Had a Drive thru, first time user's, so it all went very well, have been twice now.

This is one of the poor restaurants in the area, and I am a fan of the KFC restaurants. 1st, I went to the Kiosh order my meal, buy after pay 46 pounds, the receipt didn't came out, due to an issue with the printer, so I went to a staff member request it, but the staff member, it will be impossible to print out my order, so I had to be a bit more firm and I said "I want my receipt, now, call me the manager ASAP", and then on my order I told that person I want one of the soft drink(7UP) with no ice, but she still give me with ice, which my misses felt pain on her throat, this is not acceptable, you shouldn't put kids without accountability doing the job of an adult, this is a restaurant every time I go there I always have problems, I wish they would work like the one in Taunton near M5, or Plymouth in Armada Way

It can take sometime to get ready but the food was very nice and delicious.

My wife ordered our food the party bucket and when it arrived their was no sides or dips that came with our meal we have also tried phoning 17 times and have yet to speak to anyone about our meal

Visiting at teatime. Toilets disgusting. Tables not wiped despite few customers. £21 order for two arrived cold. Refunded. Staff clearly need disciplined leadership,but having received refund from the manager I don't hold out much hope with that

Very clean and tidy, staff were great, has become one of the better kfc's that I've been to, been there many times and each time all the staff have been friendly and helpful, unlike a lot of fast food places, they actually seem like they are happy being there, although I'm sure they're not 😁👍

We ordered on line it was over 40 minutes late and cold when arrived tried for half hour to phone them with no answer this place is disgusting would not order from them again nothing good about this food

This is one of the best kfc I have been to for a long time every thing was hot fresh and happy staff well done keep it up .

Okay, where do I begin. When entering, the floor was wet with no wet floor sign. I wasn't too fussed about that but certain people may take advantage. It was quite a cold February night, so why the fire door was left open to channel a breeze through the seating area when the main door was opened, I don't know. Someone had left their table in an absolute state, which although the staff noticed, no one took responsibility to clean it. Me and my partner both ordered the same meal, however I ordered hot wings. The hot wings were old, I could tell, the batter was extremely crunchy, but not in a good way. Stale, fell off of the chicken. No gravy, which was annoying. As such we got coleslaw and mash for sides. The mash was just your bog standard podwer mash, not great . Coleslaw was fine. My order was handed to me wrong, twice. However to be fair the gent behind the counter was nice about getting it sorted and I appreciate that. The burger was good. Personally I think the new chips are terrible, and that's nothing to do with the Yeovil restaurant, they're just the old chips with a bit of salt pepper and rosemary. Personally I'd prefer them without the seasoning again.

Organised chaos would be a compliment to what we experienced tonight. Waited ages to watch a bunch of disorganised jokers throw badly prepared food into brown paper bags and leave drinks on the counter so long the ice had melted by the time we got the food to go with it. Food cold and badly prepared and the ridiculously small portions of limp soggy chips were a joke. My grandchildren, my wife and I were hoping for a nice movie night together over a takeaway we used to enjoy but Yeovil KFC is not worth the time or the crazy price they now charge for something you can barely call a meal. There are no score low enough on this site!!!! Frankly disgusting!!!!

Been in on the 8th 02 24 food was the best we had from any of the kfc very kind staff and very clean. Would recommend

Terrible service. Mr and my family went through the drive through about 8pm, there was no other customers Infront of behind us so I would assume they was not very busy, however, after ordering we was told to park up in the waiting bay as food would be a couple of minutes. However, 20 minutes later I had to go and ask where the food was and what was taking so long. It would appear the staff of teenagers didn't really care and we're quite rude. Worst KFC I have ever visited. But worst of all when we got home and ate the food was cold and chips were rubbery.

Having worked in a similar industry I know it can be gruelling - saying that, the evening team on Sun 7th Jan were so very polite and helpful, particularly the young man with the longer hair. It can be tough working in a customer facing role with the extra time pressures drive thru restaurants have as well. Thank you team, very appreciated after a long day.

Self-service screens weren't providing receipts. Only one server at the counter (at lunch time) who was having to deal with delivery drivers as well as normal customers. The burger looked thrown together.

Decided to give this KFC another go as have had a very disappointing experience about 6 months ago where our food was given to other people whilst we were waiting in our car for it.After 2 visits to the managers area i asked for my money back to which i was told the food is now ready.I politely refused and left this was after 30 minutes, Anyway 20 Nov at 2:40pm we decided to try the Christmas specials advertised on the TV. I saw people leave that had ordered before me and people leave that arrived after me. I went to enquire what was happening to my order and the young lad on the front desk said it would be ready in 2 minutes as he was waiting for the fillets to be cooked (i am told that Fillets at KFC take around 5 minutes to cook) this was 10 minutes after my order was placed. I noticed the person on the drive through had plenty of time on his hands talking to staff, mainly the cook that was supposedly cooking my order. I enquired again about my order this time the lad went around to see what was happening and the food did eventually come 17 minutes after ordering. Whilst there i saw 2 people come and go then return with the wrong order. When sitting to eat the table was not cleaned either. For a KFC that was not busy at all i find the whole experience unacceptable and Management need to be looked at as standards are clearly not met here.

I go to this kfc once a week and normally the food is generally to a good standard. But I have been quite frustrated with the last few times I’ve been, My order has been wrong every time. I have to re tell them I said large after them taking the order as they always put regular. And the other day my burger was wrong and I got 2 hot wings when I asked for a piece of chicken. Adding more, my 2 recent visits have been substandard also. I was given beans that were 2hrs past their sell time. When I took them back for a fresh one, they just changed the lid with the same beans inside. And my chips were half full. The standard is dropping more and more, will not visit here again

Hello I had a large order today. I was through drove through and I specifically asked if all is in the bag which was handed to me the employee said YES. BUT HALF OF MY ORDER WAS MISSING.... LAST TIME I WAS THERE...OR #NEVERAGAIN THANK YOU FOR DISSAPOINTING MY FAMILY...

Good Place to visit. Busy but still got to sit down and eat. Hot food.

Food arrived earlier than expected but despite this it still arrived not piping hot (as expected considering it arrived earlier than the ETA) but just not so warm, had to reheat in the oven. Also, the order was saying “..10 pieces hot wings” but we received only 8, which is unpleasant and disappointing if you think that you pay for a specific order and a specific service and they don’t give you the right one.

Normally like KFC for everything but have never had a good service in this place. Better off with drive thru. But even that has often meant things being left off. Every occasion they have not had something available. The place needs looking at as tables are never clean when I have been. Last time three people ended up cleaning there own.

Don't ever use this restaurant!! Completely wrong order delivered, with missing items, and ignored by the restaurant all night when trying to contact them.. made even better an hour later when my nephew is then ill because of your food or lack of hygiene! If I could leave a -5* I would.

As you'd expect mostly bunch of young lads who don't really care for what you've ordered. Aside from a lad named Chris who when my order had all been crammed into a box and smashed together, refused to pass it onto me and went and remade it so it was all in a decent condition to give me. He gets 10/10 customer service.

There was a big hefalump that was scranning bare bargain buckets In the corner and she was wearing a dog collar. Proper weird behaviour especially because she crawled up to me on all fours and squeezed her rectal excrement into my zinger wrap, can't lie tho it added a nice nutty flavour

Not the best kfc I've been to and the last two times have been the worst no hot drinks and no krushems and was not told they were unavailable till after ordering and paying for them. The staff especially the young lads are quite rude to customers and bossy to other members of staff lots of young teens for staff who don't seem to know what they are doing and just stand around chatting. Not the cleanest of places and forgets half of the order tell them they missed things out and the still don't bring over everything that's missing a total of 3 times having to go back and ask for what we paid for don't think I'll be visiting this one again.

absolutely rubbish ! dis organised , seemed to be all about the Uber eats orders we were waiting for nearly 50 mins and it wasn't overly busy , eventually got a Luke warm meal with soggy chips staff were messing about with each other and completely un professional shan't use again !

Horrendous wait in drive through and unable to reverse out. Never again. Avoid this franchise. 36mins just to take order. Another 26mins to receive it.

It's OK for quick food in Yeovil. They often run out of items, and you don't know until you get there - and the staff will sometimes mess the order up, or miss items - just double check before you leave, and check when the food should expire as they often give out "expired" food...

Staff are very helpful they go out of their way to help you with your needs

Good tasted ok. Staff Can't be bothered to give you both thighs when requested and forgot the drive through etiquette so no napkins or salt or wipes....totally Disinterested staff....

I had several takeaways and it’s always two items missing. Tonight we spend 40 pounds and there was no chips . How stupid?? Can you improve. Its so frustrating and you are taking the customers money without providing the items. Shame on you

I never write reviews but this kfc is the worse one around you wait in the cue for 30/40 minutes that is not even that long 5 cars at the most and when you finally get your food it’s cold and has been sitting there for ever do not recommend.

Having been in this mortal coil for nearly 57 years I can honestly say that tonight KFC “meal” is quite possibly the worst “food” I have ever eaten. Mostly ended up in the bin, wrong “food”, greasy, fries i wouldn’t feed to a pig. If I hadn’t had to drive more than 20 minutes I would have come back and asked them to eat it.

Wouldn't recommend unless you want to listen to the workers conversation the whole time and the tone of their words not really appropriate for a work place, literally run by kids, food tasted like it was re heated more than once dry as anything, says something when your 18 month old wouldn't even eat the chicken!but only positive we got our money back for one of the meals

DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER FROM ONLINE!!! How is this restaurant still open??? We just received our order via Deliveroo which we waited 30-40 minutes for, we paid £30 in total, The food was stone cold, when we opened the bag the bucket of chicken was open and the bag of chips was open (one bag of chips was missing), the food also looked like it was scrapped from the bottom of the barrel and looked old and not fresh at all, they also forgot our bottle of drink, extremely angry and disappointed, and this is not the first time this has happened. We Will not be ordering food online ever again.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before my order was taken. Then another 15 minutes to get to desk, pay and collect my order. Got home, food was terrible. Chicken fillet burger was burnt and dry, bun was burnt. Chicken leg was inedible(even cats wouldn’t eat it), chips were cold, beans were cold and on,y a few beans in it. Pot full of sauce. Staff were apologetic though ..

I m disabled and I used the toilet was there and there no toilet paper in there when I said about they said their put some in their for me which I thought was to late then.anorther thing when bought the food over to us their was no paper plates and napkins .they were hopeless and wasn't very clean there.

A young lad by the name of Chris is really good at communicating and has nice recoil if you know what I mean. His smile is dreamy and if it wasn’t for him I would’ve never had a gravy bucket in my life. Oh and some other employees like a 5ft 6 man who was unnecessarily paranoid claiming to have opps,a Russian with glasses and a big bulge in his pants and a big muscular man with extremely long and curly hair with round glasses also have the best customer service I’ve ever had. It was so good I can barley walk now and my lower half of my body is numb.

I thought these two workers chris and hayden were brilliant made me smile with their funny jokes and their eyes that take you away. Great service from both of them gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for from them I loved my experience with them two.

Staff unprofessional, while waiting for my order buy the pick up window the staff taking over order true intercom and customer asked for specific item staff members said they don't have it and started making fun of him once customer moved off to line. Staff started making unprofessional jokes about the customer . Was wery discounted by the all situation

This KFC is very disorganised! We’ve used it on many occasions, and have only had a handful of visits when the food comes out in acceptable time. The wait is frustrating to say the least, half an hour is the norm. The staff seem to have no specific direction, and just mill about chatting, whilst orders are supposed to be fulfilled. There also appears to be a lack of management, which obviously has a direct impact on how the place is run. The food is always pretty good, when it eventually comes out. They have given us extra items as an apology for the lateness. I just wish they would sort out the issues I mentioned above.

I have ordered a meal from this place a few times and it’s always been late, a sometimes not delivered at all, on many occasions the food has been poor quality over cooked the place seems to staffed and run by complete amateurs, and definitely not a good recommendation for KFC brand, I don’t like being charged for something that I have not had, this is a criminal offence, know as theft, poor service from this branch, regional manager needs to take control.

We used indoors for a large order. Went to the car and the sides were missing and some chicken. Went through drive through and had to wait for an age. By the time we'd taken our order to our family it was cold greasy and dreadful. Bucket of chicken was pale and soggy and the chicken fell through the bucket when we were carrying for all the grease ....worst KFC I've ever had. Ruined our family lunch get together as we were all looking forward to our special treat!! Spent £50 for awful food. Sorry it's so negative.

After receiving 2 pieces of chicken that was obviously not freshly cooked I stupidly went ahead and ate them. I presume they had been re fryed/re heated. A few hours later I ended up really ill with vomiting horrendous stomach pains and diahorrea all night long. Will not buy ever again and have reported to food agency
