The food was really really good, good portions for good prices, and best of all really good amount of sauce which feels rare these days. Monica’s service was very good, very attentive.

If you're looking for a way of saving money you can avoid paying luxurious restaurant bills at this place. It's a pay at the counter fast food joint. But well worth a try for the sake of something different. You get a low cost bucket packed with mussels and other sea food delicacies. Also had delicious coconut ice cream dessert with chocolate on top. If you like seafood go there!

I absolutely loved this place! We opted for the seafood boils and burgers. The food was full of flavour and it was one of the best seafood boils I’ve had. The place itself is quite small but the service was quick and the staff friendly. We were all very pleased and would definitely visit again.

Very surprised at the negative reviews. I had a good experience. My first time to this branch which was nicer than Baker Street. More spacious, nicer atmosphere and better service. Food was delicious. I had the grilled seafood plate which comes with a choice of dip. Well presented, tasty and so good! Right amount of flavouring. There are many choices on the menu but this is a place for seafood lovers. Don't worry about messy hands, they give you plastic gloves which are very handy. Service was attentive and friendly. Clean. Not too pricey. Portion was big and satisfying.

Visited with my parter as a one off, we was originally suppose to go to the angry crab shack wish we would of now! The place was empty when we arrived red flag already! We have never had a seafood boil before so it would of been nice for someone to asked if we had etc. we ended up getting the 'queen boil' and added mac n cheese (awful, no seasoning) but we also aded the wings which were nice but weatherspoons standard! - probably would of preferred that to be honest! Service was average. She didn't give us any napkins , cutlery or ask if our food was even okay. The sauce was 10/10 but not the food. Shame. - We Ended up getting food elsewhere later on

What a shame the food was great but the service and the atmosphere was awful!!! The staff was dead no happy greeting and was made to feel you were a burden. Spend &££ and not even asked if you were enjoying your meal felt like McDonalds maybe worse as not even a smile. The place would be so much better if they had table service and not up to the counter to order as couldn’t be bothered to order another drink. Plus wouldn’t bother with the cocktails as pre made and beer choice was 2 Would I like to go back No not as it is make changes and would love to enjoy the food

I had to go for dinner with my family. Service was amazing and food is delicious. We got King seafood bucket which was perfect for 3 of us. Cocktails were great as well. Definitely recommend.

We spend £120 for seafood boil.It was the worst food ever.None of the sea food was fresh at all.Horrible food.Waste of trip and money.The sea food was from frozen ,god knows for how long its been in the freezer.Anyways personally I was totally disappointed.Its ok for people who don't know the difference between fresh and frozen food.They should really stop cheating people.

Been keen to go here for over a year, finally got the chance tonight. Honestly, don't bother. I'm from Scotland and I know good seafood, this was NOTHING like good seafood. The mussels, calamari and shrimp were a joke, fried beyond recognition. Dry, shrivelled, awful. Fish was decent, as was the slaw and the chips but it was pretty pricey for such a poor show. I'll not be back again.

The mac n cheese didnt taste anything. The veggie burger was too high and too expensive (11 pounds) and no fries included. The man that stood in a counter in the door didnt help us, two people in wheelchairs, to open the heavy door. The waitresses were helpful and nice. The place is suitable for people in wheelchairs, minus the front door.

Ordered crispy combo, it was crispy alright to the point that even the mussel shells would snap because it had been fried so much. The unknown fish was ok squid rings were the smallest you have ever seen. I never looked on trip adviser before I came and I wouldn't have if I did. I have given it 3 stars that actually will push its rating up! At time of writing there are only 200 restaurants worst rated than this on trip advisor. Ranked 15200/ 15400. Is it that bad... I don't think so.

DONT GO! Food was dry and not worth the money at all! The best I could eat was the dry bland fries! Seafood boil so much garlic sauce felt like I was eating a kilo of butter! Cajun sauce was watery everything started to taste like garlic was awful! I’m not a food snob at all, but this food was flavourless to say the least, feel like I wasted money! Never returning

I enjoyed the relaxed casual atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. We all enjoyed our food. It was exactly as described, prepared fresh and delivered hot. I would (and will) go back.

I was really surprised to see the bad reviews of this place. Taking it for what it is, we were pretty impressed. This isn’t high end, fine dining sea food and it’s not table service. If you understand that, your expectations are met with lovely food, quick service and not a bad atmosphere. The only issue we faced was food arriving at different times as it’s all ordered via the app which meant we were waiting for plates to arrive. The cocktails weren’t brilliant but overall we had a good visit

I don't get the bad reviews because I have been there 2 already, the first time with a US friend who confirmed the food is authentic. We got the XL crispy combo and a burger which we loved. Staff is not very engaging but I am there for the food not for the chitchat. We got our food within 15 min which was totally acceptable. Will be back soon!

I reaaaally loved the seafood crispy combo! The food just hits the spot for me, however the overall atmosphere is on the same level as Burger King or any other fast food chain restaurant. Staff is not very well trained and super slow. So even though I enjoyed the food I'm really not rushing back.

The food here is very good, the soft shell crab is delicious but tiny for the price of £7.95. You can eat it in a couple of bites. The online order system didn’t work and the waitress said I couldn’t order at the till which was annoying. The portions are small and bulked up with potatoes etc, but still worth a visit if you’re in the mood for seafood.
