Everything was cold mcDonald's really need to have a look at how they do their service.

Driver left all food at McDonald’s and only brought a bag with 2 drinks in, Was told to sort it with McDonald’s nothing he could do. Really?

Ordered plain cheeseburgers…..got cheeseburgers with ketchup and everything on!! I’m allergic to ketchup so couldn’t eat anything!!

I ordered my food in store for takeaway waited 15 minutes when the store was dead and my food was on tray and not in bag so asked kindly for a bag and he relied with no I had to juggle my food and two drink home . food was freezing as per normal and they given and large coke that was flatter than flat Stanley in stead of medium learn to read

the driver tied telling me it wasnt paid for. then. the jam muffin had no mujam on amd was to squeesed to eat. shocking

Order had wrong items AGAIN! If they aren’t completely messing up your order they’re missing items altogether.

Driver sat outside in his car and refused to walk to my door because it was raining, I explained that I couldn't leave the house as I have 2 young children. Eventually I had to run out and look for his car which was far away from my house as the food was getting cold, THE FOOD WAS FREEZING and inedible

Ordered at 4.40. Good didn't arrive until 5.40. Freezing cold and measly portion of chips.

Absolutely appalling, placed an order at 6pm and my order didn’t arrive until 7:30pm with 3 items missing and x2 medium fries which would amount to 1 portion!!

Been going (on occasion) over the past few years. The past few visits in particular, the quality of the food has been consistently poor. Food is always cold/stale and partially filled fries/drinks. Considering prices have obviously increased a fair amount as well, it’s no longer as competitive on pricing, so even worse value for money now. Maybe standards will improve, but I doubt it.

For didn’t even arrive and haven’t been refunded discrasful been waiting 2 hours for the food and when I rang the restaurant thay are rude

This place is ridiculous twice I have ordered and both times half the order has been missing first time though genuine mistake but unfortunately I made the mistake of trying again only for it to happen again avoid this place

unfortunately no straws even though the straws are paper and breakup at least you can drink a little

Driver did not know where to go and did not follow any instructions given. I want to put a complaint in as due to the drivers actions for food was cold

Over an hour and half late and absolutely stone cold. Two tired and hungry kids. Delivery time constantly changing. Even the milkshakes had melted. Not the first time. Last time the delivery driver took our food for an hours ride before delivery.

Most of my food was either cold or tasted reheated (especially my fries), my so called “chilli double cheeseburger” only had one burger on it & no chilli (the whole reason I got that burger to begin with), with a couple of hastily threw on jalapeños & to top it all off, the lid of my drink wasn’t properly secured so I lost about a third of it. All in all I rate this experience a 4.5/10 (& that’s me being generous).

There always giving the wrong orders rushing about because there lazy and incompetent I swear down next time I go there someone’s getting a smack

Missing 2 apple pies and the McFlurry was not Maltesers it was chocolate orange and my autistic son hates orange Once again Mc Donald’s mess up a simple order

Very poor, yet again! 4 lots of chips missing, and came late, extending the ETA by 4 or 5 times before finally being delivered. Every time we order from this McDonald’s something is wrong, it is a risk to reputation of both the McDonald’s brand and just eat! My advice, choose something else tonight!

I genuinely don't think this place could get an order right if their lives depended on it, the amount of money they take off people for missing items they could hire at least 5 staff to actually check orders are correct before leaving the premises.

My order was freezing when it arrived then he was asking for a code I didn’t now what he was on about so wouldn’t give me my order I ended up snatching it in the end kids was screaming while I was waiting I’m disappointed then j had to warm the food so 2 of my kids wouldn’t eat it

If I could give less ratings I would! Where to begin the food was cold, there were no sauces even though we asked for 4 sweet and sour and 3 bbq. Total wrong order .. ordered five chicken selects meal with a cold latte and a mcflurry and I got a big Mac meal and a coke no mcflurry and the food was cold to touch .. least the cats will have enjoyed it . Left it for them savage through lol
