Burger King in Arun

Very efficient and quick, much better food than the other well known burger fast food outlet!! Try the Frozen Ice blue raspberry drink, it's lovely,but watch out for brain freeze 😁.

Some items ordered were missing

Delivery time was extended twice. Food was cold and burgers had very little sauce on them

The whoppers were thrown together with the "salad" and mayo hanging out one side leaving the other side dry. My last order was great but not this time. Despite the Tuesday discount £20 is a lot to spend on "food" fit for the bin where it went.

Very slow delivery with constantly changing delivery time

The delivery driver was brilliant, but burger king kept changing the delivery time, causing confusion for us.

Good burger which if it had pickles and ketchup, would have been a great burger. The milk shake was excellent.

Always visit late in the day tbh, but the staff here are always friendly and are a credit to the company, foods always hot and better quality than other fast food places, can always park close by and so far Milkshake machine is always working!! 😋

Ordered a plant based whopper, got sent something different, I couldn't eat. Got a £3 refund, meaning I spent £9.25 for chips and a bottle of diet coke. Shameful. Never again. Don't bother

Delivery time that we chose was 18.30 and eventually it arrived at 20.40 that is 2hr 8 min late. Totally unacceptable. The food was awful. It was COLD. WE ARE REQUESTING AND REQUIRING A FULL REFUND. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😕

Why put cold drinks in with hot food? every time!

The delivery driver was at the restaurant for over an hour, took over an hour and a half to get my food delivered in total from a restaurant 5 mins down the road, I’ll get it myself next time

Burger King missed a lot of items from my small order, the fries and most of the chilli cheese bites. I paid over £20 for this and got less than half of the order. when trying to contact Burger King it said I had "dialled an incorrect number". Really unhappy and won't be ordering again.

The drink cup was half full and had no straw to drink it

ordered 2 XL Double Burgers with 1 extra burger on both. All food arrived Cold. This has happened several times in the past and I don't understand why the food is not transported in Thermos Bags to keep it warm upto point of delivery.

delivered wrong order tried and tried to call them to let them know ended up taking it back and got the right meal apparently the rider pick up a collection order instead of mine.

Incredibly disappointed to find the I’m missing an entire bacon double XL meal from the order, I find it difficult to understand how you can miss an entire meal from an order containing only 2 meals and an extra burger, this is not the first time either I have had many issues with this particular Burger King. I ordered my Chicken Royale PLAIN and I instead received a Chicken Royale with Cheese and Bacon. Not angry, just disappointed because I don’t often have bad experiences with Burger King.

My only complaint is the cold drink in the bag with the food made the food a bit cold

Food always good especially the fries, one of the best. Coffee was good too, not long to wait for food either. Nobody seems to clean the tables. No atmosphere, and the music keeps playing the same plinky plonkey background music.

Burgers were nice. I also tried a milk shake for the first time which was nice but just a little sugary.

yet again the food is cold we asked you to put the drinks away from the food in another bag because it makes the food cold what a waste of money I knew I should of gone else where

Good Burgers: Moist with taste unlike the burgers from my local Burger King in Southgate, North London where the burgers are both dry; tasteless and cold and leaves me feeling like I've eaten thick; hard cardboard.

I’ve been very impressed with burger king recently. Having been let down by McDonald’s and kfc repeatedly, these guys are always on time, the food is hot and the order always complete. Much better food than McDonald’s too.

Two hours from acceptance of order - I had to leave the house for an appointment and didn’t get my food- HOWEVER, the staff at Burger King were really amazing and did their best to help

My food was over 2 hours late i had to go to burger King and get it myself as the driver who the lady at burger King said was called mario was saying that he was at the restaurant but he wasnt even there and then when i was there my orders were given

They made the driver wait 45 mins for the food. Plus his other orders meant total time near 2hrs

It would be nice if the restaurant actually looked at the orders properly as I asked for no tomatoes but the order turned up with tomatoes

I was a little concerned if this would travel well but it arrived still hot and totally delicious. Way better than MDs. So glad I can order from here now.

This burger king get it right everytime, everything is always given out fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff are lovely and really care about getting your order perfect and do a great job of that. Specifically wanted to give a good word about Ruby & Lauren, lovely girls who never forget my sweet chilli sauce and understand the importance of having said delectable sweet chilli sauce as it is a quintessential feminine urge. Good fast food, food was served quickly as not very busy.

went in to get a burger on my way home , the counter staff would not serve me and I had to use 1 of the machines that did not work properly, once I had placed my order I then had to go back to the counter to pay as I only had cash!! when I received my meal the burger was cold and the bun seemed like it had been sitting there all day as it was still will not be going back to rustington EVER AGAIN

Terrible always something missing off delivery orders, bacon, cheese, salad etc.. clearly don't think they'll get pulled up on this so just shove anything in.!
