Food fine delivery over an hour late

The delivery took over 2.5 hours, after refusing delivery, customer services hung up on me. Terrible service!

Ordered at 19.15 estimated delivery time kept creeping up . After not receiving order or not getting a answer from the stores phone. I went up to the store at 9.15 to complain and magically my order was ready. Absolute joke .

Food took an hour and a half to arrive despite when ordering given a 20 minute timescale. When food arrived it the chips were cold and soggy and the chicken was also cold and dry. Appreciation to the courier who stayed at the restaurant for over an hour waiting for the delivery

Order was cold, missing x2 chips, corn on the cob, and x2 fillets.

Beautiful food, at a good price. Friendly and helpful staff. Whole family enjoyed it

Great that you brought back the double down, not so great I only got a chance to buy it a few times before it's being stopped again. Not a good move. Poor strategy there. Still love the chicken though, keep up the good work guys.

Last 4 orders 2 incorrect. A meal = burger, chips and drink is that so hard. Recommend everyone to check their order before you leave.

half the order was missing, tried ringing (20mins) engaged all the time, had to go to restaurant to sort it out, only one member of staff interested, if it was not for delivery driver who backed me up don't think I'd got anywhere, staff need to be more careful when doing orders (£30+) plus missing. this is not the first time this has happened, there was also 2 others there with same problems, get it sorted KFC

Awful, 2 lots of chips from the 3 meals weren’t there, 2 wrong drinks when I should’ve had 3, wrong wrap, no corn on the cob

Entered drive throu. New speaker was so quite couldn't hear anything that was being said. Paid for food then told to park up. Parked up and waited. Food arrived. Presumed it was all there..... That was a big mistake on our part thinking they'd actually get a complete order right for once... Children's meals had no chips.... This outlet need a serious staff/management shake up and much better quality control checks... DONT WASTE YOU TIME HOING TO THIS STOR MAKE THE DRIVE TO WINCANTON MUCH BETTER STORE....

Chicken arrived hot and crispy, fries were not so great as the portion size was tiny and were a little limp & lukewarm.

Order never arrived and no communication was made.

Use this service a lot as I'm doing 15 hour shifts and want something hot.

I order here frequently and they often forget at least one item from the order. If going here, make sure to order in store and check the order thoroughly when it’s handed to you. Very poor service

It's KFC Yeovil is better than it was

This meal was ordered at about 7pm for my bed bound wife as a treat. we have always had prompt and on time delivery, this did not arrive until just after 9pm at which point my wife was so tired she only ate a small amount before going to sleep hungry. Not happy at all.

Delivery time was over an hour late. The estimate time just kept changing when it got to the original delivery time. Waited over 2hrs and couldn’t get hold of the store to see how the progress was going. Defiantly won’t be ordering from there again.

Some of our order was missing and replaced with an item we didn’t order

Delivery was slightly delayed. Order was missing an entire meal and the other meal was wrong and missing items.

The order was continually being delayed. We placed the order at 7.05 and it arrived at 9.50. There was no way to communicate at all or cancel or anything! Highly dissatisfied and not impressed. I should have a refund. I had to drove to the restaurant and complain after 2 hours. Took them a while to find the order and still 45 mins to get it too me

Uber eats delivery was fine. I tipped the driver and paid for priority delivery. But chicken and burger were cold and chips and gravy were missing.

what's going on with KFC. They sent incorrect stuff last time I ordered and today there's only about 10 chips in the bag

Overall good however frequently misses a few items in the order or gets something different than the order you place. Chicken is not always quality consistent some times over fried on the outside.

chicken was over cooked and a little pink also cold! the ten chips were also cold. vee disappointed

not happy. sent the wrong drinks. I asked for cans of tango and received fruit juice which I don't even like. also sent ketchup as no BBQ sauce left. i would rather have hard garlic dip as got wholemeal bottle of ketchup here

when ordering it said it would be delivered within 30 minutes nearly an hour and a half later the food was delivered and it was barely warm.

KFC was cold soggy and far from freshly cooked.

Now you've introduced this four number code it means that people will get their food and not worry about it being delivered elsewhere.

Anytime I order here the driver is always at the restaurant and the place takes an additional 20 minutes just to get the food done...

Apparently it’s had a refurb !!! If health and safety walked in they would have a field day.. floor was sticky to walk on, bins for customers use overflowing at one stage until a staff member decided to use the edge of a tray to ram the waste in a bit more, then this didn’t work so the said member of staff pulled out some of the cartons and went outside to the waste bin by front door and rammed the items in.. all very well but as soon as she came in the seagulls pulled out the garbage which they must have done earlier looking at the rubbish on the ground round it… then our food was declared ready… the chicken burger I requested minus the lettuce came and was literally a dry bun and a manky piece of chicken (not cold but neither was it hot) a very small bag of some sort of chips which were not at all tasty. My husband had a 2 piece meal, when I say 2 piece it was more like 1 piece cut in half and a similar bag of chip things which were cold, chicken was very dry and the famous coating was replaced by something indescribable making us think it had come from Icelands across the car park… we would have complained but a guy sat on a table across from us with his family tried that twice and got a few shrugs and a bag of food to compensate which he opened then left on the table and he and his family walked out… all in all not good in fact it was a terrible experience so won’t be going back… not good for a legend that was Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Should have checked my order before I left but they forgot to put the chips in the meal I ordered 🙄 . They also messed up the chaps order in front of me 🤷‍♂️.

30 minute wait for a bucket from the drive through.

One person serving at the counter, rubbish piled up out of the bins and all over the tables. The floor is so covered in grease that it’s hard to walk without slipping. Since the recent refit this store has massively gone downhill.

the time got pushed back for over and hour and i attempted to contact the restaurant over 30 times and the phone was always ‘occupied’ and my friend tried 47 times absolutely appalling.

Just don’t bother you’ll only regret it!! Love KFC loads of really great KFC outlet but Yeovil has to be one of if not the worst. Absolutely hopeless in every way.

Moved the order point on drive through with inadequate signage so car after car now misses the point and at order window gets told to drive back round and look for some obscure red box to shout at… creating a massive queue! Useless….

Takes two hours to deliver food that's cold.! After a refit and making the place look nice and posh, should have put more effort into the service.

This place should have stayed closed! Don't bother getting food from here. When chicken wings give you food poisoning, you know its either poor hygiene or poor management! This isn't the first time I've had bad chicken from here, but it will be the last!

Food was cold, and delivered late. ordered at 1700hrs to be delivered at 1815hrs (plenty of time to cook fresh food) then was delivered 45 minutes late and was stone cold.

I ordered KFC through just eat last night. My order was Wicked variety bucket and fillet box meal with 2 hot wings( which includes the fillet burger and a side+ drink) and I payed nearly £47. However, when Just eat delivered my order there was no burger, no side and the chicken and fries were too cold. When I contact KFC to enquire about my order they asked me to contact Just eat for refund however, as per just eat they delivered what they picked from KFC. It looks like either KFC or just eat want to take the responsibility. It was very upsetting and it's not the first time. I strongly believed KFC in yeovil is not doing their job properly. So please don't order anything from them, it's doesn't worth our money or time.

It’s was some greasy goodness. Basically bog standard KFC. Flavours were good. Chips were seasoned well. Only downside was it was a little bit late. But nothing major.

Moldy popcorn chicken. First day after their refit which makes me think, is this why I was given moldy food?! Was the food kept to long in the fridges? Ate the whole pack of popcorn chicken apart from the last 2 which were mold ridden, couldn’t touch anything else I ordered in there and neither could my partner. Live 12 miles away so unable to go back now but I will be contacting the relevant food hygiene departments as this is SHOCKING.

Drove in midday today 3rd October. Massive banner across frontage “Reopening 3rd October” all the lights are on, sign over door “Come On In” staff inside. Website says they are open. Door is locked. Staff ignore us. Can’t even be bothered to put a hand written sign on door to explain what’s going on, let alone come and talk to us. As we get back in car we see a couple of chaps having exactly the same experience. In summary: what a bunch of w*#kers.

Cold food,rude staff,order wrong. The place was dirty after opening late again. The food was greasy and so much seasoning on chips like eating salt. Burger buns were hard as stale. No drinks only cans. Told manager wouldn't be in till next week for complaints....

I drove all the way from Stoke-sub-Hamdon to the KFC in Yeovil, only to find that the branch was under maintenance, which wasn't indicated on the website. I was already disappointed, but the situation was made worse by the female manager on duty, Sam. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she yelled at me, told me off, and showed no empathy or understanding. Her behavior was completely unacceptable, lacking respect for customers and demonstrating poor managerial skills. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Missed parts of order, seems to be a regular occurrence.
