Great service but over priced for some of the food .

The staff very rude and unfrendly hope they close this shop

We have been in the past and we did not enjoy the food but we thought we would give it another try and was happy with the food and the service was fast and I would definitely go again.

The staff and management are very kind and friendly and the food was excellent. I recommend this branch to my friends and family

Not bad or great. Last bucket of chicken I bought, the chicken was very dry.

Staff - SLOW Prices - UP Portions - DOWN Food - BLAND ........ and to top it off, Delivery Drivers constantly parking in Disabled Bays or across 2 bays! Definitely won't be back here again

Always freezing and more than half the order is always missing

This place melted my heart it was late evening and quiet when we visited on the 27th may. an elderly gentleman entered the store places his order and while trying to grasp his stick food and drink I saw a really kind member of staff offer to take his food out for him to his car he even held the door for the gentleman and assisted him with his meal to his car, this warmed my heart and restored my faith in humanity and he treated the elderly man with empathy and respect good on you young employee wish I had gotten your name so you could get some recognition but it happened about 8 ISH

It’s a KFC. Always a roll of the dice if the food will be fresh or dry as a bone. This one was ok, quick service, good staff

Used the drive through we paid and ordered a10 piece bargain bucket, we didn't get a bargain bucket we got something totally different.it was also cold

The staff on the drive through where fantastic, really friendly and polite. The bucket was also top notch aswell, gj guy's 👍

I never thought I'd review a fast food chain, I believe you should speak up when something is good just as when something is bad. The staff honestly are amazing, so friendly, it was a late one for me, I've had worse service at a Michelin star restraunt, they brought me over my food, noticed I didn't have my drink, were straight on it, then they had their break, I've never seen comradery like it. Amazing staff, everyone of them should be proud of them selves, they turned a bad night for me into a good one!

Thankfully, this will be my last time. Food quality poor. If you order from the screen somewhere items are not in stock. I've been here a few times (my lads want to eat at a KFC). They have got a simple order wrong so many times and don't have basic items in stock. Last night was definitely my final visit. Reading the previous reviews on this site seems to confirm my own experience. Thankfully, there is a Macdonald's a little further up the road.. KFC, you need to do better and improve this place...

We called here on Saturday afternoon 16-3-24 after a walk in the area, the gentlemen on the drive through was very pleasant and helpful. Food was very fresh an tasty 😋

Food is hit and miss. Been a fair few times and on many occassion the order was not correct... Overall its ok

Service really slow, hot wings werent cooked properly they were pink as i took a bite, food pretty poor luckily i noticed the chicken wasnt cooked and returned it. Wouldnt recommend luckily we rarely eat kfc

I love KFC. The menu changes frequently, and the specials advertised outside. When I drive past, I can usually be seen calling in for my KFC fix. Quick service and the usual good food. Never dissapoints.

For a while we've found food under par with slow service. Been today though, and a massive turn around. Every bit of the food was fantastic, the 4 piece meal has previously had 3 drumsticks in it, but today a full range, and service is vastly improved. Well done 👏

Been twice at 11.30 wow best kfc have to come from rochdale as thery are worst in UK in rochdale this branch batter on the chicken chips nicely cooked not sogy and popcorn chicken cooked properly not pale well done staff that can cook

Dining areas could be kept cleaner .The bins were overflowing in the dining area tables were dirty .

My son went to pick up dinner, asked for a 4 piece colonels meal, as advertised on Deliveroo, was told they don’t do them!! Was given a three piece and no drink with it despite being charged the menu price which included a drink, food was ok but shocking service , I don’t think they care at all. This kfc is a joke

First thing first this store is located in Oldham and most of the communities are Muslim in Oldham but this kfc is not Halal at all, they should make it Halal to see the customers flow .. i see this kfc is always not busy at all

Good KFC if you're after a quick meal! Fast service via drive thru than in store. All staff are friendly and courteous with customers.

I drive further than my closest KFC in Rochdale to come here. The staff are extremely efficient, polite and helpful. The gravy is never watered down and the chicken is always crispy. The manageress even helps with suggestions.

Food was good, freshly cooked chips, nice and clean interior.

This is one of the worst KFC’s, absolutely filthy, grotty, grease pit. Staff are arrogant and rude. No uniform or hand hygiene policy

Food lovely once you get it. Staff were very busy chatting I had to ask for some of my order to be put in the hot cupboard as had to wait 2 to 3 minutes for rest of order. But wasn't the usual staff. There always great.

Honestly I can't fault this place. The Chicken was the freshest, crispiest and juiciest I've ever had from a KFC, a certain staff member was so helpful and polite. The interior was also modern and inviting. Overall from my one experience here I would highly reccomend, saying it's exceptional.

What an absolute joke. So £8.99 for a stacker meal and with out a word of a lie I got 7 chips. I also ordered BBQ Bites and I must have got half a teaspoon of sauce. We also ordered a chicken wrap which had the smallest piece of chicken in. The wrap was also squashed into the packet so when it was opened the warp peeled away with the packet. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This is the last time I will be visiting this joke of a KFC!! Anyone thinking of going here, STOP!!!! Read the reviews and drive by to somewhere else. The food is awful, service isn’t great, never seen fast food. It need closing down.

Great staff working tonight. Jared and his co worker. Very friendly and polite lads. Give them a promotion, they are the backbone of a good business. Its not often you see that enthusiam in a fast food outlet. Great job lads.

Been 10 times 10/10 10 times. It's rated 3.4 out of 5 because idiots who've never been to KFC decide they don't really like it. If you like KFC well I've probably been to 50 places all over England, shockers like Skem and Chorley and Lostock Hall, a whole bunch of average/decent ones and half a dozen 10/10 places where it doesn't get any better. And this is one of them.

They forgot the chips out of my order after not going to kfc for 3 months because they always getting the order wrong. Not just this one but the one in the town center is terrible. I Complain to care squad online they replied calling me Scott and said I would get a voucher for £7 within a hour. I never did get the voucher. I think they sent it to Scott

Went in 18/02/23 around 20:30 with the family. Guy on the counter was really helpful really polite and made it a nice experience 👍 Just thought I needed to leave positive feedback as it's not been the best previously as nobody seemed to know what they were doing before. Hope he sticks around he makes the difference!

Ordered a boneless dipping box at a cost of £20.99. Missing popcorn chicken, two corn on cobs and dips. Tried ringing several times only to get a recorded message saying they aren't taking calls.

Poor attitude at drive through. No manners, no thank you or even a smile. Oid tasted like it had been kept warmish for a good ehile, dry snd dark coloured. KFC is rapidly gaining a bad reputation for poorest Food and customer services in the UK. This is the third time in one year from the third KFC location that I would receive such a poor service. I ordered for food using the KFC app delivery service and it took over 1hr waiting only not to receive my order. Despite contacting the KFC restaurant but no answer until I travel to the restaurant to express my frustration before I was able to get a refund. My kid was left hungry for over 1hr. 20min without his food as ordered.

Ordered on Deliveroo, live 0.3 miles away took 1 and half hours to come. When arrived was luke warm and over half the order was missing. Certainly won’t be returning to this branch ever again

Bun on burger was burnt, ash brown was soggy and the food was cold, when we arrived at the drive through no one was there , so we had to drive around to the hatch that gives the food to order and pay for the food , staff just laughing and joking among themselves, won’t return and will tell others to avoid as well.

This has to be the worst shop anywhere for bad service , we waited in a queue of 2 for 30 minutes whilst all the takeaway drivers orders were made up , only one person making up the orders and after 30 minutes our order still not taken we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. No one seemed in charge and no sign of a manager to complain to . Absolute diabolical service , not the fault of the person making up the orders but lack of customer service from a senior person . No wonder this shop has such bad reviews on here .

Worst customer service ever, for a KFC brand. I bought through the drive through this afternoon, they didn't have my order ready at the pickup window, they asked me to wait in the parking area, that someone will bring my order to the car, I waited an extra 10 minutes, then went inside to collect my own order, just to find out they didn't pack my complete order 😡😡😡

Tried to go to GG's next to the KFC but it was closed and even after numerous bad experiences at this kfc before I thought I would give it another go. We went round the drive through and paid in cash. After receiving the food we drove away and a member of staff ran over and accused us of not paying, then said the payment didn't go through. We paid in cash. After they agreed and had me driving back around to the shop infront off people looking like I'd done something wrong! we had already paid they had got the order wrong and charged us for another zinger meal we didn't order. Never again will I go bk hear every time something wrong do everyone a favour and shut the place down!

Just paid £14 for two box banquets to take away and can honestly say that it was disgusting, if I was eating inside I would have thrown it back at them. The chips were bitty and seemed like the previous nights left overs that were reheated, the boneless chicken was so very salty and was inedible, the drinks were watered down on a plus side the beans were warm.

Driver never told me I had already paid by PayPal (only just realised this morning when I checked my emails), he took £11 off me (order was £10,27, rest was tip). 😡😡😡 very dishonest 😡😡😡 I won’t be ordering from here again!
