Tony's Delight Spice Grill in Amber Valley

I've eaten here a couple of times recently and the food was great. I love that it stays open late, while other places are closing.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Didn't even deliver. Didn't even ring to say couldn't deliver. Rang to see where was and put the phone down. Gave benefit of doubt and business owner lied and said can't deliver now and put the phone down yet again. Avoid do not order.

Ordered a meal deal for 1 paid £28 the box of onion rings come with breaded mushrooms as well as onion rings but they was burnt. I never ordered mushrooms as I’m not a fan. Took an hour on delivery Chips and pizza both under cooked Ordered ham and pineapple pizza and the other was meant to be chicken tikka ham and onion but got chicken tikka and pineapple and onion. Best thing about the order was the bottle of coke and the cheesy garlic bread. Very disappointing and will not be recommending or returning again.

Diabolical deluvery service iver 20 mins late, and they could not care less, not the first time either, last order ill be placing, shame as foods good.

Absolutely terrible food was late but burgers were that hot I only had one bite out of it and was way too spicy. Chips were stale not ordering from here again.

Absolutely the best kebab and the homemade chilli sauce was delicious delivery was prompt and the food was still hot

Food was just pure grease burger was burnt and it felt like rubber and covered in sauce bread was soggy and unedible chicken was decent curry sauce was greasy and some parts green never going eating for there again.

Ordered at midnight, took nearly 2 hours to arrive. When it did arrive I was shocked that I had paid £9.10 for a large shish kebab that was very tight on meat (12 small cubes) and dry as they come. Luckily I can post a picture on here, please admire the saddest shish kebab I've ever seen. I used to order from here regularly about a year ago but it's not the same quality or care for what customers are buying. Would love to give them a second chance but don't know if I can, especially after seeing other people's issues.

Do not recommend. £36 beast box, 2 hours later, received cold food, the food was thrown in the box. Couldn't get through to the restaurant rang multiple times. Burnt burgers with no cheese. The tomato puree tasted very sour and peculiar on the pizza. Not very nice for a first time experience. Previous reviews are right about this place. So not again.

Ordered for the first time ans will not order again spent over 50 pounds waited 2.40 for delivery he did say sorry something was wrong with machine then food finally gets here and no one wants it because its all burnt what a waist of money didant even get free bottle of pop like it says just wouldn't recommend

Ordered and it was delivered wrong! Delivery driver was fine! Rung them to correct order and had nothing but abuse, swearing and threatening behaviour. Would never order from there again. Disappointing!!!

Had a box meal, smelt of plastic and tasted like it. Chicken tasted like frozen strips from farm foods and nan bread was horrible.

Food never arrived when rang to check the order was yelled at by a very rude guy who kept talking over me. He insisted I hadn’t ordered with them even though we had email confirmation of it. He put the phone down on me after again shouting at me. So I rang back and again got talked over and yelled at again and then the phone put down again. Will never order from there again. Very bad customer service.

THIEVES!!! They've received my order and payment has been done. But when I called to enquire about my order, they said no order has been placed from my end and can't do anything about it. They were quick to loot the money but not so intent to honor the order. The worst part being the person on the phone doesn't even want to listen to what I've to say. He hangs up and doesn't attend the calls there after. After repeated calls, he picks up and says "I'm not interested to serve you and I'm sleeping." Never in my life had an encounter that is s appalling as this. Horrible THIEVES.

Worst kebab and pizzas we have ever ordered rang them up to complain and got greeted by rude staff the pizzas were burnt to a crisp the kebab was as dry as anything and partner had a kebab wrap and when she unwrapped it look like rats had been going thru it explained the pizzas were for children so could they exchange or offer a refund to get abuse back and swore at

Would’nt even give it a one star! I went to collect and all the staff were rude. It was so expensive for the quality of the food. The staff clearly didn’t have any experience as the boss had to keep telling them what to do. The meat was horrible and the chips weren’t cooked properly. Don’t recommend, used to come here a lot but won’t be going back again. Very disappointed!

I ordered a Full Tandoori chicken it was really bad and I couldn’t even taste one peace of it.

Don’t even wast you time. Ordered from her tonight food took almost 3hrs to arrive. When the food did arrive it was horrendous. The chips were soaking wet because they had sweated that much and were freezing cold. We had a garlic pizza bread and that was freezing cold and looked horrible. Also ordered a kebab that was also cold and sweated and was soaking wet. Will never be ordering again from here and I didn’t even call to complain because it’s not even worth it after reading the reviews after order my god I wish I went some where else. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating

ordered food and it took well over an hour to come i got the 4 burger meal for 20 pound and went it finally came it was the complete wrong order they brought the wrong food and the food cost a lot less then what i paid for. tried to call and they would not pick up. do not order from this place i promise u will be disappointed.

Not very good. I phoned to chased the order and the guy said to me "do you want to cancel the order" and then put the phone down on me. They had the wrong address and if he had listened to me in the first place he would have realised that. I phoned back and guy was lovely. Food not great but okay for a late delivery

Great place ordered twice now quite late as well and they have prepped and delivered my order without any complaints everything hot and fresh and tasty highly recommend prices are great too. Staff are so friendly and well mannered as well really can't complain kids loved it as well brilliant place my new regular

Tonight Tony's was extremely busy so we had to collect in the end, BUT when we did the staff were very pleasant, they insist we had a £10 and a bottle of Pepsi. And to make the evening even better the food was absolutely lovely!! I can see why they get busy. Well done Tony's well certainly be ordering from you again.

Amazing kebabs after a night on the Guinness and the mozzarella sticks and jalepno bites are to die for I order 8 portions of both will be back again

I can’t Even give this place 1 star .. firstly they got my order wrong and delivered me a massive tray of over cooked donnar meat , I then proceeded to call the takeaway and let them know I think they delivered me the wrong order , to be answered by a very rude man shouting at me that I had rang three time changing my order ( I had not done this ) , he then realised he got me mixed up with someone else , so he offered to bring me my actual order freshly cooked ... I’m sorry to say it was awful I could not eat it ! The meat looked and tasted old (only had a mouthful , hope I’m not poorly ) and they clearly didn’t read my order as it was full of all the salad I did not want and my sauce was missing and as for the chips ... wouldn’t have fed them to anything ! Really disappointed 😞

Just collected our first order from here, the 11" pizza box, most of it has gone into the bin. Absolutely terrible. The chicken wasn't fresh at all(rubbery and a bad twang to the taste). I think if I was to say something pleasant would be the naan, however we didn't just order a naan bread to hopefully enjoy. Will not order again!!

Honstly one of the best, they go above and beyond if you have any issues, have been using them for years and was gutted when the closed, now they're back they are our go too again! - do be prepared to wait, they are usually exceptionally busy so order early, however just lately its been 30-40mins which is fairly average for a takeaway wait. Also, best nann breads in town!!

Never again!!! We ordered at 6pm and we started ringing them at 8:30pm and every time they said 5-10mins we rang about 40times and when it came at 10:30pm the driver was very rude and the food looked like it was scraped off the floor and was cold..

Ordered from this place last weekend at 7.15pm confirmed order 1hr 30 mins got to 9pm still no food rang said it would be maximum 15 minutes they were very busy being first night i said ok got to 9.30pm no food rang again setting off now be 5 mins 9.50pm still no food just finishing food now rung at 10 to cancel order as it was passed point of even wanting food said they was leaving i said you have said that for the past hour and they hung up on me dosgraceful service never even got food ended up going to mcdonalds instead delivery service horrendous and lady over phone very rude

Ordered food just after 5:30 told it would be 1 hour 15 mins contacted them at 1 and half hours told fifteen minutes max before we would have our food canceled to order after 2 hours it then turned up 2 and half hours after we ordered it so turned it away as we had ordered and eaten else where Can’t say what the food was like but delivery service is horrendous

Ordered from here for the first time since it has re opened, ordered my food no problem was told by the polite sounding receptionist that my food was going to be 90 mins, rang back after 90 mins to be told would be another 20 mins half an hour, waited 45 mins to be told, after asking for the manager it was just being prepared and that the manager would bring it personally to me and would be 10 mins. Next joke, 45 mins later a young girl came with my food, my mother answered as I was busy but we all was definitely not happy! And to top it off the was no sauce on my kebabs and it was so dry. Wont be ordering again!

Wrong order delivered and what was delivered wasn't vood

Ordered from here a few times never had a problem but this time I have I ordered chips but got salad the chicken korma was horrible the sauce it tasted like pineapple and the sauce was like golden syrup it was horrible the naan had no cheese on like I payed for and asked for the sauce was horrible it was not korma sauce it was paste something spoke to just eat they spoke to the restaurant they was not willing to offer a refund but actually just eat offered a part refund thank you just eat Tony’s spice grill avoid people

I ordered a mixed meat kebab extra large no option of salad or sauce and no doner meat....? So just 3 meats in a big naan bread for £7.50 tbh the meat was cooked spot on that's the only plus, you can't have a kebab without chips so I ordered a large chips I got a half burger box of soggy fries All that could be brushed of if not for the bad delivery just under 1 hour late no apology even when asked if it was busy just yes very busy. I get you can get busy but 1 you made your arrival time why not add another hour for busyness ? 2 on the app you marked down it had been delivered at 8.15 (the time you made) when it came at 9.10 Not impressed 🙁

Meal arrived 2 hours after ordering, although the driver was apologetic and genuine despite it not being her fault. I then opened my pasanda (a creamy, coconut,MILD curry) to find something else, I have no idea what, something definitely spicier than what I ordered. Overall disappointing.

Staff friendly. Usually order from this place, this time though the order was late by about 15minutes. Ordered 11" garlic bread to share and it came as a Margherita pizza instead. Had family over and much of the food ordered went to waste as wasn't liked. Sadly £30 not well spent this time. Not a nice end to night with family.

All pizza toppings stuck to the lid so couldn't eat and chicken meat in the kebab was really overcooked and dry, supposed to get lots of different meats in the kebab but was only lamb donner and tandoori chicken. Very disappointing

Food is always 100% We have been going to tonys for a few years and it's always hot and fresh

Was phoned at the time the delivery should have arrived to say it would be another half an hour, an hour later it finally arrived. A burger was missing which arrived ten minutes later with another driver but we were still missing coleslaw and 2 pots of sauce. They knocked a fiver off but for a two hour wait it wasn't worth it. The food was fine but nothing spectacular.

I've been a regular customer of this place for almost 20 years, but not any more! The service, along with certain phone operators, leaves a lot to be desired.

Not happy. Appallingly Slow delivery over an hour and no explanation. Never again
