Excellent food definitely go again

Got there special bbq'd online it says £18 went inside to pay it's £19 I'm not really bothered about the price but others may be. The food came in a big container and it was mouth watering, the taste and everything was perfect it was my 1st visit here but do recommend.

I highly recommend try out this place and I assure you won’t regret. Always busy and still gets great service. Loaded fries are always ordered and they are delicious.

Food came swimming in oil when I complained I was told it’s because it’s a sizzler? And when given the bill it was just a total hand written on a piece of paper. When I asked for a vat receipt he said he couldn’t as it’s cash only?

Got one shredded sizzler mixed with sirloin and chicken and one sirloin steak with chips. Both were beautiful the taste was amazing and the flavours were on point, to mention the service was brilliant. Ordered one Pino colada and strawberry mojito which blew me away and were delightfully refreshing. WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN!!

Great prices, huge portions. Top place, preferred it to Gourmet, the quality of steak seemed a lot better! Only downsides are parking is rubbish and it's cash only, so remember to bring cash!

I went with my friends. The food was quite tasty and reasonably fast service. The cash only payment is unreasonable hence I've given 4 stars.

A hair was found on the chicken and when I reported this, he just made a face and said that everyone in the kitchen have caps on. He didn't seem to care at all. Poor service and lack of concern over hygiene.

Saw this place on social media, so thought id give it a go. Ordered a steak, chewy and cooked abysmal. Ordered a sizzler for myself, drenched in red sauce with no actual flavour? Asked for medium spice but it was hot. They even forgot one of our orders, then took a further 25 minutes to cook. Also, too many tables cramped in once place can't move. Cash only, in 2024? Very dissapointed, avoid!

Went to this restaurant after doing each shopping last night. It wasn't that busy so the atmosphere was nice and cosy considering it was raining outside. The man In the bar was very polite he was fasting and offered us dates for my kids love dates so had some, The portion is so big for nowadays. Customer service was excellent they kept asking if we needed anything else. Will definitely be going back.

I came here 2 years ago and I encountered terrible service, sat with my family and I went to the till to ask for menus (which they should’ve gave us before we sat down) worker was on a call and I kept getting ignored, my dad got up and we left right away, avoided this place till yesterday, tried giving it another shot, food was nice however when I went to the till and I said can we split the bill, he said no as he doesn't have any change, fair enough even though it’s a cash only restaurant. Asked how much for each would it be so I pay and my friends can transfer it to me, was told rudely “look at the menu yourself” even though he had the receipt in his hand. Service is shockingly poor, it’s a shame as the food is nice.

Amazing food - we loved it here

We’re a regular customer but today we had an awful experience and no apologies. Ordered a shredded chicken steak half and half hot, and a mexicano wrap. The chicken steak was not fresh or hot enough and tasted rather sweet. The rice were totally off too… normally not the one to complain but had to let them know as you dine out for the taste and the service. Then I ordered the mexicano wrap, the guy serving took away the platter, comes after 5 minutes to say you’re gonna have to wait quite a bit for the wrap, said not a problem. The wrap arrived and it tasted and looked nothing like our first one, it was drenched in a funny sauce. Tortilla and the chicken weren’t grilled enough and upto the standard. Hugely disappointed and upset… not returning to BBQ’d

Food was good, well cooked beef t-bone steak homemade sauce but all the peripherals were standard bought out stuff. They serve coca cola products luckily Irn Bru bottle to the rescue. Server got my friends order wrong but quickly rectified. Sit down was warm and comfortable for family and friends alike but felt dark and tired. Cash only folks, card system been broken over 6 months 😂 Would deffo go back

Been coming here for a long time. Their Parmesan’s bbqd special is so delicious and steaks are incredible. Really looking forward to treating myself here very soon.

We were served quite fast and food came out quite fast. Food was of decent quality, Portion sizes were decent as well as the prices in the place. Bill only came to £50 and for similar food and drinks elsewhere we have spent close to £100. Would highly recommend this place.

Rip off prices for average food. Even Ramadan discount advertised in the window was not given for a collection order. Won't be venturing inside here again.

Absolutely awful! Ordered the shredded chicken from here and it looked like they just drenched it in food colouring. Very bland and a waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend anybody here.

Decided to eat here based on reviews Ordered a Lamb steak, t-bone steak and a couple of sizzler t-bone steaks , with sides of pasta, chips , mash and rice also peppercorn sauce Lamb steak had decent taste to it but the downside was half of it ended up being bones. The t-bone steaks were of a very generous portion size, definitely the biggest I've seen at that price, likewise the steak was decent taste wise, meat was nice n tender at the start but unfortunately three quarters through eating the steak, the meat got harder to eat, ended up getting more chewy. Had no complaints about any of the sides...

Great tasting fresh food, big portions we ordered too much! Spicy donner and burger platter - burger was good, donner cooked in a sauce was excellent. Loaded Nachos were really tasty My husband had the prawns - cooked well, and still juicy

Disappointed.. Before ordering the mix grill, I specifically asked if the seekh kebab was frozen or freshly made. I was told that, it was fresh and the chef mixes all the spices in house. But when it arrived, it was frozen. The texture of the processed meat is way different compare to the freshly made. No matter how much you grill it or however you cook it. It will never change. Please be open with the customer. Chicken tikka was off too. And who puts the sauce on the starter? If I want to eat it with the sauce, then I will add it myself. I ordered mix grill to taste the meat. Not the sauce. Parmasen and the drinks was good.

Very good place to eat. Well priced, their mixed sizzler is enough for 2, perhaps with a small starter, good staff Parking bit of an issue, can park in sainsburys if they are open. Space inside is a bit tight.

The service was a bit poor they weren’t happy with us going in and sitting on a table which was apparently reserved and then told us we have an hour like some sort of threat, though we ended up staying for nearly 2 hours…, I get it was a busy Saturday night but if they want returning customers they need to act a bit more friendly Without being biased the food was around a 3.5/5, good. The starters edged the mains, even if the service wasn’t great, I’ll give them the prices - really good for the portions received

Don’t eat steak often, but this place had the best sirloin I’ve ever eaten. Nachos are also very good

The lamb chops were good, better than average. The main thing is the variety in the sizzler. Portions are huge! Kind and polite staff.

Went with some friends, and found it to be a rather pleasant experience. After a short wait we were shown to our table and given menus. There were a lot of items on the menu, many pretty similarish. I ended up getting a naga mixed chicken and sirloin sizzler which included pasta, vegetables and a peppercorn sauce. The meal arrived piping hot, but I couldn't wait and burnt my mouth several times! The meat was delicious, cooked perfectly, spicy and absolutely hit the spot. The dish was big, and I mean big, so much so that we couldn't finish our meals. Prices were approximately £20 per person with drinks. The place looked clean, staff were friendly and helpful, but parking is awkward. Recommended and would go again. NOTE: CASH ONLY

Visited here after a while as the last time we came, peri burger was freshly grilled soft and scrumptious. However this time it was very poor. Crunchy fried overdone batter then grilled with a bad peri marinade, very poor tasting along with 6oz dry tasteless beef burger. Nachos cheese were great but also lacking the mince meat they used to have too. Overall they are cost saving too much and it's showing in the food. Very poor quality. I hope they read this and make a difference.

Went here today and the customer service was so bad. The short Bengali guy serving was extremely rude and was busy on FaceTime looking at us laughing. Will never be returning here even though the food is actually nice. They need to sort their customer service out ASAP. I cannot believe had we was treated. They also only take cash so they can defraud the Tax man clearly.

The definition of a social media hype job

I visited this restaurant with a group of friends, hoping to book a table for 8. However, our experience took a disappointing turn when the waiter with a beard responded to our payment method query with an unwelcoming attitude. His lack of accommodation prompted us to leave immediately and seek another dining option elsewhere. Customer service left much to be desired.

I Ordered chicken peri peri, sauce was too much tangy same with the wings. Both items were dry and they don't accept cards as it is cash only.

Top class Restaurant. From start to finish was a nice evening. Even tho it was packed out. Managed to fit 4 in. Ordered the sirloin strips with chips. Had it at medium chilli strength. And Damn that Sauce is Hot. Wonder what the HOT HOT sauce strength is like. But have to admit that the quality on the meat and the rest of the food was absolutely spot on. Real tasty it was apart from the Hot sauce. Should order mild next time. Waiter kept checking up on us which was nice even tho the place was packed out. So definitely will be visiting again next time I am in Oldham. Keep up the great work guys.

Never had a bad meal here yet . The T bone steak is amazing , not much veg this time but also would recommend the nachos . Really tasty meal

We ordered pasta with no red sauce and they said there ganna do that. Then they bring the food with red sauce. My sister hated the chicken it was gross.

First time coming here won't be the last, amazing place, staff very friendly and nice, food was lovely, portion sizes are big and i mean big, prices are decentish, a little expensive on the steak side of things but i guess its how it is. Mocktails were very nice, did give us wrong mocktail but staff quickly corrected this so thank you for that, big menu selections, only thing i can think of improving is the toilets downstairs, they don't lock as the door is broken the allignment is off. The other thing is the toilets are also way too small, this is the only thing i think you need to improve and this place will be on top of the world, keep up the good work my uncles. Thank you for serving us

We thought we would have a nice family meal out and we decided on BBQD for some nice food. Service was 10/10 and the food matched it. We ordered 2 T bone steaks and donner sizzlers and the food was absolutely delicous. Would come here again.

Very nice food and reasonable price. Best grill chicken so far. But chairs are bit lower than tables, sinking, hence little tight when dealing with food plates. Rest is ok.

This place wasn't bad but it wasn't the best either. I heard a lot about it, so I thought I'd give it a visit. When we got there, we were placed to sit near the window. The waiter forgot about us, so we had to get up and get a menu ourselves. Waiter eventually came, but the food took a while to arrive. When the food did arrive, it didn't taste as great as what I'd expected. It wasn't the worst place though. Just mediocre

Alhamdulliah, I loved the food at this great establishment. The service was quick and speedy and the food was amazing to say the least. I ordered the t bone steak and also the chicken steak. These steaks were seasoned perfectly and had a generous amount of succulent fat in them. The sides which came along with the steak was mouth watering. Not just your low- quality cheap ingredients but something else which was more high quality. The lamb chops were grilled and they were super crispy to perfection. The mocktails were super tasty as well. Will look forward to eating at this restaurants in the future.

Second time visiting this restaurant although we have also ordered takeaway too. It really just doesn't disappoint, the food is amazing, tasty, large portions, good quality and the staff really seem to care that you enjoy it. We can't fault the place and will be returning time after time. Make sure you go hungry!!

Ordered a takeaway from this place and it was brilliant, it was a "Swiss parmesan" (I'd recommend them adding much more "parmesan sauce" or what I'd expect is bechamel sauce? And try to as closely mimic a "Parmo" from Middlesbrough and they'll be onto a killer dish!!), Had a grilled chicken starter that was the most amazing chicken dish I've had I could have just ate 10 of those, was brilliant. The mash potato and veg feels kind of an afterthought and isn't really needed. Aside from that can't give it anything less than 5 stars.

I gave 4 stars due to still being hungry after my meal, food is very tasty though.

Lamb steak was very thick in some places and thin on the other. Way too much cheese, was sickly and ruined the meal. Chicken sizzler wasn’t nice. I always go to gourmets in Oldham for lamb steak but thought I’d would try this place. Service was good but just a shame about the food. Would not recommend.

Delicious food at reasonable prices with excellent customer service. We had the swiss burger meal, half peri peri chicken with rice and chicken poppers. The burger was an authentic gourmet burger and hit the spot! Both chicken dishes were cooked well and were tasty. Thank you for the complimentary drinks for the children.
