my order says delivered but i never received it, id like a refund

every time you order from this McDonalds you never get sauces even the ones you have paid for . you never get straws how they forget straws knowing u need them to drink the drinks shocking this mcdonalds

Absolutely disgusting ordered a mc flurry ended up with a chocolate milkshake and the never even mixed the chocolate syrup properly straight into the bin waste of fuel and money

Delivery guy was rude and ignorant. Food cold. Never again.

mc ds isn't cheap so when you get a discount it's a must, then it arrives cold and missing items .. I will try for refund ..but we all know what happens there ... o well I lose again 🙃

Both wraps came with brown sauce not red amd sent the pancakes with no sausages mo syrup no forks

Absolutely shocking. Cant get orders right and ever after going back in to ask for the correct grilled wrap I was still given crispy. As for the side salad, it is like you have scraped together rubbish off the floor. The fact this is served and labeled food is absolutely disgusting.

Delivery driver was great, polite and closed the gate. Really important for me as I have dogs. But the food was cold an as per usual no dips 🤦‍♀️. I know it gets busy but customer service is rubbish

Ordered my food at 6.45pm and my food didn’t arrive until 7.40pm. The restaurant is literally less than a mile from my home. So McDonalds prepared my food and presumably left it there for most likely half an hour at least to go cold and stale. By the time it was delivered it was cold, stale and the milkshakes were melted. No straws provided, no sauces with the chicken nuggets. Very poorly packaged, very disappointing.

The worst branch of McDonald's. This is due to the lack of supervision of the workers who work in the branch OL5 2BY, especially in the evening shift. The workers who are not crowded at work. I went at 1:45 and there was only me and there were four workers. I waited for more than half an hour to order and they were asked to wait. In short, there is no manager over them. The workers do what they want with all boldness and deliberate respect.

An hour to deliver ‘fast’ food! Fries, a burger and some chicken selects is all I ordered nothing special. Not quite sure what the problem was? Just wanted something quick and easy for tea after a hard days graft in the cold. Won’t be doing it again from here. Positive Just eat reluctantly gave me credit to use for my next 1 star review 🙌

every time I order from here my order is wrong... ladt time the driver was going around in circles for 20 minutes, delivered my food cold and late... I told him the code 3 times before closing my door to eat the cold food and as he forgot the code I'd told him multiple times, he started kicking my front door in the middle of the street at 7am in the morning... he couldn't speak English, clearly lacked the intelligence to follow a sat nav and kicked my front door..

The food was cold and I’m not exaggerating we ordered apple pies which only one arrived and those are usually like lava after a 20ml round trip but not these they had no heat in them what so ever. I don’t know why I do it to myself really I don’t, won’t happen again. Your delivery drivers should not be allowed to take more than one delivery as I watched my guy drive all over town before he got to me so yeah DO BETTER! The refund was shocking too!

Driver was driving round in circles couldnt work his gps came to my house and then drove off and ended up at at different addresses,by this point all our food was cold!!!

The orders we placed wasn't correct, three orders was correct, one order was incorrect and one order didn't arrive.
