The food arrived cold very disappointed.

The bacon and egg muffin I ate was horrible. The egg was full of egg shell

8.2.25@ 2:30pm who’s packing these orders, how hard can it be to pack 3 items on a list , I got 9 sticks of Luke warm mortadella sticks , instead of chicken nuggets , cold and I mean cold not warm COLD chips , no sauce and no straw for the milkshake.

The mccrispy had letuce even that i order it without and the double cheeseburger had onion. Had to throw them in the bin. Absolutely disappointed.

Once again order was incomplete, how difficult is it to put correct items in a bag?

Driver was extremely rude, called me on the phone and expected me to leave the shop and collect my order, moaning at me for the time of day I ordered. Not impressed, no hello, no manners, and just slammed my food on the side, spilling my drink.

Didn’t touch the burger or apple pie. The burger was stone cold! I would’ve accepted lukewarm and my apple pies had a discard sticker of 6 hours prior to my order. What a waste

The driver arrived 40 minutes late and said his vehicle had broken down and my food was stone cold and inedible and all I got was £1.95 recredited to my account for food I couldn’t eat I should have received a full refund as it is not my fault your drivers vehicle broke down.

The food was cold when it was delivered, I asked for no lettuce or onion on the big mac and it came with only lettuce and cheese on it, no sauce or pickle. The cheeseburger came with pickle slices even we asked for them to be left off.

I had my delivery, but I had no straw for my drink so I was not happy

I ordered and paid for 2 carrot bags. Only received 1. Can't be bothered to claim it back process or the food will be cold. Not everyone wants chips. Healthy options Salad items instead of chips) should be more available and accurate.

Absolutely fantastic service from the delivery driver tonight i was panicking as ordered to the wrong address and got no help from either just eat customer service or the restaurant, driver answered straight away and bought the order to the right address was a big order and would have been alot of money to lose, whoever you are you made a house full of adults very happy and we all agree your an absolute legend thank you again good sir xxxx

Visited yesterday. Please put the cheese into the bun (double cheeseburger) with care. It was all hanging over the sides, almost out, smothered in tomato sauce which went everywhere. Llooked awful. Please don’t have the music on so loud you can’t even talk, it’s not a night club

After waiting 1hr 20mins for the delivery after it initially saying 30mins from ordering. The chips were undercooked and cold as was the burgers. Extremely disappointed

The food arrived stone cold, guessing the driver picked up multiple orders and we were last on the list. The restaurant is less than a 5 minute drive from our house, so distance away and temperature of food doesn't add up. Delivery time kept going up to the point it was over 20 minutes late from the original time.

When ordering the food it said 15-30 mins. Once ordered the delivery time changed to 45-60 mins.

Estimated arrival time kept changing, 30 mins over the estimated given time before ordering. When arrived food was cold- missing several items too!

Good arrived cold. Driver called me I couldn’t understand him and he did not understand me. I had to go out in the end and find him as he couldn’t find the offices. Won’t be using this again. First and last time.
