KFC in Hastings

Went in for a take away, all went well, very quiet but food arrived quickly.

staff and food great. The other stuff though. awful. tables never clean, no receipts at the kiosks and no microwave so no sides other than salad and coleslaw (the worst ones) if you are in hastings and want kfc go to the town centre in wellington place.

Preheated chicken from day before , not happy with Quality of food

22:30 Tuesday night. Closes at 2300 The staff hid behind the counter and refused to answer me and my family for 15minutes

Bag was wet through and ripped as soon as I was passed it. Food was cold and chicken pieces weren't all cooked to the same colour. They weren't appetising to look at. Popcorn chicken was in the bottom of the main bag rather than the cardboard containers they come in.

Driver couldn’t find me and now I had some of my order missing aswell and now can’t even get my money back

It wasn’t delivered I ordered at 5.45pm and was still waiting till 8.15 when it was cancelled this is unacceptable

Poor quality wet chicken missing items of food tried phoning them not answering the phone when they’ve got 6 people on shift what an absolute joke need there heads banged together staff members flirting behind the food perpetration area completely empty when I was in there so no excuse for poor quality staff 😂😂how embarrassing that they can’t work a simple job Hastings for you I take it

All the food is cold i spent £31.00 on a 8 piece boneless banquet and only got 6 piece of chicken calling there number and there not picking picking up avoid at all cost this place is a joke hang your head in shame...

Ordered at 10.30 in the morning to be delivered at 13.00. Arrived 45 minutes late and was cold.

Great delivery driver, on time, the food is still hot.

Had issue with delivery. I was at a holiday park (which I indicated at time of order)the driver was at a different address and said I’d have to meet him within 5 mins otherwise the food will be left at this random property. It was a 12 minute walk so we wasn’t going to make it, but started walking down, In the end He drove towards us on a bike unhappily and told me I had ‘done it wrong’ - so the food was lukewarm but was ok. We wouldn’t order from there when we go back to the holiday park.

ordered normal fillet burger and got a hot one, and the drivers keep going to the wrong side of the road and 100's yards furfur on

courier clearly couldn't read English or use a sat nav. he rang me because he couldn't find my house - he was only 2 minutes away I think as his english was very poor. it took him another 20 minutes to get to my front door by which time my food had cooled considerably.

Not delivered at all even though it says it was....wots the point of giving us all a code to give to the delivery person if it ain't asked for now no food no money and wait up to two days for an email joke..

Shame was looking forward to my kfc driver did his job, you forget entirely something of everyone’s orders I can’t believe it.

I wouldn’t give a star if I could! Terrible customer service! Staff are rude! We have just had to walk out! I have a fussy child who only likes white meat! I asked if he could have 3 pieces as he doesn’t eat the brown! We got a reply, no you can’t! We explained the situation to them, this resulted in a small meeting out the back, 😂!! To discuss the chicken situation, then the young girl came back and said I’m sorry we don’t have any white meat! There young, rude and completely stupid! I’ve never laughed so much upon walking out of a restaurant…….NO WHITE MEAT 😂😂😂 ok KFC

Avoid this KFC if you can , I know is a fast food chain so you cannot expect them to give you an extremely professional service , but this place doesn’t even offer the minimum. Staff they are extremely slow they don’t care about their job or costumers , which is reflection to the management and ownership . They lack training in what costumer service truly means , they all look like they are forced to be there , bored . You wait a very long time for your food just because you are meet with 0 interes . Just go to a different KFC in town where at least you are meet with a smile .

Personally I won't eat KFC,but the kids love it,and I must say this London Rd one is one of the better ones to go to.always seems quite clean and the service is alot better than town KFC.

another meal ruined by missing items

Never experienced an establishment so inept at such a simple job. Reliably and consistently leave out whole items from an order. Just paid £10 for a tower meal (large chicken burger) for it to arrive with what looks like a very small, old and inedibly chewy chicken nugget serving as the chicken in the burger, completely rancid.

food wasn't hot seeing as we are less then a mile from the shop such a shame as the food is really nice

Service is ok just there isn't enough of them so u have to wait also it's not very clean and tidy where unsot probably due to fact there isn't a lot of staff but other than that kfc it's banging

You can ONLY order at the screens, I forgot to order an item, so I asked if I could pay at the till, Mrs Grumpy refuses so KFC lose a sale??. On the same day my friend who can barely use his Phone, explained that he cannot work the screen and was told he still could not order at the till. What about paying in cash??

Worst kfc ever. They open when they feel like and are very rude. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

1 hour 30 mins after ordering the food finally arrived

Ordered before 10pm kept watching delivery time go up and up tried calling the shop for them to hang up the call shop closed at 11pm was then able to track delivery he was at a delivery location for over 10 minutes so by time food got to me was 20 minutes after shop had closed and food was cold and chicken looked like it had been sat there all day never again will I order from there .

Credit where credit"s due. We went off ordering KFC ages ago as there was always a problem. Needed something quick tonight so took a chance and we were really impressed. The correct order was delivered in good time by a lovely driver. Everything instead well packed and piping hot. Also the new seasoning in the fries is yummy! Still felt a little pricey but it's 10/10 from us!

Ordered food in the shop . Waited a few minutes which was good . Got home to find no chips that I had paid for . Not to happy . The second time I've had items missing. Last time was a online order . Did receive a refund that time for missing item . Will try the one in town centre next time .

Delivery time changed a couple of times. Disappointed not to receive a ‘large popcorn chicken’ as per description, and only a regular/small. There was only enough to share between 2. Also, there were no dips, even though we should have received 4.

Food was good and delivered on time but both the boneless banquets were missing their popcorn chicken.
