggets and an apple pie every now and then? If your really naughty a mcflurry to dip the apple pie in :)

I popped in for a veggie burger in between appointments. It was busy but well organised, and staff dealt with customers quickly and efficiently. I couldn't find anywhere to dispose of my rubbish afterwards however so had to find the busy staff member responsible for keeping the tables clean to give it to her.

I love McDonalds. I love the chicken, I love the beef, I love the fries, I love the breakfast. My only criticism is that it’s making me fat.

This is a busy MdDonalds on the bottom concourse of Waterloo station. We went there on a Saturday night and for sure you need to be pushy to keep your spot when it is busy.

This branch of McDonalds is mainly for takeaways. There is very little room for diners to eat in and the environment is not particularly clean or pleasant. However, the food was OK and of course service was quick.

Like so many outlets in Stations, it seems that standards are not what you might expect. The food and staff are fine but it gets dirty with a lack of clean tables. Also slow / very busy!

McDonalds company policy is to now handle food without gloves claiming this is cleaner, no longer will I ever eat anything from McDonalds

Just visited this McDonald's whilst waiting for a train at Waterloo, wow it's so busy I really felt sorry for the staff they look like they never stop, I ordered a mcflurry and milkshake, the assistant told me they had ran out of milkshakes so i got my McFlurry paid and I stayed at the front of the queue (as it was really busy) I rang my wife and ordered an alternative the assistant was listening to my conversation as she served someone else and preemptively entered my new order on to her till before I even ordered, I was well impressed so efficient, top marks busy but hey it's Waterloo.

Your typical McDonalds, with fast service and quick affordable grub. The location is inside the ground floor of Waterloo Station though there are maybe 50 seats so seating for a group can be a challenge. The food is standard though they have items we don't have in North America like the Vegetable Deluxe (a round falafel-type patty on a bun) and different style wraps, etc.

Having used this McDonalds a number of times, this occasion was poor. Having ordered the latest special burger and being told it would be 2 minutes, I was still waiting 10 minutes later for the food. No apologies were offered and the attitude of the manager, when spoken to, was poor - she had no interest in good customer service.

Due to the location this McDonald's is always going to be busy. But all of the staff who have served me are always friendly and the orders are always quick.

Went in for breakfast. Asked for bagels with jam. Whenever have ordered this elsewhere I other McDonald's came with BUTTER and jamNOT HERE. was only allowed jam. It was an incredibly busy night and we had fantastic customer service by a man named Jack. He was working on 22.09 at around 20:30 and despite the chaos and numerous amounts of customers, he served us with a smile and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied as we waited for our meal. Kids nagged me for a McDonald's heading back to the hotel on a busy Friday evening. It was very busy but got served pretty quick. Finding a seat was a struggle but people are moving on quickly. The food was hot and delicious one of the best I've sampled other than Malaga. It's in a busy train station so don't expect great views or relaxed atmosphere.

Well it's hard to say which one the best is in England. But I'm confident this is one of the worst!Staff can easily get your order wrong, sometimes by not paying attention or sometimes the loud drone - also a reason to not eat in without headphones.Also if paying cash some staff will attempt to short change you (especially with £1 coins), I've seen this a few times here.The queue system is a joke, even if your next in line, someone who pushes in will get served by the staff - I was told to wait even though I said I was next after a nice chap pushed in front... thank you articulate McDonalds employee, I left and will never return here.Next door there is a Starbucks who are much nicer and a pasty shop too, healthier but more expensive - worth it!

I sometimes pop in here on my down to New Milton.Waiting time about 4 minuets. Staff okay.Food good and hot.Have always found a seat but as there are no bins, (security issue) you can often find a pile of rubbish on your table!!!Still, the staff do their best to clean up when they're not cleaning the floors!!!

Service always slow, can be impossible getting seating sometimes due to everyone wanting to get burgers at same time and occasionally a begged or oddball comes in and pester everyone. Often people don't put rubbish in the bins provided as they seem to think their mother is secretly hiding out of sight to clean up after them once they have left and apologise for the inconvenience.

This is so handy for the American who must have a Big Mac. Great location and a well known menu. It is a quick meal on the run

Need to stop beggars from pestering customers in McDonald's at Waterloo Station, particularly late at night. This has also happened to me in Oxford Street McDonald's in the past. Big Issue sellers (working in groups), saying you don't have to buy the magazine as long as you make a donation. Very intimidating, particularly for solo travellers. Unacceptable to allow this to happen inside any restaurant. McDonald's, please train the staff at all your restaurants to deal with this. To be fair, food and service was otherwise fine.

All was going well with this McDonalds experience until I discovered something off about my milkshake.I opened up my 'chocolate' milkshake and low and behold there was a different type of chocolate to be found.........it was turd. I found human log in my milkshake. I drank it anyway cause I bought it. it wasn't as bad as expected.

Went for a quick bite to eat after a few drinks and I was astounded at the speed of the service. St a fast food restaurant you want quick service and some McDonalds have that box ticked but this restaurant blew any service out of the water it was amazing...I ordered, was putting my card into the card reader to pay and before I had chance to do that I was handed a bag of piping hot food. I watched in amazement afterwards and this was the case for pretty much every order, so wasn't just a one off miracle!Limited seating area that is always very busy is the only downside.

Setting: Midnight on a Saturday evening. Drunkards swarm the train station in roving gangs. It's cold, raining. I find myself hungry, and slow our group of 5 by diving headfirst into the McDonald's horde. They groan, show looks of exasperation. This would have lasted...had I not returned from the crowd 45.3 seconds later with a Big Mac meal. It took them no time to go see the operation for themselves, and return with their own personal bag of wonder. It was magic. There were, by my estimation, ∞ staff manning the cash registers, a second ∞ providing logistics/support in the second tier, and a third ∞ running the ovens/fryers/etc. A straw or ketchup could be conjured in a few milliseconds by simply saying 1/3 of the beginning syllable, because either witchcraft or some algorithm they use to predict your present needs. 10/10, would recommend. No joke, best McDonald's in the world. Hats off employees/managers. Doing this review because the market should reward your efficiency.

Esta es una muy linda sucursal de McDonald's en la Waterloo Station que si estan recorriendo por ahí viene bárbara para parar un rato en el almuerzo y luego seguir disfrutando del paseo.

Como fica perto da estação de trem, o lugar tá sempre lotado! Então tenha paciência para enfrentar a fila. Melhor pedir para viagem e comer no hotel.

Ótima opção para quem quer economizar. No metrô os londrinos dão um jornal de graça, alguns dias vem um selo que dá desconto para que possamos comprar mais barato do que já é. Perto do parlamento ao lado da London Eye tem um Macdonald's que o atendimento é super, hiper, rápido, pois fica lotado, todo dia.

I wouldn't normally do a review of a McDonalds but in the all McDonalds I've eaten in this probably has to be the worst. Being little more than a large glorified hole in the wall in the basement of Waterloo Station it's way too small for a station that big. The queues often back up into the seating area, you're sharing space and eating with the Pigeons and with no bins in the place a member of staff (when free) has to go round and constantly pick up the rubbish. Their are too many tills at the counter so that if your food doesn't come straight away groups start to bunch at the till points waiting for there food making everything worse. I'd give it one star but I feel sorry for the staff who have to work there. The only reason I still go to this branch is because it seems to be the only one in the area!

Whenever one goes to a McDonalds, they don't necessarily go with the expectations of great food with top quality service, it's the convenience of mediocre food served quickly. This is what the Waterloo branch of McDonald's does well. It is one of the few places at Waterloo station that provides a seating area. However, it is usually packed and there is usually nowhere to sit. Therefore, this branch is rarely pleasant to visit, despite the food being up to standard.

A loja do McDonalds que eu fui não difere muito das do Brasil, os lanches são bem parecidos só que com preços bem mais "salgados", bom para uma refeição rápida.

Quiet, filled a gap. Just a normal fast food facility. Floors were continually being brushed and cleaned all the time we were there.

Much as any McDonalds - the food was fine. Queues weren't too long although service was slow once ordered - my food had to be made freshly and this took a long time - over 5 minutes. I did receive an apology from a member of staff though. The restaurant was clean inside. OK for a quick meal.
