Totally unedable dryer up chicken order completely wrong.this would have gone back but we were already home.kfc years ago great never again will I eat there again

Terrible customer service, the owner needs to sack most of it’s manager and staff, exceptionally rude to customer and delivery drivers, they simply don’t care at all, no wonder why people come here happy and left very angry, if shocking service has a face, visit this bloody KFC.

Just paid a visit to KFC Mount Pleasant Hull and was greeted by the most jollest person I have ever come across. Tina made my day, she was so happy in her work and is a credit to her team. I will visit again the next time I feel like I need cheering up. Keep up the good work Tina we all need a Tina in our lives 🤣

Came for lunch when driving past was served by a lovely long gent called Reber they should be proud of his fantastic customer service.

Decided to pop by as had been working late and it was going to still take me 35 minutes to drive home. I genuinely wish I just had. Went through the drive thru, could see that the line was only 8 cars long plus looking into restaurant, wasn't that busy. Took about 6 mins to get to the order speaker, 20 mins to get to window then a further 10 minutes for my single burger and fries to be issued. It takes 4 minutes to flash fry a frozen strip of chicken which I'd expect on tap, considering it's a chicken shop. Not sure if they're prioritising Deliveroo customers or all the child workers are just slow and bad at their jobs, but to me it looked like there was enough working in the kitchen considering I've previously worked catering for 3 years. Worst drive thru experience ever, as I said, really wish I'd just drove home for tea instead or atleast went to a kebab shop round the corner that actually needs the business and dont charge 9 quid plus the cost of petrol to wait in line for a burger. Great thing about a drive thru is you also get stuck in line with a car behind and in front of you, so you can't just leave. When I got to the serving window, I thought atleast my ordeal was over and not expect to have to wait further 10 minutes. Should have just drove off when I had the chance.

Worst KFC I've ever experienced, 25 minutes in the drive thru, staff sound like they wanted to fall asleep. Staff no interest at all, totally unprofessional. KFC you need to seriously review this site and send the staff back to charm school.

Today there was amazing staff on today very friendly and store was clean and tidy food was hot and looks fresh

Took 30 minutes from arriving at drive thru to get served. Ordered boneless banquet, beans, bbq sauce and tango. Got home to find I'd got boneless banquet, no beans, curry sauce?? and Pepsi max. Total rip off and to top it all it was lukewarm after a 2 minute drive home.

I can honestly say this was the worst kfc I have ever had , went through the drive through and was asked to go to the waiting area after half an hour I went into the shop waiting another 10 minutes to speak to someone who walked out with my order as though she had all the time in the world Everything was cold as I expected it would , would have given it a zero if I could but it wouldn’t let me . Won’t be rushing back

Went through the drive thru today. Didn't wait too long to be served. I ordered a latte. The lady handed it to be and I could tell instantly it was cold. Took a sip and it was freezing cold. The lady replaced it with with I can only describe as boiling hot water with a minute amount of coffee in. The chicken and chips were over cooked. Must have been given about 8 chips. Its the worst kfc I've ever had. Really disappointed and won't be returning.

I’ve worked all over the country and this is by far the worst KFC I’ve been in,after waiting for my order the girl gave me the bag and l had to remind her that I had ordered a large bottle of Pepsi,I arrived home and started to eat my meal,the chicken was over cooked and dry,tasteless,and the side portion of gravy was disgusting,if the kfc had been closer to home I would have taken it back,if you are planning to have a KFC I would suggest you go to the other one off Clive Sullivan Way and give this one a wide birth,I certainly won’t be going back there 👎👎👎

So good to get out so had to call at KFC. The kids choice. Long queues but didn’t take long . Sat in the carpark with the doors open. Really enjoyed the experience and the meal .

Our grandsons choice. Tables nicely set out and shown where to sit. Not long to wait . There was no tea or coffee ,only cold drinks and no icecream. My hubby’s meal was a bit mixed up but the helpful lady clearing up sorted it out. When I looked into the bag for my two piece meal , I got a shock. Couldn’t believe how small the chicken was. The lady said she would change it for me but was the same size as before , bit disappointed. Half the size from last time. There were other customers that also had a bit of a mix up with their order.

Went to order food & there was 4 staff behind the counter all chatting & giggling to each other with their backs to me. They saw I was stood waiting but didn't acknowledge me for over 5 mins. After ordering the food I went to sit down. However it was so cold I couldn't take my coat & scarf off. I wasn't able to enjoy my food as it was cold. You expect to sit & enjoy your meal in a warm place in winter months especially after spending nearly £30 on food. I will never visit this place again.

I visit weekly most weeks they're out of something from drinks or cups . Slow service but does at a push .

To busy to stop for lunch so went to the drive through. Ordered and got my order with in 3 minutes . Nice and hot and tasted Delicious. Ice cold coke. Can’t complain at that.

Made an order on just eat app, arrived earl but stone cold!, probably because it wasn't cooked or held at 75 degrees as per hygeine law, no hot wings, rang them, asked if I had a pen for a voucher code so I can go and pick them up, never going back, chicken cold, chips cold, all went in the bin £18.66 worth, save yourself!, don't want s free meal either, rather have mcd's!

I always have a big daddy box meal and have a zinger fillet instead of the plain ...the new manager Emma will not allow this anymore ...she was shouting at staff through the from the kitchen who were running frantically and appeared quite inexperienced ...the place was not busy but we were given cold food ....not good at all

Just brought a meal drive through from here. 2 dips missing, chips in bag not even half full and cold, chicken dry, staff just chatting. Terrible service , even worse food, no serviettes , no salt, pepper sauces nothing. Never ever again . What an awful awful sub standard restaurant

Just had a meal here bins overflowing dirty tables floor dirty. My son had a hair in his beans meal also wasn't that hot. What is going on with KFC it used to be so good to eat here!!

I can only go as low as a 1 on the scoring but would like to give a zero ! Not only was the family bucket burnt and dried up to the point it was un chewable the retarded staff missed 4 lots of fries, which could only happen to me as I drove 15 miles home before openinging the bucket.... now normally I check my order with a brief gaze through the contents as I’ve had this before from this particular branch of the non fast food joint, and yes I said NON fast food as I was behind a car for 10 minutes before I had the misfortune of paying for this garbage, I asked why the long wait to be told “ we were cooking the previous customer something fresh” yeah right you were and then stuck their cold burnt crappy returns in my bag !

We visited this KFC today bought the 10 piece bargain bucket and the chicken was tasteless. The same applied to KFC in Skegness which we visited in the past month.Have KFC put the price of the spice coating up ?are the franchise holders using none or very little.Who knows ? What I do no however is we won`t be visiting any KFC any time soon.

This KFC is filthy, the restaurant floors, tables and particularly the toilets were disgusting. The staff are oblivious.

Visited this place yesterday eve, 28/7, and was shocked by the state of it. Despite it being very quiet the place was absolutely filthy. Food and rubbish covering the floor, tables and seats. Once we'd found a table with the least filth we had to clean it ourselves. The vacant and disinterested staff provided a masterclass in how not to run a fast food business. No food ready and no drinks apparently....seriously, no drinks in a KFC?!

Absolutely disgusting service and tables all mucky cleaner seemed very angry when asked nicely if could clean table and girl on till useless and apparently they don't accept the kfc app deals never visit again

It is very dirty place. I went with my family. It was so stressful come there with a child, as they didn't clean for a long time.

I am not surprised by the recent average reviews. I've come to this store a few times before and it was always a good experience. This time it wasn't as good as per. In fairness I haven't been in over a year. I went for the first time in a long while last week with a friend as we fancied something for tea and he offered to treat me. I asked for the 'Original Recipe Tower' burger meal. Only aware of that one that was advertised which was a standard meal along with an extra side and extra piece of chicken as well as a drink and fries for £6.99 that's what I expected. However, without being asked which meal I wanted the server just put in for the ordinary meal without the extras which was cheaper. We didn't notice until after we had paid. Since he was paying and the burger looked filling enough, I didn't mind much but it still would have been nice to know all the options.... Then the kitchen seemed very disorganised - the servers had to keep repeating what they was waiting on and we waited quiet a while for my burger. Finally, once we got back to the car we realised that they had forgotten my fries! We couldn't be bothered to go back for the sake of one regular bag and my friend kindly let me share his since he order two large portions. However, neither of us where impressed and I have to say it has put me off using this store in the future unless ordering something small. The full order itself wasn't even that much so I think I will try the new store in the town centre or other chicken places in the future unless I hear of major improvements. The staff seemed nice enough but not exceptional. Shame really.

Waited in the drive through queue for nearly 40 minutes and they still got our order wrong, despite checking it with them before we drove off. This was on top of them not having their signature boned chicken as supply problems are obviously still an issue. The forth time I've been and had problems recently so I'll be giving them a miss from now on. Really surprised it's still open as the service is terrible. They really need to inform drive through customers, if there is going to be a ridiculously long wait.

Everytime i go to this place thru the drive thru they miss something off the order,how hard is it really to do an order!! Will not be going anymore!!! Woeful service too!!!!

Worst chicken experience ever. Both mine and girlfriends tasted 3 days old. I took mine back for refund which was disgruntingly given. Tonnes of staff but ignored for ages when requesting salt.. (for the old, tasteless fries).

The point of the drive thru. Order, pay, receive order and drive off. Reality. Order, pay, receive order with basic things missing, have to check everything before you drive off. Very annoying.

Went here yesterday after going to the Deep and was very disappointed with the meal and the surroundings.

I find this KFC to be very average. Never get a meal that I actually enjoy. Chicken is either really dry or really greasy. Would advise to visit kingswood over this franchise.

This is our go to KFC usually as we've found it the cleanest and nicest out of all nearby. Normally lovely staff. However this time not at all. We had waited in a line of about 20. We finally got served after I had been in hospital all afternoon and was desperate for something to eat (pregnant and going faint) my card was declined twice so I tried a second card which I knew both had money on declined again. We both laughed how it'll be the card machines not coping with the pressure as drive through was busy too. I asked the lady if I could run to asda and get some cash id be 5 mins and left my disabled mum in the shop so she wouldn't have to work there. I get the money and find my mum walking over to me in the car park. The 'manager' rudely told her that our order was to be cancelled and we were to join the back of the line when he had the money. Absolutely shocking the way she spoke to my mum! Fair enough serve other people but you could of slotted us in after the next customer baring in mind it'll of been about 30 mins before we'd eat! I was so prepared to leave it but I physically couldn't or I would of passed out like I had earlier in the day. Won't be returning for a very long time! Get some people skills you arrogant woman!!

ordered chicken fillet meal and mini chicken breast strips meal ,TERRIBLE it was ready in under 2 mins ,we think it had been sat there waiting fir a while ,the bun was that old it was dropping apart while trying to eat ,it was soggy all the batter just slid off it was that wet,,the mini breast fillets were not as bad but terrible and luke warm all the same ,the young girls who served us had terrible manners never smiles or said please and thank you .will never recommend this place again .TERRIBLE

Same as the interview I had at Mcdonalds. Complete waste of time. I showed up for my interview on time and smartly dressed, thought the interview went well but the person who interviewed me said she would contact me back on the same I had that interview but she never did but then I thought maybe she was busy and could only contact as many of the people that she could, but lets get real, it doesn't take someone nearly a week to get back in touch with someone to let you know if you have the job. I CAN'T stand people like that and I can't stand people who lie out of their teeth. So thanks for nothing.

Friendly staff, clean inside. Was happy with the all around service would use again and happy to recommend to people.

Myself and partner used the drive through this evening and were disgusted by how ignorant and rude the female staff member was who served us. The ice creams had no lids and spilt all over the car so I would love to know whose going to clean that. She forgot parts of the meal and when we advised she short changed us she slammed shut the little drive thru window after mumbling we park up and walked off. When the food was then delivered to the car again we advised we were short changed and there was no beans. The woman then came back out advising she cannot open the till and should of told her at the window which we tried to do. She then just huffed at us and said her manager said there's nothing she can do. I can't believe how rude and ignorant she was when dealing with customers. Will not being going there again!!!

As a rule, we love KFC when freshly cooked, but the one on Kingswood is always dry. I have made 3 previous complaints in 2016, on each occasion was offered a voucher code for a discount on our next visit, which I declined. Telling the manager, I am not complaining for a free meal, just a descent piece of succulent chicken. A couple of weeks ago, we really fancied chicken, so decided to give it another attempt! You can imagine our frustration when we got home and the chicken was dry....We will NEVER go to KFC Kingswood again!!

Came last night & food was lovely and was hot, staff very friendly, I will definitely return again sometime

The only decent thing was I got my money back my burger was cold my fries were cold and my Fanta well wasn't Fanta it was 3rd time unlucky for me I never usually complain 3 times all I can say is they won't be a forth

Visited today for the first time in ages. Had the chicken wrap as a meal. Fries cold and chewy. Wrap was OK'ish. Highlight of meal was the coffee, which was hot. Standard of service and quality have certainly dropped since we last visited. The person who served us didn't really want to be there....

Was there around 1130 am, quick early lunch before heading out for the day. Very poor service.Nobody at the till to take order as too busy putting together the previous 2 orders.When I finally order she starts to get the drinks together and then disappears. Another woman turns up, badge says "shift manager" the chicken is sent through from the back but no chips ready, so the chicken in the bag sits on the tray waiting. Why send chicken bagged up from kitchen when the chips are not ready, why not wait until all is ready. Now my chicken is sat on a tray getting cold whilst we still waiting for my chips to cook. So the shift manager just hanging around not doing anything waiting for the chips, meanwhile the drinks are still half done from the other lady. At this point there is now a queue forming behind me at the till, but no one serving these people.At the same time the shift manager is telling one member of staff he can go home as he isnt really needed. Well hello?? Perhaps he could serve someone, maybe get my drinks or cook the chips!? As a customer waiting with poor service hearing one of the staff can leave early cos they are not busy really wound me up.Once all food and drink was ready I retreated to a table and found my ordered pepsi was actually diet pepsi....not happy, but probably has a lot to do with lack of concentration and walking off halfway through.I wont even mention the toilets............!

Got a rice box for me and a variety meal for my husband after being at the cinema and I'm really not happy and been quite ill from it.My rice box was awful. Wilted lettuce hard rive and they put so much bbq sauce on and the sauce is really really sweet and sickly so ruined it all. Don't know why but been quite ill for last hour and the sauce and chicken are repeating badly. My husbands variety meal was a poor excuse. The chicken was still pink in places.So thanks for making us ill kfc

I have been to this outlets three times this year and every time something was missing from the order; an original meal - but without the coke, a Big Daddy with a missing burger, Six chicken strips with three strips missing. Worse still, you never get a straw, napkin, salt, clean-up wipe ...

I'll start off by stating that I am not a fan of KFC but out with friends who fancied it for a quick lunch so went along as from limited previous experience the food is tolerable. After this lunch, never again.Chips were cold and limp, the chicken fillet burger rubbery and the lettuce/mayo served with it just slimy. Really not nice.Still hungry afterwards and more than happy to leave.

Had a quick stop here chips were soggy and Luke warmPlace was not that busy took ages to get food then had to wait after asking for staff if could clean table as all were dirty staff member eventually wiped crumbs and food off table onto floor and disappeared leaving mess toilets broke so only one which stank if urine and was a mess so went to asda opposite staff ruined this place stay clear

I travel 5 miles to go to this establishment, even though there is one about a mile away from me, we used to always prefer this one and didn't mind the distance. We normally look forward to KFC, (or should I say, crave for), I took my partner and sister-in-law here for a treat, recently. I got a zinger burger,with chips, which lacked the zing and was luke warm. Chips were re-dipped for 2 seconds, if that, cold and tasteless. The other 2 people had chicken pieces and left it, saying it was disgusting. What a waste of £15. I don't do the complain thing with food, as it just upsets the moment and the atmosphere. I just do not return ever! What a shame this establishment has allowed itself to get run down like this. If only the BOSS would visit it for himself one day, I am sure he would be ashamed and turn it around! Burger King gets our vote every time now and I don't normally like Burger King!

I used the drive thru today and although my order was correct and hot it would have been nice if the staff although pleasant would have said please or thank you, it's common courtesy.

Drove 20 miles from Hornsea for my kids favourite treat, the chicken was chewy as in fit for the bin & they were out of gravy, also 2 chips portions were acceptable but 2 were half full, i asked a staff member if I were to come back later would some be available which she replied she didn't know, not the most helpful staff member. Also if your going through the drive through tip: check what's in your bag before leaving as you'll prob get home & find something missing.

Have you ever been to a KFC and it had no chicken? Well did. We arrived at 21:45 on a Tuesday night. There was a queue at the drive through so we went inside. Only had three staff and all they had left was zinger burgers and chips! Even the ice cream machine was broken. The girl serving was lovely and very apologetic but we did not anticipate a 25 minute wait for the food. I must say when it arrived the food was ok... But that was it... Ok as regards fast food this store is definitely on the pedestrian path!

I have yet to learn!! We will not be using this KFC again. Our last visit was yet again terrible, shocking service, cold hard food and our order was wrong. This isn't the first time this has happened. I couldn't even be bothered to complain again as we got no were with our compliant on our last visit. Other then they were sorry! As far as I'm concerned 3 times is to many times! So if you have money to waste, don't mind cold and hard food and are up for the surprise to what is in your order then this is the place for you!!!

Popped in f dinner when I went shopping .the food was awful never again .staff unpleasant .they only thing I liked was milk shake. So that's my opinion . Would never go back

The staff were rude and very scruffy hair not tied back uniform not ironed more interested in letting me know most of the staff there off sick that's why she has to do EVERYTHING the restaurant was a mess we had to clear and wipe out table before we could sit down to enjoy our cold, soggy food. I had to go back to the counter twice to ask for items missing off my order to which I got a huff and a puff. The Que was a joke and full of at least 20 unhappy customers and the toilets were just awful we all went across to use asdas toilet which was okay as they said we are not the first people to HAVE to use there toilets because KFS toilets are a absolutely disgusting. So to sum up its over priced the food when you finally get it is cold andDO NOT USE THE TOILETS UNLESS YOU WANT A WEEK OFF WORK POORLY

Called in today. Very fresh well cooked chicken. Staff trying hard to keep up with cleaning as no one seems to think they should put their rubbish in the bin. Very pleased with food . Only criticism is gravy is like chicken soup. Toilets ok not fab. Better than many kfc.

Haven't been here for 2 years cause it was abismal then, was passing so we called in, what a mistake probably worse . There is a system ( if you can call it that) whereby you order then get a ticket and wait while they take money from others,, what was happening the people wAiting for food was stood in the way of those now being served which was chaos. Now the food. YUK. Cold chicken. Floppy cold chips. Told the the Krushams machine was broken. It was 2 years ago. Need a quicker repairer Proper serious rubbish here

Visited the drive through. Service was fast but food was a bit of a let down. the chicken was hot and fresh but the fries were just warm . We got a bargain bucket which came with four portions of fries two of we had to throw out because apart from the fact that they were only just warm you are forced to have four fries with most buckets and we wanted more chicken .we will probably go again we usually visit once a year just hope the fries are better next time .

Couldn't believe a member of staff shouting at customers, I don't use these places very often but was my sons choice and his treat, walked into the establishment and was looking at the menu above the counter, I was shocked when the member of staff shouting told me I was in the wrong area and would not be served until I went to the left. Worse experience I have ever had while I was the customer, I emailed the company yet had no reply.will never use KFC again.

Went into Kfc for some grub as we had been decorating and i couldn't be bothered to cook. The lovely lady behind the counter was very obliging to any thing we wanted including paying for our ice cream and going back for it so it wouldn't melt, her attitude towards customers is excellent and i applaud her.

Went here tonight food was cold I took it back and they gave me another one which was also cold. I would of thought that they would of made sure it was hot with me taking one back. Won't be eating here again.

i visited this particular KFC around 5pm a couple of weeks ago, i chose to eat there as i was limited to where i can park my wagon, upon entering the KFC i noted a young girl was serving someone, i nipped into the loo and upon my return the waitress had "evaporated" - anyway i used the time waiting to catch up with emails etc, when i felt i had waited long enough i tried to attract the attention of the drive thru girl ( she preferred to just peep at me ) i then googled and rang what turned out to be another local KFC ( the lovely girl gave me the correct number ) anyway long story short i was ignored for approx 8 minutes and when my presence was finally acknowledged it was suggested that perhaps i was exaggarating !!! anyway 3 phone calls to an 0843 number resulted in total disinterest and a 3.99 voucer .......

Visited the KFC @ the Mount Retail Park in Hull, unfortunately this particular outlet lets the brand of KFC down. The staff were more interested in their social lives than making sure the customers waiting in front of them received the right orders. This coupled with barely warm chicken led to this visit being one of total disappointment, having visited a number of KFC's over the years this one is certainly not one of the better ones. The most enjoyable part of our meal was the fresh orange juice which was Tropicana and not a KFC product
