Not for the first time! I don’t mind once or twice but you have lost a customer now! 2 fries short, 2 corn on the cobs not put in, popcorn chicken not put in and no gravy! It’s not the most difficult job is it! If you can’t be arsed doing the job, sign on the dole!

Would appear when going for a delivery, the best place to order from is a Chinese, reason being you pay for it on arrival, so its always on time, not like K F C ( again )

The mighty bucket for one includes 'signature fries' apparently, but it should state you may only get 2 tiny fries (I kid you not). Something lacking for an order so small, still be wrong! And chicken as dry as....

Bad service when I asked for a different drink from what was offered the person behind the counter said I picked Pepsi i had to have Pepsi, explained that only Pepsi or milk shake was offered on machine. And I hate Pepsi, and don't drink milk based drinks. Eventually he allowed me a 7up

After time moving back on a number of occasions food finally arrived 20 minutes late and stone cold. Part of the order was missing and driver rude, very poor tonight and not first time had this issue ordering from hear so I won’t be doing so again

Order placed at 16.50 for 18.30 delivery, ok to be 10, 15, even 20mins late but not over 30mins late.

Absolutely disgraceful i ordered at 12pm and it said it would be delivered at 12:30 then proceeded to show up at 13:38 the food came cold and the box was soggy from the cans

Went today had TWISTER WRAP BOX MEAL Fillet Twister, Mini Fillet, Kentucky Mayo, Regular Gravy, Regular Signature Fries, Regular Pepsi MAX. staff are very helpful and knowledgeable food was hot only 8.49 great value for money

absolutely dreadful but still very expensive . the coating on the chicken was not genuine KFC at all,it's bland and generic. the chicken was all legs nothing but legs and wasn't really cooked enough. the fries tasted ok but portions were miniscule and they were soggy. very very disappointed and let down. at least the cycle courier is olympic standard and the bottle of pop was nice and cold. never again.

The whole order was wrong it was all freezing cold unedable absolutely vile one bite then straight in the bin … i am extremely unhappy i ordered this due to being unwell & not being able to cook this evening & i was left with unedable food .. dont expect that & aspecially not at that price when living in a cost off living situation at the moment very unhappy

Not happy because the person that delivered the food didn't contact me on arrival to my address to deliver the food. On the app it saud it was delived at 17h12. Left it outside of the gate on the floor where anyone passing could've picked it. Luckily my neighbour around 17h45 saw it and came to ask if it was mine. Also my food was practically cold from being outside for so long and was lucky nobody picked it.

We have been in the past and we did not enjoy the food but we thought we would give it another try and was happy with the food and the service was fast and I would definitely go again.

Forgot to include the bottle of Tango. If you’re going to charge over £3 for it you better make sure to include it in the order.

The staff and management are very kind and friendly and the food was excellent. I recommend this branch to my friends and family

The food can be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes the fries have barely any seasoning or there'sbarely any salad in the burger, which makes sense because I guess it depends on the member of staff preparing your meal. This time however, both me and my partner were left feeling very happy with our meals. The fries were generously seasoned, the burger had a decent amount of lettuce and sauce, and the chicken was flawless. I don't know if the staff actually see these reviews, but we would like to give our thanks to whoever prepared our food with such care and attention. Our only wish is that every order could be this good.

This place melted my heart it was late evening and quiet when we visited on the 27th may. an elderly gentleman entered the store places his order and while trying to grasp his stick food and drink I saw a really kind member of staff offer to take his food out for him to his car he even held the door for the gentleman and assisted him with his meal to his car, this warmed my heart and restored my faith in humanity and he treated the elderly man with empathy and respect good on you young employee wish I had gotten your name so you could get some recognition but it happened about 8 ISH

It’s a KFC. Always a roll of the dice if the food will be fresh or dry as a bone. This one was ok, quick service, good staff

Don't bother buying the £39.99 party bucket! We only got 5 decent pieces of chicken (out of 14) the rest were chicken drummers, not to mention it tasted like greggs sausage rolls.

All the food arrived hot and at good quality. The delivery driver was also very polite and arrived on time.
