Forgot McFlurry’s again. The second time this month.

Apart from it being cold everything was correct and as I ordered

the drink came spitting a paperbag

The order arrived late and the driver had spilt one of the only drinks received. None of the food we received was correct and the food we did have was cold.

Seemed very quick & food was hot. Pleasant delivery driver.

Never received half my food but paid for it and never got it so two children without food

hot food was hot, ice cream was hard & cold.

I received my food half hour after was made

ordered at 19.55....been delivered at 21.37. I ordered a milk shake that didn't come with the food, The food is cold....not even warm.

The fries was cold and tasted really bad also the order took around an hour to be prepared

dont know as the time kept going up and down and the up dates were not truethe last was perparing meal then knock at the door

the delivery driver is a credit to you business, parks correctly, ask for the code, polite, on time,

complete meal missing again why cant they get the orders right asked for extras on the double quater pounder that was missing too service from macdonalds is very poor

one of my milkshakes didn't turn up and just eat refused a refund not good 😞

My burger was all over the place like my order was shaked all the way to my residence. It was horrific eating a dismantled burger

Didn’t even deliver my food but it says it was delivered and I can’t get in contact with anyone!

Flat coke with no fizz whatsoever, some of the fry’s where soggy others rock hard and inedible, completely missing chicken selects, which were replaced with unordered mozzarella sticks which where cold and hard so completely wasted, absolutely rubbish.

food took an hour and was cold.

2.5 hours later and still waiting for our food with no option to cancel or speak to anyone! Absolutely abysml service and we are still hungry!

can't fault the driver but this is the second problem in a week! no syrup with pancakes and my hot choc leaked everywhere I don't know why I keep ordering im the fool thinking they can get it right each time , not the 2nd time we've had a problem seems to be every time lately!

Food was good but 2 items were missing from my order

I ordered McDonald’s and so did my roommate they gave my roommate my order but I couldn’t collect the other as I didn’t have code but my roommate could use my code which is confusing. So I paid for an order which they gave my roommate

very disappointed with this order arrived an hour and a half after Order time and items missing. very poor

ordered 6.30 delivery time altered 3 times , finally arrived at 8.50 3 items missing from order. not happy people still hungry.

the burger was completely smashed up into pieces and shoved in the bun. it was burnt and dry and chips were soggy

The 3 mayo chicken we ordered looked like they'd been sat on. Food was hot tho, which was good.

Food arrived late and cold. Half the coffee cup had spilt and then dripped all through to the kitchen from the front door. Once heated food was OK. Really not happy about the coffee.

Twice I’ve ordered through this Mac Ds and twice they’ve not delivered had the order. Both times I’ve asked for refund but both times not recieved it.

4 cheese burgers were not being sent.

Possibly teething problems, as it's a new store, but the touch screens weren't working. The app was also unusable due to no signal, and the WiFi being awful. We waited at the counter, at the front of the queue, for 20 minutes, and nobody served us, so we left. Very disappointed, bur will try again another day.

I ordered Philly cheese stack without buns,and instead of it they made me two burgers with buns,but one is without onions,one is without pickles!It's definitely someone else's order! Very dissatisfied!

Very slow. shouldn't take an hour to get less than a mile and a half.

Very Dirty tables and dry food, but I’m not complaining I was hungry

fries were cold and not very nice and it came with a coke when i ordered a fanta.. the store is a ten minute walk away and it took around a hour total to get delivered

where are the dips? I ordered several, never appeared...

Driver didn’t speak a word. Late and cold food

Left a note saying not to knock as there was a nurse in the house sleeping. driver knocked loudly and when said about the note he ignored me and walked away. Truly awful.

Excellent delivery service. Rubbish food quality due to wrong food, again!

whilst I understand that it is busy. please sort out quality control and checks. constant small things missing. but these small things are the silly things that will loose customers. things like; multiple dips requests, nill delivered. multiple drinks, no straws. porridge of a morning, no spoon. bagels missing jam. a main item missing will lead to a complaint for reimbursement. these small things just lead to silent quiting.

Why would you send a PUSHBIKE 3 miles away from delivery place up a hill with a 45 degree incline. Freezing inedible food. Common sense would have sent a car or electric bike at least!!!! Inedible.

Bag wasn’t sealed when the food arrived and the delivery drivers are not asking for the code , the meal is missing 4 lost of chips and the dip that we ordered,

The delivery driver whoever it was rang once I went straight to my door and my food was left on the floor couldn’t even be bothered to hand it to me he or she was gone and the joke is how can a tip be asked for delivery driver when they don’t represents the company they are delivering for. Really rude and what if I could get down to pick the food up off floor many disability can stop a person not being able to do this. Clearly they didn’t careless.

My chicken mayo was missing from my order and 2 lots of nuggets from my mix and match

Complete meal missing this time! There is often something missing but a complete meal is annoying you get a takeaway for a treat and ease a refund is not that great when hungry!!

Order a sprite. Get a tonic water.

Food was good, but really wanted a thick shake and the machine wasn't working.

No cheese or bacon and sauce was at the bottom barely any. Had this issue the last few times I’ve ordered. Had no food else I wouldn’t have bothered but it’s a waste of money.

Delivered somebody else’s order and the driver absolutely refused to help. Considering it was the drivers fault for not checking. Maybe you should train your drivers on how to speak to people! Still haven’t received a refund for the food I didn’t receive. Shocking

Terrible service! Staff clearly lacked any motivation despite it being very busy! We were a family of 5x and ordered via the app to save time only to have the manager take my nephews phone and delete his order and rewards/QR codes, accusing him, a 13yr child of trying to over use his code and get a free meal despite my nephew explaining that he was collecting for two separate orders , placed by myself and another mother and child! Once the staff realised they had made a mistake , deleting the order to be told he could no longer get his happy meal at the reward price as the incompetent manager had deleted the order and QR code!! No apology, nothing! We then had to wait a further 20mins for a new order after already waiting 40mins previously! Extremely shocking service . It was a very busy environment, lots of people waiting whilst the staff stood around chatting , being Extremely rude about other customers that were also complaining about the poor service, very unprofessional! After waiting nearly an hour we received the 2x happy meals which were so cold that the children could not eat them!

I only had coffee,but my Grandaughter had pancakes and said they were lovely.First time i had been in this McD,s.It was fine.

Tables were filthy and water all over the floor no one to clean it up
