112-114 Camden High St, EnglandI usually have no problem coming here sometimes for a short break and an affordable meal, but this is regarding my latest visit on Sunday 27/4. I got a warp, service was quick and efficient, food was good. Space was clean and seating was plenty. As I was finishing my food, a member of staff came to me to ask how the food was. I replied that it was fine and service was good. Then the woman asked me to leave a review on McDonald’s website. I had no problem writing a review, but it puzzled me that she kept receipts of peoples orders. This woman instructed me to enter the code on one of the recipes that was not mine just to write a review. I did as told while she stood next to my table and watched me complete the review. She wanted me to put every question first rating and she even asked me to write her name in the free-text part of the feedback??? I don’t know her, she had never served me my entire visit, so I declined to write a compliment mentioning her name. Later on I saw her going around other tables to ask for feedback. She even typed things on her phone, which I think she was writing a review for the place and for herself. I found it unpleasant and uncomfortable to be asked to write a review in this way. I don’t know what is the purpose of this action, but it put me off from wanting to visit this place. I left the place quietly and quickly after this encounter, I did not want to make a scene or say anything to prolong my stay in there further. To me, it’s no longer a place I’m comfortable to have a meal.

28 Xscape 602 Marlborough Gate, EnglandMy order: chicken mayo, double cheeseburger 2 large fries, mayo dip and a happy meal. What i got: 2 bottom buns for chicken mayo 2 top buns for the double cheeseburger, 1 large fries instead of 2, ketchup instead of mayo and for the happy meal i got salt with a bit of fries on top. Well done, absolute incompetence!

113 Narborough Road, EnglandI ordered 3 pizzas at 2:20 pm, and they said they only accept cash only .So, I said them to make pizzas and I went to ATM to bring money .It took me a 10 to 15 minutes walk, and after I returned back they asked me again what you ordered. They took more than 1 hour to prepare 3 pizzas, its bad service, and no staff member is responsible. I don't recommend this shop to order anything.

74 High Street, EnglandThe staff at this Starbucks are and always have been absolutely lovely—friendly, hardworking, and always providing great service. However, I was really disappointed to witness the way - who I assume is the manager - spoke to the staff on my visit yesterday. Their tone was rude, condescending and incredibly unprofessional, especially in clear view and earshot of customers, which created a massively uncomfortable and awkward atmosphere not just for the employees trying to do their job with a smile but also for customers like myself. I would personally not be able to work with this lady - if she is the manager, shame on her for talking to her staff that way - if she is not a manager it is beyond me how she has not been fired yet. It’s a shame because the team clearly does their best, but no one should have to work under that kind of treatment. I hope Starbucks addresses this, as it’s not the kind of experience I’d expect from such a well-known brand.
