We ordered 1 hamburger (no pickles), 1 mayo chicken (2 mayonnaise & no lettuce), 4 chicken nuggets, 1 ketchup, 1 large double cheeseburger saver meal, 1 medium fries & 1 large fries. Our meal was served cold, the fries had no salt on and were stone cold. The hamburger came with no mustard/ no onion/ no ketchup. The large double cheeseburger came with no mustard & no onions. I would understand if the restaurant had no pickles/ no onions or no mustard but it doesn’t take a genius to get a staff member to make customers aware that there isn’t any of this incase they may want to change their mind and want something else.

Customer service terrible, they couldn’t be bothered to serve as too busy talking. Granddaughter waited 10 mins for ice creams. In the end I had to go inside to see what was wrong. Fellow customer agreed that service rubbish. I didn’t get a receipt or I’d have complained

Awful in every way you could imagine. Verbally abused by the shift manager named David, started shouting and swearing at me whilst I was alone at night waiting for my collection - all because I didn’t feel safe parking in the front bays to wait for my food. Very shaken, police now dealing with it. Unbelievable that people like that are managers and work in customer service! I was physically shaken for a while and very emotional I thought he was going to jump through the window at one point. Very intimating and scary experience. Just for a McDonald’s. I opted for a refund instead because I dread to think what he would have done to my meal following that encounter.

Ordered chicken nugget meal. Didn’t receive nuggets, in typical McDonald fashion. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else if you want your full meal and not half of it, plain incompetence.

This place just gets no better, management should be embarrassed by the level of service. If you like long waits, staff who don't care and think its funny you wait a long time, this place is for you. No control on front desk, no one knows what's going on, and uber eats etc are prioritised over walk in customers, shambles.

We are getting sick of being asked to wait upfront to collect our food evertime we go through the drive thru. There is a reason its called a drive thru so we don't have to park up. My husband is also disabled so its not easy for us to park even with the disabled parking available its rammed outside and it causing anxiety for a simple drive thru order. Is it even worth it? Are they allowed to ask us to park up front and wait? Everytime! I usually never write a review but this is frustrating because its literally everytime now. Annoying. Is it worth my disabled husbands discomfort or the anxiety it causes? I'm not sure.

We’ve found the drive through at a lot of McDonald’s too long and service and items missing poor and regular. This time we used the app, a free cheeseburger offer and it went fine. No parking was available outside for a member of staff to bring the order out so we went in and got it straight away. They are currently doing a points offer so freebies are more regular. McDonald’s is a bit like Marmite (husband hates both) but as treats, this time for our 24 year old it’s ok with money off now and again.

Fancied a mcflurry so me and wife went to this drive thru. Yea we all know the drive thru is lot busier now. Sat in queue for 20 mins got to order point and an A4 piece of paper was stuck on saying no milkshakes or mcflurrys. Why did the manager not send someone out just to walk down queue telling people if something is unavailable. Bad management.

Yes, the drive through was slower but that’s too be expected as the lockdown changes. Before there were no such excuses and we would only use this McDs as it was next to Asda where we shop and it’s for treats for the children. There was a sign up saying there was less staff available currently so at least you can give credit for that. Kids loved their treat.

I have taken my different grandchildren here for years although it has now had an update like most of them. The food is always the same except the fries aren’t always hot and particularly with the happy meals they vary with the amount you are given. I love McDonalds fries and always pinch a couple so that’s how I know. 😆 I have always found the staff very pleasant and efficient over the years so McDonalds are spot on with their staff training.

Exactly what you'd expect from a McDonald's. Staff were friendly, service was good, food always the same standard all over the world in my experiences. Using the wi-fi came in handy!

Had to pay at counter as contactless payment din't work - no staff at counter and others walked past me and other customers several times avoiding eye contact. Eventually got to pay. Food came but had to go back for missing items. Then was told I couldnt sit in the area I selected as it was being cleaned - all cordoned off without any cleaning going an . Maybe that is wht the place was filthy. Even food didn't taste the same - terrible milk shake. Need to get their act together.

Take the nephew for an after school treat where I’m sure he orders half the menu . Touch screen service and he orders his own so I never know until I have to pay . He always enjoys it and wants to return so obviously that speaks for the food itself . I just opt for the coffee

We visited with a 3 year old, the tables with the screens on were great for kids, the staff were lovely and friendly. It was clean and we were served quickly. This is one of the nicer McDonald's we have visited while on our travels. Food was nice and hot too.

The worst mcds I have been to in ages pulled up at 9.25 to grab my hubby and daughter something quick for breakfast as on way out well nothing quickncomes out of this place huge Q on drive in so hubby ran in over 30 min later he comes out the man in front of him also waited for over half an hour for a coffee both my hubby and this man complained and got sorry both had used the fast sorry I mean slow payment service So if you have all day to wait then go if you are in a rush try a different one further away on your trip Yes the make over looks nice but the new way of ordering is a joke Oh and while we were waiting it took the same length of time for the drive through to go through as couldn’t really miss the car we would of been behind so easy to keep a check on

I do not like this restaurant. It is badly planned and cramped. The serving area is narrow and not particularly wide, so when busy people have to queue at 90 degrees as they come in through the main entrance door. This causes congestion to this main thoroughfare (although there i another entrance/exit at the other end of the restaurant this goes straight on to the drive-through road and does not appear to be used as much, Kids and roads do not mix particularly well). The dining area is cramped and the whole impression is one of clutter. Not very impressive or a main franchise.

Absolutely Amazing quality! Tried the special of the week which was the Stackz King, and the Honey Chilli Chicken Filletz and nothing dissapointed! The fries were crispy, the burger was huge, but left me wishing my stomach was bigger so I could have more. Their portions are very good value for money, perfect for a treat for the family or Lunch by yourself

Came all the way from peterlee for this street food, By far the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. Worth the drive and most definitely be back. Staff are excellent and very helpful Definitely recommend !
