Bang on form today, and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful.

The food was over 30 minutes late and was stone cold.

Chips was freezing no bbq sauce on wrap give me red sauce

Staff are very friendly, store is always clean and there are plenty of parking spots and seating available

Delivery man was so lovely and polite very pleasant and friendly.

We ordered through uber eats and that service was great but the food was poor. Chicken not great and all legs, not a mixture and the rice box was virtually non existent for the price. We complained to the store who didn’t care and said we needed to complain to uber. Not going to do that as uber have done nothing wrong. It’s expensive ordering online so I’m not happy. Have complained directly to kfc head complaints department so let’s see what happens. I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Won’t be ordering on line again and drive through only so at least we can see people if there’s an issue to have it resolved

I have spent 40 pound to have items missing and when I asked the delivery guy he started been rude and arguing with me rather than trying to fix the problem. The food is now in the bin as the staff clearly have no care for there job or the customer. overall the experience was appalling. I didn't want to leave any stars that's how bad it was .you need to train your delivery people some manners and to check that everything is there regarding orders .it happened more than once .abysmal is mild

Absolute joke, ordered a meal and nothing we ordered got delivered. Just a load of random food. Phoned restaurant and they said “that’s all we had left so just put it in a box and if you have a problem complain to delivery company they will give you money back, we’re closing so not our problem” Holy crap, worst customer experience ever guess they don’t give a monkeys, 1.5 star rating they have is way overrated.

I've genuinely never experienced such a level of consistent incompetence from another place compared to this KFC. Week after week they miss putting ordered items in the bag. It's not like I'm placing big orders typically for 2 or 3 people. Tonight it was missing fries and garlic mayonnaise, the previous time a missing burger. KFC you need to get a grip of this place, the service quality is truly shocking. Thanks

Not for the first time! I don’t mind once or twice but you have lost a customer now! 2 fries short, 2 corn on the cobs not put in, popcorn chicken not put in and no gravy! It’s not the most difficult job is it! If you can’t be arsed doing the job, sign on the dole!

Would appear when going for a delivery, the best place to order from is a Chinese, reason being you pay for it on arrival, so its always on time, not like K F C ( again )

The mighty bucket for one includes 'signature fries' apparently, but it should state you may only get 2 tiny fries (I kid you not). Something lacking for an order so small, still be wrong! And chicken as dry as....

Bad service when I asked for a different drink from what was offered the person behind the counter said I picked Pepsi i had to have Pepsi, explained that only Pepsi or milk shake was offered on machine. And I hate Pepsi, and don't drink milk based drinks. Eventually he allowed me a 7up

the map sometimes takes the driver to 2 streets over and you can't get to my house from ther by road so they have to go all the way round

After time moving back on a number of occasions food finally arrived 20 minutes late and stone cold. Part of the order was missing and driver rude, very poor tonight and not first time had this issue ordering from hear so I won’t be doing so again

Shite. 30quid on 2 box meals. Got my order wrong and the burgers have shrivelled..tiny now compared to a few months ago. How they can charge 13quid for a small breast and chips is madness. Never going again.

Order placed at 16.50 for 18.30 delivery, ok to be 10, 15, even 20mins late but not over 30mins late.

I ordered 3 buckets for 1 and there was items missing and the chicken was burnt. I will not go to the high street kfc again! And it came in 3 small bags! No buckets!

Went today had TWISTER WRAP BOX MEAL Fillet Twister, Mini Fillet, Kentucky Mayo, Regular Gravy, Regular Signature Fries, Regular Pepsi MAX. staff are very helpful and knowledgeable food was hot only 8.49 great value for money

The food that acrually came was cold.. they somehow managed to foget to put most of order in bag Didnt get them. How hard is it to read an order then call me crazy.. then actually put it in a bag???

absolutely dreadful but still very expensive . the coating on the chicken was not genuine KFC at all,it's bland and generic. the chicken was all legs nothing but legs and wasn't really cooked enough. the fries tasted ok but portions were miniscule and they were soggy. very very disappointed and let down. at least the cycle courier is olympic standard and the bottle of pop was nice and cold. never again.

I just wish the drivers were bit more HAPPIER
