This was and is the worst burger I've ever been to ! The peppercorn chicken burgers came out like farm food fillet chicken in bread crumbs and was disgusting for 10 pounds , all in all I spent around 45 pounds on the full family which nobody ate . Chips tasted like re heated left overs , drinks machine didn't work so no Ice or free top ups available to cool you down from the run down premises which the air conditioning didn't work in 18 degrees heat ! All in all this has put me off Burger King for life !!!! ROTTEN

driver was as polite as he could be but could not understand my problem. i had a missing item from my order and when i tried to explain that the item was on the receipt and he should have checked order was right he did not know.

Their indoor dining arrangement is very bad, the smell of the toilet is everywhere as it is right next to the toilet. Also, you have to wait a long time for delivery or collection, their service is extremely slow.

firstly came without the ice cream on order which was refunded,have been up all night with pain in stomach from burgers was up throwing up about 7 and also had the runs,feeling unwell still,unhappy.

Really enjoyed, Burgers were tasty, delivered on time and the food was hot,chips,chilli balls, chicken nuggets never been let down by burger king in all the years we used them.

delivery person was lost when he got here he started asking me for my internet connection I am disabled and live alone I didn't enjoy him knocking loud on my door asking me for the code I had already given him this is the first time I have not enjoyed the home delivery experience

Chicken costing far too salty this time. Fries and bun salad and mayo fine as usual. Cheese was meted out of sides and stuck in wrappers. Disappointing. Not usually disappointed usually eat in restaurant though.

Slowest Burger King known to man. Sat in the drive through like a turkey for far too long to be told to wait. Absolutely not drove off and went to macdonalds next door. Served in the same time I was waiting. If you want Burger King you have to drive to rhyope a bit better service and a bit quicker

Service from this place is ridiculous orders through just eat but food never came 3 hours later it said “delivered” tried phoning the restaurant but at this time me and my partner has phoned 100 times LITERALLY and still no answer!!

Had to heat it up but expected to have to, delivery was super efficient and really nice to have as an I can’t be bothered to cook but need to eat sooner rather than later food. Would definitely order again

Always slow service which is a shame. I appreciate that cooked to order is good but 9 minutes wait from order to getting the food I am sure that they would be much popular if they had service as quick as McDonald's next door. I counted 17 cars being ordered or served in the 9 minutes I waited for 2 double whopper meals & only 2 cars behind me in a qué. I prefer the Whopper to a McD any day but the service at BK is so slow & the chips are always warm rather than hot. Still this is as they say "it is what it is" & it's up to BURGER KING to get it sorted, which is unlikely as they have been this way for at least 5 years! Shame.

Arrived late, cold and missing 1 burger

Always said If you want a good burger then you got to go see the king, which I stand by as long as the staff can get your order right, last 2 times wanting a triple whooper meal 1st time was only given a double the 2nd I ended up with a double bacon cheese, think the king needs to stop hiring jesters 🤔

I am missing part of my food order

I waited over 2 hours and the time kept being pushed back. The app is now showing my order as delivered at 8.40pm. Firstly, I still have not received it and secondly, it is only 8.28pm now.

Poor services from staff. Fries were fresh but burger cold, tired from travelling for work and didn’t raise issue due poor staff service.

So much nicer than McDonald’s like innitttt? Mc D fries are like skinny wet soft mulch compared to the BK fries I got. They were hot first of all, Mc D never are, crunchy on the outside and really tasty. Burgers are miles better as well, opted for a big king little king deal so two burgers, two chips and a side and got it all for less than £15 inc delivery and service fees. Lovely.

I deliver for these very often and have to say out of all the BKs in the areas I deal with this one is by far the best one,Donna the manager and her staff, Grace and Stacie and the rest are just absolutely fantastic and always polite and friendly

Absolutely terrible will not return came out for a family meal yesterday afternoon. To be spoken to and treat like crap off the staff members I’m absolutely appalled that half them work closely with customers,with the attitude that came from them. Didn’t want to help customers and when they did it was as if they weren’t paying valuable money for food. Not surprised in the slightest that they have no customers and is dead all day,we were also told that the coffees come cold apparently and when asked to be changed for a hot one another mouthful from staff absolutely disgusting. Toilets where filthy and stinking, they weren’t even cleaning the tables after use just getting rid of rubbish when there was no customers

Courier was at vendor location - after picking up order - for at least 12 minutes. Subsequently, food was cold on arrival and needed re-heating. After spending nearly £30 on 2 burgers - that is unacceptably poor service.

Terrible burger, I asked for extra cheese and bacon and it didn't come with anything other than mayonnaise. Not to mention the size of the burger which wouldn't satisfy a 5 year old.

the food was unedible, I ordered 2 burgers and 2 chips for me and my son and all of it was unedible, the driver was late but I didn’t want to cause an issue but then the food arrived and was covered in the sauce I ordered as both pots had burst.
