Very bad behaviour with uber drivers

everytime we order from here there's something wrong with it

The delivery was shocking. Packaging with food in, looked like it had been throw around and not cared about. The food inside was squashed and the pot of chicken with sauce all open. Very poor delivery

i ordered this at 12.50pm and only just arrived at 1.50pm, it has arrived cold and i am unhappy about this service

Went to the Sophia stardust bottomless Brunch, never experienced a bottomless with staff so on it. They were AMAZING. We love it here and will definitely return. Drinks are lushhhh!!!!!

Domingo’s was ah excellent server. So attentive. Drinks constantly refreshed. Food was lovely. We live a date lunch here. Miss being able to sit outside with the heaters tho. Thank you.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve ordered and they get things wrong so often whether it’s missing stuff or just the wrong stuff.

Me and my friend just sat down to eat and we got approached by a manager and we were confused about what happened only for the manager to tell us that on the receipt, there’s a promotion about how we take a 10 min survey and if we do it we get a filet-o-fish for only £2.99 and I politely told her that we don’t consume that menu item and she kept speaking and we were just trying to end the conversation so we could eat and she would not leave until she finished speaking but it was very rude because we were eating and she didn’t even excuse herself she just started speaking.

Where is my muffin? You guys gave me a hash brown!!! That’s reckless to your customer. Just found out when I back home!

Still waiting… an hour and half later!

Appalling experience, took my son for his birthday, left waiting at the entrance for 10 mins whilst staff just ignored us, eventually got seated given menus after 20 mins and watching other people get up and leave , after asking several times for drinks , we eventually got them after 30 mins of waiting - our food then arrived, the mains arrived at the same time as the mains, staff were like slugs apart from one who was darting around trying to appease the increasing moaning of customers - tables left uncleaned - it looks in dire need of an upgrade, the service was crap, the food was edible . Just . Please people don’t bother !

burgers were black burnt, food was freezing cold. Absolutely awful!
