Pizza Hut Delivery in Reigate and Banstead

The pizza was extremely soft and undercooked the service was alright although I got a few weird looks and a employee had his hands in his pants which put me off my food as he had prepared it. I'm really disappointed as I usually come to here but now I know how unhygienic it is I don't think I want to come back

I visited the Reigate Pizza Hut branch on [17-03-25] to avail of the afternoon meal deal, during which I ordered a pizza and garlic bread. While awaiting my order, I observed a staff member **with his hand visibly buried down his trousers, aggressively scratching his crotch** in full view of customers. To my alarm, this same individual proceeded to handle my pizza when it reached the conveyor belt: **he sliced the pizza, garnished it, inserted a white plastic utensil into the food**, and attempted to serve it to me. I immediately refused the order, explicitly stating that I would not accept food handled by someone engaging in such unhygienic practices. Upon returning to request a refund, the employee in question **began shouting at me in a hostile manner**, while other staff dismissively instructed me to “ignore him” and offered to remake the order. Notably, as I observed through the kitchen’s glass door, a staff member **purposefully obstructed the view by covering the window with a Pizza Hut case**—a blatant attempt to conceal further mishandling. This incident reflects **appalling negligence of basic food safety standards** and a complete disregard for customer welfare. I have already reported this to Pizza Hut’s customer service and the local council’s Environmental Health team. I now demand: 1. **Immediate preservation of all CCTV footage** from [17.03.25/time between 15:15 to 15:45] for review by authorities. 2. A written explanation of the disciplinary actions taken against the employee involved. 3. A full refund and compensation for this unacceptable experience. The conduct exhibited here is **utterly disgraceful** and directly contravenes the Food Safety Act 1990. Should Pizza Hut fail to address this with urgency, I will escalate this matter to the Food Standards Agency and pursue further recourse.

I used to love the big New Yorker, now I am just wasting money on a pizza that is just looking too thin with pepperoni. SO DRY! Should we then talk about the chips? I pay £5 for literally a box of 10 chips

Yummy. I hardly ever get food from Pizza Hut but probably will do more in future. The pizza was delicious, the new chicken and bacon one. I added black olives and the garlicky crust and loved it. Enjoyed all the sides and ice creams I ordered. I just got back from holiday and needed a feast. Also the delivery girl was lovely. Wanted to give her a tip but didn’t have cash to hand, next time I will :)

Ordered a collection, from the moment I walked into the establishment Arbaaz was exceptionally welcoming, ensured that my order was correct and that I have received everything. He was also very friendly and polite. An exceptional member of the team.

Order the goats cheese pizza. Came with chillies instead of roquito peppers as advertised. Too spicy.

Food was delivered at reception without a call or acknolegdement that it was delivered in wondered where my food was as got a message half an hour later asked reception and was told it was just dumped there so was all cold im so disappointed

You posted me a menu without any ingredients on it. Suggesting the full menu is available online. Just put the deals on your website and stop wasting time and paper! In the time it took me to realise I had to go online, my other half already ordered Dominos... Well played.

Tried to place an order, cut me off whilst speaking and wouldn’t answer when I called back. Onto Domino’s…

Ordered a pizza at 10pm. I have called only twice, on my second call, jay the assistant manager said he can give me 10 pound off. He then said he will give me 15 if I don't call again. So he is bribing me not to chase for a pizza that I expected over an hour ago that I have already paid for. I also am insure how I am going to get the 15 pound. He did say to reference his name "jay" and it will be sorted. The shop now closes in 20 minutes and no pizza. Also when I called the second time, he said its on the way. I mentioned that he said that ealier and he just said. Yeah I recognised the voice. This is unacceptable. If they don't have the staff then don't take the order or ring the customer and say, hey it's going to be delayed. At 11:44, we get the notification to say it has just left the resturant and Is now on its way. So jay lied to me twice then offered me money to keep me quiet. I think....jay the "assistant manager" needs some further training in customer service and politeness. Perhaps also offering money to me on a recorded line is not the best idea. So I get a phone call at 23:51, I am here outside the iron gates. We don't have iron gates. No one around has iron gates. Had to share a live location on WhatsApp just so the driver can find me. The driver did not read the location on what's app so I had to keep repeating the address, next he is saying there is no network so now cannot find the house Called pizza hut back, spoke with jay. Jay said the they are stupid and jay will call the driver. He did turn up. Driver had no money to give us. The driver also decided to park in the middle of the road door open, engine on. Very inconsiderate to our neighbours and other road users

Dont recommend at all we ordered two large pizzas they just be trying to save money on dough because they were so flat !! Hardly any base at all floppy and it just didn’t taste right. These were meant to be regular pizzas NOT thinn crust

As a child, I wanted the pizza, drink and snack meal deal. But I was informed by the minimum wage employee (who presumably graduated from the Morrison's checkout) that I was not allowed to do this, and after a minute of arguing, was forced to order a medium pizza instead and without the meal deal. This was obviously more expensive, and I did not get my drink or snack in the end. If the Morrison's graduate is at the cash register, you are better off walking out. womp womp

Box's of food was wet/soaked. Ordered garlic sauce got bbq instead. The pizA was cold along with the rest of the food. Also here the box was wet the pizza was soggy too. Not sure what had happend. Delivery was okay ish. But was let down after the soggy wet box's.

3 Items missing from the order (a side, a dip and two ice creams to go with the cookie dough) unfortunately. I did phone up about the first item and to be fair to the restaurant they came out to deliver it (albeit after we had finished our meal), but then I noticed the other two mistakes but I didn't want to disturb my evening anymore

Accidentally ordered for pickup an hour later than intended but that wasn’t a problem. When I turned up early the staff were helpful and polite and made the order (3 pizzas and 3 sides) on the spot. No fuss. Thank you guys for going above and beyond!

The manager of Pizza Hut Reigate is an amazing and generous person as he support different local projects. He gifted vouchers to various projects for schools, colleges, and care homes. Our family and friends always order from Pizza Hut Reigate because this place became an active part of our local community.

The melts were a bit more toasty/crustier than I thought they would be. They seem like they're going to be super tender and cheesy but they aren't quite like that. They do taste very good, though

Was meant to have ice cream with my cookie dough didn’t get any and my drink didn’t come either. I can’t eat the cookie dough without the ice cream I was told they’d bring it back and have now been left. Waste of my money

Our go to pizza place, for collection or delivery. Only had a problem once, over the last two years we have been ordering from them, and they sent out a replacement order within 20 minutes. Food is always hot and correct when delivered. Never had an issue with service, delivery drivers are great!

Was very disappointed with my order from Pizza Hut recently, ordered the Beef Sizzler where they were very tight on Beef toppings - more jalapeños on the pizza in fact. Potato Wedges were too firm and the restaurant forgot to include my dip that I ordered too. Unlikely to use again.

The triple cheese hawaiian with stuffed crust I got was hands down the most deliciously decadent pizza I've ever had. Blew Papa John's out of the park.

Just eat app said still being cooked and driver was outside trying to use the just eat customer number to call me. Clearly something wrong with the app and driver waited outside for 10 minutes. Not his fault as app issue and food was cold. Would NOT RECCOMEND JUST EAT!

Gone hungry tonight when 1st pizza delivered was meant to be thin crust but came undercooked and soggy. Sent second one which was burnt on top and base was still soggy. Chef had attitude so back to Dominoes I think.

Thank you Pizza Hut for saving two hungry young ladies and goodbye dominoes!! )Well done England - Final 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿) Saving grace and shame on dominoes who took my money, let two children go hungry and told me if they cannot attempt a cold re - delivery they would refund me £12.80 out of £40 even though the store is less than a minute away. Rude Manager and staff that despite being gracefully allowed to speak first as adults, shouted over me repeatedly. Pizza Hut to the rescue and within 26 mins of our hour & a half ordeal. I know this is repeated but come on this was in the euro semi finals !! Well done Pizza Hut . Amazing attention to detail and exemplary customer service. I ordered the meal deal £19.99 one large pizza and two sides and a drink when i got my order one side was missing and the food was not hot so i called an siad one of my side missing he gave 2 op one give me £10 next time we order or send one out i sid send one out so it didn't turn up

Disgustingly greasy 🤮 Don't normally order pizza from here and never will again. The base was horrible, can't get the greasy taste out of my mouth. Plenty of other places to order from, I would recommend them!
