Starbucks in Reigate and Banstead

Meghan was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! WELL DONE 5 star customer service Reigate Starbucks

I prefer coffee in private small coffee shops.But Starbucks good for summer cold drinks.

Nice coffee as always, a little short on food we'd have liked and although a hot day,the air-conditioning was overwhelmingly chilly - glad to get out!

This place charged us twice even though one of the cards declined and then said it was impossible for that to happen even though it did happen and we could see it on our phones!

Nice place to have a coffee with family or work. Lots of different places to sit and a characterful building. Service could be bit more friendly but overall good.

Great staff., very friendly and welcoming. Very quick service with a smile. I would highly recommend anyone passing through Reigate to grab a coffee.

The shop is opened up to 7pm but at 5.30 pm more than half of the shop floor and tables is unavailable because it was already cleaned??? 1.5hr to close only 4 tables in one room available??? it is a joke, I planned to have afternoon coffee break in peace… no chance

Starbucks are the only shop to serve a proper cappuccino. I'm fed up with other chains who think a cappuccino is just a latte with a spoon of froth on top. My go-to shop when I want a coffee.

It's a starbucks. I personally don't like the coffee in there, and the staff always seem to be mardy; it's almost like it's company policy! Nice cosy interior though!

Small Starbucks in the main high street with small seating area out the front. All the usual range of drinks and food.

Order a frappuccino on deliveroo and they don't put cream which is literally part of it. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Very odd.

It is a large chain Starbucks. Reliable but not particularly special.

Went in for coffee with friends on Thurs. I didn't enjoy their Americano with milk. Staff did their jobs but not with the warmth and welcome of the staff of small independent cafes I have been to in Reigate.

Shockingly dirty. Full downstairs but they closed the upstairs - I saw a member of staff (presumably on a break butbin uniform) refusing to share their table with a mum and toddler even though 2 seats free. I get that people need a break but it seemed really unnecessarily rude.

Towards the West end of the High Street. Up to their expected standard. Air con was almost too warm!

No gluten free cakes and rarely rolls. But our dog loves going there and her pupperchianoo

Terrible state of tables when I visited today. All the tables were filthy and none of the staff bothered to tidy up. The shop was quiet

Your cups are littering Reigate hill

I go to a local beauty spot at Reigate Hill and I find your plastic trash. A plastic container discarded on the path Sad Suggest you clear up your waste locally and also remind customers to dispose of your plastic rubbish appropriately.

As with most Starbucks they are all of a similar standard and generally the location and staff that can make a difference. In this case the Reigate location fits well and the staff are very pleasant

It was cool and refreshing inside Starbucks today with the outside temperature 38° they had there air-con on at the perfect cooling temperature. Nice place for a cool  lunch.

The girl that served us was lovely but the tables were filthy. The town is full of amazing independent coffee shops that I'd recommend instead

Average Starbucks fare, bacon roll dry expensive and somewhat rubbish as ever, coffee quite nice... Only visit if in dire need

Service was slow, without a smile and tbh I'm biased as I really don't like starbucks coffee 🤷‍♂️ But my kids love the caramel frappacino which they would give 5 stars to

Place is really lovely. Lady at the till was very helpful. But the lady who made the coffee and called for the name of the coffee in an unclear way was nasty. So i wasnt able to respond because couldnt understand what she said(only said it once), 5 secs later she obnoxiously says my patience is running out :) . Lady at the till heard it and quietly took the coffee and said its name clearly so i could take it. thanks person. you were nice. Sorry if you habe to work with people like that.

Quick service and lots of places to sit

latte too milky with no froth. More like a cup of hot milk and at £3.15 for a medium latte it should be perfect with a shamrock in the froth.

Staff where lovely and really nice seating area.

The Barrista was very polite and friendly. Made me feel very welcome.

Very good, nicely done-up Starbucks with a clean and relaxed environment. Their choices of vegan food and with coffee is really coming along.

Nice coffee and atmosphere. We were the only people in there! However they didn't know how to retrieve our money on our Starbucks App so had to pay using a different method. Other than that excellent.

Amazing place rightly located in the Reigate town center . One of our regular visiting places for my family whenever we are around . Lovely staff and excellent service makes us visit the place more often . This place has a dine in area too which makes it a breakout place while shopping

Really nice coffee staff nice .

Didn’t even give us straws on an Uber eats delivery used to order from here all the time but has gone downhill quality wise I ordered caramel drizzle didn’t get any will not be using reigate Starbucks anymore would rather go to Coulsdon and not be disappointed.

Staff are always very friendly and wait times aren't bad. The place is generally clean too. My only negative is that the coffee is occasionally burned which has happened more than once. However, the positivity and helpfulness of the staff certainly outweighs the negatives. They have been more than willing to replace it when I have mentioned it.

Excellent air conditioned indoor seating with delicious cool beverages to relieve the weary traveler in this insufferable heat... Indoors with social distancing (what a relief not to be stuck out in the sun), great friendly service too.

A very nice store. The design is very modern unlike some other outdated stores. The staff are very friendly. The store is well lit even when there are a lack of windows. I would highly recommend!

Nice new Starbucks I heard from my colleagues had to see it for myself and it looks great! Small but great hospitality. Not a lot on the Vegan menu at the moment but wasnt disappointed with what I got. Thanks guys.

Really nice little Starbucks. Can get a bit busy around Reigate college lunchtime and weekends but adequate space for buggies, babies, dogs, the usual. Staff are friendly hopefully they’ll keep it cleaner than a lot of other branches. Overall decent coffee and good snacks. Also loss of plug points for working. Good all round. Check it out
