McDonald's in South Tyneside

Ordered on the app for delivery, delivery never came, went down to pick it up, the order hadn’t even been sent out. Got the order home & it was freezing & also box of 20 nuggets were missing, rang the restaurant & was told nothing they could do & to contact customer service on the app, it’s an absolute joke trying to contact them, normally don’t complain but this is the second time this has happened. I won’t be ordering again. AVOID ordering on the McDonald’s app

The usual long wait due to the amount of delivery drivers that seem to get priority.

Said the wait was 30 minutes then waited 2 hours for them to say there only doing breakfast?!, i payed for my meal and they can do that, a simple burger and 20 nuggets. Foolish

Waited over 40 min for food in drive through. Restaurant concentrates on just eat and uber orders leaving customers waiting and very angry. Not worth the wait and frustration

Don't order large orders on the app and park in a collection bay unless you want to 20mins or more for your food to out!

Food was cold and drink spilled never get anything again from there

Difficult to find any fault which isn’t consistent across McDonald’s. In general, the ques move fairly quickly. I use it fairly regularly and they have never got my order wrong (touchwood) . Perhaps my only fault would be is I often have to wait in the waiting bay to have a fairly standard meal which is surprising, however this just means I’m getting it fresh. I’m not really a complaint.

Shocking McDonald's they always prioritise the uber eats orders and mcdelivery so people in the drive thru or waiting inside wait for ages for there food

Horrific experience this morning. Attitude from the workers when trying to order our food at the drive thru, completely wrong order on our receipt to what was on the screen. Food was cold and below standard, yet another bad experience with this Mcdonald’s.

Every. Single. Time. They get the order wrong. Was a few months ago, however I ordered a quarter pounder with just cheese and ketchup in the drive through, waited 15 minutes to get my food, it finally came but it was wrong. I had to wait a further 5 minutes for the other half of my order, when they came out I said my order was given wrong, no word of a lie the women said "can you not just eat it as the restaurant is busy". A back and forth later and I FINALLY get the right order, around 25 minutes after i ordered it, however it was clear that it was made when I ordered it as it was stone cold. I have experience working in McDonald's as a 17 year old....it's very simple to read a screen.

It's the absolute worst McDonald's I've used. Went last Sunday, Waited 25 minutes outside in the car space for a happy meal and a cheese burger. Other cars parked up around me weren't happy either. Felt bad for the lady bringing food to the cars.

The man was so nice to wait bc I was so late to get it I was playing darts and did t hear my phone ding for the noise to say delivers

Food portion was ridiculous 15 chips in small packets and 20 in medium fries. Burgers look like they have been squashed.

Mc Crispy is dry and awful, like eating a like of dust. Chicken tastes cheap as well. Chili double cheese burger is surprisingly nice. Most of the burgers are waaaaay overpriced, considering you can get a massive smash burger and chips in some places like friez and burgz for £7.50, granted no drink The equivalent meal in macdonalds, a big tasty meal, is a much cheaper tasting, less fresh alternative with patties from frozen and cheaper ingredients and smaller portion. £7.59 with a drink however but the cost of the drink can’t be that much of that. It comes out quicker than macdonalds as well. Not bad for the saver menu or for deals and coupons but otherwise avoid.

Stone cold food will not use again

Just missing onions on burgers but it’s hot and fresh and all other amendments have been considered. Thank you as this can be frustrating and costly for our family with additional needs and we can’t call first due to no answer.

McDonalds is craming to many deliveries in with wach driver. Ir took him ages to get here as i was tracking him, food arrived stone cold couldn't eat it.

food stone cold when arrived, coke flat, obviously been sitting waiting fir courier for ages before collected by them.

Both cokes were leaking, hardly any coke left in the cups by the time they got here. The delivery driver held them in the door way so the coke went all over our flooring.

Absolute chaos in the kitchen when using drive thru, food never ready and struggle to get a parking space to wait for your food, always the same at this place, avoid if possible.

worst expierence,complete wrong order & just eat are 'unable' to refund.

Don't know what I bit into but one of the chips felt like I was biting into a clump of dirt. the chip had the same texture as dirt or sand (crumbled and grainy) and tasted awful. I had to spit it out and was horrified to see that the clumped mush I had spat out was black.
