Spilt drinks all over bag as you can see by images,just eat refusing a refund which is disgusting based on images of proof alone warrants a refund I give up with McDonald’s if it’s not missing items every order it’s this useless

Astonishingly incompetent!!! In the 4 times we have ordered food from here, 4 times they managed to get it spectacularly wrong. You couldn't make it up. The first time we called through the drive through. Made our order and was told to wait in the bay. After around 30 minutes, the girl came over to the car with our food, on opening the window, she almost chucked the drinks at me with no apology. We drove home and then realised some items were missing. We called the store and spoke to the manager who said that we could go for the same order for free at another time as way of apology. I was fine with that. So we went again a few weeks later, and explained that our order was complimentary from the manager. We ordered this time inside the restaurant. Drove home and yet again was found to be several items either missing or wrong! Yet again I called but this time I couldn't get through so put it down to a bad experience. 3rd attempt was a just eat delivery a few months after that. And guess what! Wrong again. Melted mcflurries, missing burger and dips which we paid for, and the drinks were wrong. So again I called the restaurant, this time speaking to what I can only describe as someone with absolutely no customer skills whatsoever. All he could say was he was sorry and if I wanted to drive down I could pick up what was missing or wrong with the order. Why would I want to do that when I have just ordered the food online, for the purpose of not having to go out. Our meal was ruined! So the next day I called macdonalds customer service line and explained everything to them. The lady I spoke to was lovely and explained that obviously it sounds as though the staff at this particular branch need extra training, which she would recommend. She gave me some coupons for a couple of free meals and I was happy with the outcome. So tonight we decided to use the free meal coupons and ordered 2 medium quarter pounder with cheese meals. And 2 plain cheese burgers as a treat for the dogs. You can guess the rest. 1 quarter pounder, and 3 standard cheese burgers!!! Are the staff extra qualified in stupidity! Wont be ordering from Huddersfield rd again for a long time if ever again. BE WARNED!!!

All the staff are mouth breathing idiots who can't tell a cooked chip from a raw one. Every single time I've ordered from here the chips are never cooked properly and it's always freezing cold.

This isn’t a restaurant anymore, it’s just a big “Uber Eats” pick up point with tables. Dreadful service, cold food, long wait time. Everything about this place is bad. I think McDonald’s is finished unless it changes quickly.

Drive through review Waiting forever for food, for it too come cold- they give you drinks and ice cream at the start. Ice cream had melted and the coffee was cold by the time we got the food. Any McDonald’s in Oldham area is shocking - been to the ones in Ashton and Manchester and food is fresh, hot not like it has been sat around waiting for the people to grab and give the order out. Oldham maccies needs to sort itself out it’s only getting worse!

Consistent on never getting an order correct; one female night shift worker here got an attitude that stinks of rotting meat; centre-part hair tyed in a low central ponytail approximately 5'1". Kids with attitudes.

Incompetent. For the third time I have ordered a chicken select meal and received a share box of whatever cheese based dipper they're featuring that month. I am so sick of paying for chicken and getting cheese. Stop giving me cheese. You never put it right, my wife just has to sit with a box of cheese for lunch. Great that I can get a refund for one part of a meal, but I don't get my delivery fee back, I don't get a refund for the cost of the meal, I get six pounds for the chicken that you never send, after 3 days. I can't eat money 3 days later. I wanted chicken. What the hell is your problem with putting chicken in a box? STOP SENDING ME CHEESE.

The worst experience ever in mcdonalds. My husband and I waited nearly 25 minutes for our order - when questioned I was informed it was bagged up and taken to a bay - I was eating in. Was told to take a seat and have it brought to the table. Eventually got it and received a mcflurry and apple pie each as compensation. We ate the chips, which were soggy and decided to take the rest home. We had the burger and chicken nuggets at home. The burgers tasted strange but we ate them. The day after both of us were violently ill- both ends. We had only eaten the mcdonalds the day before. A terrible all round experience

Quick service and helpful staff always ask if you want sauces which I always forget 5* chips are always top tier

Shockingly bad display of service, food ALWAYS comes late and ALWAYS has something wrong with order. I work late and this is basically the only place open when I finish so I have no choice to order from here and 9/10 I’m waiting an hour for one burger and 3 selects with a drink. Today though the food came an hour late but this time my burger was stone cold and instead of chicken selects they gave me the box with some random breaded ball thing, it’s not even chicken. So I’m summary I payed £13 for non edible burger and some random thing I don’t even know that it is. I highly recommend YOU DO NOT ORDER AT THIS DUMP

Disgraceful service. Ordered from here a few times and every single time, they miss out the fruit packet. This time they missed out my large fries in my meal. I called them up asking for a refund. They said to email them as over the phone they said I’d have to travel there to collect my refund. I emailed them and they replied with the same thing that I’d have to travel all the way there just for my refund. It’s lazy behaviour from the staff as they’re meant to double cap the drinks so they don’t spill which they didn’t the drinks are always spilled all over the bag. It’s just laziness and it needs to be sorted. The staff are careless and no one does anything about it.

Food delivery is shocking from this mcdonalds multiple times when I've ordered the meals are never right . It's either sauces missing . Items of food . Can people not just read a receipt correctly . But then when u do phone to complain its not there issue you have to complain to just eat . But yet your preparing the meals just eat are just delivering . Don’t very often have a McDonald’s but I fancied a Big Mac and fries. Went through the drive through at Huddersfield Road Oldham. Very disappointed - the taste was there but the food was only lukewarm, no pickles or gherkins!!!! Not good enough…….

Bonny was very lovely this morning she came outside and asked us did we want a cup of tea as we couldn't get in work and it was cold. We had had our breakfast in there first. She came out with all the teas/coffees well done to bonny and thank-you much appreciated very polite lady x

I haven't been to McDonald's for a whole and was shocked at the cost. I purchased my food and drove home which is a two minute journey. On opening the food it was cold and had to be microwaved which is not on.

Item missing on my order, phone not being picked up at the restaurant and the McD's website is useless and says to contact Uber Eats. It's nothing to do with Uber, the order was sealed so clearly the driver hasn't nicked it.

Got Uber Eats delivered and it’s the worst maccies in the whole of east Manchester. Mozzarella dippers sharebox did not arrive, burger patties burnt, chips literally stone cold and stale, lettuce on the burger was brown, drinks were nearly warm. And the apple pie was chewy so it’s either not cooked long enough or been left out for ages(no time of cook on the packaging either) McFlurry had about half a teaspoon of smarties pieces in it. The driver wasn’t that slow so it’s clearly this McDonald’s has no idea what they’re doing. I ordered at 21:40 so it clearly wasn’t busy cause it never is at that time of night. So there’s time to do an order properly. Will keep ordering from Warrington St in Ashton cause this place is ridiculous.

Thw food was no different than any other place. My issue was when staff humiliated my by getting angry and laughing at my Tourette's which is uncontrollable at best. This effected the environment given it was filthy, the floors were so greasy I slipped.

Every single time we have ordered delivery from here, the main part of our order is missing. Every single time. More fool us for thinking it’ll be different each time. There’s no way of actually getting the food once they have already delivered. Have complained before and hadn’t used for a while, after a long day with a baby whilst poorly, we thought we’d give it a go again. Wrong wrong wrong again. All well and good refunding the item missing but the whole meal is ruined now, with money spent, time wasted and still having to cook - yet again!!

Amazing difference to my usual couple of Maccies I go to. This one was spotless - whilst on half term. The food was great and the staff were all cheery. Best experience I've had in a long time!

Whoever was the manager here tonight, I was listening to him organising the place and I've never seen a manager organise so we'll in a McDonald's ever. It was busy as usual and most McDonald's are a nightmare of craziness and it takes months to get served. He had it all boxed off and sorted all the Uber drivers out and everything. Give the guy a pay rise or at least recognise a good member of staff

i’ve ordered several times on uber eats and the food is so poor am shocked they even serve it to customers rock solid burgers disgusting. look at the pictures they are all gone in the bin all of the burgers! i ordered again to see if it happens and the same again.

Avoid if possible, slow service and can't get an order correct, food is always cold and you should have a go of the lottery if you get fresh food that's not been smashed as it's been prepared. Worst mcdonalds I've ever ordered from!.

Slow to process order. when the food did come out there were items missing and all good was cold. Bought two kids happy meals to find one had less than 10 fries in its bag. Not a very happy meal. Without doubt this is one to avoid.

Absolutely disgraceful drive through Sat in lane 2 while 5 cars went through lane If you cant run 2 lanes cone one off its not hard God knows how many staff inside but all getting in each others way and that was just an observation while waiting to complain about the drive through. Went threw the drive food after a waiting for a while ordered payed but when I asked how long for my order after being asked to wait the member of staff was rude and talked to me as piece of muck and basically accused me of being rude I only asked a simple question all ways the same at this one and they messed my order up

ordered quarter pounder, mayo chicken, mc chicken, cheese bites on mcdelivery. the mayo chicken didn't come, the mc chicken was a mc spicy and it was dryer than the Sahara desert. there was also no straws for our drinks.

Staff on the early shift (6am) just seem to linger about taking forever to answer at the drive thru, had to wait 5 min for someone to take payment and then another 5min to get breakfast after being offered someone else's order at the hatch! This needs addressing as service at other times is alot better

Nipped in for a 4am bite to eat after dropping some friends at the airport. The staff were polite and the food was great. Everything was fresh and hot and so nice.

Absolutely ridiculous ordered 20 chicken nuggets with 4 garlic mayonassie dips and get sent 3 different dips I didn't even order when you order from somewhere and spend money you expect to get the correct order this is not the first time this has happened, it's shouldn't be difficult.

Well that was an experience. Stood in Macdonald's waiting to order and nobody was there. Even shouted "Hello"... Left without ordering.... 😕 Surreal experience......

The quality of their food here is going downhill. The drive is not busy but often they give me the wrong breakfast butty. And their cappuccino is severely lacking. Flavour, heat and it was not fill when I took the top off. I have better McDonald's experiences than this at other sites.
