Burger King in Arun

Service was rude. Food was OK but could taste your new flavourings on chips as they are all together. This place is filthy, table's are sticky and dirty. The floor was the same as well as food and rubbish everywhere. As for the toilets I was ore afraid of catching something in there then anywhere, it's obvious they haven't been cleaned today or in the past year. You should be ashamed of yourselves BK.

Fryers get turned off 2 hours before close so don’t bother if you want any chips after 8pm or to sit down as chairs get packed away 2 hours before close. Often hard to find a table not covered in someone else’s food as they don’t seem to bothered clearing tables during the day. Food is always nice tho, just let down by cleanliness and staff more interested in leaving early than serving customers.

My whole meal was inedible because it was stone cold, and while this is normal for the ice cream the burger and fries were absolutely freezing and inedible, had to throw them into the bin , so I was not able to eat and I am so disappointed.

Delivered on time and hot and exactly as ordered.

cold when arrived unfortunately, never happened before from there, saw on the map driver drove away from our home first to drop off anther delivery even tho ours was already running late.

Large fries box was only half full, no more than a small portion. Also ice cream was missing and no dip pot

Incompetent staff are clearly incapable of reading a screen and making sure all items on the order are bagged and ready for delivery driver!!! This is not acceptable in any way and quite frankly is awful customer service.

Food OK Toilets not hygenic and clearly hadn't been cleaned recently. Rude apathetic abrupt server who looked disgruntled that he had to look away from his phone for three seconds to actually do his job . Although the food was okay . The place was virtually empty but most of the tables covered in rubbish and floor the same . I'm glad I was just passing through thankfully will never return . I get that it's fast food and not a Michelin 5 star restaurant I didn't expect much but an absolutely dismal place with indolent hostile staff.

Food is good however the restaurant they share with Subway is so dirty, every time i've been in there there has been food all over the floor, the seats and tables are dirty and it really puts you off eating in. We always get take away because of this.

Nothing worse than cold chips and burger

I tried to order at the till asking about poster offer in their window, yet even though it’s still morning, cashier was too busy just standing there or maybe fed up interacting with customers so only sent me to the terminal which obviously can’t answer my questions to place order there… as a result I have ordered in Subway where two helpful lads were understanding their role better and not making themselves redundant in the process…

missing a burger chips and drink not very impressed

My order never arrived , they marked it as delivered. Absolutely disgusting service

my wife ordered 2 whopper meals and added in what she didn't want in the burger and was totally ignored got the burger wrong. Made changes for my son's burger was ignored again. ruined the meal.

Love a Burger King and ordered a few times , every time it cold , the chips were almost frozen again, to top it off I watched the delivery guy give my food to a neighbour who was happy to except it thinking his luck was in for a free dinner, wish I let him keep it , was so cold and not edible 🤬

Food was cold, 2 items missing, sticker on the bag was half ripped, asked for a refund on the missing items and they’ve said no because of ‘lack of information’?!

Every time I order a Burger King there is always a burger missing

Took forever to get our order from the restaurant, things are always missed every time we order I don't think we will be using it again as it's never right.

We haven't been to this burger king for a couple of years after a bad experience and we thought we would try it again, never again. The buns were dry I had no bacon in my memphis burger and my wife's burger was just as awful, the chips tasted like they had been around just to long. All in all pretty poor show.

Not very pleased as I ordered dips but never received them

My issue was that I ordered a beef burger for my husband and it was substituted with a chicken burger. Unfortunately he is allergic to chicken. My husband drove to Burger King and was told they substituted a premium burger for another premium burger and that if he had a problem he needed to buy another burger and claim it back from just eat. As he left he was told to have a nice day in a very sarcastic way. This is not good enough.

Food was nice.. Milkshake had weird taste. Staff were constantly on their mobiles phones but biggest problem was how dirty it was every table was dirty..food on floor my shoe actually stuck to floor..I am disabled so needed the toilet one of the filthiest toilets I have ever frequented staff need to spend time cleaning rather than on their phones

Wrong order was delivered. I have someone else's order and the restaurant phone is disconnected to can't call to complain or tell them

Food took over an hour to arrive and the delivery time was put back 3 times. Food was cold and soggy when it arrived - really not worth waiting that long for

delivery was as time stated. Driver polite and professional. Food on the other hand was not. chips soggy and meant to be loaded! which was enough to cover about 5 chips! absolutely shocking as the last two times we have ordered the food seems to be getting worse.

Dropped in for a subway, next counter. Burger King staff, watched their one and only customer, labour through the Inpersonal order display, whilst on their telephone. Totally disinterested This sort of customer service and lack of passion is so prevalent in today's service industry. No doubt this staff member, went home totally bored.

burgers were squashed into a bag that was clearly too small so the buns were almost non existent. tasted good though so not all bad

very poor , customised burgers , purchasing an extra patty for 2 x double whopper meals at the cost of 1.50 each . neither burger had the patty in . dissatisfied!!

Missing items of food,with no way to contact the restaurant directly. The food that was delivered was cold due to bottles of cold drink being packed with the “hot” food…so hot food cold and cold drinks warm!! Awful 😔

Driver left the food outside the house on cold block paving so it was cold

Our delivery was 45 minutes late and food was STONE COLD on arrival. Obviously order had been left sitting on the counter awaiting collection from delivery driver. Food was inedible and we had to discard it in the bin. Not happy!! Please advise next stage of complaint.

it was horrible and cold , i asked for no bbq sauce and there was bbq sauce i have stated many times i can’t have it but hey it was freezing cold but chips where gorgeous

Pretty dirty place and not kept very well. Staff are disinterested at best and often get orders wrong. The food isn't great compared to the price u pay and other burgers Kings and subways. Toilets dirty and unclean. If u must stop for a bite go for it but you'll want more for your money.

We love Burger King but this one not worth the long trek out of Worthing.Tables dirty Food OK Hate the ordering machines 😑

Wrong item delivered : The whopper came with cheese which we didn’t order . The person it was ordered for has a diary and soya allergergy . So no good .

food wasn't hot at all and chips were cold. nothing an air fryer couldn't sort but still ordering is a convenient treat for my child and I so didn't want to be reheating food

I didn't get my bbq sauce which I paid for and my large onion rings I only got 4 onion rings in the bag. what a joke.

missing items, onion on burger when I specifically said no onion due to having a celery and onion allergy. 1/10 wouldn't recommend delivery, go in and order as at least then you can complain in person

There was a capri sun drink missing from my order

The Driver left his car at the top of the road. Walked up and down with using phone torch looking for mumber. Good was lukewarm by the time I found him.

order was delivered but half of it was missing so had to drive there to get it rectified which defeats the idea of getting delivery in the first place. no apology for the mistake, was just given the complete order again of which some will be wasted, this is not the first time its happened but thought things may have been improved, unfortunately not the case so definately won't be ordering from here ever again !!!

Ordered for 5.30pm, app said delivery would be 5.40pm and food turned up at 5.59pm, have ordered a few times in the last week and each delivery has been late.

didn't get what ordered got 2 DBL bacon XL instead of 1 and a DBL Memphis king burger

Delivery guy was polite, shame my dog ran out (playfully) that was unexpected

Never even recieved this order! Mine and my daughters food is now being enjoyed by someone else and the restaurant is also now closed.

Ordered on the kiosk. As my food was being prepared the guy at the back sorting the burgers kept sniffling and wiping his nose with his hand then getting his hands all over the food! Did this about 3 times while preparing the food. Completely unsanitary and made me feel sick. Next time blow your nose and wash your hands. Got a refund for the food. Definitely won’t be returning here again.

Chips tasted like they were reheated, burger was ok

Wrong order sent and they refused to give me a full refund so now I have no food to eat and I cannot afford to re order a meal

Asked for the Steakhouse crispy Chicken meal with no bbq sauce and got a steakhouse beef burger meal with bbq sauce !!! Shame people don't read properly, shame on yourselves.

Turned up completely cold Driver didn't have it in a heatproof bag.
