Morrisons Reigate Cafe in Reigate and Banstead

Yet again unable to supply a breakfast This is not he first time they are unable to supply a breakfast. The previous time they had no eggs despite the supermarket having plenty! The staff have no interest in resolving the matter and various drink dispensers remain out of service a very poor cafe .

Went in with the intention of ordering breakfast. No menus anywhere to be seen. Also no staff anywhere. Gave up and went elsewhere

What's the point of this cafe. No menu or price list. All coffee machines broken. Surly staff unwilling to help. You may as well close up as you obviously don't want custom. I'm less likely to shop at morrisons until the cafe gets new manager.

Hoping for an improvement but unsuccessful. No menus Mainly plastic cutelry Two full English breakfasts and tea as they didn’t have coffee Advised toast was buttered but couldn’t tell Breakfast was Luke warm bacon hard. Shame it wouldn’t be difficult to improve

No breakfast ever, no staff or run out of ingredients (in a supermarket) . Been working nearby for six weeks and out of the 8 times I've been there they've only had a full breakfast available twice. May aswell shut it down

Recently I have wanted breakfast there twice but they don’t have all the ingredients despite them being available in the supermarket The service is slow The supermarket service is even worse

Rude staff and the place is disgustingly dirty. Never have I been exposed to suck rude behaviour the by the snippy little 20 year old boy cashier. Aggressive to customers even when my wife with a smile kindly asked him not to be so rude. Where do you find these people as he is not the only one. Avoid like the plague!

Badly run they never have half the food items on the menu,always sold out of things and half the time they are closed.

Out of 3 visits only open once, and then only toasted sandwich or battered sausage? Pull ya socks up Morrisons

Amazing food but never open it closes at 3-4 pm and they don't sell hot food much after 12 pm

Less than one star , not an option. This place is never open in the day anymore , Ive been at least 20 times to ask if they are serving a full menu and am turned away everytime. I think they are closing down

Meeting friends for breakfast a long wait then most of the breakfast ingredients were warm or cold. Not good value and not he first time food has been substandard

Pop in cafe Redhill won't let you down people! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As for Morrisons Cafe here's my review!! Zero stars if I could!!! No full breakfast or revised menu for breakfast just sausage chips and beans on its own, bacon sandwich, or egg and bacon sandwich, asked if the had mushrooms they said yes but not willing to plate any of the items together. You have the items for breakfast willing to cook each on their own but not willing to make a revised breakfast?.. It's beyond poor service, totally un-intelligent. What's going on here? Are they trying to run the cafe into the ground or drive customers away? Ended up walking to Redhill to the pop in cafe and getting a full breakfast!

Big shoutout to Ellie, for being so nice with us, the old lady at the cafe is so rude whenever we dine in at the cafe, so it’s really nice and refreshing to be served by Ellie. She was very polite and friendly to us. Me and my friends like to dine in at the cafe once a week after going to the playground. Will come back again next week and hoping to see Ellie again. Marfe

We’ve visited this cafe 4 Saturdays in the row. Only 2-3 items from the menu are available. Never have burgers(if only there was the place to get it from) Once they didn’t “have” poached eggs. Food is ok but service and availability is appalling. Still very cheap and service reflects it.

Surprisingly good! Avocado on toast with poached eggs, Friday lunch treat.

Always mucky but handy to sit in lunchtime. Staff have disapliary meetings that you can overhear! How embarrassing!

It came cold and looked like it had been thrown on the plate

This is a lovely cafe and very popular with young and old alike! The food is very tasty and very reasonably priced, which is why it's always busy. I recommend the fish and chips.... ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! It is always attended to by friendly staff, and a great little place to meet with friends for a catch up and a spot of what ever you fancy to eat and drink.

Poor breakfast AGAIN Having ordered a large breakfast it was served with uncooked 1/2 tomato , no black pudding and other than beans Luke warm food. No menu available to check what it should have been and staff busy so unable to complain without breakfast getting even colder. Breakfast and tea cost £7:40 I don’t think good value at all as this is not the first time breakfast has been substandard

The breakfast is excellent value for money, just the right portion size for a great price. However, atmosphere can be very stressy due to the noise you generally expect in a supermarket and the last couple of visits we had to keep our coats in as it was absolutely freezing in there. But if its a good breakfast with great toast on good bread, Morrissons is the place to go!

Popped in for some shade after fun with the family at the park and accompanying inflatable rentals! Despite the understandably limited menu, the firm favourites were all available and the whole family enjoyed a perfect lunch. Only realised after ordering the poor chef was left all alone to take orders, clean tables and make the food! The wait time was nothing with this in mind and said chef even apologised when none was necessary. It always seems to be those at the bottom who offer fantastic customer service under unacceptable circumstances and I felt I needed to give this person a shout-out!

Young lady running the cafe was on her own but gave cheerful service.

Had large breakfast this morning. Egg was over cooked tomato and mushroom cold and undercooked. Whole breakfast was only warm and cold by the time I finished it. No black pudding or staff to mention it to unless I go to the counter and the breakfast becomes even colder Now only one hash brown. Think I will go elsewhere for future breakfasts

Best prices in Reigate, service sometimes a bit naff but clean and a good space. Excellent covid controls.

Good basic food and good service

Foods OK, some staff are helpful others can't be bothered. Often run out of food, or forget bits of your order.

Love Morrisons shopping. So much variety for home cooking but unfortunately the cafe in there did not, that's why I rate 3 stars.

I like it, foods not bad, reasonably priced, great parking with a great park next door, wonderful for the kids as well.

Service is slow. Staff can sometimes appear unhappy. Food is overcooked and baked.

We usually have a quick lunch in this cafe when we come to Morrison, once or twice a week, and it is not bad at all ... Sometimes you have to clean your table or wait for a free table to sit down, but it is convenient, reasonably priced and they have free WiFi and charging points. Coffee is nicer than in other supermarket's cafes.

Clean tidy friendly and great value for money...breakfast 2ith drink under £5

Excellent bacon sandwich, spaces in car park, business meeting success. Not many places give you food and parking 8am

Morrisons cafe Sutton. Good food and great staff. Especially a lady called Pauline. Very helpful. There was a lady in a wheelchair with her husband. And she went out of her way to help this couple. Very high praise to her.

The food is very good, and good value.

Coffee was ok. A bit colder than I would expect but just meant I drank it quicker. Breakfasts are great and cheap.
