What a great place lovely staff will definitely be back

Friendly staff members, fast service and the food always comes out warm unlike McDonald’s over the road who give you cold food and don’t give you the food at the drive through after telling you to park up.

Really nice friendly delivery drive , food is hot and cooked very well

Waited ages and then they turn up with stone cold food, charged £30 for 2 whopper meals and they come with bottles of coke rather than out of the machines. Was cheaper in the airport and miles better, total joke don’t waste your money!

Drive thru was a little narrow but was manageable. Man on speaker was very pleasant and was served quickly. Food was hot and tasty with the perfect amount of salt. I usually ask for extra just incase but didn't need to use them. Will visit again.

order arrived on time and was very tasty, however delivery man was very rude and unprofessional. he was very rude to me because he had drove the wrong way even though i wrote on receipt where to drive to and the cashier at burger king circled it for him..

2 monster drinks and a Can of sprite zero was missing from my order. can you rectify this please as restaurant is not answering the phone. very disappointed

Helpful guy on the drive thru although after a 4 minute drive home fries were old tough and cold non edible burgers weren’t nice and fresh like they usually are tough and chewy like warm

No milk shakes what I ordered Iv tried to ring restaurant number not letting me get through at all sent two bottles of coke instead I bet they haven’t give us money back. Milkshakes are expensive surely they would’ve had a different flavour milkshake.

Wrong drink sent, and this is now the third time they have not sent an item, even after I left a note. Absolutely useless staff.

As always, every time I go in the south shields store I get welcomed by great staff and manager, always pleasant and clean store unlike others

driver blamed sat nav for sending him to jarrow with another order first, food was cold, chips soggy, I ordered a whopper with no tomato, they clearly must of ran out of everything else that gos on the burger.. worst iv ever had.

Was really looking forward to it but the lass who served me sounded sick of her life. No mayo or half the sauces as they had ran out. Chips, some hot mostly cold and hard. Large whopper burger such a let down (tasted nice) stone cold and had no sauce or mayo in it. Halloumi fries only nice hot thing about the whole meal and they did have the chilli dip it was supposed to come with. They forgot to give me my drink so had to go back to ask for it. Way more expensive than McDonald next door. Won’t be back in a hurry. Such a shame.

Don't often visit fast food chains but a whopper is always tasty. Tonight we asked for heavy pickle but 'extra' heavy! The staff were awesome and absolutely delivered on the extra pickle even giving a little bag of extra sliced pickle in case the burger wasn't heavy enough! Result = amazing whopper experience. Great recommendation on a share box as well thanks very much to the team tonight.

Received only 1 Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie 100ml instead of two, Fries and Angus Burger hard and dry, the burger blackened around the edges. Looked as though cooked earlier then left in warmer too long. Worst meal I have had from this establishment since it opened. Sad and disappointed. Just tried to get refund for the ice cream to find it is not listed so I cannot claim.

Advertised free chilli cheese bites if you spend £25 & didn't include these, despite me adding a reminder note. Bit disappointing. Also only included 1 dip between 3 meals. Bit stingey

Drove through for the first time today at lunchtime. Fairly quiet and little delay in ordering to pick up. Narrow lane likely not suitable for trucks or caravans. Pleasant young staff, delighted with the freshly cooked and tasty whopper and onions rings. Found it funny moving alongside another burger chain drive through. I prefer BK burgers. I will use this drive through again.

Given the incorrect drink, zero drink ordered received a full fat. People have reasons for ordering Zero sugar drinks very disappointed.

Called in for a bite to eat, staff were incredibly friendly, food was served quickly and was tasty, toilets were immaculate as well as the rest of the restaurant 5*'s will deffo call in again

Great restaurant, but entrance isn’t obvious from the carpark! Service was excellent, foot hot and fresh - just a little longer wait than would have liked as very busy!

Driver arrived at the restaurant at 9:56am as I spoke to the Manager, my order arrived at 22:42pm 45 mins late absolutely freezing the whole £44+ order went in the BIN!!! :(

This order was delivered in complete or the wrong order was delivered. The money I paid as shown in this bill only less than the fraction was refunded on my account. This was a very bad service. I will never again use this service. More over I need my money refunded in full. This has ruined my evening and I didn't have any meals to enjoy. Meals never came .

i put in a complaint when my order was delivered saying that i was charged for large fries but weren't delivered.i still haven't received a refund!

Love this burger king it is always nipping clean and the service is always excellent which I find very surprising because whenever I have been the staff all seem fairly young but they are always friendly, polite and above all else extremely helpful. I use a walking stick to help me with my mobility I am always asked if I need help carrying my food to the table or help with the door either to exit or to use the toilet. If you compare the staff burger king have compared to the young staff at the McDonald's next door burger king win hands down. The food always tastes fresh and hot. The only reason I have only put 4 stars for atmosphere is because everytime I have been there, there have only ever been a couple of other tables occupied and once there was no one else sitting in to eat which is a shame.

Why is my order taking so long? 1.delivery 2.drive through 3.staff not trained properly 4- …. Took ages for my order , staff under pressure Food quality good service not great ! I can blamed staff but …I wasn’t happy with my service at all !

Not very happy that my food turned up in an unsealed bag. It's a little unhygienic sending out food to be delivered to customers without the bag being sealed. Put me right off.

Food freezing when arrived and tastes like rubber , lady in Burger King lied and told me it was out for delivery when it had not even left shop. Took over an hour for delivery as well poor service and quality

was scheduled to be delivered between 18:20-18:45, the order didn’t arrive until 20:06. We received only half of the order, our order was meant to be two chicken royals, chilli cheese bites, onion rings and two sets of fries, however we received everything except for the two chicken royal burgers, and received one whopper instead, which we didn’t order.

Arrived 5 minute early but food was stone cold! Not a good idea using pedal bikes for delivery really is it?

Food arrived on time. However one of the chicken “fries” was half gone. Not saying this was the driver as it may have been the kitchen staff.

I've been buying plant based whoppers now for a long time to be told today that they aren't on the vegetarian menu anymore because they aren't suitable for vegetarians? what's going on?

food was hot delivered on time only downside was the delivery guy banging on my door it's 9.45 you only need to knock once you get updates from just eat to say your outside so no need to be knocking like that

Staff were very welcoming and polite. The speed of service was fantastic minimal wait and the sit in area was clean and managed well.
