Food was hot, that's much more than I expected from fast food. The service was fast and friendly. Tracie and Ben were a great team making my visit very special. I shall be returning some. Best Burgerking I have visited. Thank you

perhaps it might have been warm had you not put cold drinks in same bag as hot food. I ordered 2 meals...simple? no, forgot fries. you charge me service charge for poor service!

My milkshake had been spilled in the bag making my food all soggy, and forgot something from the order

ordered 2 XL Double Burgers with 1 extra burger on both. All food arrived Cold. This has happened several times in the past and I don't understand why the food is not transported in Thermos Bags to keep it warm upto point of delivery.

Driver was friendly and food was still nice and hot

delivered wrong order tried and tried to call them to let them know ended up taking it back and got the right meal apparently the rider pick up a collection order instead of mine.

Incredibly disappointed to find the I’m missing an entire bacon double XL meal from the order, I find it difficult to understand how you can miss an entire meal from an order containing only 2 meals and an extra burger, this is not the first time either I have had many issues with this particular Burger King. Very disappointing

Absolute joke, ordered a meal coming to £39 delivery came and it wasn’t even mine, just got told by the driver to keep it and ask for refund, really helpful when we had 2 hungry people and a meal for one nothing like wat we ordered arrived

I ordered my Chicken Royale PLAIN and I instead received a Chicken Royale with Cheese and Bacon. Not angry, just disappointed because I don’t often have bad experiences with Burger King.

Food always good especially the fries, one of the best. Coffee was good too, not long to wait for food either. Nobody seems to clean the tables. No atmosphere, and the music keeps playing the same plinky plonkey background music.

My only complaint is the cold drink in the bag with the food made the food a bit cold

Burgers were nice. I also tried a milk shake for the first time which was nice but just a little sugary.

yet again the food is cold we asked you to put the drinks away from the food in another bag because it makes the food cold what a waste of money I knew I should of gone else where

Good Burgers: Moist with taste unlike the burgers from my local Burger King in Southgate, North London where the burgers are both dry; tasteless and cold and leaves me feeling like I've eaten thick; hard cardboard.

I’ve been very impressed with burger king recently. Having been let down by McDonald’s and kfc repeatedly, these guys are always on time, the food is hot and the order always complete. Much better food than McDonald’s too.

Order was right, on time and warm. Driver was friendly.

It would be nice if the restaurant actually looked at the orders properly as I asked for no tomatoes but the order turned up with tomatoes

They made the driver wait 45 mins for the food. Plus his other orders meant total time near 2hrs

My food was over 2 hours late i had to go to burger King and get it myself as the driver who the lady at burger King said was called mario was saying that he was at the restaurant but he wasnt even there and then when i was there my orders were given

Two hours from acceptance of order - I had to leave the house for an appointment and didn’t get my food- HOWEVER, the staff at Burger King were really amazing and did their best to help

Food is good would be better if they looked at the order properly and actually give the customer what they requested

I was a little concerned if this would travel well but it arrived still hot and totally delicious. Way better than MDs. So glad I can order from here now.

Just tried to order some lunch from the counter at burgerking rustington and was rudely told that there policy does not allow orders from the counter, iv never heard such rubbish, so I walked out and went somewhere else will not be using burgerking anymore

This burger king get it right everytime, everything is always given out fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff are lovely and really care about getting your order perfect and do a great job of that. Specifically wanted to give a good word about Ruby & Lauren, lovely girls who never forget my sweet chilli sauce and understand the importance of having said delectable sweet chilli sauce as it is a quintessential feminine urge. The ice cream was put in the same bag as the hot food, hence the ice cream was melted & the food not very warm.

went in to get a burger on my way home , the counter staff would not serve me and I had to use 1 of the machines that did not work properly, once I had placed my order I then had to go back to the counter to pay as I only had cash!! when I received my meal the burger was cold and the bun seemed like it had been sitting there all day as it was still will not be going back to rustington EVER AGAIN

Ordered onion rings with my meal. They were cold, stodgy, and didn't seem to have any onion in. After eating 1 I asked if I could switch them for fries. Manager said no so I asked her to bin them. Seems a bit tight.

Driver delivered sealed bag with correct receipt for Double Whopper meal but only a Coke Zero bottle was inside. Driver said he receives it sealed and nothing he can do. £13 for a coke zero bottle. Burger King Rustington, what the F are you up to?

The food came quickly. Unfortunately despite the restaurant only being less than a 5 minute drive away my burger was stone cold. Ended up having to put it in the microwave, everything else was hot so makes me wonder how long my burger was sitting around for. The rest of the food was nice though.

I don’t usually complain but this was a joke, the chips are so cold that they are hard, the onion rings too and rubbery not to mention only 3 and 1/4 the burger only one patty which should have had two!

Some of my delivery didn't arrive. They refunded cost of the food but haven't refunded the extra delivery charge/service charge I had to pay for that extra food. I'm out of pocket, how is that fair??

Service was rude. Food was OK but could taste your new flavourings on chips as they are all together. This place is filthy, table's are sticky and dirty. The floor was the same as well as food and rubbish everywhere. As for the toilets I was ore afraid of catching something in there then anywhere, it's obvious they haven't been cleaned today or in the past year. You should be ashamed of yourselves BK.

After another well known fast food burger place let me down about a month ago by cancelling an order “no Uber drivers” after an hour of waiting with 6 hungry children “only 4 mine lol” and 2 hungry adults I thought I’d try Burger King…. I’m very glad I did because this particular order was spot on, still warm and everything was there and on time. Hats off to the staff in there this Saturday night because for fast food takeaway meal it was proper decent

Ordered at 4:30pm and got a notification at 6:30pm saying delivered at 5pm but was never even delivered wasted 2 hours waiting for food to never turn up

i ordered a BBQ bacon stacker king box meal and got a chicken burger and loaded fries but didn't get my chilli cheese bites either

Hard to tell on atmosphere as hardly go in the place for food, I usually order online and the time he gets to me is good but never get any smiles. The food... it tastes good but some reason the burgers have lost their quality, it's gone down hill where the burgers get to you smooshed like flattened and just a complete mess, the salad in it is always soggy I'm actually going to stop ordering this now it's not worth the money. Very disappointed.

Absolutely filthy inside. It's joint with subway. At least 5 people working in both shops. Only 3 customers inside. Staff standing around having a chat. Not sweeping floor or cleaning tables. Had to clean our own table

the double bacon cheese burger was solid burnt, and it didnt come with my chili cheese bites or my dorito's fries which was added. the child meal was fine.

Delivery address was wrong, despite us being regular customers. Delivery driver argued with me until I gave him the code then the food was stone cold. Annoyed to say the lease as we are really good customers.

driver was excellent. Polite and no messing around. Some drivers struggle finding the address because it's above shops, but this order came in good time and still hot.

Food was great, and was pleasantly surprised, everything was piping hot, tasted good and was fresh, chips were nicely salted and crisp, however 50 minute delivery time for something that’s a few minutes away seems a little much

Ordered a chicken royale meal and asked about the Blue Light discount. According to the Blue Light app I get 20% off. But When I checked my receipt I was only given 10% off 🙄. Food was blah as my sandwich was mostly mayonaise. Onion rings was really bland. Not going back here again.

DIRTY! Floor dirty, WC dirty, tables & chairs dirty, windows dirty. The one bin available is over flowing. The staff are scruffy and can be seen smoking out the side door by the kitchen. I live locally and I've been a few times over the years and its the same on every visit. The management clearly do not care. Every time my kids convince me to go in there I swear it will be the last.

Order never even arrived despite the actual Burger King being 10 minutes away from us. I used Just Eat as I didnt have transport and kids in tow. Marked as 'delivered' by the Just Eat driver. Absolutely fuming.

Definitely one of the best I've been to. The Aberdeen Angus burgers were nice and fat.
