I genuinely don't think this place could get an order right if their lives depended on it, the amount of money they take off people for missing items they could hire at least 5 staff to actually check orders are correct before leaving the premises.

Dry burger cold undercooked chips won't be rushing back.

Seems to be getting worse and worse the food here. Never been a fan but ok for a quick eat. Sausage and egg mcmuffin was swimming in grease so much so that the bun was soggy at the bottom. Ended up throwing it after the 1st bite. The buns seem to be getting smaller and smaller.

£29 for 2 adults and 2 kids? Tesco meal deals do a better job for half the price.

The place is run by kids that take no notice of u and have you waiting for a ice cream then tell u sorry we don't have any how hard is it to put a Sign up ??? And service your food cold

Really fancied seafood risotto but they don't sell it so had a chicken nugget happy meal instead. I will NEVER eat seafood risotto ever again as this was simply delicious. They also had a variety of accompaniments to choose from. I opted for tomato sauce. AMAZING! 10/10

the big mac I had to build myself as the pickles were underneath the whole burger on the bottom of the box. the quarter pounder patty was half was across the van.

Absolutely shocking. Did not eat. Korean bites are just chicken nuggets. Noodles dry, beef burnt. Curry not even a curry, all dried up and a weird taste.

Delivery time was pushed back again and again. When it got delivered it the drink leaked and the food was at most tepid. I could have got dressed and collected myself twice over at five pound difference. You live to learn.

When food arrived the fries burgers and nuggets were cold mcflurry was mostly melted. This seems to be an issue with every order i even asked for burgers to be made without certain items on them whether that happened or not. Whether this is a staff issue or delivery issue or both im unsure are the staff preparing items and having them sat waiting. With a company as large as mcdonald's with there experience still shouldn't be happening. Deeply disappointed and feel let down time and time again.

Ordered 2 Philly cheese meals at the drive thro , I got home and I’d been given burgers with just cheese on , I drove back and asked for new ones , I got no apology just new ones slammed in the counter all squashed . This is not the first time this has happened at this place . It was 1 am so wasn’t like it was a busy time so no excuse just trying to rip people off !

never prepare the food how you ask them always have items missing off the order an never put sauces in for nuggets or share boxes annoying and I wouldn't order at all again but the children love it an when your order 50 to 60 pound you would think they would at least try an get it right but never do

It took an an hour from ordering before I got the order and it was cold so I don’t believe the driver came straight from collecting. The driver clearly did a lot of drops before getting to me and I understand that the driver might do more than one delivery at a time but it should not be that many that I then received cold food. Not happy

Everytime I order from here there is something missing I always end up having to reorder the missing items again to then put a refund request in which gives credit on my account meaning I then have order of just eat again to actually have my refund !

I’m writing to bring attention to an issue I’ve experienced, which I believe is shared by many delivery drivers. As someone who works hard to provide timely service, it’s disheartening to be treated with disrespect while picking up orders. On a recent visit, I tried to get the attention of an employee near the counter, but instead of acknowledging me, they looked directly at me and then walked away, like I was a nuisance to them, which made me feel ignored and undervalued. This kind of treatment makes an already challenging job even harder. I’ve spoken with other delivery drivers, and many have shared similar experiences. We understand that restaurants get busy, but a little courtesy and communication go a long way. I hope management can address this with staff, as the current attitude towards drivers is disgusting. I feel as though the staff think they can get away with it because most drivers aren’t educated, which means they lack the ability to complain. This mistreatment needs to stop, and I will be making a formal complaint to Uber through the union regarding this unacceptable behaviour

delivery was fast as always but every single time we order from macdonalds they always miss items, never send the dips and ALWAYS leave out the straws which is disappointing when you've got a milkshake. You pay a service charge for a service you don't receive.

Complete wrong order I ordered nearly £30 order and receive a £12 unable to contact store as keeps going to voicemail. Had issues with this store several times before but kept gave them the benefit of the doubt. Will never use this store again now been let down to many times with them and whilst trying to get a refund it a day or two without cash that could have gone on something else. They really need to start looking at changing there delivery drivers

We have ordered from here a few times now and it’s always spot on , still hot wen it arrives, unlike a lot of the other places , today only a slight hick up, no cheese on my burger and I’d asked for extra cheese . It won’t stop us ordering again the food is always very tasty and comes quick.

My order was not delivered at all

1 breakfast missing. not happy at all.

I specifically asked for the dips to be put in the order. It had dry chicken and mozzarella dippers. The share box was supposed to come with chosen dips. The dips were on the receipt. The cold food might have been slightly better if you’d put them in. I honestly do know if it’s incompetence or just some sad little power trip. But there was no dips not one! Ruined the already cold food! Nothing could save it. Tried ringing no answer. Left a message no response! Waste of time and waste of money.
