Just your usual McDonald's cheap food and fast service

Waited 15 minutes for a McMuffin and coffee, had to leave without it in the end cause I had work

Nice food, slightly slow in preparation.

Missing about half my order not for the first time

Why would you send a PUSHBIKE 3 miles away from delivery place up a hill with a 45 degree incline. Freezing inedible food. Common sense would have sent a car or electric bike at least!!!! Inedible.

Drink was not cold , no ice cubes

Bag wasn’t sealed when the food arrived and the delivery drivers are not asking for the code , the meal is missing 4 lost of chips and the dip that we ordered,

The delivery driver whoever it was rang once I went straight to my door and my food was left on the floor couldn’t even be bothered to hand it to me he or she was gone and the joke is how can a tip be asked for delivery driver when they don’t represents the company they are delivering for. Really rude and what if I could get down to pick the food up off floor many disability can stop a person not being able to do this. Clearly they didn’t careless.

Complete meal missing this time! There is often something missing but a complete meal is annoying you get a takeaway for a treat and ease a refund is not that great when hungry!!

My chicken mayo was missing from my order and 2 lots of nuggets from my mix and match

Delivered somebody else’s order and the driver absolutely refused to help. Considering it was the drivers fault for not checking. Maybe you should train your drivers on how to speak to people! Still haven’t received a refund for the food I didn’t receive. Shocking

Terrible service! Staff clearly lacked any motivation despite it being very busy! We were a family of 5x and ordered via the app to save time only to have the manager take my nephews phone and delete his order and rewards/QR codes, accusing him, a 13yr child of trying to over use his code and get a free meal despite my nephew explaining that he was collecting for two separate orders , placed by myself and another mother and child! Once the staff realised they had made a mistake , deleting the order to be told he could no longer get his happy meal at the reward price as the incompetent manager had deleted the order and QR code!! No apology, nothing! We then had to wait a further 20mins for a new order after already waiting 40mins previously! Extremely shocking service . It was a very busy environment, lots of people waiting whilst the staff stood around chatting , being Extremely rude about other customers that were also complaining about the poor service, very unprofessional! After waiting nearly an hour we received the 2x happy meals which were so cold that the children could not eat them!

Drinks not being for coffee lead to the coffee leaking inside the bag making everything inedible

Drink and fries were half empty

I only had coffee,but my Grandaughter had pancakes and said they were lovely.First time i had been in this McD,s.It was fine.

Tables were filthy and water all over the floor no one to clean it up

most times food is okay, but this time there was so much salt in my burger as if the burger pattie had been dropped in a container or tub of salt and pepper. I like really salty food so I ate it but definitely not for your normal customer and I'm too anxious to complain to staff in person. The staff in the kitchen also seemed more interested in bantering about in the back than doing their job today too, so maybe whoever made my burger wasn't paying attention to what they were doing. Please be more attentive next time, it's okay to have fun whilst you work so long as you aren't negligent

awful experience missing items the items we did get were cold the drinks were warm spoke to the store they didn't care told me to speak to just eat to arrange a refund, won't be ordering from this store again neither will my family and friends after this experience

The order was missing an item so i had to re order it then took nearly an hour to get here for the replacement burger

I am disgusted how my food arrived is was inedible.Due to all the drinks leaking all over it.The driver put in a report as we couldn't accept the order.i am trying to get a refund but I can not get anywhere thre the app it was a £50 order I'm not happy about this I have pictures of the much I recieved.

Just had McDonald's today 23/06/24. I ordered the sweet chilli wrap which showed on the app there was no cucumbers available that was good as I am allergic and usually customise to take them off the order. The wrap arrived and thankfully I checked it before I ate because there were cucumbers inside. I don't know if the blame lies with the app or the restaurant that it said they were not available so the option to remove under customisation was missing

the food was hot, fries could have been a bit hotter, 1 burger did look as it had been sat on, with the bun squished and was all over the place, the other burger was fine.

Items were missing & what did arrive was cold, when refund request was issued it was rejected, poor from Just Eat!!!

Missing a flat white drink. Orders are often missing 1 item in 70-80% of my orders. This is far too often to be a coincidence.

nice as usual but the Chicken selects i ordered were regular nuggets. That's just an order of nine nuggets for £3.50 extra. i'd rather you called me and asked me to change the order or simply cancelled it and listed the nuggets as unavailable.

Order was wrong. Double sausage & egg McMuffin meal was ordered as part of the order. request was made (which label confirms to remove cheese. The egg was removed instead!! So Double sausage & Egg meal was a sausage only!! Come on guys!!!

No straws included with the milkshakes. It's very difficult to drink milkshakes without a straw.

I had no brown sauce in my breakfast roll and I did ask for extra brown sauce. the hash browns were so greasy you could cook a full English breakfast out of the greasy. very disappointing for McDonald's. would be nice if I could get some free food.

Milkshake machine never works but I know that is standard in most McDonald’s, when using the machine in store to order the card reader always makes you insert the card and the buttons were covered in something ( I don’t know what ) absolutely disgusting! Waiting ages for them to make the food and when the delivery guys go in they always get priority even when half way through talking to you, worst McDonald’s in Somerset
