De Roma in Blackpool

Great food the only problem was a mix up with our address which is normal for us because of where we live

Food not as advertised and arrived cold. Ordered the medium donner kebab, chips and drink deal. Ended up with cold donner meat and chips without the drink.

Terrible, I ordered through Blackpool eats. I ordered a 14" double pepperoni, then added extra pepperoni for the extra £1.30 or so. Obviously I love my pepperoni, my pizza arrived, undercooked, the dough was soggy, and on average, there was probably only 2 pieces of pepperoni on each slice. Very disappointed, avoid at all costs

Never had a bad order from you until today. The pizza was WAY undercooked, I couldn't eat it and had to throw it away. I'm a regular of yours so I'm really disappointed.

It was a nice pizza but burnt a bit which was visible and you can taste use De roma alot so don't be put off sure it was a oversight delivery early by 15min

Everything was not nice at all my young one didn't eat it the burger didn't taste cooked the jacket everythin wasn't done right all in all nothin tasted good we have had to re order from somewhere else because we cudnt eat it

I don’t like to give bad reviews. But this restaurant claims fresh dough pizza. It definitely is not, just your big standard usual probably frozen or processed base. False advertising to claim fresh dough base, so very disappointing.

Wouldn't recommend as the food was not good, pizza base wasn't made fresh and was hard, pizza toppings didn't taste nice either and had a strange smell, the chicken in the kebab was fried not grilled. The only good thing was how quick it was delivered. Very disappointing

2x 14" pizzas, food was very poor quality, burnt, salty and dry. requested sauces and toppings didn't receive any. contacted the takeaway directly to resolve the issue, unfortunately told by the takeaway they don't deal with problems from justeat orders as they charge too much commission. poor customer service from this takeaway. definitely will not be ordering from here again.

My order was delivered to boundary Court a block of flats adjacent to my bungalows address of Pilling Court. The restaurant was not helpful when contacted and make out its my fault they wrongly delivered the order. Disgraceful service.

Honestly I've had delivery from here a few times now and it's been pretty good every time, never any complaints and usually pretty quick. Will be back again

Well were do you want me to start I ordered a meal deal an these send me a kids chips an chicken nuggets witch I called these bk up an told them the order is wrong an there said there will send my meal deal out witch was bout 8.15 an now it’s 9.43 so I called them bk up asking way my meal deal is an there have said if I don’t get it tonight I will get it the next time I order from them but I will not be ordering every again from these so keep yr meal deal an give it to the homeless as I will never order again from your self

Food still not arrived and it 8-13pm now said phone but I not received anything

Accepted the order. Paid and money taken from my bank account. Over one hour after Just eat letting me know that the order was on the way De Roma rang me saying that my address was too far for delivery. I regularly receive takeaway orders with no problem. De Roma need to let Just Eat how far they are willing to travel for delivery. Very poor service!!!

Missing items and didn't answer the phone to resolve it. Mushrooms burnt to the tray, garlic bread and cheese was very dry and over cooked.

We ordered a pizza and a Donner with two lots of chips one was cheesy chips both chips was over cooked and burnt like they was reheated and refried the donner was dry and burnt and the naan bread was hard and burnt pizza was fine restaurant service was great and delivery was great.

If I could give zero stars I would... The wings looked like pigs ears I would give my dog.. the calzone and garlic bread was dry I could peal the cheese away from the base... If I wanted left over food from the night before I would have heated up last night's tea.... AVOID

Food was warmish, doner kebab with salad didn’t taste like donor meat and the salad was a tiny bit of lettuce with onion, the pita bread looked like it had been thrown in a puddle and slapped under all the food. Chips where cold, pizza wasn’t good either.

Guys I love you and love your takeaway and your food is amazing but delivering me brown sauce as a replacement of bbq sauce the other day isn’t really a decent thing to do… I let it slide as your one of my favourite takeaways but please don’t try that on again ☹️

Really good, Italian, food outlet. With real, Italian chef's, making healthy food. Nice clean kitchen, and comfortable waiting area, with good movies, on the TV. Highly recommend, rare to find such good quality f&b, and service, these days.

The whole order dripping with grease even paper they was wrapped in soaked n the carry bag Luke warm omelette burnt n very small n jacket potato well there was no filling cos it was all over the wrapper where the order had bin put in on its side n seeped out everywhere don’t know where sweet corn was cos I didn’t find any n there was that much Mayo that’s all u could taste salad warm n soggy n was mainly big chunks onion all went in bin wasn’t happy

Won't order again. TINY portions for not-so-tiny prices! .. If I could leave a video I took of the so-called kebab I took, I would! Overcooked meat in kebabs. .2 different types it was, too... what there was of it. Chips were obviously warm-ups. One plus was the driver was a lovely chap.

I've ordered from here a lot in the past and have never been disappointed up until today! Horrible pizza. I thought stick to what you know when I ordered from here & I wished I never bothered. Ordered a de Roma special kebab had plenty of meat the box couldn't be shut properly it was huge all meat was perfectly cooked moist tender soft and plenty of flavor the chips was a good size portion aswell and also the bread was soft not chewy or hard like other places could taste the garlic in the cheese would recommend / order again

Donner meat was barely cooked and we had something that was suspiciously like a chopped up burger instead of lamb. Garlic bread was good but they also sent the wrong drinks.

Food was pretty substandard nothing made me want to order again! Kids didn’t complain about their meals but I thought it was all rather bland and they forgot one of the items at first but delivered it once we rung back

We came to visit relatives and decided to get a takeaway before driving home. I gotta say we was all very surprised how tasty the food was, toasty hot and delivered by a smiling face. We will deffinately be back again, thank you

Absolutely the worst food I have ever had. The chicken was grey and it’s smelt bad, had about 3 slices of onion and 2 bits of lettuce in the kebab and the pita was frozen still! The chips where stone cold and so so oily, litterally a pool of oil over them. The garlic bread, woooowwwwwwww it was cardboard, it was solid with no taste but flakey. The mad was so rude and told me he had done his best for me. I have never ever written a review on here but this needs to be said. Do NOT order from here!!!!

Food was extremely late. We ordered at 22:20 and the food came at 23:45. 1 hour and 15 minute wait for 2 pizzas! Ridiculous.

Come on guys it's not that hard is it I ordered 1 12inch BBQ pizza and 1 14inch BBQ pizza on neither was there any BBQ sauce couldn't even taste the BBQ I've ordered from here loads over the year and I've never been disappointed until tonight really not happy with the order don't think I'll be using your facilities for a while if ever again

Take away In England is often over priced and very poor quality this was neither this was a triumph to pizza and I highly recommend

ordered special pizza, Milan pizza and a special kebab. special pizza was beautiful but the Milan pizza was slightly over done, may have been in the oven bit to long. overall pizza rating is good. large special kebab meal served with chips and a 10" garlic bread, unfortunately we didn't receive it, but we did get a 12" garlic bread with cheese free instead of the 10". special kebab was strange as in contained sliced burger meat! paying £13 for a kebab and not getting proper food is abit cheeky. would have to rate the special kebab below average. this was our first order & will see if its better next time. would order again for the pizzas, not so much for the kebab.

Been looking for my fave pizza place for a lil while and I've now found it, so far so good. I can't fault the pizza its tastey and the thin pizza base is always cooked very well. Can't complain fort the price, why pay 20 quid at a chain for one pizza???

The kerbab pizza and garlic bread were all cooked really well. The meat feast pizza was very spicy! Thankfully i eat spicy food but if you dont i would recommend checking with restaurant which pizza is best to order

Placed order for 2 pizzas and a chicken wrap, around 15 mins after placing the order i recieved a phone call double checking i had placed the order and asked if i wanted a complimentary garlic bread or cheese and tomato pizza. On arrival of the food the driver was very polite and professional. The food was great the complimentary pizza was a suprise as we wern't expecting anything we also recieved a bottle of pepsi on the house. We will 100% be returning. Thank you De Roma for a fantastic experience.

Ordered Donna meat and chips with mayo chicken onion and pepper with garlic extra topping and a Donna kebab with garlic sauce The Donna meat was dry and tasted processed there wasn't garlic on pizza.. good points food was delivered early and got free garlic bread

Hardly any tomato base on the pizza, very dry, not mozzarella cheese, they said they turned the ovens back on to cook our order as they had already closed (not according to just eat), pizza was hot but cheese was not stringy like a normal pizza.

The donner meat tasted and smelt like it was old perhaps left out for a day. Chicken kebab came with literally maybe half an onion cut up instead of salad. The garlic bread tasted like crunchy bread no taste what so ever. Will not order again and wouldnt advise anybody else order either unless you like eating old and tasteless food.

ordered late missed burger off and no refun given as i payed by card and could not ring them as they were shut so had to order the burger somewhere else i will be going to the gazette about this bad customer relations and horrid staff who obviously knew they were no burger there in the first place and i will be fileing a complaint with just eat

My review is basic because i ordered a meat feast calzone and didnt get one. I got a pizza. Also it took 1 hour to deliver it.
