The best restaurants serving American food in England

Drive through never displays the order for long enough to read / double check if correct on the board, hence often driven though (maybe even arrived home) before discovering something missing / incorrect.

Delivered wrong items as per usual, had to struggle through the app going round in circles only to be told to talk to Uber eats as they deal with the delivery. Finally got to speak to someone and issued a refund of half the amount I should have been. Only to be told McDonald’s set the refunds not them. So there was nothing more to be done. I have paid for an item I have not received and not been reimbursed for it. Shocking and terrible business especially from one so large and wealthy. Greedy and disgusting service. I would love to be contacted and issued with a full refund as the whole experience and meal was ruined by frustration with the difficulty of the process.

The staff in the buffet doesn’t even know the "H" of hospitality. He is very rude. No one will greet you, if u ask them they will not even answer you. They will not find a seat for you, if u approach to a seat he will command you in military style go that seat.😃

one of the worst experiences in PIZZA HUT, ordered 2 pizzas for the deal of £10 any pizza size took 2 for £20, took these home to experience the next day awful upset stomach as the pizza they made was highly contaminated with bacteria, a whole day of upset stomach and to have a awful sore throat. Never will I i use that place, their food was late in receiving even though I ordered online. Whatever they was doing in the kitchen to handling it in the box was not right.

We visited yesterday with our two girls (15 &10) not a great experience and definitely won’t be back. It was very cold inside - my daughter ate her lunch in her coat as she was so cold, bacon burger was good and the sweet potato fries were too, prawn tacos were nice but we warned of you have any allergies as not all ingredients are listed on the menu. Luckily my daughter likes feta but it wasn’t mentioned at all! £16 for a salad with a bit of chicken and 6 tough prawns was a bit steep but the worst aspect of this place is the service! Painfully slow.....adding a service charge was a joke considering how slow it was and for people with children be warned, they will bring out a children’s menu as an after thought and it’s literally 4/5 things written down on a scrap of paper as an after thought! For the prices charged and where it is they really need to try harder!

What an awful place, service terrible, waited 20 mins for order, other people who came after me got their food first. Staff too busy chatting, would not recommend... So poor

Visited regularly during our stay at the park and had breakfast, lunch and supper here all of which were good. All the staff were friendly and it is also dog friendly. The arcade/games area in the basement was good the the new management were adding more to it when we were there.

Food was delicious, service was fast and friendly. Only (small) downside was that it was quite noisy. Recommended for desserts

I have just received my KFC apart from the delivery which was on time the food was the worst I've ever eaten from a KFC. I had a 10 peice Variety bucket. Every single mouthful was cold and so dry even both my dog and cat turned theirs noses up and walked away. It was so dry we were unable to swallow it without copeous amounts of water. After 2 prices it ended up in the bin. Never had this problem before, what a waste of £36

first of all The chips were uncooked and food was freezing cold the chips tasted like rubber will not be reordering (waste of money) after calling to see where my order was because it wasn’t updating after an hour, stuff were very rude. after calling to get a refund the staff were very rude and repeatedly hung up on on me after asking for i refund DONT EVEN ORDER. FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY RANK 🤢🤢

We have now finally written them off our toros list. Will stick to Birmingham. Fried Eggs looked like they were out of a war zone with crispy edges. which is a completely no from me. Chips were dry and tasted hard and like they have been fried more than once. Pasta had no flavour. To top it off the waiter dropped what was remaining in the dish of pepper corn sauce on his chair and splashes ended up on my husbands top. The rice was very bland. And the the toros special meat had fat on the edges.

Had a wonderful experience at both springys and Adventureland today my son loved it , the staff as always were lovely and azria the young waitress who served us was a great help would definitely be seeing me again

best American meal ever I would recommend it to tourist because it gives a good taste of what London can do with food

Don’t bother read previous posts! They don’t deliver your food and the contact number isn’t real. No contact from them either to attempt to deliver. Don’t waste your time or effort and money because you won’t get it back when you order! Yes I know I used Deliveroo but they also didn’t sort it or refund it. Absolutely shameful of a so called business. They don’t deserve to be open if they even are.
