Being a relatively new resident to littlehampton and very shy and reserved as a person I was lucky enough to come across this golden nugget of a pub the snacks were fresh and the drinks were priced amazingly and the only thing that competed with the vast selection was the friendliness of the staff within this epic establishment will definitely return

Great atmosphere of a city pub, I had a great time, they have live music and karaoke, I will definitely go back there

For me maybe one of the best and extroudley young barmaid I have ever seen, and played the best playlist according to who was coming in,(should be a dejaje,,) if you like music that's all that's matter if you want a proper pub and love all music this is we're you want to go🐱

Got served by a lovely young lady I think her name was Rihanna, completely brought the vibes up and made our night amazing.

ive enjoyed the pub as a resident of littlehampton for the past 5 years , but haveing just spent a hot summers evening in town for one hour , i met three friends who said that they stopped visiting the crown at nights ; i didnt ask why....... i visited for a short period tonight and can say that i understand my three friends..... if the red head bar person is the future , then from someone who has worked in the industry for 11 years , then your pub wont have much of a future..... ive seen your pub take great income on friday and saturday nights, if your wondering why the figures are decreasing then advice from a friend of the crown , staff are the first thing and everything,,,,, i just had one bad experience from someone not fit for purpose... take note or not,,, im done there...... good luck

Best pub in europe, all the bar staff are friendly and helpful, lively on a Thursday and Friday and Saturday, in fact all week.

A great all round pub. Great local food and charictors. Good music. Very friendly. Definitely give it a visit. Oh and a great pint of Guinness too!

Travelled all the way from Wiltshire, smashing atmosphere, dartboards and pool tables upstairs, great knowledge of Littlehampton and the history of the pub, highly recommend

Myself and my 3 children went along for the daytime Halloween party my children had a fantastic time very child friendly pub, the land lady and her partner are very friendly. I later went down for the adult Halloween party they put a brilliant DJ on people of all ages up dancing and again very well run night, no tolerance for aggressive behaviour and that made me feel very comfortable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Seemed ok for the beginning of the night and couldn't really fault it until it got busy and i waited at the bar for 20 minutes only to be ignored and the barman decides to serve his friends before others and causes a bit of rift (heard the name Sam mentioned) Then it kicked off at the end with a local being pushed out the door by the staff - Go to the Arun view if you want a decent night out

It was a lovely public bar until they employed a female called Louise who has a disgusting mouth on her as she doesn’t care about who is around her being adults or children it’s totally disgusting what comes out of her mouth I certainly won’t recommend the crown Littlehampton to anyone.

Just moved to Littlehampton end of last year, first pub I went into, very friendly, topical locals pub, just what we like.

Dark and dingy inside so took our drinks to the upstairs terrace which was okay. Read the information board outside about the legend of the pirates and smugglers.

Reasonably priced drinks, friendly pub

Smells of urine. Even the seats. It's gross. Don't touch any soft furnishings

Great music venue. Old traditional small pub of character with many local characters. A interesting place.

Not a good experience at all i had my birthday there, lies were told and after informing the appropriate people nothing was done about the problem, and really upset the rest of the night

Furniture could do with a facelift. Lovely light shades, good selection of beers, cider, spirits and soft drinks.

The pub is really good everyone is friendly, Thursday is karaoke, Friday and saturday are different bands and Sunday is fun day where you can request songs I highly recommend this pub

I don’t think they get many visitors or tourists. Nice enough place and friendly enough staff, but it’s a pub for locals. Having seen what else there is near by, you could do worse!

When one feels they need a final pint after all other pubs have closed and as long as one is happy to regret the decision later.

Popped in for a quick pint and read of the news paper on a Weds Lunchtime. Met with a friendly welcome from the barmaid and promptly served with perfectly poured pint of Timothy Taylor at an extremely reasonable price. Friendly atmosphere.

Okay if you're a local I'm sure. The manager made us most unwelcome as visitors. He slammed his empty glass down in front of us in the smoking area for no apparent reason other than to make us unwelcome. The door staff demanded to see ID from us all. We are ranging in age from 40 to mid 50s, hardly rowdy teenagers. We were the only people to be asked for ID. Not somewhere I'll be spending any money again.

Nice if you get In early enough, ends up being rammed by about 11pm so you have to wait a long time to be served by the one or two people behind the bar. Toilets end up being disgusting and fights happen on a nightly basis. Only really good place to see half decent band in Littlehampton. Open till 2am

Has growing up in Littlehampton the Crown is a great place warm and friendly. Great staff and atmosphere unlike the Dolphin who stare at you has soon has you walk in

It's ok for what it is don't think I would ever enter sober it's not very clean toilets are a mess and flood is sticky but it's stays open later then other pubs so I suppose this is the reason it's so popular

Proper pub! will definitely be returning

Excellent, best live music venue around, I just wish all the no-nothing boring old grouches would take their miserable faces elsewhere instead of going into a live music venue then moaning about the lack of peace and quiet, whats wrong with these morons ?

Love the Karaoke on Thursday night, great vibe! Only issue is, is that they are the only pub in Littlehampton that aren't on pub watch so you get quite a few creepy / dodgy ones.

I like the kareoke nights on thursday, 21:00 - 00:00 with "Spookie". But the toilets could do with a clean. They have good bands on Fri sat. Not too pricey.

The Crown is interesting. It's recently changed owners. The roast dinners are geat. But the ~Dolphins are better. They have live music sometimes. it's quite a local lively place.

Walked around town and stopped. Here in the crown for a drink.friendly needs a clean up or refurbish a bit dated.but worth a visit.

This is a great little pub in the centre of Littlehampton. We went to watch Leicester City play football on a Sunday afternoon & wee made to feel most welcome. The staff were very friendly & helpful & the drinks exceptionally reasonably priced. Although City didn't win, we had a great afternoon & would definitely recommend a visit.

Have visited this pub twice in a week and seen 2 great bands. The beer is locally brewed next door and a really good price. The pub has a good atmosphere and with music on offer several nights a week, this is great place to visit. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Having left a nearby pub I chose to visit the crown but I stumbled on a private wake in the main bar , there were no noticed to say private party at all so I ordered a pint of ale but I felt like an intruder and yet another dark and dirty pub in littlehampton so I leave the only thing that's been good on this trip is the weather

Depending on what night you go probably all nights, full of stinky drunks and always someone looking for a fight the staff don't take great care in anyone's safety or limit people to there drinks. Music is good though love that. Just my opinion but the town folk could do with a little more control of there hygiene and inability to start fights. Pub in itself is beautiful and decarotive.

Love the Crown for its contribution to give Littlehampton a buzz. Always take visitors here when they come for weekends or stay over during the week. The effort and planning that goes into their live music schedule is excellent - good work by the pub owners and staff for always doing a great job.

Great real ales, especially Mothers Ruin. Own brewery (Anchor Springs). Good atmosphere and live music.

pub full of stinky aggressive drunks, would not take a family there, it was just a hole, went to the toilets and there was what sounded like a couple of guys in a cubicle snorting drugs
