Domino's Pizza - London - Banstead in Reigate and Banstead

Congratulations the worst pizza I’ve had cold hardly any toppings I’m surprised your still trading won’t eat at this place again.Look at the reviews that must tell you something!!!!!!!!

Popped in around 5.30pm and ordered 2 medium size pizza and 1 chicken strippers. Great pizza quality and very friendly staff service over the counter. They look after their customer appropriately. Keep up the good job 👍🏻

Pizza arrived and was undercooked and still raw dough in part: called up and explained the pizza wasn’t cooked. Staff didn’t seem to care and then asked if we wanted a refund or a new pizza. Given we waited half and hour+ for the original pizza we asked for a refund. We then had a call back asking we send a picture of the raw pizza or they couldn’t process the refund. Unfortunately by this point we had put the pizza in the oven so were unable to do this. Had we of been told this when we first called we could have sent the picture immediately. Seems to be run by clowns who have no idea what they are doing, how to cook pizza or run a business with any form of customer service

Got my pizza quickly and good but it was all squashed and ruined when I got it.

Boring as it may sound Staff know what I like and it's already being made before I pay Great service

Pizza and cheesy chip both raw my order was forgotten about when arrived to the store the gentlemen’s said oh I forget your order give me 3 minutes after waiting a further 25 minutes he got my order rushed and forgot part of the order once question he said sorry I had a busy rush this morning so I missed it

£26 for large pizza including 2 delivery charge. The pizza sucks, I wish a cheaper better place in banstead selling pizza will open, oh wait I'm doing that. Hopefully can shut down all competitors quickly when we open for business mid 2024

Found a piece of white hard plastic. Disappointed 😞

My first visit to this particular shop, service was quite quick, unsurprisingly as I counted 15 members of staff behind the counter!! The only gripe I have is a sign plastered right across the front window saying any pizza any size £9.99, but when you get in the shop and place your order, all of a sudden its doubled to almost £20 !!, apparently I didn't read the small print!! Bit of a con I feel, shan't be rushing back here. Pizzas are massively over priced at the best of times, and this one left a foul taste in my mouth having had to pay double what I expected, expensive meal in the end.

Very nice food and staff in Banstead. But the pizza tracker is absolutely pathetic. Says it's 1 minute away when it took 20 + mins. Misleading and stupid. Very annoying as it lets domino's down. Especially when paying £2.49 delivery fee. Sort it out dominos.

Pizza was ready in 10 to 25minutes wasn't bad but didn't get bogof as apparently only applies if you download App etc however when asked staff said yes but charged full price.

Food arrived within the estimated time frame, food was hot and tasted good. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Had a problem with a pizza earlier this month (day of England game) which arrived a little cold. Manager was very apologetic and of course shop was very busy and agree to send a replacement for next order. Just delivered the replacement and was hot!)

Worst tasting pizza ever had from here, myself and my partner couldn’t eat it. Normally get pizza from here but will no longer be returning.

Absolutely awful...the pizza was late, cold and on previous times ordered the chicken wings were awful as you just bit into no meat but tons of hot fat in the mouth. I decided to give the just more chance and never again after cold pizzas now. This place needs new capable staff...in the last year its been awful.

No decent lunch time deals at this branch so never use them!, missing out on good lunch time profit in my option. Sutton south dose a personal pizza and side for £4.99, come on guys give is more lunch time options please !

Average pizza service!! Some staff are quite rude and don't know half of the menus when you call them directly down the phone. Extremely overpriced!! and can arrive late!

Awful service! Ordered on the app and got a call 1 hour after placing my order informing me they apparently only just received my order and have no ham?!? How can you no have ham and call Me 1 hour after placing the order. Nothing was done to apologise on dominos behalf and I’ve now had to cancel my order 😡😡😡😡

Ordered a pizza nearly 2 hours ago says delivered i called they said it would be here in a few minutes 45 minutes later they will not pick up the phone and i have no food and they have taken my money

Great place for a slice but wont take cash still

Take usually around half an hour to answer the phone, drive was extremely rude forcing food into my hand whilst I was on the phone to the store to query why the app said he was on his way, then sat outside the store for 10 minutes, then arrived 20 minutes later (10 minutes after the app said he had arrived), the store then hung up on me. The food was good, but the service is very very poor. In total it took 1 and a half hours from ordering to food arriving. If you take your business elsewhere, you won't be missing out on anything.

I ordered a vegetable pizza large, it was absolutely tasteless, the base was very dry, will definitely not b ordering from this establishment again.

Usually very nice tasting pizza. Today i experienced totally unacceptable behaviour, i ordered my pizza and the money came out of my account to find out that the pizza hadn't actually been ordered. Left confused and frustrated, i had to re-order where they had taken the money out of my account not only once but twice. disappointed is an understatement. No compensation was even mentioned. I am now severely out of pocket!!! I also now do not have tracking so lets hope my second order actually arrives!!! Shambles lets hope it actually arrives. Wish me luck

Don’t bother scam you with emails offers then manager can’t help so customer services contacted only to be told it’s a franchise so we will need to contact them... hopefully they fold in the current climate.. strong but true... don’t think customers will continue to use you we aren’t stupid so please don’t think we are...

If I could give lower ratings I would. The delivery man did not ring my door bell and left pizza on the floor. Lodged a complaint but not confident this will get to him. Will not be ordering here again. Left a review so others are aware.

Ordered online with the app, payment went through but order didn't, store couldn't see the the payment or the order. had to phone customer service number, that number told me to call another number. Spoke with customer service, they say that the money bounced back from them but wouldn't show in my account for 2 hours. This left me with no money to reorder. Ended up wasting half an hour of my time with nothing to show for it. Offered nothing in the way of compensation. Updating this the following day. Money is STILL not back in my account.

Poor, had a 50% discount but pizzas are buy 1 get 1 free in store so discount is pointless and so was the trip to get the pizzas.

This place needs new management or shut it down incompetent can’t answer the telephone !! When they do get the order wrong!! Terrible service

Friendly staff always willing to help where possible. Food is as good as it gets with dominos but the staff are what make a business so 5* for these guys.

If the delivery riders would stop honking the horns of their scooters when returning to the rear of the shop, I'm sure the people living locally would be happy. 8.55pm (30th May) and just had another lot of noise from a rider returning. When you have young children trying to sleep it's not fun. Would have been one star but pizza previously was alright.

Food took over than hour to reach me and I had to call multiple times for somebody to answer to finally tell me my food has only just left the store.

my miracle story Pure starvation and minutes deciding which pizza really tickled my fancy i decided to go with texas barbecue. 1 hour passed wondering where is this sacred pizza? 2 hours passed and still no pizza. At this point i didnt know where this juicy bbq pizza was! After many telephone calls wondering if it would ever show up there was a knock! I opened the door and to my amazement was a freezing cold pizza. Thankyou dominoes for the extra food which turnt out to be a dozen sauces?thau shall never return again. 😳

Awful ! It Takes so long to deliver and this isn’t a one of taken long every time I’ve ordered it’s taken so long ! It was completely Cold! When your paying the high amount you are i’d expect The food to at least taste good but they hadn’t even properly sauced my garlic bread so it was mainly just dough, and they didn’t cut my pizza up. when you ring they just are rude and hang up on you! Terrible customer service , only received half order and was over done phoned up and they said would put on next order . Phoned up week later to reclaim what was promised , girl on phone said there was no record of previous weeks mistake and didn’t seem to care and hung up on me .

In my experience having ordered from this particular franchise on numerous occasions, the pizza and wings have always been hot, delicious and on time.

Worst delivery service/customer service. Waited over an hour for our food (for a 10 minute journey) and when I called the store, they were utterly rude and unhelpful. Would never order from here again - Don’t waste your time!

This is by far the worst dominoes I have ever ordered from. It's at a stage now where I just go and pick the pizza up myself beacaue 1. The app never works and 2. It takes over 1 hour on a weekday just to get your order. Then when it comes it's either cold or wrong. Even picking the pizza up yourself is a pain I collected today and I waited 10 mins for some wedges and chicken strippers just beacaue they forgot to put them on. In the mean time my pizza was getting cold.

Fast delivery, great pizzas and always offers

Updated: I have ordered a couple times since a year ago when I had a pretty poor experience (see below). They seem better lately and appear to have addressed some of the problems I've had before. By no means great, but now a solid 3*... A year ago: 1* - Used to be good, now absolutely terrible. Over two hours after ordering my pizza and no pizza, no communication, no answer when I call them. Just awful! Papa John's just a bit further along the High Street must be delighted! (Update: Pizza arrived after 2hr 10m. Unsurprisingly was not very hot. Also not exactly what I ordered. Tasted OK though!)

One star is overly generous for this shop. Multiple times the customer service has been sub standard, costs pennies to make a pizza, more than happy to pay a premium but never again. Shame Epsom cannot pick up the Banstead area, instead we wont be using Domino's again! Avoid, avoid AVOID!

A warning to those who don't want to be messed about and served this. Tonight at 8:30 we ordered dinner from dominoes banstead .... at 9:45 the online tracker was saying our food had arrived when it hadn't. So called the store to ask where our food is to be told it's been delivered 😕 so asked for a fresh order to be made and to be informed what had happened to the old order. I then receive a phone call from the driving asking how to get to mine and telling me he has been lost for 45 minutes 😮 (It's a 4 minute drive and my phone number was on the delivery notes to ensure he could phone me if he had any problems!). So I told him to return to the store to pick up my fresh order and I would speak to the store, now as this happened I saw a car pull up outside so asked if it is his, to which he replied no I drive a saab.. i called the store to be told "we use heat bags so the food should still be hot enough" even though by this point the guy has been driving around for 50 minutes! This just made my jaw drop, the hot food would be cold and my ice cream would be thawed! So I said I'm coming to the store and want a partial refund and a fresh order. On arrival at the store I parked behind the delivery drivers Saab! and then I got told I have to wait for their head office to refund us as they can't do it in store?! What kind of store is this?? 😕 Whilst waiting said delivery driver walked straight past me, no appology to his car and drove off. Now I'm not certain at this point if they put our old pizzas on the hot plate or made fresh but I definitely believe they were sat for a while but I took them anyway. Upon arrival at home we put the ice cream in the freezer and ate our pizzas. Now time for the bit I have been waiting for!! Ben and jerrys fish food ice cream, and opened up the tub to discover it's a melted pot of goo 😠. So I phoned up the store to ask did they give me the ice cream which had been sat in the delivery drivers car with the pizzas for nearly an hour? To my shock the stupid woman lied to me and said the delivery driver has only just got back to the store after trying to deliver our pizzas (a full 2 hours after he left to deliver them, maybe he diverted via Portsmouth?) Which is obviously impossible as he was there when I arrived! Now the question is would you eat ice cream which has been thawed with heat then re cooled down? Hell no as I don't want food poisoning!!! ordered pizza online at 6.15 it's now 8pm and still no pizza, the tracker still say PREP. just called them as have 3 veey hungry children to be told there was a 2 hours wait, however this did not state this when I ordered, also who on earth in going to wait 2 hours for a pizza. lady on the phone said i havr to understand its friday night and busy but this is not my problem if i order pizza i dont expect to wait 2 hours anyhow I use dominos a lot on Fridays evening's and never had this service. will not use again would of bee. quicker to make my ow

this place is awful. once again ordered a pizza via there app and waited over 1.5hrs for it to arrive, and then it arrives cold. You call numerous times and the staff are incredibly rude, shouting at you down the phone that its 'on its way' - when it obviously isn't. The reality is the place is poorly managed and the staff haven't got a clue what there doing. This franchise should be shut down as its ruining a good companies name.

I ordered a pizza that took three hours to arrive. I called the store multiple times and kept getting told the pizza was out for delivery when it wasn’t. When it arrived it was cold.

Ordered pizza at 7.30pm. It’s now 10pm and we are still waiting. Apparently it’s been in quality check for 60 minutes. Staff are rude when you call and put the phone down on me.

Had a pizza delivered that took an hour and a half to get to my house. When I got the pizza it was cold and was all in the corner of the box as the driver must have taken a funky route. I rang the manager and he told me that it's impossible to be cold, I offered to let the driver come and feel it but he turned that down and gave me a free pizza for next time I order. When I ordered the exact same thing happened again. In fairness the pizza got to me in 35 mins but was cold and all in the corner of the box again. I called the manager who was very aggressive on the phone and told me im just trying to get free pizza and lying etc.. Not a way to be treated.

Absolutely dismal service. Ordered at 19:00, called at 20:00 as no pizzas. Arrived at 20:15, one pizza missing. Phoned was told it would be made. By 21:30 still not arrived, called it had been forgotten. Offered a bottle of coke as an apology! Don't waste your money! Go somewhere else.

WORST service of any restaurant. Order acknowledged at 755pm (Saturday) as at 920 STILL not even in the oven. At 1007 - it was STILL at "quality check". Checked the app again at 1017 and 1027 it was still at Quality Control. What are they doing with this. Its 2.5 hours to cook a PIZZA!!!!! Tried to call 3 times - no-one answers the phone - what a great testament to a global brand! Delivered with BAD attitude at 1040!!!! COLD - but burnt. If only there was an option for NO stars

2.5 hours later and still no pizza! Spoken to manager 3 times, after he called to say he didn't no who took my pizza out for delivery. Then the driver claimed he was outside when he wasn't! Then the manager said he would get one to me - 50 mins later he said he forgot to make the pizza. Never will I order from dominos again!

Placed order on Friday at 755pm from Banstead, Surrey for delivery. Order had not showed up after an hour so called shop to ask when I can expect delivery. Told it was out for delivery but it was not. It showed up after another half hour (hour and a half in total) Order also had wrong pizza. Called shop again and asked for shop manager and was told he did not want to talk to me, I asked 3 times and the employee said each time the manager did not want to talk to me, even though he did not know who I was or why I was calling. The employee said I was dumb and hung up the phone. I can't tell you how many Dominos pizzas we have ordered in the past. This obviously is the last Dominos pizza we will ever order from anywhere. Hello Papa Johns.

Wrong pizza delivered, contacted store and was initially politely told that a replacement would be sent straight out and apologised for mistake. A few minutes later I was called back by the manager and told that they had delivered what I ordered so no Free replacement would be sent, how could the representative possibly see what was sitting in the box on my dining room table? I argued that I was not requesting a Free pizza but just an exchange for what was ordered and paid for but delivered incorrectly. I will no longer give them any of my custom as I am disguted with the customer service and the manner in which I was spoken to. The cost of the branch exchanging my pizza has cost them a loyal and frequent customer. Furthermore I was previously overcharged for an order by this branch, despite providing a screen shot of the order confirmation and amount to prove my case I was told that it was a problem with the app/IT system and therefore not the fault of Dominos! Who was at fault then? there were only two parties involved, myself and Dominos so I guess that what they are saying is that it was my fault I was overcharged! I Exchanged several emails with the customer care team but to no avail. I give up!

Useless management at Banstead. Rude. Don't take complaints seriously. Still owed a refund, 3 weeks on!
